在密度泛函理论和线性响应的密度泛函微扰理论基础上的第一性原理计算的方法研究了Ca掺杂对纤锌矿结构氧化物ZnO热学参数和热学性能的影响。研究结果表明,Ca掺杂ZnO氧化物晶格a,b,c轴均有所增大;在计算温度区间,纯的ZnO和Ca掺杂的ZnO的晶格热容均随温度升高不断增大;Ca掺杂的ZnO具有较高的晶格热容;纯的ZnO和Ca掺杂的ZnO的晶格热容在最高温度900K分别达到16.5 Cal.mol-1K-1和31.7Cal.mol-1K-1。纯的ZnO和Ca掺杂的ZnO的德拜温度 均随温度升高不断增大,Ca掺杂的ZnO的德拜温度 均高于纯的ZnO。Ca掺杂在ZnO中引入了新的振动模式。Ca掺杂ZnO氧化物应该具有较高的晶格热导率。  相似文献

氧化锌具有良好电子传输性和高透光性,ZnO作为电子传输层已被广泛应用于聚合物太阳能电池。但采用溶胶凝胶法和真空镀膜制备ZnO电子传输层,因ZnO界面具有大量缺陷,极大增加载流子复合。抑制ZnO界面复合电流和改善ZnO界面接触性能,是提高ZnO基电子传输层聚合物太阳能电池性能关键所在。基于P3HT:PCBM反转型聚合物太阳能电池,采用磁控溅射ZnO层,研究了离子液功能化碳纳米粒子(ILCNs)修饰层或Ar/O2混合气体溅射沉积ZnO修饰层,以及Ar/O2溅射ZnO界面层与ILCNs联合修饰ZnO界面的聚合物太阳能电池性能。纯Ar和Ar/O2混合气体下一步溅射沉积ZnO电子传输层,其电池效率分别为2.2%和2.8%。经ILCNs修饰或Ar/O2溅射ZnO修饰层,电池效率分别达到3.4%和3.1%,并且分步溅射ZnO层并联合ILCNs修饰ZnO界面,聚合物太阳能电池效率可提高到3.8%。ZnO修饰型聚合物太阳能电池克服了电化学阻抗负阻效应,降低了反向暗电流并显示出更好的整流特性。研究表明,采用ILCNs修饰ZnO层和分步溅射ZnO层能有效抑制ZnO界面缺陷和改善界面接触性能,而采用分步溅射ZnO层与ILCNs联合修饰ZnO界面,这种联合修饰ZnO界面方案,更能增强ZnO层电子传输和提取能力,是提高聚合物太阳能电池效率更为有效方案。  相似文献

宽禁带直接带隙半导体材料氧化锌(ZnO),具有优异的光电性能、机械性能和化学特性。ZnO材料的结构对其性能影响较大,元素掺杂可改变ZnO晶体结构和带隙宽度,是提升ZnO材料性能的有效手段,当前常用Ag掺杂ZnO即为提高光催化反应效率。高压独立于温度、成分,是调控材料结构组织性能的重要手段,是产生新材料、发现新调控原理的重要因素。该研究通过对比纯ZnO晶体和Ag掺杂ZnO晶体的高压相变行为,揭示了元素掺杂对ZnO纳米晶体材料结构性能的影响。研究首先采用水热法辅助制备纯ZnO纳米微球和Ag掺杂ZnO纳米微球(1∶150Ag/ZnO),表征结果显示水热法合成的纯ZnO和1∶150Ag/ZnO均为六角纤锌矿晶体结构,形貌均为几十纳米尺寸小颗粒堆积形成的微球,ZnO晶格常数随着Ag离子掺杂而变大,Ag掺杂导致ZnO晶格膨胀。随后应用金刚石压腔结合原位拉曼光谱技术测定了纯ZnO和Ag掺杂ZnO的高压结构相变行为。相比于纯ZnO拉曼峰,Ag掺杂ZnO的E2(high)振动模式439 cm-1拉曼峰峰宽变窄,并呈现向低频方向移动的趋势,与无定形ZnO谱峰相近,表明Ag+取代Zn2+影响了Zn-O键,同时也影响了ZnO晶格结构的长程有序性。随体系压力增大,表征六角纤锌矿结构ZnO的拉曼特征峰439 cm-1出现瞬间弱化和宽化。压力增大至9.0 GPa时,纤锌矿结构ZnO拉曼特征峰439 cm-1消失,585 cm-1处出现新峰,ZnO晶体发生由六角纤锌矿向岩盐矿的结构转变。压力继续增大至11.5 GPa,新的拉曼峰显著增强,峰形变窄,同时向高波数方向移动,相变完成,岩盐矿结构ZnO性能稳定。1∶150 Ag/ZnO从六角纤锌矿结构到立方岩盐结构的相变压力为7.2 GPa,低于纯ZnO。相变压力降低表明晶体结构稳定性下降,可能的原因在于掺杂Ag导致ZnO晶格膨胀,晶体结构松弛,两相相对体积变化增加,从而导致相变势垒降低,使样品在较低压力下发生相变。纳米材料的高压研究揭示了元素掺杂对材料结构稳定性的影响,是纳米材料调控原理的潜在研究手段。  相似文献

