Reply to Comment on ＂Mechanism for Alternating Electric Fields Induced-Effects on Cytosolic Calcium＂

Our article （Chin. Phys. Lett. 26 （2009） 017102） was attempting to calculate the possible existence of the window effects on the physiological signal changes by the external electric field. It is attempted mainly to combine the vibrated-ion model of Panagopoulos et al.（Refs. in our article） and the cellular model of Kuster et al. （Ref. in our article） and Tortes et al. （Ref. in our article）. We did not attempt to take the initiative of theoretical bases of both the groups.

Supersymmetric WKB Approximation of Anharmonic Potential V（r）=ar^2＋br^-4＋cr^-6

This article uses the supersymmetric WKB approximation to obtain the approximate energy levels and wave functions of the anharmonic potential V（r） = ar^2 ＋ br^-4 ＋ cr^-6 in order to tesify the correctness between [Phys. Left. A 170 （1992） 335] and the paper written by M. Landtman [Phys. Left. A 175 （1993） 147].     

The coexistence of ferroelectricity and ferromagnetism in Mn-doped BaTiO3 thin films

Due to the fault of the first author, this article entitled “The coexistence of ferroelectricity and ferromagnetism in Mn-doped BaTiO3 thin films”, published in “Chinese Physics B”, 2011,Vol.20, Issue 12, Article No. 127701, has been found to copy from the article entitled“Decisive role of oxygen vacancy in ferroelectric versus ferromagnetic Mn-doped BaTiO3 thin films”, published in “Journal of Applied Physics”, 2011,Vol.109, Issue 8, article No. 084105. So the above article in “Chinese Physics B” has been withdrawn from the publication.<     

Analysis of the decay B^0→Xc1π^0 with light-cone QCD sum rules

In this article, we calculate the contribution from the nonfactorizable soft hadronic matrix element to the decay B^0→Xc1π^0 with the light-cone quantum chromo-dynamic （QCD） sum rules. The numerical results show that its contribution is rather large and should not be neglected. The total amplitudes lead to a branching fraction which is in agreement with the experimental data marginally.

The integral coil which has the same radius with the dipole magnets was used to measure the integral magnetic field of different magnets in Cooler Storage Ring(HIRFL CSR). The article also generally introduced the software and hardware systems of the automatic measurement device. Integral Reduction Arising in Double Transfer and Excitation Amplitude

The purpose of this article is to develop an integral derived from the double transfer and excitation theory. The reduced form of this integral, so obtained, can serve in the computation of the transition amplitude which is from numerical point of view difficult to implement. This amplitude is of great interest in the resonant and non resonant transfer and excitation （RTE and NTE） processes.     

Black hole binaries and microquasars

This is a general review Oil the observations and physics of black hole X-ray binaries and microquasars, with the emphasize on recent developments in the high energy regime. The focus is put on understanding the accretion flows and measuring the parameters of black holes in them. It includes mainly two parts： i） Brief review of several recent review article on this subject; ii） Further development on several topics, including black hole spin measurements, hot accretion flows, corona formation, state transitions and thermal stability of standard think disk. This is thus not a regular bottom-up approach, which I feel not necessary at this stage. Major effort is made in making and incorporating from many sources useful plots and illustrations, in order to make this article more comprehensible to non-expert readers. In the end I attempt to make a unification scheme on the accretion-outflow （wind/jet） connections of all types of aecreting BHs of all accretion rates and all BH mass scales, and finally provide a brief outlook.     

Towards quantum-enhanced precision measurements： Promise and challenges

Quantum metrology holds the promise of improving the measurement precision beyond the limit of classical approaches.To achieve such enhancement in performance requires the development of quantum estimation theories as well as novel experimental techniques.In this article,we provide a brief review of some recent results in the field of quantum metrology.We emphasize that the unambiguous demonstration of the quantum-enhanced precision needs a careful analysis of the resources involved.In particular,the implementation of quantum metrology in practice requires us to take into account the experimental imperfections included,for example,particle loss and dephasing noise.For a detailed introduction to the experimental demonstrations of quantum metrology,we refer the reader to another article’Quantum metrology’in the same issue.     

A novel （G＇/G）-expansion method and its application to the Boussinesq equation

In this article, a novel （G＇/G）-expansion method is proposed to search for the traveling wave solutions of nonlinear evolution equations. We construct abundant traveling wave solutions involving parameters to the Boussinesq equation by means of the suggested method. The performance of the method is reliable and useful, and gives more general exact solutions than the existing methods. The new （G＇/G）-expansion method provides not only more general forms of solutions but also cuspon, peakon, soliton, and periodic waves.
