以钛酸丁酯、无水乙醇、钨酸铵为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了WO3/TiO2复合光催化剂;采用光还原技术制备了Ag负载WO3/TiO2光催化剂,借助X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和UV-Vis光谱等技术对样品的组成和光吸收性能进行了表征,并以罗丹明B为模型污染物考察样品的光催化活性。XRD分析表明,所得粉体均为锐钛矿型纳米TiO2,且与WO3复合后,纳米TiO2特征衍射峰宽化,强度降低;UV-Vis光谱分析表明,载银使得催化剂在400—700nm的可见光区域对光响应,且在紫外光区吸收显著增强,对光具有更高的利用率;以罗丹明B为降解物的光催化实验表明,WO3复合对纳米TiO2光催化活性有显著的影响,而载Ag后其光催化活性进一步提高,将该光催化剂用于炼油厂废水的处理,效果较好。  相似文献

首次利用原位共沉淀技术成功制备Ag_3PO_4/Ag/Ag_2Mo_2O_7复合光催化剂.所制备Ag_3PO_4/Ag/Ag_2Mo_2O_7纳米复合物由Ag_3PO_4和Ag纳米粒子组装在Ag_2Mo_2O_7纳米线表面.可见光照射下(λ420nm),Ag_3PO_4/Ag/Ag_2Mo_2O_7复合物表现出优异的光催化性能,其光催化活性较Ag_3PO_4、Ag_2Mo_2O_7及Ag_3PO_4/Ag_2Mo_2O_7样品有较大提高.结果表明,Ag_3PO_4/Ag/Ag_2Mo_2O_7光催化性能提高的原因是Ag_3PO_4/Ag负载使催化剂比表面积的增加、可见光吸收范围增大,同时由于生成Ag_3PO_4/Ag/Ag_2Mo_2O_7三元异质结构有效抑制了光生电子空穴对的复合.  相似文献

以玻璃珠为载体,溶胶-凝胶法制Ag-TiO2和Au-TiO2复合薄膜,研究了水溶液中的偶氮染料酸性大红GR进行了固定相光催化氧化以及银和金的掺杂量、染料水溶液的pH值、光源、催化剂的重复使用性等因素的影响.负载型复合光催化剂Ag-TiO2和Au-TiO2的光催化活性显著提高.当Ag和Au掺杂TiO2的质量分数分别为0.4%和0.6%时,最高光解率分别提高了2.1倍和1.8倍.  相似文献

采用低温水热法成功制备了层状的K4Nb6O17半导体光催化材料。考虑到水热合成的K4Nb6O17表面多羟基(Nb—OH)和端氧(Nb O,Nb—O-)的特点,采用Ag(en)2+配合物前驱体法制备了高度均匀分散的Ag/K4Nb6O17异质结光催化剂,光催化性能评价结果表明,半导体K4Nb6O17表面负载极少量的Ag,其光催化降解甲基橙活性便得到大幅度提高,Ag的最佳负载量为0.5 at%。综合XRD,FTIR,UV-VisDRS,XRF和TEM表征结果,对Ag/K4Nb6O17异质结光催化剂的作用机制进行了较详细地阐述并获得如下结论:(1)K4Nb6O17提供了降解有机染料分子的电子和空穴;(2)K4Nb6O17纳米晶上Ag粒子作为光生电子接受器,促进了金属-半导体界面上电荷的转移,有效地分离了光生电子-空穴对,提高了光催化活性。  相似文献

采用特殊液相沉淀法制备纳米级的TiO2/SnO2复合粒子,对制备的纳米TiO2/SnO2采用XRD、TEM等手段进行了表征。用它做催化剂在日光下对甲基橙溶液进行了光催化实验。结果表明,纳米级TiO2/SnO2复合催化剂比纯TiO2的催化活性好,当SnO2摩尔百分数为20%时效果最佳,在60min内对10mg/L的甲基橙水溶液的降解率高达90.2%,具有较好的光催化活性。  相似文献

以膨润土为载体,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同焙烧温度的Cu-Fe双金属掺杂的TiO2/膨润土复合光催化剂,采用XRD、TG-DSC和N2吸附技术对其结构进行了表征,通过光催化降解直接天蓝染料废水,考察了焙烧温度对催化剂光催化性能的影响.结果表明,当焙烧温度高于300℃时,催化剂中出现了锐钛矿型TiO2,掺杂的Cu2+、Fe3+可能进入了TiO2晶格取代了部分Ti4+,使其晶格产生了一定程度的畸变,形成了复合半导体,拓宽了TiO2的光谱响应范围,并且Cu2+、Fe3+掺杂的TiO2复合半导体进入了蒙脱石层间,与膨润土成功复合,增大了催化剂的比表面积并改善了催化剂的孔体积,提高了光催化剂活性和再生性.  相似文献

