We numerically investigate the excitation of soliton waves in the nonlinear electrical transmission line formed by many cells. When the periodic driving voltage with frequency in the pass band closing to the cutoff frequency is applied to the endpoint of the whole line, the soliton wave can be generated. The numerical results show that the soliton wave generation mainly depends on the self modulation associated with the nonlinear effect. In this study, the lower subharmonic component is also observed in the frequency spectrum. To further understand this phenomenon, we study the dependence of the subharmonic power spectrum and frequency on the forcing amplitude and frequency numerically, and find that the subharmonic frequency increases with the gradual growth of the driving amplitude.  相似文献

研究了非线性传输线电路禁带内能量的不对称传输现象. 传输线电路中的两子电路结构相同,电感参数不同,并且具有低通滤波器的特点. 鉴于驱动频率在通频带的截止频率之上,所以形成不对称能流的载体为 禁带内传播的非线性波.该研究中,产生不对称能量传输的机理与非线性超传导现象密切相关. 通过调整耦合电感的大小,总结出传输能量与耦合强度之间的变化规律. 同时也采用仿真的方式分析了驱动电压幅值与传输能量间的相关性. 最后,通过在实验上改变驱动频率的大小,得到超传导发生时的门限电压与驱动频率间的依赖关系, 该关系与理论计算的结果完全定性一致.  相似文献

设计了一种有缺陷的非线性电感-电容(LC)电路,简单方便地实现了电路能量非对称传输,且其能量的载体是非线性波——孤子.在LC电路中,当缺陷靠近驱动时,驱动频率接近缺陷本振频率,缺陷共振致电路导通.远离驱动时,电路不导通.缺陷的引入改变电路的均一性,实现小驱动振幅下孤子的单向释放,提高驱动能量转化为孤子能量的效率.对非线性LC电路的传输能量、缺陷系数和驱动振幅三者的关系进行了讨论.  相似文献

A nonlinear chain driven by one end may propagate energy in the forbidden band gap by means of nonlinear modes. For harmonic driving at a given frequency, the process occurs at a threshold amplitude by sudden large energy flow that we call nonlinear supratransmission. The bifurcation of energy transmission is demonstrated numerically and experimentally on the chain of coupled pendula (sine-Gordon and nonlinear Klein-Gordon equations) and sustained by an extremely simple theory.  相似文献

给出了模拟交叉耦合磁饱和非线性传输线的数值模拟方法,算法基于传输线各节点的时域差分方程组进行步进迭代,其中利用J-A模型描述传输线中铁氧体磁芯的非线性磁化行为。根据节点电路方程推导了非线性传输线色散关系,设计了输出频率为300 MHz的交叉耦合磁饱和非线性传输线,利用本数值模拟方法对交叉耦合磁饱和非线性传输线的物理过程进行了分析,在充电电压达到30kV时获得了频率303MHz、峰峰值不小于40kV的高压射频脉冲输出。  相似文献

The propagation of wide-band acoustic pulses in one-dimensional periodic structures consisting of alternating plexiglas and water layers is studied theoretically and experimentally. The experiment is carried out with the use of the wide-band photoacoustic spectroscopy based on the laser excitation of ultrasound and a wide-band signal detection. The fact that the transmission spectrum of a periodic structure has alternating pass and stop bands is confirmed experimentally. The width and localization of the stop bands strongly depend on the thickness of the layers and on the phase velocity of ultrasound in them. It is demonstrated that defects of the structure periodicity give rise to one or several local transmission maxima in the stop band and to a modification of the pass band. The amplitude and position of a local maximum in the stop band strongly depend on the position of the defective layer. The experimental data agree well with the results of numerical simulation.  相似文献

To assess the penalty due to nonlinear effect in C L band long-haul optical amplified transmission link,a new parameter of modified nonlinear phase shift (φD) is proposed,which is the accumulated nonlinear phase shift weighted by a normalized group velocity dispersion (GVD).Based on the numerical simulation result of broadband long-haul hybrid Raman/erbium-doped fiber amplified transmission line,it is validated that φD is more reasonable and suitable than the previous proposed nonlinear phase shift (φNL) for broadband applications.  相似文献

