研究了BGO晶体在不同温度下(在300-1323 K的温度范围)的拉曼光谱及其熔体的高温拉曼光谱,分析了BGO晶体结构随温度变化的规律及BGO熔体的结构特征.随着温度的升高,BGO晶体的拉曼光谱谱峰都不同程度地向低波数方向移动,也存在不同程度的展宽,同时强度减弱.另外,在BGO熔体中存在[GeO4]和[BiO6]的结构基团;但两种结构之间的联键消失,即在熔体中二者是相互独立的生长基元.  相似文献

测量并研究了不同温度(室温—1573 K)范围内KTN晶体的拉曼光谱及其熔体的高温拉曼光谱,分析了KTN晶体结构随温度变化的规律及其熔体的结构特征.随着温度的升高,KTN晶体的拉曼光谱谱峰都不同程度地向低波数方向移动,同时存在不同程度的展宽,并伴随强度的减弱.观察并解释了温度353 K附近KTN晶体样品的四方—立方转相现象.研究了KTN晶体拉曼光谱中538cm-1,585cm-1,835cm-1和877cm-1谱峰及其 关键词: 高温拉曼光谱 熔体 KTN晶体  相似文献

利用显微共聚焦拉曼光谱技术研究了LiTaO3晶体在298~948K温度范围内的拉曼光谱,通过对其高波数拉曼峰的分析,研究了LiTaO3的相变机制。研究发现,除466.7cm-1峰外,LiTaO3的其余拉曼峰随着温度的升高向低波数方向明显频移;所有拉曼峰的半高宽随着温度的升高逐渐增加,同时拉曼峰的强度逐渐减弱;在933K附近,LiTaO3的三个拉曼峰的消失,表明LiTaO3发生了从低温铁电相到高温顺电相的相变;与此同时,在该温度附近,359.5,385.0以及466.7cm-1峰的半高宽存在超线性增加。研究结果表明,LiTaO3从低温铁电相到高温顺电相的相变是一种混合型相变,其相变过程可逆。  相似文献

研究了LiB3 O5晶体在不同温度下(在300-1173 K的温度范围)的拉曼光谱,分析了LBO晶体结构随温度变化的规律.随着温度的升高,LBO晶体的拉曼光谱谱峰都不同程度地向低波数方向移动,也存在不同程度的展宽,同时强度减弱.发现晶体在1100 K存在明显相变,与LBO晶体的相图给出的1107 K的相变温度基本相符.  相似文献

采用不同的几何配置测量了Nd:LuVO4晶体的室温拉曼光谱,根据群论对称性分类计算了该晶体的红外和拉曼活性振动模并与实验结果做了比较,指认了测定的特征谱线。测量并分析了Nd:LuVO4晶体A1g全对称类的高温拉曼光谱,讨论了拉曼频移随温度变化的关系,认为晶体的热膨胀是引起拉曼频移变化的主要原因。  相似文献

在室温下,近化学计量比铌酸锂晶体(S-LN)的拉曼散射研究从理论和实验上揭示了晶格空位对于拉曼光谱的影响。高温下,随着温度的升高,软模(5的拉曼峰变化非常强烈。一个软光学声子模来源于在铌-氧平面内的三重简并对称弯曲振动。顺电-铁电结构相变发生在大约1170℃。  相似文献

In this paper, Cr-doped LiSrAlF6 crystals are investigated using high-temperature Raman spectroscopy and the single-crystal Raman spectra of Cr:LiSrAlF6 are analysed by factor group theory and comparison with other fluorides. The results indicate that Cr:LiSrAlF6 is stable below its melting point; Raman peaks located at 561, 322 and 250 cm-1 are assigned to the A1g modes of AlF6, SrF6 and LiF6 octachdra, respectively; with temperature increasing, Raman peaks associated with AlF6 octahedra shift towards low frequencies, while LiF6 and SrF6 octahedra are temperature-insensitive; around the crystal melting point, three new Raman peaks occur, which are associated with the AlF6 octahedral chain structure. Finally, the microstructural evolution of Cr:LiSrAlF6 from room temperature to its melting point is discussed based on its Raman spectra.  相似文献