基于TiO2光催化剂的优良光催化活性,采用酸性溶胶法合成了TiO2柱撑蒙脱土复合光催化剂,利用IR,UV-Vis,TG/DTA,XRD及SEM等手段对复合催化剂进行了表征,通过太阳光对酸性品红光催化降解实验,考察了催化剂的光催化活性。该催化剂比纳米TiO2对酸性品红的光催化降解反应表现出更高的催化活性,而且更易于沉降、回收。当TiO2柱撑蒙脱土光催化剂的用量为0.2 g.(100 mL)-1,酸性品红溶液的pH值为3时,在太阳光下40 min内酸性品红基本降解完全,而且该降解过程符合Langmuir-Hin-shelwood方程。X射线衍射(XRD)分析表明钛柱撑蒙脱土的层间距较钠基蒙脱土有明显的增大,紫外-可见吸收光谱表明TiO2柱撑蒙脱土比纳米TiO2具有更高的光吸收效率。  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶-浸渍法制备TiO2/5A型催化剂,以其对水样中CN-降解率的大小来评价催化剂的光催化活性,并与P25型纳米TiO2催化效果作比较,从而探讨5A型分子筛负载纳米TiO2的百分含量、催化剂加入量、水样的pH值及CN-初始浓度对TiO2/5A光催化降解水中CN-催化活性的影响.结果表明:5A型分子筛负载纳米TiO2的量为20%、加入量为1.5g/L、pH=10、CN-初始浓度为50mg/L,反应时间为3h时,降解率达88.64%,且优于P25型纳米TiO2的降解效果.  相似文献

制备出H3PW12O40/La-N-TiO2催化剂并采用红外光谱,N2吸附-脱附分析,透射电镜和紫外漫反射进行结构表征。红外光谱检测表明,复合催化剂中H3PW12O40保留了Keggin结构;掺杂La-N之后,复合催化剂的BET比表面积是母体TiO2的两倍;透射电镜检测表明,催化剂由相对均匀的球形颗粒组成,分散性良好;紫外漫反射检测表明,掺杂La和N元素后所制备的复合催化剂对可将光的光响应性能明显提高。对吡虫啉的光催化实验表明,所制备的不同负载量催化剂中30%H3PW12O40/0.3%La-1.0%N-TiO2具有最好的光催化活性(≥400nm),光照3h后吡虫啉降解率为91.57%,光照6h后吡虫啉降解率达98.89%,基本上完全降解。  相似文献

通过溶液法合成了PbSe/TiO2复合纳米管,并对其进行了微观形貌、晶体结构等的表征。结果表明,制得的样品是由PbSe和TiO2两种材料构成的复合材料,致密、均匀的TiO2薄膜包覆在PbSe纳米管表面。以氙灯为模拟光源,通过对甲基橙的降解研究了PbSe/TiO2复合纳米管的光催化性能。结果显示,PbSe与TiO2之间形成的异质结使PbSe/TiO2复合纳米管具有较高的光催化性能,比纯PbSe纳米管的催化降解率提高了约4.5倍。另外,对PbSe/TiO2复合纳米管光催化稳定性也进行了研究。  相似文献

Two sets of Co3O4-KIT-6 composite catalysts were prepared. To prepare the first set of catalysts, mesoporous silica (KIT-6) samples with different pore sizes were obtained by changing the hydrothermal temperature during synthesis, and the same amount of Co3O4 (10?%) was loaded by impregnation. In the second set, KIT-6 prepared by hydrothermal synthesis at 100?°C was used to load different amounts of Co3O4 (up to 50?%). These materials were characterized by low-angle and wide-angle X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and N2 adsorption?Cdesorption. The TEM results showed that Co3O4 species do not disperse on the inner pores of KIT-6 homogeneously, nor do they form separate Co3O4 particles detached from KIT-6. Rather, Co3O4 crystals grow into the KIT-6 matrix, forming Co3O4-KIT-6 composite grains in some parts of the KIT-6 matrix, whereas there are empty mesoporous silica channels in other parts. The influences of textural properties of KIT-6 support and the loading of Co3O4 on the catalytic activity in N2O decomposition were studied. It was found that the textural properties (e.g., pore size, surface area) of KIT-6 have little effect on the catalytic activity, whereas the amount of Co3O4 directly correlates with the catalytic activity.  相似文献

Mono-disperse spinel Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanosized particles have been synthesized via a hydrothermal method at low temperature. X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM) analysis indicated that the synthesized nanocrystals were of pure cubic spinel structure with the size about 6-20 nm. The activation energy of grain growth is 35.06 kJ/mol experimented by the Arrhenius equation. A primary experimental model was put forward to shed light on the growth mechanism of crystallined spinel Ni-Zn ferrite nanosized particles under hydrothermal conditions. The magnetic measurements shows that the prepared Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticle possess good superparamagnetic behavior.  相似文献