用水热法在ZnO薄膜上制备了直径、密度及取向可控的ZnO纳米线阵列。ZnO薄膜是通过原子层沉积(ALD)方法制备并在不同温度下退火处理得到的,退火温度对ZnO薄膜的晶粒尺寸、结晶质量和缺陷性质有很大的影响。而ZnO薄膜的性质对随后生长的ZnO纳米线的直径、密度及取向能起到调节控制的作用。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)仪和光致发光(PL)测试对ZnO薄膜和ZnO纳米线进行了表征。最后得到的垂直取向的ZnO纳米线阵列适合在发光二极管和太阳能电池等领域使用。  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论框架下的第一性原理平面波超软赝势方法,计算了本征ZnO,Cu 1021cm-3单掺杂ZnO,Co单掺杂ZnO,Cu-Co共掺杂ZnO的电子结构和光学性质.结果表明,在本文掺杂浓度数量级下,Cu,Co单掺杂可以提高ZnO的载流子浓度,从而改善ZnO的导电性,Cu-Co共掺杂时ZnO半导体进入简并状态,呈现金属性.这三种掺杂ZnO均会在可见光和近紫外区域出现光吸收增强现象,其中由于Cu离子与Co离子之间的协同效应,Cu-Co共掺杂ZnO对太阳光的吸收大幅增加,因此Cu-Co共掺杂ZnO可以用于制备高效率的太阳电池.  相似文献

基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理赝势法计算了ZnO极性表面的几何结构和电子结构特性,对比分析了ZnO(0001)和ZnO(0001)表面结构弛豫、能带结构、电子态密度及N吸附ZnO极性表面的形成能情况.计算结果表明: 相对于ZnO(0001)表面,ZnO(0001)表面受结构弛豫影响更加明显,而ZnO(0001)表面完整性更好.相对于体相ZnO结构,ZnO(0001)表面的能带带隙变窄,同时价带顶附近能级非局域性增强使晶体表面的导电性能变得更好;而ZnO(0001)表面的能带带隙变宽,由于O-关键词: 密度泛函理论 第一性原理 ZnO极性表面 N吸附  相似文献

利用密度泛函理论, 计算了本征ZnO, Li-N共掺杂ZnO及Li-2N共掺杂ZnO的电子结构. 计算结果表明, Li-N及Li-2N共掺杂ZnO体系的Fermi能级均不同程度地进入价带顶, 并在Fermi能级附近形成浅的受主能级, 这说明, Li, N原子共掺杂可获得稳定的p型ZnO;与Li-N掺杂ZnO体系相比, Li-2N掺杂ZnO体系进一步提高了体系的载流子浓度, 更有利于获得p型ZnO.  相似文献

利用聚氧化乙烯(PEO)对ZnO表面进行修饰,研究有机包覆对ZnO光学性质的影响。用吸收光谱和光致发光光谱来表征和研究PEO包覆对ZnO纳米粒子光学性质的影响。吸收光谱结果表明随着ZnO薄膜中PEO含量的增加,激子吸收峰逐渐向低能侧方向移动。光致发光光谱是由紫外发射和与氧空位有关的深能级缺陷发光组成,且随着ZnO薄膜中PEO含量的增加,紫外发射与深能级发光强度之比逐渐增大,当ZnO薄膜中的PEO达到最大值时,其比值为31.5,远远大于纯ZnO薄膜的紫外发射与深能级发光强度之比1.04。由此可见,ZnO被PEO包覆后,提高了紫外发光效率,改善了ZnO薄膜的质量。  相似文献

A multi-conjugate adaptive optics (MCAO) can offer a possibility of widening field of view (FOV) characterized by the isoplanatic angle, and the choose of conjugate height becomes a basic problem for MCAO, which influences the size of iosplanatic angle. Considering the application of lidar, the isoplanatic angle's expressions of two deformable mirrors (DMs) MCAO for uplink and downlink are deduced. The effects of conjugate heights for dual-conjugate AO are thoughtfully discussed, and the isoplanatic angles are further analyzed. The results show that the isopanatic angle varies with the conjugate height and reaches the maximum as the conjugate height is at the optimal altitude. Moreover, the optimal conjugate height changes with the propagation distance.  相似文献

