变厚度环型径向振动压电超声换能器可以实现阻抗变换、能量集中,具有辐射面积大、全指向性等优点,在功率超声、水声等领域被广泛应用.由于求解复杂变厚度金属圆环径向振动的波动方程比较困难,本文使用传输矩阵法将变厚度金属圆环的径向振动转化为N个等厚度金属圆环径向振动的叠加,得到了任意变厚度金属薄圆环径向振动的等效电路图、共振频率方程和位移放大系数表达式,分析了锥型、幂函数型、指数型、悬链线型金属圆环的位移放大系数与几何尺寸的关系.在此基础上,推导了由任意变厚度金属圆环和等厚度压电圆环复合而成的压电超声换能器径向振动的等效电路和共振频率方程.为了验证理论结果的正确性,使用有限元软件进行仿真,所得一阶、二阶的共振频率和位移放大系数的数值解与理论解符合较好.本研究给出了任意变厚度金属圆环径向振动的普适解,为设计和优化径向压电超声换能器提供了理论指导.  相似文献

本文从压电陶瓷圆板的二维运动方程出发,在进行分离变量后可得到仅依赖于轴向坐标z的方程。然后根据边界条件用伴随法求解,从而得到了依赖于径向扩张基频的振动频谱。我们再从厚度振动的基频出发,求其径向扩张振动的频谱。由计算结果看出,压电陶瓷圆板的径向和轴向振动频谱不但与其压电、介电、弹性常数有关,而且它们二者之间也相互影响,即是所谓的“耦合”关系。为了验证理论的正确性,作者计算了一个实例,计算结果与实测虽符合得不很好,但比一维理论确好得多,而所取材料参数的误差也是引起误差的一个重要因素。  相似文献

为了获得任意角度铺层的多层复合材料圆柱壳的自由振动准确解,在三维弹性理论的基础上,结合分层理论和状态空间法,建立横向位移和应力的传递矩阵,轴向和环向位移采用双螺旋模式的位移函数,对任意角度铺层复合材料圆柱壳简支边界条件下的自由振动进行了理论推导,得到了自由振动方程的精确形式。与文献理论解和有限元计算结果对比,结果表明,关注频率在2倍的环频率以下时,薄壳的固有频率计算精度能控制在1%以内,厚壳的固有频率计算精度能控制在2%以内。对于厚壳的计算可将壳体沿厚度方向划分为多层来处理,这样能有效提高计算精度。计算分析了铺层角对壳体固有频率的影响,环向模态数较低时,固有频率随着铺层角的增加呈抛物线变化趋势;环向模态数较高时,固有频率随着铺层角的增大单调递增。该理论方法同样适用于均质各向同性壳和正交各向异性圆柱壳。   相似文献

利用声弹效应和声双折射效应,通过测量圆板试件在径向加载下平面各点声波沿厚度方向传播的纵波、编振方向正交的两个横波声速来确定各点主应力和主应力差,并导出相应的计算应力公式,测量结果与理论值基本相符,并和光弹法结果作了间接比较——根据计算应力公式绘出了应力差等值线和光弹法测量结果比较,表明二者应力差分布规律基本一致.  相似文献

利用结构有限元结合声有限元及边界元方法,建立了任意薄壳腔体弹性壳板振动与内外声场的耦合模型,并计算了激励力与壳板振动和内部声场之间的传递矩阵;湍流边界层脉动压力具有时空随机面激励特性,引入整体形状函数矩阵,进一步推导弹性壳板广义节点力功率谱密度函数矩阵与随机面分布激励力功率谱密度函数的关系,再利用声振耦合传递矩阵,得到弹性壳板振动和内部声场功率谱密度函数与广义节点力功率谱密度函数矩阵的关系,形成随机分布激励下任意薄壳腔体结构振动及内部声场的计算方法。以典型的内外均有声介质且一面为弹性矩形板的矩形腔声振耦合模型为例,计算了弹性壳板振动和内部声场功率谱密度函数,并与解析方法进行了比较,两者基本吻合,偏差分别为1 dB和2 dB左右。传递矩阵法不受腔体结构及其内部区域形状的制约,具有良好的适用性。   相似文献

提出了在微穿孔板后部引入机械阻抗形成组合结构来解决微穿孔板低频吸声性能差的问题。由机械阻抗板两侧质点速度相同得出机械阻抗单元的传递矩阵,采用传递矩阵法将其与空腔、微穿孔板单元串接,建立组合结构理论计算模型;通过分析品质因子获得带宽与机械阻抗板质量成反比;试验得出组合结构在400 Hz附近有系数为0.8以上的吸声峰值,试验结果与理论计算吻合。在传统微穿孔板共振吸声机制的基础上加入机械共振,能够实现在不增加结构厚度的前提下提高低频吸声性能;降低机械阻抗板质量并且适当控制边界阻尼系数可以实现吸声频带的拓宽。   相似文献

本文从压电单晶振动模的频率温度系数定义出发,通过张量和矩阵等计算方法,推导出任意切割方向纵振动模的频率温度系数公式,以及厚度模反共振及共振频率温度系数公式.计算了铌酸锂单晶的这些振动模的频率温度系数,所得曲线对使用这种晶体具有一定的参考意义.  相似文献

本文分析了电策动下,由半径不同的压电陶瓷和金属构成的中厚度层合环板的振动问题.在考虑中厚度层合环板变形特征的基础上,得到了其动力学基本方程.利用半解析单元法,得到了中厚度层合环板在各种边界条件下的振型和固有频率.此外本文还讨论了环板的振动转化为紧贴其上的转子的连续转动的现象.  相似文献