提出了基于传输线比拟模型的左手材料微结构设计方法,并对此进行了分析、验证.首先根据已有的具有左右手性质的基本传输线模型,通过类比构建了具有左手性质的新模型,进而通过定性分析传输线网络中的各元件与微结构连续介质构型的形状及尺寸的对应关系,推断出模型中各部分的具体尺寸,从而得到了一个合理的左手材料微结构构型及其对应的传输线比拟模型.对设计的模型进行了实验测试,验证了模型确实具有左手性质.最后,通过数值模拟和实验,研究了微结构的各个尺寸参数对材料出现左手性质的带宽和频段的影响,确定了微结构中对左手性质影响最大的尺寸参数.  相似文献

基于裂缝谐振环结构的降频技术,首先设计了一种电尺寸较小的左手介质微带线单元,并根据电磁波在微带线上的传输和反射数据,分别计算了左手介质的有效介电常数和有效磁导率.之后针对左手介质八元阵列进行三维电磁仿真实验,结果表明该八元阵列在左手介质频段上具有独特的后向波效应,从而证实了该左手介质频段的存在.与传统的左手介质微带单元相比,阐述的左手介质单元的电尺寸减小了60%,而且结构简单,便于加工,适用于平面电路器件的小型化等应用研究工作. 关键词: 左手介质 小型化 双负特性 后向波特性  相似文献

We present a detailed theoretical analysis about the influence of surface polaritons on the transmission properties of electromagnetic waves at the periodically corrugated interface between the vacuum and left-handed material by using nonlinear boundary condition approach. The principle behind this approach is to match the wave fields across the grating interface by using a set of linear wave equation with nonlinear boundary conditions. The resonant transmission of the incident electromagnetic radiation in this structure is feasible within a certain frequency band, where there is a range of frequency over which both the electric permittivity and the magnetic permeability are simultaneously negative. The enhanced transmission is attributed to the coupling of the incident electromagnetic wave with the excited surface polaritons on grating interface. Finally, we present the numerical results illustrating the effect of the structural parameters and angle of incidence on the transmission spectra of a TM polarized electromagnetic wave.  相似文献

利用CST微波工作室软件对新一代Z箍缩驱动装置中变阻抗传输线部分进行了三维电磁场仿真,建立了同轴型指数线模型,在外导体内半径保持100mm不变、输入端特性阻抗0.203Ω、输出端特性阻抗2.16Ω、输入角频率14×106 rad/s的半正弦脉冲TEM波的情况下,发现传输过程中会产生少量非TEM模,线的尺寸变化越剧烈,产生的非TEM模能量越多。在传输线足够长的情况下,电磁场仿真得到的电压传输效率与电路仿真结果相差不到1%,因此可以用电路仿真结果代替电磁场仿真。  相似文献

When a nonlinear oscillator is driven by an external force which is calculated on the basis of the zero-dispersion nonlinear resonance (ZDNR) theory, it can be transparent, i.e., the output of the response system is the same as the magnitude of driving force without any dispersion or distortion. In fact, this is a unique phenomenon, called zero-dispersion nonlinear resonance (ZDNR). Herein, we used the generic input-output analysis to realize the ZDNR circuit experiment of two unidirectional coupling self-excited oscillators. 根据孤立子理论,分析了利用变容非线性传输线产生射频场的机理。利用电路仿真方法系统地研究了影响射频场产生的相关参数,发现电感和零压电容越小、输入电压越大,射频场的频率越高;电容的非线性率越大,射频场的峰值电压越高、高频成分越多。并在此基础上,仿真设计了能产生峰值功率为0.8 GW、主频为19.42 MHz射频场的非线性传输线。  相似文献

