从硅位错附近得到的会聚束电子衍射图样表明高阶劳厄带线和菊池线分裂,晶体学等效的衍射显示不同的分裂或不分裂,这些结果可以用晶体缺陷的衍衬理论来解释,不分裂的衍射相当于位错的不可见,即g·b=0,会聚束电子衍射提供了强有力的研究缺陷的高空间分辨率手段。 关键词:  相似文献

用会聚束电子衍射得到了石墨和辉钼矿的底面横向层错的带轴图样。带轴图样显示了层错引起的变化,对称性降低和部分衍射分裂,本文首先指出衍射分裂或不分裂可以用晶体缺陷衍射衬度理论来解释,这对应于缺陷的可见和不可见,这结果对缺陷的研究有普遍性意义。这方法为研究晶体缺陷提供了强有力的手段。 关键词:  相似文献

拉盖尔-高斯(Laguerre-Gaussian,LG)光束具有轨道角动量,分析近场条件下LG光束通过含光阑光学系统传输的解析公式,对不同阶LG光束通过双缝时双缝间的相位差变化进行了计算。利用计算机生成叉形衍射光栅显示在空间光调制器上,基模高斯光束产生衍射,得到不同阶次LG涡旋光束,通过CCD采集LG空心光束的光斑及双缝干涉后的图样,实现对LG光束传输轨道角动量特性的实验测量。在确定光束束径下,分析了叉形衍射光栅密度、空心光束宽度半径比、双缝宽度等参数对双缝干涉条纹的影响,在距离激光器1m处的SLM上显示4mm×5mm叉形衍射光栅,光栅密度约为16lines/mm,可产生暗斑尺寸在0.5mm~0.9mm之间、宽度半径比为0.2的LG空心光束。LG光束通过双缝宽度0.2mm,双缝间距0.5mm的光栅,可以得到清晰的干涉条纹。研究结果为近场光通信中利用光学涡旋轨道角动量编码信息提供了理论依据。  相似文献

应用低能电子显微术对W(110)面二维氧化结构进行了初步研究.随着氧暴露量的增加,低能电子衍射图样由清洁表面(1×1)结构转变成p(2×1),再变为带有复杂衍射卫星点的p(2×2)结构.利用低能电子显微术的暗场像模式,对(00)束附近的分数衍射斑点进行了放大成像,发现表面由两种对比度相差很大的区域组成,它们就是具有不同方位取向的氧超结构畴区.两种畴区的分布与衬底表面缺陷特别是表面台阶有一定的关系,而且温度对这种钨表面的二维氧化起着重要作用 关键词:  相似文献

会聚束电子衍射是测定晶体点群、空间群的有效方法。要清楚地判断会聚束电子衍射图样的对称性,电子束的会聚角要大,但衍射盘不能重叠。本文提出了一种新方法来获得不重叠的大角度会聚束电子衍射。新方法是使电子束离焦,固定样品,从而保留了样品的同心倾动位置,作大角度倾动时不会失去原来感兴趣的区域。新方法在原理上和田中等人提出的方法相同,但优越性更大。同时也研究了大束斑(≥2μm)大角度会聚束电子衍射。 关键词:  相似文献

采用气态源分子束外延方法生长了束缚态到连续态跃迁太赫兹量子级联激光器(terahertz quantum-cascade laser,简称THz QCL)有源区结构,并且采用电化学CV仪、霍尔测试仪以及高分辨X射线衍射对材料的质量进行表征,得出THz QCL有源区具有很高的晶体质量.另外,采用蒙特卡罗方法模拟了共振声子THz QCL器件的I-V曲线,分析了在不同偏压下子能级的对齐状况和电子的输运特征. 关键词: 太赫兹 量子级联激光器 分子束外延 X射线衍射  相似文献

本文应用准周期概念给出声表面波在线性调频声栅上Bragg衍射的透射函数。将一级衍射波的分布作为有限孔径内的已知分布。将求解透射区的一级声束的场分布问题作为求上述有限孔的衍射问题来处理。分析结果表明,对偏转声束来说,在Fresnel区存在一个Fraunhofer平面。线性调频声栅同时起两个作用:它既相当于一个等周期的声束偏转器,同时又是一个Fresnel透镜,在焦平面上的声场分布,是声栅出射平面上偏转声束幅度分布的Fourier变换。分析结果还表明:聚焦声轴随入射声波频率而平行移动。这一现象属首次发现,实验结果证实了上述理论分析预计。 关键词:  相似文献

研究了高阶Bessel光束经过柱透镜后的光场分布特性.在广义惠更斯-菲涅尔衍射积分理论基础上,推导出高阶Bessel光束透过柱透镜后的衍射光场分布表达式;并利用MATLAB和MATHCAD模拟了不同传播距离处的光强分布.实验上,利用轴棱锥和螺旋相位板产生不同阶数的高阶Bessel光束,并使产生的高阶Bessel光束经过柱透镜,最后用CCD记录下不同距离处的衍射光场.研究结果表明,高阶Bessel光束经过柱透镜形成唇状的焦散光束.  相似文献

采用高斯展开法,研究了具有三个瓣的小瓣数贝塞尔声束的基波和二次谐波的传播性质.根据准线性近似下Khokhlov-Zabolotskaya-Kuznetsov方程的积分形式解,分析了媒质的声吸收(声衰减)对波束形状的影响.结果表明:吸收参量对二次谐波径向分布有很大的影响.当瓣数较少时,实际的有限孔径贝塞尔声束二次谐波仍然具有理想无限大孔径贝塞尔声束的主要特征,在近场无衍射区,径向几乎无衍射. 关键词: 二次谐波 贝塞尔声束 声吸收 有限孔径声束  相似文献

