拉曼光谱是一种已广泛应用于化学、生物学和物理学的技术。然而拉曼光谱仪的电荷耦合器件很容易受到宇宙射线的影响,从而产生随机的窄带宽、高强度的spike。在真实样品中出现概率较低,约为千分之一,但一旦出现将严重降低信号对比度。该研究提出一种实用的spike剔除算法。该算法对中值滤波后的数据与原始数据作差,得到偏差数据。用分位数的方法将偏差数据从小到大排序,取中间99%数据作为真实数据作高斯分布拟合。根据spike强度高,稀疏的特性,以光谱中高强度数据的出现概率作为阈值标准剔除spike。最后以中值滤波结果带入原始数据代替spike,从而最大程度还原样本原始信息且不需任何调试参数。以加入不同强度spike的拉曼光谱作为验证对象,实验结果表明本算法对spike检测与去除的灵敏度可以高达99.5%。本算法同时适用于一维拉曼光谱、二维拉曼图像和三维拉曼数据立方体,且算法表现随着维度的增加而提高,一维spike剔除算法能检测超过最大峰强度40%的spike,而在三维拉曼数据立方体中,超过峰值20%的spike即能被检测出。用该算法对40 000条真实拉曼光谱进行处理,可以在不扭曲真实信号的情况下有效地剔除spike,进一步证明了算法的实用性。  相似文献

饱和脂肪酸及其盐在自然界中广泛存在,它们也是重要的化工原料.但是有关此类物质拉曼光谱特征的研究尚属少见.为了进一步了解它们的拉曼光谱特征,对乙酸、硬脂酸及乙酸钙、乙酸镁、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁进行了拉曼光谱研究.从指认这6种物质拉曼光谱的特征峰拉曼位移出发,对它们的相应谱峰进行比对与分析,探讨了阳离子的引入对饱和脂肪酸及其盐的拉曼光谱的影响,找出了它们拉曼光谱的差异.比较不同阳离子形成的饱和脂肪酸盐的特征峰拉曼位移的差别,从折合质量和核外电子构型角度解释了造成差异的原因.同时发现了长碳链可以减弱不同阳离子对饱和脂肪酸盐拉曼光谱造成的影响.  相似文献

危险液体混合物的拉曼光谱定性定量分析一直是现场应用难点,为解决该问题,分析了多种物质混合后拉曼光谱的峰位、峰值、峰型变化情况,选取拉曼光谱关键特征峰进行数学简化,构建了从混合物物质成分到混合物拉曼光谱的映射关系,该映射关系描述多种物质成分混合的混合物拉曼特征峰响应只和混合物中各成分本身拉曼特征峰响应以及各物质成分混合比例有关,各物质成分按混合比例贡献拉曼特征谱峰,共同形成最终的混合物拉曼光谱。由该映射关系求逆,可实现从采集到的混合物拉曼光谱计算出各物质成分的混合比例。基于此,设计了危险液体混合物成分定性定量识别方法,主要方法步骤包括,首先进行拉曼光谱数据采集,然后进行拉曼光谱数据处理并获得拉曼特征峰,再进行测试样品与数据谱库标准品的正反向特征峰匹配,如果正反向特征峰匹配系数都比较高,在满足一定阈值条件下,可认定测试样品是某种纯净物,如果不是纯净物,则进入混合物分析,通过拉曼光谱特征峰反向匹配系数筛选,确定混合物成分构成,混合物成分确定后再进行混合物成分比例计算,最终实现危险液体混合物定性定量分析。实验部分,选定丙酮、甲苯、三氯甲烷、乙醇及其混合物进行实验验证,当混合物样品是丙酮、乙醇两种成分按3∶7比例混合时,经拉曼光谱识别方法计算,混合成分计算值是丙酮占比0.245 7,乙醇占比0.706 0;当混合物样品是甲苯、三氯甲烷两种成分按3∶7比例混合时,经拉曼光谱识别方法计算,混合成分计算值是甲苯占比0.323 4,三氯甲烷占比0.763 0;当混合物样品是丙酮、甲苯、乙醇三种成分按4∶3∶3比例混合时,经拉曼光谱识别方法计算,混合成分计算值是丙酮占比0.795 9、甲苯占比0.303 5、乙醇占比0.287 5,实验结果表明,当危险液体混合物成分是两种或三种成分混合时,混合成分计算值基本和实际值吻合,应用危险液体混合物的拉曼光谱定性定量识别方法,可较准确的从拉曼混合光谱中解析出各混合物成分以及各成分在混合物中的比例,可以判断混合物每个拉曼特征谱峰都来自于哪个成分或哪些成分拉曼特征谱峰的混合,谱图解析结果良好,对危险液体混合物现场分析鉴别有较大应用价值。  相似文献