We report an experimental study of fast chaotic dynamics in a delay dynamical system. The system is an electronic device consisting of a length of coaxial cable terminated on one end with a diode and on the other with a negative resistor. When the negative resistance is large, the system evolves to a steady state. As the negative resistance is decreased, a Hopf bifurcation occurs. By varying the length of the transmission line we observe Hopf frequencies from 7-53 MHz. With the transmission line length fixed, we observe a period doubling route to chaos as the negative resistance is further reduced providing the first experimental confirmation of an existing theoretical model for nonlinear dynamics in transmission line oscillators [Corti et al., IEEE Trans. Circ. Syst., I: Fundam. Theory Appl. 41, 730 (1994)]. However, other experimental results indicate limitations to this model including an inability to predict the Hopf frequency or to produce realistic continuous wave forms. We extend the model to include finite bandwidth effects present in a real negative resistor. The resulting model is a neutral delay differential equation that provides better agreement with experimental results.  相似文献

Energy transfer between adjacent pulses as a result of nonlinear intrachannel interactions in a transmission system with strong periodic dispersion management is analyzed. With small average dispersion, the energy change between nonzero bits grows linearly with respect to distance in the presence of loss and lumped amplification, whereas in a lossless system the energy change is found to be significantly suppressed. The analytical results compare favorably with the results of direct numerical simulation of the full system.  相似文献

 设计了一种阶梯阴极型S波段磁绝缘线振荡器,通过对其色散关系的研究,选择了合理的结构参数。通过对开放腔模型的分析,得到了磁绝缘线振荡器的谐振频率和有载品质因数。粒子模拟表明,在外加电压523 kV、束流49.7 kA时,微波输出功率4.35 GW,频率2.10 GHz,功率转换效率16.7%。  相似文献

设计了一种采用切比雪夫渐变线的TEM喇叭天线,分析了其工作原理,采用数值模拟的方法研究了其阻抗特性、传输特性与辐射特性,并在不同的馈入脉冲下与常用的线性渐变TEM喇叭天线进行了性能对比。结果表明:切比雪夫渐变线TEM喇叭天线具有低反射、高带宽和高辐射场强的优点,其性能要明显优于线性渐变TEM喇叭天线,且馈入脉冲越宽,性能越明显。分析了最大反射系数对切比雪夫渐变线TEM喇叭天线辐射性能的影响,馈入脉冲越窄时,宜选择反射系数越大的辐射天线。  相似文献

通过对超声无线输能系统的声电转换通道进行理论分析,利用电声传输线类比法构建了声电转换通道的一维仿真模型,并利用有限元仿真软件进一步构建了声电转换通道的有限元仿真模型,提高了模型的精确度和适用范围。进行了超声无线输能的实验,并将仿真结果与实验测量结果进行对比,仿真模型的有效性得到验证。利用所建仿真模型分析了负载阻抗对系统能量传输效率的影响规律,对声电转换通道进行了优化,确定了系统的共振频率和最佳负载阻抗。在以上研究基础上建立的超声无线输能实验系统,能够成功透过8 mm厚的铜板点亮20 W灯泡,能量传输效率达到57%,实验证明了利用超声透过金属板进行能量无线传输是切实可行的。   相似文献

设计了基于交叉耦合铁氧体非线性传输线高功率射频微波产生系统,系统由脉冲形成线、非线性传输线以及高功率匹配负载(或组合振子辐射天线)组成。由100kV高压电源和高压微波电缆构成单传输线高功率脉冲形成线,形成线输出脉冲幅度35kV,脉冲半宽60ns。高压脉冲经过非线性传输线的脉冲压缩和调制,与高功率匹配负载相连时,实验得到了峰峰值31kV、中心频率308 MHz、3dB带宽为13%的射频振荡脉冲;与组合振子天线相连时,实验得到了中心频率380MHz、3dB带宽为12%的宽谱辐射。实验结果与数值模拟基本吻合。  相似文献
