With the diquark structure of ∧c, we investigate the branching ratio of ∧c→nπ^ and pπ^0. The results show that without considering the finM state interaction (FSI), the branching ratio of ∧c→pπ^0 is only of order 10^-6 whereas this ratio could reach 10^-4 and is at the same order as ∧c→nπ^ if taking into account the FSI effects. Concrete values depend on phenomenologicM parameters adopted in the calculations. These branching ratios can be measured in the experiments to come.  相似文献

In a combined investigation of B → K ( * ) l + l - decays, constraints on the related couplings in family non-universal Z′ models are derived. We find that within the allowed parameter space, the recently observed forward-backward asymmetry in the B → K * l + l - decay can be explained by flipping the signs of the Wilson coefficients C eff 9 and C 10 . With the obtained constraints, we also calculate the branching ratio of the B s →μ + μ - decay. The upper bound of our prediction is nearly an order of magnitude smaller than the upper bound given by the CDF Collaboration recently.  相似文献

Within the heavy quark limit and the hierarchy approximation Λqcd << Md << Mb,we analyze the B→DOD-O and Bs→ DOD-O decays,which occur purely via annihilation type diagrams.As a rough estimate,we calculate their branching ratios and CP asymmetries in the perturbative QCD (PQCD) approach.The branching ratio of B→ DOD-O is about 3.8×10-5 that is just below the latest experimental upper limit.The branching ratio of Bs→ DOD-O is about 6.8 × 10-4,which could be measured in LHC-b.From the calculation,it is found that this branching ratio is not sensitive to the weak phase angle γ.In these two decay modes,there exist CP asymmetries because of the interference between weak and strong interaction.However,these asymmetries are too small to be measured easily.  相似文献

Recently, the CDF Collaboration has measured the branching fraction and time-integrated direct CP asymmetry of BS→K-π+ decay. The branching ratio is lower than the previous predictions based on QCD factorization. The experimental results favor a large CP asymmetry in BS→K-π+ decay while the standard model prediction is very small. We compute the supersymmetry contributions to BS→K-π+ decay using the mass insertion method, and find that the LR and RL mass insertions could suppress this branching ratio and increase this direct CP asymmetry well in line with the experimental data.  相似文献

We report first observations of B(s)(0) → J/ψη and B(s)(0) → J/ψη'. The results are obtained from 121.4 fb(-1) of data collected at the Υ(5S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB e+ e- collider. We obtain the branching fractions B(B(s)(0) → J/ψη)=[5.10±0.50(stat)±0.25(syst)(-0.79)(+1.14)(N(B(s)(*) B(s)(*))]×10(-4), and B(B(s)(0) → J/ψη')=[3.71±0.61(stat)±0.18(syst)(-0.57)(+0.83)(N(B(s)(*) B(s)(*))]×10(-4). The ratio of the two branching fractions is measured to be (B(B(s) → J/ψη'))/(B(B(s) → J/ψη))=0.73±0.14(stat)±0.02(syst).  相似文献

In this paper, we calculated the B→(J/ψ,ηc)K decays in the perturbative QCD (pQCD) factoriza-tion approach with the inclusion of the partial next-to-leading order (NLO) contributions. With the inclusion of the significant enhancement from the NLO vertex corrections, the NLO pQCD predictions for the branching ra-tios agree with the data within 2σ errors: Br(B0→J/ψK0)=5.2+3.5-2.8×10-4,Br(B+→J/ψK+)=5.6+3.7-2.9×10-4,Br(B0→ηcK0)=5.5+2.3-2.0×10-4,Br(B+→ηcK+)=5.9+2.5-2.1×10-4.  相似文献

A search for the rare decays B(s)(0) → μ+ μ- and B(0) → μ+ μ- is performed in pp collisions at sqrt[s] = 7 TeV, with a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.14 fb(-1), collected by the CMS experiment at the LHC. In both cases, the number of events observed after all selection requirements is consistent with expectations from background and standard-model signal predictions. The resulting upper limits on the branching fractions are B(B(s)(0) → μ+ μ-) < 1.9 × 10(-8) and B(B(0) → μ+ μ-)<4.6 × 10(-9), at 95% confidence level.  相似文献

To test the validity of perturbative QCD (pQCD) and investigate its range of application, one should look for a suitable process. BJ/ψ D is a promising candidate. The linear momentum of the products is relatively small, so that there may exist a region where exchanged gluons are soft and the perturbative treatment may fail, so that the non-perturbative effect would be significant. We attribute such non-perturbative QCD effects to the long-distance final-state interaction (FSI) which is estimated in this work. We find that the contribution from the FSI to the branching ratio is indeed sizable and may span the rather wide range of 10−6∼10−5 and cover a region where the pQCD prediction is of the same order. A more accurate measurement of its branching ratio may provide important information about the application region of pQCD and help to clarify the picture of inelastic rescattering (i.e. FSI), which is generally believed to play an important role in B decays.  相似文献

