The photocatalyst of permeable glass membrane/TiO2 doped with Co (permeable glass membrane/TiO2 doped with Co) is prepared by the sol-gel method. The morphology and phase of the samples are determined by the field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and x-ray diffraction experiment, respectively. The photo- catalytic results show that the photocatalyst is sensitive to the visible light and exhibits excellent photocatalytic activity of photodegradation methylene blue. We show the modulation instability of broad optical beams in biased photorefractive-photovoltaic crystals understeady-state conditions. This modulation instability growth rate depends on the external bias tield, the bulkphotovoltaic effect, and the ratio of the optical beam intensity to that of the dark irradiance. Under appropriateconditions, this modulation instability growth rate is the modulation instability growth rate studied previouslyin biased photorefractive-nonphotovoltaic crystals, and the modulation instability growth rate in open- andclosed-circuit photorefractive-photovoltaic crystals can be predicted. 相似文献

We propose a fibre optical stabilizer constituted by a photoelectric-hybrid optical bistable device in which fibre Bragg grating is used as a light intensity modulator. The intensity noise-reducing ability is well improved through the method by employing two feed signals. As a result, the light intensity variation can be reduced to - 1/64. 相似文献

THz emission spectroscopy is used to study the generation mechanism dependent behaviour of terahertz (THz) electromagnetic waves from the GaAs crystal under excitation by 40Ohm and 800hm femtosecond (fs) pulses, respectively. The wavelength dependence of the emission spectrum under two types of THz generation mechanis msis analysed. Under the optical rectification mechanism, a slight enhancement of the spectral amplitude in the high-frequency regime is observed in a GaAs(l10) crystal by the excitation of a 400-nm optical pulse compared with that of 800nm. Whereas an obvious red shift of the amplitude spectrum occurs in the GaAs(100) sample under the transient photoconduction mechanism. These phenomena are explained in detail by the duration of the optical pump pulse and the band structure of GaAs, respectively. 相似文献