利用傅里叶变换拉曼光谱仪得到了甲状腺癌和甲状腺正常组织样品的拉曼光谱,这2种组织样本的拉曼特征峰主要出现在400~3 500 cm-1的波长范围内.在甲状腺正常组织的拉曼光谱中位于503和758cm-1处有两个特征峰,758 cm-1处峰指认为苯环的环振动,503 cm-1处的拉曼峰经分析初步指认为C-Ⅰ伸缩振动,这2个特征峰在甲状腺癌的拉曼光谱中均消失.在甲状腺正常组织的拉曼光谱中位于3 062和1 003 cm-1处酪氨酸的特征峰,在甲状腺癌组织的拉曼光谱中,这2处峰的相对强度明显降低.因此,拉曼光谱法有望成为甲状腺癌诊断的有效方法.  相似文献

利用共聚焦显微拉曼光谱技术,对玻璃片上的油脂指纹进行分析研究。根据其特征峰位置和数目将样品进行分类,并对特征峰所对应的分子振动基团进行指认。在此基础上,对玻璃片上的油脂指纹进行拉曼光谱成像,从而获得油脂指纹纹线物质在空间上的分布情况。实验结果表明,共聚焦显微拉曼光谱技术可以区分不同成分的指纹残留物,拉曼成像技术可以同时获得指纹的图像和物质成分,对于油脂指纹的提取和分析有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

拉曼光谱测量速度快,可以实现原位实时测量,现已成为过程控制中物料检测的一种重要手段。但由于环境的复杂性以及拉曼光谱信号特点,目前在线检测时难免会出现一些重叠谱峰。基于免疫算法特点,将该方法用于芳烃重叠拉曼谱峰信号的解析中,提取混合物质中单个组分拉曼谱峰信息进行分析,结果表明该方法解析快速、定量准确,相对误差低于1%,是解析重叠拉曼光谱信号的有效方法。针对现场样品检测中出现的重叠谱峰伴随荧光背景信号,提出了结合独立成分分析的自适应免疫算法,有效地解析出荧光背景信号,为复杂样品的拉曼光谱检测分析提供了新的手段。  相似文献

拉曼光谱具有分辨率高、分析速度快、检测样品制备简单、无损以及可在线测量等优点,被广泛用于分析物质的成分与分子结构信息,可以对多种有机物和无机物进行定性和定量的分析。目前主要应用多以相对比较成熟的定性分析为主,用于定量分析时,一方面由于拉曼光谱的重现性较差,会受到很多内部因素干扰;另一方面,拉曼光谱的分析理论相比于传统技术还不够完善,分析结果的误差较大,限制了其在定量分析中的应用。在基于强度比值的定量分析中,拉曼强度归一化理论的出现为拉曼光谱的应用提供了理论依据,参考峰/内标峰及拟合方法的选择对测量准确性和稳定性有较大的影响。采用激光拉曼系统研究了不同浓度乙醇溶液拉曼光谱特征峰(C—C—O对称伸缩,874 cm-1)与其他参考峰/内标峰的相对强度关系,分别提出了基于乙醇本征峰位比值法和基于CCl4特征峰位的内标法,建立了线性回归分析模型,经归一化处理后两种方法均可有效消除系统中的突变噪声及强荧光背景的影响。通过联合假设检验等统计学方法对比了不同组内与组间的数据差异,确定了两种方法中准确性和稳定性最好的参考峰/内标峰。F检验与t检验表明,用乙醇自...  相似文献

为了研究层析滤纸在表面增强拉曼光谱和层析技术联用中的影响。在785 nm激发波长下分别测试了层析滤纸, 涂布银胶后层析滤纸的拉曼特征谱, 以及氧化乐果在层析滤纸上的拉曼光谱和表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)。结果表明, 层析滤纸在800~1500 cm-1光谱区域具有丰富的拉曼特征峰, 分析认为主要来源于纤维素, 并对其进行了归属; 涂布银胶后, 由于银颗粒的作用, 层析滤纸拉曼强度整体降低, 并发生特征峰相对强度的变化; 同时, 氧化乐果在层析滤纸上的SERS谱也表明涂布银胶能够有效抑制层析滤纸拉曼特征峰, 增强待测物质拉曼强度, 但在800~1500 cm-1光谱区域仍需考虑层析滤纸的影响。  相似文献

微量物质拉曼光谱测量精度的提高是拉曼分析技术的难点之一,特别是高荧光背景下生物体中微量物质的测量。根据拉曼谱峰突发、离散特点,分别给出荧光背景和噪声拟合函数,通过监测总体拟合偏差A类不确定度函数实现拉曼谱峰定位和干扰信号滤波;进一步根据谱峰位置划分光谱区间,在单调区间内弱化非谱峰信号,实现谱峰信号增强。与其他光谱处理方法比较,可以准确拆分重叠特征峰,不会降低特征峰高度,提供更加灵敏的半谱峰面积指标。实验表明,该方法在处理皮肤拉曼光谱时,可以准确得到螺旋构象的酰胺I带、神经酰胺和CO的归属拉曼谱峰;另外经过该方法处理后数据建立水溶性糖(水稻叶片)含量测量模型,其精度优于小波分解、多项式拟合和非线性最小二乘法。  相似文献

