静高压(4.5 GPa)下Al6Mn合金熔态淬火(冷却速度约为102 ℃/s),得到Al6Mn合金的高压淬火样品。X射线分析表明:Al6Mn合金的高压淬火样品中含有准晶二十面体相、Al6Mn相及Al的面心立方相;与常压结果相比,高压淬火方法的冷却速率可比常压的低约3个数量级的条件下产生准晶二十面体相。其晶化温度与急冷甩带的相近。对静高压(2.5 GPa)下Al6Mn准晶条带样品的晶化过程进行了研究。X射线分析表明:静高压下Al6Mn准晶条带样品的晶化过程中,出现了一种新的未知亚稳相——准晶向晶体转化中的一种中间过渡态,具有类T相形式;与常压结果比较,高压下准晶相晶化温度提高。 相似文献

本文首次研究了Al80Mn14Si6合金在静高压下准晶相得形成。利用静高压熔态淬火方法,在压力2.8和3.1 GPa下得到淬火的Al-Mn-Si样品。电子和X射线衍射实验表明,高压淬火样品中含有准晶二十面体相和非晶相。X射线衍射实验还表明,高压淬火样品经350 ℃退火一小时基本上没有发生变化;而经过500 ℃退火一小时后,准晶相晶化为α-Al73Si10Mn17相。另外,电子衍射实验表明,高压淬火后样品中还存在其它中间亚稳相。本文还讨论了静高压熔态淬火方法的适用性。 相似文献

研究了炸药爆轰合成的纳米金刚石粉在高温(约1 600 K)、高压(5.2 GPa)条件下的行为。将纳米金刚石粉与粉末合金(Ni70Mn25Co5、100#)混合、压制成圆片,与合金片 (Ni70Mn25Co5)和人造石墨片一起交替放入高温高压合成腔体内,进行高温高压实验。实验结果表明:在高温高压条件下,纳米金刚石粉不能长大,反而石墨化了;在相同的高压和保温时间条件下,随着温度的降低,纳米金刚石粉的石墨化程度减弱,纳米金刚石粉的纳米颗粒长大,可长成0.1 mm尺寸的金刚石颗粒(温度为1 070 K左右)。而在此条件下,人造石墨不能合成金刚石,一般金刚石晶体要变成石墨相。这进一步表明,纳米金刚石颗粒表面的活性使得它可以在较低的温度下长成较大颗粒的金刚石。 相似文献

本文详细介绍了在0.000 1~2.3 GPa流体静压力下测量三种非晶合金饱和磁感应强度Bs和最大磁导率μmax的实验方法。实验结果表明:三种非晶合金受压后Bs和μmax表现各异,可归为两大类。(1)第一类压磁效应:总趋势是Bs和μmax都随压力增加而下降,但在几个压力区Bs反常增高。如Fe75Ni5Si5B15非晶合金Bs随压力增加均匀下降,(Fe0.85Co0.15)Cu0.4Si4.4B13.2非晶合金的Bs随压力增加降—升—再降。(2)第二类压磁效应,如Fe78.75Cu1.25Si5B15非晶合金的Bs和μmax随压力增加都有未见报导过的微弱升高。分别结合局域电子模型的交换作用理论和巡游电子模型的刚带理论进行了讨论。 相似文献

在600~930 K,常压到7 GPa的范围内,对非晶(Fe0.99,Mo0.01)78Si9B13合金等温等压退火30 min。实验表明:其晶化产物α-Fe(Mo, Si)、Fe3B和Fe2B相的析出与所加压力密切相关。压力使非晶(Fe0.99,Mo0.01)78Si9B13合金的晶化温度和亚稳Fe3B相的析出温度下降,在一定的压力和温度下,亚稳Fe3B相将向稳定Fe2B相转变,其转变温度随压力而变化。还对非晶(Fe0.99,Mo0.01)78Si9B13合金的晶化和亚稳Fe3B到稳定Fe2B转变的热力学机制进行了讨论,并给出Fe3B向Fe2B的相转变方程。 相似文献

The compression properties of Zr41Ti14Cu12.aNi10Be22.5, Zr44.4Nb7Cu13.5Ni10.8Be24.3 bulk metallic glasses and Ni77P23 binary amorphous alloy are investigated at room temperature up to 24 GPa, 39 GPa and 30.5 GPa, respectively, using in-situ high pressure energy dispersive x-ray diffraction with a synchrotron radiation source. The pressure-volume relationship of Ni77P23 amorphous alloy is consistent well with the second order BirchMurnaghan (B-M) equation within the experimental pressure range. However, under higher pressure, the experimental data of Zr-based specimens deviate from the B-M equation. Compare to the binary amorphous alloy less excess free volume existing in the bulk metallic glass and multi-component atomic configuration results in a two-stage relationship between compressibility and pressure. 相似文献

Based on a new approach for designing glassy alloy compositions, bulk Al-based alloys with good glass-forming ability (GFA) are synthesized. The cast Al86Si0.5Ni4.06Co2.94 Y6Sc0.5 rod with a diameter of i mm shows almost fully amorphous structure besides about 5% fcc-Al nucleated in the center of the rod. The bulk alloy with high Al concentration exhibits an ultrahigh yield strength of 1.18 GPa and maximum strength of 1.27 GPa as well as an obvious plastic strain of about 2.4% during compressive deformation. This light Al-based alloy with good GFA and mechanical properties is promising as a new high specific strength material with good deformability. 相似文献

高压下与Al发生扩散反应的非晶(Fe0.99Mo0.01)78Si9B13(FMSB)的晶化产物与纯FMSB的不同。与Al反应的FMSB非晶在3.0~5.0 GPa、780~900 K热处理时,晶化为α-Fe(Al)和次亚稳非晶合金;在这一压力范围以外,720~900 K热处理时,晶化为α-Fe(Si)、Fe3B或Fe2B。与Al发生反应的FMSB非晶可能通过与Al的扩散反应在Al/FMSB界面开始晶化。压力和温度对晶化过程的影响主要是由于α-Fe固溶体的Gibbs自由能随压力、温度和Al含量的变化。 相似文献

The effect of yttrium addition on glass formation of a ZrCuAlSi alloy is investigated. The maximum diameter 8mm of the glassy rods for (Zr46.3Cu43.3Al8.9Si1.5)100-xYx alloy with x = 2.5 is obtained by copper mould casting. Apparent enhancement of the glass formation ability is found with addition of yttrium, mainly due to the purification of the alloy melt and the suppression of formation of the primary phases by yttrium. 相似文献

The microstructure of microcrystalline Fe78.1Cu1.2Nb3.2Si12.5 B10 alloy was examined by Mossbauer effect. The experimental results have shown that the microstructure of the alloy is composed