The high pressure and high-temperature behavior of MnCO3 was investigated up to 55?GPa at ambient temperature and up to 573?K at ambient pressure by Raman spectroscopy, respectively. Some new modes were detected at ~16 and ~32?GPa, which were assigned to MnCO3-I below 16?GPa and to MnCO3-II above 32?GPa, and to a coexisting phase of them in between. The high pressure vibration properties of all Raman modes, especially high frequency modes, were systematically reported. The coexisting phase of MnCO3-I and MnCO3-II had much easier compressibility than the MnCO3-II phase. The thermal stability of MnCO3 was at least to 573?K and its thermal expansion along the c axis was easier than a and b axes.  相似文献

Raman spectra of a vanadoborate(Na3VO2B6O11) crystal from room temperature up to the melting point have been recorded. The main internal vibrational modes of the crystal have been assigned. It was found that all the Raman bands exhibit decreases in frequency and the widths of the Raman bands increase with the increase of temperature. However,no phase transition was observed under 525℃. The micro-structure of its melt was studied by quantum chemistry ab initio calculation. The continuous three-dimensional network of the crystal collapsed and transformed into VO_4 and VBO_6 clusters during the melting process with an isomerization reaction from four-coordinated boron to a three-coordinated species.  相似文献

Raman spectroscopy has advanced considerably in the last several years due to rapid developments in instrumentation and the availability of theoretical methods for accurate calculation of Raman spectra, thus enormously facilitating the interpretation of Raman data. This review is restricted to cover papers mainly published in the Journal of Raman Spectroscopy, which serve to give a fast overview of recent advances in this research field as well as to provide readers of this journal a quick introduction to the various subfields of Raman spectroscopy. It also reflects the current research interests of the Raman community. Similar reviews of highly active areas of Raman spectroscopy will appear in future issues of this journal. The Limehouse pot works, founded probably in the early 1745, was one of the earliest porcelain works established in England. It closed in June 1748. The factory site at 20 Fore Street Limehouse, London, was excavated by the Museum of London, Department of Greater London Archaeology in 1990, recovering 1402 sherds. A number of these sherds has now been examined by Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and one by Mössbauer spectroscopy. Different porcellaneous formulations have been identified; namely, an experimental Si–Al body with a Si–Al–Ca glaze and a Si–Al–Ca body containing minor Pb and Mg and covered with a Si–Pb–Ca glaze. Several sherds were intermediate between these compositions. Most sherds failed to reach vitrification temperature and lack translucency. Mössbauer spectroscopy indicated that one sherd had been fired under mildly reducing conditions. These results have enabled conclusions to be reached in respect of the raw materials, body and glaze compositions and firing and glazing conditions used at Limehouse. 本文通过分析不同几何配置下的偏振拉曼光谱对非线性光学晶体的晶格振动模式进行了研究. 首先根据因子群分析,将晶体的振动模按晶体对称群的不可约表示进行分类,其次测量了晶体在10–1600 cm-1范围内,不同几何配置下的偏振拉曼光谱,并在此基础上指认了晶体的晶格振动模式. 300 cm-1以下的振动峰,归结为晶体的外振动,来自[BiO6],[ZnO4],[BO4]和[BO3]原子基团的平动和转动;300cm-1以上为晶体的内振动,主要与Bi-O,和Zn-O键振动有关. 晶体拉曼光谱中最高振动频率达到1407 cm-1,被指认为[BO3]三角形中B-O键的伸缩振动,体现了[BO3]基团中高的电子非局域化程度. 关键词: 2ZnOB2O6单晶')" href="#">Bi2ZnOB2O6单晶 偏振拉曼光谱 振动模式  相似文献

Context for this review is derived from statistical data on article counts obtained from Thomson Reuters ISI Web of Knowledge by year and by subfield of Raman spectroscopy. Additional information is gleaned from presentations featuring Raman spectroscopy presented at the meetings of the Federation of Analytical Chemistry and Spectroscopy Societies 2011 and the Sixth International Conference on Advanced Vibrational Spectroscopy 2011. Papers published in JRS in 2010, as reviewed here, reflect trends at the cutting edge of Raman spectroscopy, which is expanding rapidly as a sensitive photonic probe of matter at the molecular level with an ever‐widening sphere of novel applications.