A report is presented on the observation of spikes of high-intensity radiation emitted from a 2-mm wavelength Raman free electron laser oscillator. The spikes are correlated with a well-developed sideband spectrum, including several sideband harmonics, together with the carrier. A pulse width ~150 ps is obtained from analysis of data obtained with a two-slit Young's experiment. An even shorter pulse width results from a numerical model. 近红外光谱(NIRS)广泛应用于生产过程分析与监测,常需事先建立定量校正或定性判别模型,并需在生产条件变化后调整模型,使用较复杂。本文从相异度和相似度两个对立互补的角度,提出自适应移动窗口标准差法和过程光谱相似度法,并以此为基础建立一种针对生产过程的无需校正模型的简易光谱在线监测方法。论文以中药柱层析过程为例,对监测过程作NIRS自适应移动窗口标准差趋势图和过程光谱相似度趋势图,并通过HPLC离线分析所得的多指标成分含量变化趋势图进行对比验证,发现可用于工艺状况实时监测,指导收集起点、终点、溶液相变点的判断,表明论文提出的方法合理可行。该方法亦可用于紫外/可见、红外、拉曼、荧光等光谱及色谱、质谱等其他过程分析技术。  相似文献

Raman spectroscopy is a novel method of food analysis and inspection. It is highly accurate, quick, and noninvasive. The investigation and monitoring of food processing is important because most of the foods humans eat today are processed in various ways. In this article, the use of Raman spectroscopy in food processes, such as fermentation, cooking, processed food manufacturing, and so on, are explored. The characteristics and difficulties of the Raman inspection of these processes are also discussed. According to the various research reports, Raman spectroscopy is a very powerful tool for monitoring these food processes in lab environments and is likely to see usage in situ in the future.  相似文献

Femtosecond laser-induced formation of spikes on silicon   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
We find that silicon surfaces develop arrays of sharp conical spikes when irradiated with 500-fs laser pulses in SF6. The height of the spikes decreases with increasing pulse duration or decreasing laser fluence, and scales nonlinearly with the average separation between spikes. The spikes have the same crystallographic orientation as bulk silicon and always point along the incident direction of laser pulses. The base of the spikes has an asymmetric shape and its orientation is determined by the laser polarization. Our data suggest that both laser ablation and laser-induced chemical etching of silicon are involved in the formation of the spikes. ABSTRACT: BACKGROUND: Understanding how neurons contribute to perception, motor functions and cognition requires the reliable detection of spiking activity of individual neurons during a number of different experimental conditions. An important problem in computational neuroscience is thus to develop algorithms to automatically detect and sort the spiking activity of individual neurons from extracellular recordings. While many algorithms for spike sorting exist, the problem of accurate and fast online sorting still remains a challenging issue. RESULTS: Here we present a novel software tool, called FSPSTM (Fuzzy SPike Sorting), which is designed to optimize: (i) fast and accurate detection, (ii) offline sorting and (iii) online classification of neuronal spikes with very limited or null human intervention. The method is based on a combination of Singular Value Decomposition for fast and highly accurate preprocessing of spike shapes, unsupervised Fuzzy C-mean, high-resolution alignment of extracted spike waveforms, optimal selection of the number of features to retain, automatic identification the number of clusters, and quantitative quality assessment of resulting clusters independent on their size. After being trained on a short testing data stream, the method can reliably perform supervised online classification and monitoring of single neuron activity. The generalized procedure has been implemented in our FSPSTM spike sorting software (available free for non-commercial academic applications at the address: http://www.spikesorting.com) using LabVIEWTM (National Instruments, USA). We evaluated the performance of our algorithm both on benchmark simulated datasets with different levels of background noise and on real extracellular recordings from premotor cortex of Macaque monkeys. The results of these tests showed an excellent accuracy in discriminating lowamplitude and overlapping spikes under strong background noise. The performance of our method is competitive with respect to other robust spike sorting algorithms. CONCLUSIONS: This new software provides neuroscience laboratories with a new tool for fast and robust online classification of single neuron activity. This feature could become crucial in situations when online spike detection from multiple electrodes is paramount, such as in human clinical recordings or in brain-computer interfaces.  相似文献

Production methods for carbon nanotubes are now well established and allow their synthesis on a scale of grams per day. For many potential applications of this unique material, its purification still remains a crucial problem. In this article various purification methods for single- and multi-wall carbon nanotubes are reviewed. These methods are compared in terms of their capacity, efficiency, and effects on the tubes. In addition, the use of Raman spectroscopy for monitoring the chromatographic purification of single-wall nanotubes is described.