Ordered nanoporous TiO2 materials (MK-TiO2, MS-TiO2, and MU-TiO2) were synthesized for the dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) by using different silica templates such as KIT-6, SBA-15, and MSU-H. To prepare a photoelectrode in DSSC, cis-bis(isothiocyanato)bis(2,2′-bipyridyl-4,4′-dicarboxylato)-ruthenium(II)bis-tetrabutylammonium dye (N719) was adsorbed onto the synthesized nanoporous TiO2 materials. The samples were characterized by XRD, TEM, FE-SEM, AFM, and N2 adsorption analyses. The photovoltaic performance of DSSC was evaluated from the overall conversion efficiency, fill factor, open-circuit voltage, and short-circuit current from the I-V curves measured. It was found that the photoelectric performance is highly dependent on the adsorption properties of N719 dye molecules on the nanoporous TiO2 replicas (MK-TiO2, MS-TiO2, and MU-TiO2) synthesized from different silica templates.  相似文献

利用水热合成方法,在低浓度盐酸下用三嵌段共聚物EO106PO70EO106(F127)作为模板剂,在100℃,130℃和150℃的条件下,制备了3种笼型介孔二氧化硅.通过粉末N2气吸附-脱附实验表征其孔径(PD)及比表面积(BET)、扫描电镜(SEM)观察其表面形貌、透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析其微观结构;通过表征结果分析,该材料具有笼型介孔结构.同时,将该介孔材料应用在色谱分离方面,对氯苯,苯乙烯,1,2-二苯乙烯,联苯4种物质混合物进行分离,与其他多种二氧化硅材料比较,150℃的条件下合成的KIT-5-150分离效果最好.  相似文献

Nanosized tungsten carbide and cobalt composite powder was synthesized by a two-step reaction via a thermal plasma process. Ammonium paratungstate (APT) and cobalt oxide were used as the precursors. The injected precursors were vaporized in the plasma flame and the subsequent reduction of the vaporized precursors produced uniformly mixed nanosized tungsten and cobalt composite powder. The subsequent carburization of this powder by CH4–H2 mixture resulted in the formation of nanosized WC–Co composite powder with a particle size <110 nm. This new method represents an alternative route that avoids the post-treatment required for the WC1?x produced when methane was used for direct carburization in the powder production step.  相似文献

The growth of multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) was successfully achieved in the channels of three dimensional (3D) iron loaded mesoporous matrices (KIT-6) by employing catalytic chemical vapour deposition (CCVD) technique. The synthesised MWNTs, which were characterised by SEM, TEM and Raman spectroscopy, consist of thick graphene layers of about 10 nm composed of 29 graphene sheets with inner and outer diameter of ∼17 nm and ∼37 nm, respectively. The Raman spectrum showed the formation of well-graphitised MWNTs with significantly higher IG/ID ratio of 1.47 compared to commercial MWNTs. Comparatively, 2 wt% Fe loaded KIT-6 material produced a better yield of 91%, which is also highest compared with the report of MWNTs synthesis using mesoporous materials reported so far.  相似文献

以溶剂热生长技术(solvothermal technique)制备了半导体CdS的纳米微粒,并采用XRD、TEM、ED对其结构进行表征。在ITO导电玻璃上,采用电化学方法合成聚苯胺薄膜,以提拉的方法将CdS的纳米颗粒涂布其上,自组装得纳米CdS/PANI膜,并以荧光光谱(PL)及非线性Z-扫描法研究其光学特性。实验结果显示:经CdS修饰后,CdS/PANI膜的荧光发射峰强度增强,位置较单一PANI膜移至420nm处,同时经修饰后的复合物膜的非线性光学特性也有显著的提高。  相似文献

Nanosized ZnOs were synthesized on the surface of α brass coated a film of nickel catalyst at 500-700 °C under atmosphere of O2 and CH4 gases. The nanosized ZnOs have shapes including pillar, leaf, sheet and rod, which were determined by the synthesis temperature and the flow rates of O2 and CH4 gases. The nanosized ZnOs were characterized by electron microscopy including transmission electron microscope for crystal structure, morphology and high resolution images, both field emission scanning electron microscope and scanning electron microscope for morphology, and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscope equipped in electron microscope for chemical composition. A mechanism was proposed for the growth of nanosized ZnO obtained in this work.  相似文献

Gd2O3:Eu纳米晶的制备及其光谱性质研究   总被引:5,自引:2,他引:3  
以EDTA为络合剂,聚乙二醇为有机分散剂,用络合溶胶—凝胶法制备出Gd2O3:Eu纳米晶。用XRD,SEM,X—射线能量色散谱仪(EDS),荧光分光光度计等分析手段对Gd2O3:Eu的纳米晶结构、形貌、组分的均匀性以及发光特性进行了研究。结果表明:EDTA—M凝胶仅在800℃焙烧即可得到颗粒细小、组分均匀、纯立方相的Gd2O3:Eu纳米晶,颗粒基本呈球形,粒径为30nm左右。对样品的激发光谱、发射光谱测定表明:Gd2O3:Eu纳米晶在269nm光激发下发红光,发射光谱谱峰在611nm,与体材料基本相同;激发光谱中电荷迁移带(CTB)明显红移,从体材料的255nm移至269nm,移动了约14nm;猝灭浓度从体材料的6%提高到8%。  相似文献