It is argued that Ω→γΞ is a convenient process for testing the ΔS=1 penguin diagram. The analysis is based on the standard pole model, including negative parity resonances. Using bag model matrix elements and standard values of the penguin operator coefficients, it is found that the branching ratio for Ω→γΞ is of order 10?5 to 10?4. The weak matrix element for Ω→γΞ estimated by means of soft pion and current algebra techniques is found to be ~7 times bigger than the corresponding bag model result. This implies a branching ratio close to the experimental upper limit if standard values of the penguin coefficients are used.  相似文献

Based on the assumption of a two-quark structure of the scalar meson f0(980), we calculate the branching ratios and CP-violating asymmetries for the four B→f0(980)π and B→f0(980)η(') decays by employing the perturbative QCD (Pqcd) factorization approach. The leading order Pqcd predictions for branching ratios are, Br(B-→f0(980)π-)~2.5×10-6, Br(B0→f0(980)πo)~2.6×10-7, Br(B0→f0(980)η)~ 2.5×10-7 and Br(B0→f0(980)η')~6.7×10-7, which are consistent with both the QCD factorization predictions and the experimental upper limits.  相似文献

The experimental observation indicates that the branching ratio of ψ→ρπ is very small while the ρ-π channel is a main one in J/ψ decays.To understand the puzzle,various interpretations have been proposed.Meanwhile according to the hadronic helicity selection rule,this decay mode should be suppressed.Numerical calculations are needed to determine how it is suppressed.We calculate the branching ratios of J/ψ→ρπ and ππ in the framework of QCD.The results show that the branching ratios are proportional to [(Mu+md)/(mJ/ψ)]2 for the ρπ mode and [(Mu-md)/(mJ/ψ)]2 for the ππ mode which is isospin violated.The theoretical prediction of the ratio of J/ψ→ρπ is smaller than data,but not too small to invoke a completely new mechanism.Thus the puzzle is still standing even though we learn much knowledge towards the puzzle and this will help to finally interpret the puzzle and then gain a deeper insight to the heavy quarkonia.  相似文献

We study the contributions of intermediate bottomonium-like Zb states and the bottom meson loops in the heavy quark spin flip transitionsγ(4 S)→hb(1 P,2 P)π+π-.Depending on the constructive or destructive interferences between the Zb-exchange and the bottom meson loops mechanisms,we predict two possible branching ratios for each process:BRγ(4 S)→hb(1 P)π+π-≈(1.20.40.8×10^-6)or(0.5-0.20.5×10^-6),and BRγ(4 S)→(2 P)π+π-≈(7.1-1.1+1.7×10^-10)or(2.4-0.10.2×10^-10)).The contribution of the bottom meson loops is found to be considerably larger than that of the Zbexchange in the T(4 S)→hb(1 P)ππtransitions,while its decay rates are not comparable to those of heavy quark spin conservedγ(4 S)→γ(1 S,2 S)ππprocesses.We also predict the contribution of the charm meson loops in the branch fractions ofΨ(3 S,4 S)→hc(1 P)ππ.  相似文献

We report the results of an experimental study of the exclusive hadronic decays for D0→K0 sπ+π - and K 0 sK +K - and their resonant structures using BES-Ⅰ detector at the BEPC Collider. Using the data sample of 22.3 pb -1 collected at the center-of-mass energy s=4.03 GeV, we measured the branching fraction for D 0→K 0π +π - to be (5.32±0.53±0.40)%, the branching fractions for the decays D 0→ K *-π +, D 0→K 0ρ 0 and D 0→K 0(π +π -) non-resonant to be (6.05±0.32±0.49)%, (1.17±0.17±0.13)% and (1.35±0.22±0.17)%, respectively. We measured the branching fractions Br(D 0→f) to be (1.04±0.24± 0.16)% for f=K 0K +K -, (1.12±0.34±0.15)% for f=K0, and (0.27±0.13±0.03)% for f=K 0(K+K-)non-.  相似文献