Due to the limit of response speed of the present single-photon detector, the code rate is still too low to come into practical use for the present quantum key distribution (QKD) system.A new idea is put up to design a quick single-photon detector.This quick single-photon detector is composed of a multi-port optic-fiber splitter and many avalanche photo diodes (APDs).Au of the ports with APDs work on the time division and cooperate with a logic discriminating and deciding unit driven by the clock signal.The operation frequency lies on the number N of ports, and can reach N times of the conventional single-photon detector.The single-photon prompt detection can come true for high repetition-rate pulses.The applying of this detector will largely raise the code rate of the QKD, and boost the commercial use.  相似文献

A.C mismatches are studied by Raman spectral characterization of PolyA, PolyC, and their equimolar complex in solution of 0.14 mol/L Na ,pH7.0.Experimental results show that A·C mismatches occur to be A/B (mainly A) conformers, and unlike Watson-Crick base pairing, this kind of mismatches is stabilized by only one hydrogen bond involving cytosine N4H2 and adenine N7.The formation of A·C complex makes the base stacking interactions much stronger, and conformation of the backbone more ordered, which leads to obvious Raman hypochromic effect with some shifts in corresponding bands.  相似文献

40-GHz clock modulated signal as a pump to improve the efficiency of four-wave mixing (FWM)-based wavelength conversion in a 26.5-km dispersion shifted fiber (DSF) is investigated. The experimental results demonstrate that the conjugated FWM component has higher intensity with the clock pumping than that with the continuous-wave (CW) light pumping. The improvement of FWM-based wavelength conversion efficiency is negligible when the pump power is less than Brillouin threshold. But when the pump power is greater than Brillouin threshold, the improvement becomes significant and increases with the increment of pump power. The improvement can increase up to 9 dB if pump power reaches 17 dBm.  相似文献

Our experimental results show that the presence of a proper amount of negative group velocity dispersion is essential to multi-pulse operation of a Kerr-lens mode-locked femtosecond laser. We demonstrate that the pulse separations and the number of pulses contained within a cavity round trip are strongly dependent on the initial perturbations. The results allow us to get a better understanding on the influences of the convoluted self-phase modulation and intra-cavity dispersions on the stable multi-pulse oscillation in a Kerr-lens mode-locked femtosecond laser.  相似文献

Based on the Rytov approximation of light propagation in weak turbulent atmosphere,the closed-form expressions of field and average irradiance of each one of the four fundamental families of Helmholtz-Gauss (HzG)beams:cosine-Gauss beams,stationary Mathieu-Gauss beams,stationary parabolic-Gauss beams,and Bessel-Gauss beams,which are propagating in weak turbulent atmosphere,are obtained.The results show that the field and average irradiance can be written as the product of four factors:complex amplitude depending on the z-coordinate only,a Ganssian beam.a factor of complex phase perturbation induced by atmospheric turbulence,and a complex scaled version of the transverse shape of the non-diffracting beam.The effect of weak atmospheric turbulence on irradiance distribution of the HzG beam can be ignored.  相似文献

An effective method for reducing the speckle noise in digital holography is proposed in this paper.Different from the methods based on classical filtering technique,it utilizes the multiple holograms which are generated by rotating the illuminating light continuously.The intensity images reconstructed by a series of holograms generated by rotating the illuminating light possess different speckle patterns.Hence by properly averaging the reconstructed intensity fields,the speckle noises can be reduced greatly.Experimental results show that the proposed method is simple and effective to reduce speckle noise in digital holography.  相似文献

Influence of purity of HfO2 on reflectance of ultraviolet multilayer   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The impurities in two kinds of HfO2 materials and in their corresponding single layer thin films were determined through glow discharge mass spectrum technology and secondary ion mass spectrometry(SIMS) equipment respectively.It was found that ZrO2 was the main impurity in the two kinds of HfO2 either in the original HfO2 materials or in the electron beam deposited films.In addition,the difference of Zr content in the two kinds of HfO2 single laver films was much laxger than that of the other impurities such as Ti and Fe.which showed that it was just ZrO2 that made the difference between the optical performance of the film products including the two kinds of HfO2.With these two kinds of HfO2 and the same kind of SiO2.we deposited HfO2/SiO2 multilayer reflective coatings at the wavelength of 266 nm.Experimental results showed that the reflectances of these two mirrors were about 99.85% and 99.15% respectively,which agreed well with the designed results what were based on the optical constants obtained from the corresponding single layer thin films.  相似文献

Microphone array-based speech enhancement has great importance for speech communications and speech recognition. To reduce the aperture of the microphone array and to increase the effect of the speech enhancement will greatly broaden the application areas of the microphone array. An array crosstalk resistant adaptive noise cancellation method is therefore presented. And then an improved spectral subtraction algorithm is further cascaded to obtain better enhancement results. Theoretic analysis and experiments indicate that the proposed scheme needs only a very small microphone array while it simultaneously achieves a higher SNR improvement. Besides, the proposed scheme can be used in many noisy environments and is easy for real-time implementation.  相似文献
