报道国内第一台用670nm激光二极管泵浦的准连续锁模运转的Cr:LiSAF激光器。对于连续运转,泵浦阈值功率240mW,当吸收功率为368mW的输出,输出波长850nm,斜效率为3.5%。在准连续运转(100HZ,占空比1/5时),泵清阈值功率45mW,斜效率为9.8%,用染料作为锁模妄动介质,实现了准连续锁模运转,光脉冲输出的中心波长为850nm。  相似文献

以679nm的激光二极管泵浦1mm厚掺杂摩尔分数为0.022Cr:LiSAF,用α-切割的1类非临界位相匹配的KN晶体进行内腔倍频,在吸收功率在256mW时,得到了峰值3.15mW,波长为431.7nm的TEM00模蓝色激光输出,激光阈值为96mW,斜效率为1.97%,通过改变KN晶体的温度,实现了波长范围为423.4~445.5nm之间的连续可调谐蓝色激光输出。  相似文献

本文介绍了一种用波长为809nm的激光二极管(LD)端面泵浦厚度为1mm的微片NdYVO4全固化固体激光器.器件结构上采用了一种独特的光学系统,该系统由分别用于LD激光束的耦合和聚焦的两部分组成.由NdYVO4的一个平面与一个曲率半径为21mm的球面镜组成半共焦腔,以获得高的转换效率.文中详细讨论了单横模运转时的泵浦光与激光腔模之间的匹配问题.当泵浦光功率为400mW时,获得152mW的1064nm波长的TEM00模激光输出.器件阈值功率为48.3mW,总的光-光转换效率为38%,斜效率为43%.  相似文献

报道了用国产激光二极管泵浦Nd:YVO4激光器连续锁模的实验结果。在泵浦功率为122.4mW时获得稳定的锁模序列,脉冲宽度43ps(FWHM),输出功率7mW,实验中在较低的泵浦强度下观察到了弛豫振荡的振幅调制现象,并导出了含有自相位调制时锁模宽度的自恰解。  相似文献

采用Needle法,对全内腔绿光He-Ne激光器膜系进行设计,并给出了所设计膜系的光谱性能。利用离子溅射镀膜技术镀制了所设计的膜片并且给出了测量结果。制备了多种规格的全内腔绿光He-Ne激光器并且讨论了相关工艺。其中腔长420mm的全内腔绿光He-Ne激光器的典型输出光功率为3mW(单模),腔长360mm的典型输出光功率为2mW(单模),腔长240mm的典型输出光功率为1mW(单模),腔长100mm的小短管子也能有0.1mw的出光功率。  相似文献

A novel method incorporating the shielded method and the post-processing method has been proposed to fabricate the π-phase-shifted fibre grating. Then an Er-doped π-phase-shifted distributed feedback fibre grating laser has been fabricated using the grating. The laser threshold is 20mW. When pumped with 90mW light at 980nm, the laser gives an output of 1.1mW. Its signal-to-noise ratio is better than 60dB. It is demonstrated that the laser is single mode operation by means of a Fabry--Perot scanning interferometer.  相似文献

A novel all-fiber passively Q-switched erbium laser with a Co(2+):ZnSe crystal as a saturable absorber is demonstrated experimentally. A pump power threshold of 20.5 mW, which the authors believe is the lowest to date, has been measured. Giant pulses with energy of 3.6 nJ and peak power of 0.7 mW have been obtained.  相似文献

650 nm-range AlGaInP multi-quantum well (MQW) laser diodes grown by low pressure metal organic chemical vapor deposition (LP-MOCVD) have been studied and the results are presented in this paper. Threshold current density of broad area contact laser diodes can be as low as 350 A/cm2. Laser diodes with buried-ridge strip waveguide structures were made, threshold currents and differential efficiencies are (22–40) mA and (0.2–0.7) mW/mA, respectively. Typical output power for the laser diodes is 5 mW, maximum output power of 15 mW has been obtained. Their operation temperature can be up to 90°C under power of 5 mW. After operating under 90°C and 5 mW for 72 hrs, the average increments for the threshold currents of the lasers at 25°C and the operation currents at 5 mW (at 25°C) are (2–3) mA and (3–5) mA, respectively. Reliability tests showed that no obvious degradation was observed after 1400 hours of CW operation under 50°C and 2.5 mW. We present a single-wavelength Brillouin fiber laser utilizing a ring-cavity configuration. Performances and characteristics of the laser system have been investigated at different output coupling ratios. The optimum output power of the system stood at 7.3 mW, which was obtained at 90% output coupling ratio. A low Brillouin threshold power of 0.9 mW was obtained at 10% output coupling ratio when the Brillouin pump was set at its maximum power of 24 mW.  相似文献

Self-frequency doubling laser performance of Ti∶sapphire laser pumped Nd∶YCOB at different phase-matching directions was investigated. Results show that the type I phase-matching direction of (64.5°, 35.5°) is much better than the direction of (33°, 9°). A maximum green light (530.5 nm) output power of 19.4 mW has been achieved with an pumping power of 530 mW, and an efficiency of 3.7 %. The laser oscilltion threshold for self-frequency doubling operation is measured to be less than 2 mW.  相似文献