A search has been performed for B(s)(0) → μ+ μ- and B(0) → μ+ μ- decays using 7 fb(-1) of integrated luminosity collected by the CDF II detector at the Fermilab Tevatron collider. The observed number of B(0) candidates is consistent with background-only expectations and yields an upper limit on the branching fraction of B(B(0) → μ+ μ-) < 6.0 × 10(-9) at 95% confidence level. We observe an excess of B(s)(0) candidates. The probability that the background processes alone could produce such an excess or larger is 0.27%. The probability that the combination of background and the expected standard model rate of B(s)(0) → μ+ μ- could produce such an excess or larger is 1.9%. These data are used to determine B(B(s)(0)→ μ+ μ-) = (1.8(-0.9) (+1.1)) × 10(-8) and provide an upper limit of B(B(s)(0) → μ+ μ-) < 4.0 × 10(-8) at 95% confidence level.  相似文献

The exclusive decay of B +D + K 0 is calculated by the QCD factorization method (QCDF) and final state interaction (FSI). First, the B +D + K 0 decay is calculated via QCDF method. The result that is found by using the QCDF method is less than the experimental result. So FSI is considered to solve the B +D + K 0 decay. For this decay, the D s + π0, D s + 0, D s + *? via the exchange of \(\bar K^0\) , \(\bar K^{0*} \) , D ?, and D ?* mesons are chosen for the intermediate states. The above intermediate states are calculated by using the QCDF method. In the FSI effects, the results of our calculations depend on η as the phenomenological parameter. The range of this parameter is selected from 2 to 2.4. It is found that if η = 2.4 is selected, the numbers of the branching ratio are placed in the experimental range. The experimental branching ratio of this decay is less than 2.9 × 10?6 and our results calculated by QCDF and FSI are (0.16 ± 0.04) × 10?6 and (2.8 ± 0.09) × 10?6, respectively.  相似文献

We calculate the D→η transition form factor in light-cone sum rules by taking improved current correlators to avoid the pollution from the twist-3 wave function. We get consistent results of the D<'+> →η<'(')> l<'+>ν<,l> decays with the experimental data. By comparing the difference between the results of the branching ratios of D+ →η<'(')>l<'+>ν<,l> from a two-pole parameterization model and from a BZ parameterization model, we find that the two-pole model and the BZ model are comparably believable. One way is supposed for the determination of the η-η' mixing angle from the dependence of the branching ratios of D<'+> →η<'(')>l<'+>ν<,l> decays on the η-η' mixing angle.  相似文献

In this paper we calculate the contributions to the branching ratio of Bs→γγ from charged pseudo-Goldstone bosons appearing in the one generation Technicolor model. We find that the theoretical value of the branching ratio, BR(Bs→γγ), including the contributions of PGBs, P± and P±8, is very different from the standard model (SM) prediction. The new physical effects can provide a one to two order of magnitude enhancement of the SM results. It is shown that the decay Bs→γγ can test new physical signals from the technicolor model.  相似文献

采用高温固相法,以50Nb_2O_5-40Y2O_3-2Nd2O_3-8Yb_2O_3的量比在1 300℃下制备Nd~(3+)/Yb~(3+)掺杂YNbO_4粉末样品。运用Judd-Ofelt理论研究样品光谱特性。由吸收谱中各吸收峰面积计算得到谱线强度参数Ωλ(λ=2,4,6),进而得出理论振子强度及实验振子强度,二者均方根偏差δ_(rms)=1.618×10-7。计算了Nd~(3+)能级4F3/2→4IJ'(J'=15/2,13/2,11/2,9/2)跃迁几率、跃迁分支比和能级寿命。4F3/2→4I11/2跃迁分支比最高(56.91%),对应波长1 062 nm。且亚稳态4F3/2能级寿命较长,为1.435 2 ms,适合作为上转换中间能级。在980 nm半导体激光器激发下,观测到波长为487,541,662 nm上转换发光,分别对应于Nd~(3+)的2G9/2→4I9/2、4G7/2→4I9/2和4G7/2→4I13/2辐射跃迁。通过样品上转换发射功率与激光器工作电流进行的曲线拟合,得到吸收光子数目依次为2.06,1.99,2.15,确定3个发射峰均对应于双光子吸收。  相似文献

Based on the effective Hamiltonian with the generalized factorization approach, we calculate the branching ratios and CP asymmetries of B→VV decays in the Topcolor-assisted Technicolor (TC2) model. Within the considered parameter space we find that: (a) for the penguin-dominated B→K*+φ and K*0φ decays, the new physics enhancements to the branching ratios are around 40%; (b) the measured branching ratios of B→K*+φ and K*0φ decays prefer the range of 3≤Nceff≤5; (c) the SM and TC2 model predictions for the branching ratio B(B+→ρ+ρ0) are only about half of the Belle's measurement; and (d) for most B→VV decays, the new physics corrections on their CP asymmetries are generally small or moderate in magnitude and insensitive to the variation of mπ and Nceff.  相似文献