The paper deals with the computer simulation of composite theoretical electron-diffraction patterns for metastable austenitic steels, containing deformation and martensite transformation structures. In many cases generated data can be used for interpretation of experimentally determined diffraction patterns. A few examples are presented which demonstrate that the application of the composite theoretical diffraction patterns may be complicated due to various diffraction effects which can modify the geometry of experimentally obtained diffraction patterns.  相似文献

自然界中三角和斐波纳契数的叶序花样随处可见.通过控制几何条件以及冷却之后产生的应力,这些花样能在Ag内核/SiOx壳层微结构(约10μm大小)上予以实现.在这种内核/壳结构表面上,大小形状十分一致的小球通过自组装是形成斐波纳契数花样(我们观察到5×8,8×13和13×21三种)还是三角花样,取决于基座面的几何构形.作者工作的意义在于揭示了在适当的几何约束下,自组装形成的花样是总应变能最小的结果.这对叶序花样的形成来源提出了一种非遗传的机理.此外,作者的研究表明,高度有序的、甚至含有内禀缺陷的微结构可以通过应力工程在大面积范围内同时得到.  相似文献

提出了一种无需标记的物体在线三维面形测量方法。将一固定的正弦条纹投影到待测运动物体上,借助物体运动产生等效的相移变形条纹。基于傅里叶变换轮廓术的调制度对各帧变形条纹计算,提取其具有某一特定分布的特征区域,采用相关度最大法,检测各帧变形条纹对应的调制度特征区域的位移量来检测出物体的移动,从而实现像素匹配,得到一组像素坐标完全一一对应的等效相移变形条纹图。利用Stoilov相移算法得到物体的截断相位,利用位相展开算法展开位相,通过位相和高度映射即可实现在线移动物体的面形测量。通过计算机仿真验证了该方法的可行性。  相似文献

On-line phase measuring profilometry based on phase matching is proposed. While just one fixed sinusoidal fringe is projected on a measured object moving with the pipeline, deformed patterns modulated by the object moving at the same distance moment are captured synchronously by the CCD camera. The phase information of the object in those captured deformed patterns can be predicted using FTP method to assist the pixel matching so as to realize the point-to-point correspondence of the object in the captured deformed patterns. Meanwhile, the equivalent phase-shifting deformed patterns can be extracted. So the three dimensional shape of the object can be reconstructed successfully with an equal phase-shifting algorithm. Numerical simulation and experiments show feasibility and validity of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper aims to present a rapid 3D shape measurement system based on novel monochromatic structured light patterns. The system consists of projectors shooting the fringe patterns onto the inspected parts and cameras recording the corresponding distorted images. Using the two-level fringe patterns, the correspondence between the projector image and camera image can be established with sub-pixel accuracy. The two-level pattern is based on three spatiotemporal binary stripes, in which the value of the stripe boundary (first-level coding) is determined by the two adjacent stripes patterns over time and the codeword of the strip boundary (second-level coding) depends on its values and neighbor boundary values in space. The proposed pattern is robust to ambience light variation and part texture. Moreover, the occlusion can be overcome and high density measurement can be achieved. Experiments with different 3D parts are conducted to evaluate the robustness and accuracy of the inspection system using the two-level patterns. The results show that the system has desired properties of high accuracy, high density, rapid acquisition, and robustness, which are essential for industrial application.  相似文献

This article presents the experimental results of an evaluation of the influence of internal flow patterns on the heat transfer performance of a closed-loop oscillating heat pipe with check valves. It was found that the internal flow patterns could be classified according to four flow patterns: dispersed bubble flow, bubble flow, slug flow, and annular flow, respectively. The main regime of each flow pattern can be determined from a flow pattern map. The map can be used to predict the trend of the heat transfer rate in the closed-loop oscillating heat pipe with check valves.  相似文献

The spatio-temporal characterization of an isolated attosecond pulse is investigated theoretically in a two-color field.Our results show that a few-cycle isolated attosecond pulse with the center wavelength of 16 nm can be generated effectively by adding a weak controlling field. Using the split and delay units, the isolated attosecond pulse can be split to the two same ones, and then single-pinhole diffractive patterns of the two pulses with different delays can be achieved. The diffractive patterns depend severely on the periods of the attosecond pulses, which can be helpful to obtain temporal information of the coherent sources.  相似文献

We propose a new algorithm for wavefront sensing based on binary intensity modulation. The algorithm is based on the fact that a wavefront can be expended with a series of orthogonal and binary functions, the Walsh series. We use a spatial light modulator(SLM) to produce different binary-intensity-modulation patterns which are the simple linear transformation of the Walsh series. The optical fields under different binary-intensity-modulation patterns are detected with a photodiode.The relationships between the incident wavefront modulated with the patterns and their optical fields are built to determinate the coefficients of the Walsh series. More detailed and strict relationship equations are established with the algorithm by adding new modulation patterns according to the properties of the Walsh functions. An exact value can be acquired by solving the equations. Finally, with the help of phase unwrapping and smoothing, the wavefront can be reconstructed. The advantage of the algorithm is providing an analytical solution for the coefficients of the Walsh series to reconstruct the wavefront. The simulation experiments are presented and the effectiveness of the algorithm is demonstrated.  相似文献