为降低双层圆柱壳辐射噪声线谱,从控制内壳振动响应和衰减壳间振动传递率进行结构声学设计。采用机械阻抗理论分析了环肋圆柱壳模态响应控制机理;由环肋振动方程推导分析了环肋径向机械阻抗特性;基于阻抗失配、波形转换原理提出一种阻抗加强环肋,分析了振动波阻抑特性;利用阻尼减振技术,综合考虑肋板的刚度、阻尼特性,设计了金属橡胶层叠肋板;结合数值计算实例,分析了设计双层壳模型的声辐射性能。结果表明:设计的双层加肋圆柱壳结构能有效降低辐射噪声线谱,在分析频段内辐射声压线谱平均降低约6.6 dB。研究结果对研制低噪声水下航行器具有良好的工程价值和应用前景。   相似文献

在将裂纹板挠度表示为正交多项式的基础上,用分区技术的瑞利一里兹方法求解了含不同长度径向裂纹和弧向裂纹的周界固定圆板的振动基频。实验上用小球撞击法测定了裂纹圆板的辐射声场频谱,并得出了谱的基频。此外用有限元法对裂纹板作了理论计算。三项结果基本符合。探究了裂纹长度对圆板基频的影响规律。  相似文献

In this paper, the free vibrations of rectangular Mindlin plates with variable thickness in one or two directions are investigated. The thickness variation of the plate is continuous and can be represented by a power function of the rectangular co-ordinates. A wide range of tapered rectangular plates can be described by giving various index values to the power function. Two sets of new admissible functions are developed, respectively, to approximate the flexural displacement and the angle of rotation due to bending of the plate. The eigenfrequency equation is obtained by using the Rayleigh-Ritz method. The complete solutions of displacement and angle of rotation due to bending for a tapered Timoshenko beam (a strip taken from the tapered Mindlin plate in some direction) under a Taylor series of static load have been derived, which are used as the admissible functions of the rectangular Mindlin plates with taper thickness in one or two directions. Unlike conventional admissible functions which are independent of the thickness variation of the plate, the static Timoshenko beam functions presented in this paper are closely connected with the thickness variation of the plate so that higher accuracy and more rapid convergence can be expected. Some numerical results are furnished for both truncated Mindlin plates and sharp-ended Mindlin plates. On the basis of convergence study and comparison with available results in literature, it is shown that the first few eigenfrequencies can be obtained with quite satisfactory accuracy by using only a small number of terms of the static Timoshenko beam functions.  相似文献

The free vibration and stability of a variable thickness annular plate subjected to a torque are analyzed by the Ritz method. For this purpose, the transverse deflection of an annular plate is written in a series of the deflection functions of a uniform thickness annular plate without the action of a torque. The kinetic and strain energies of the plate are evaluated analytically and the frequency equation of the plate is derived by the conditions for a stationary value of the Lagrange functional. The present method is applied to annular plates with two types of radial thickness variation, power law and exponential, and the natural frequencies (the frequency parameters) and the divergence torques are calculated numerically, from which the effects of the varying thickness, inner/outer radii ratio and edge conditions are studied.  相似文献

An investigation of the natural vibrations of isotropic annular plates of uniform thickness has been made by considering the effects of rotatory inertia and shear deformation. The frequency determinantal equations are derived in explicit form for nine sets of common boundary conditions. Numerical results for the frequency parameters of annular plates having various thickness ratios and inner to outer radii ratios have been obtained. The results are compared with those given by the classical plate theory wherever possible. Among the effects of transverse shear deformation and rotatory inertia, the effect of shear deformation has been found to be more prominent.  相似文献

Analysis and numerical results are presented for the axisymmetric vibrations of polar orthotropic annular plates with linear variation in thickness, according to Mindlin's shear theory of plates. A chebyshev collocation technique has been employed to obtain the frequency equations for the transverse motion of such plates, for three different boundary conditions. Frequencies, mode shapes and moments for the first three modes of vibration have been computed for different plate parameters. A comparison of frequencies with the corresponding values obtained by classical plate theory leads to some interesting conclusions.  相似文献

An analysis is presented for the vibration and stability of an elastically restrained circular plate of unidirectionally varying thickness subjected to an in-plane force. For this purpose, the transverse deflection of a circular plate of variable thickness is written in a series of the deflection functions of a uniform circular plate without the action of a force. The dynamical energies of the plate are evaluated analytically, and the frequency equation of the plate is derived by the Ritz method. The analysis is applied to circular plates of unidirectionally tapered or stepped thickness; the natural frequencies and the divergence loads are calculated numerically, and the effects of the varying thickness and edge conditions on the vibration and stability are studied.  相似文献

In this study free vibration of simply supported and clamped super elliptical plates is investigated. This class of plates includes a wide range of external boundaries varying from an ellipse to a rectangle. Although studies on the upper and lower bounds of these plate geometries, namely circle and rectangle, are quite extensive, contributions on the mid-shapes, especially for simply supported boundary edges are very limited. The Kirchhoff plate model with isotropic and homogeneous material is studied. The super elliptical powers are chosen from 1 to 10. The Ritz method is employed for the solution of the energy equations of the plates. The effects of Poisson's ratio, which should not be neglected for simply supported plates with curved boundaries, and the aspect ratio of the plate are both examined in detail. The effect of thickness variation is also considered in this study. In order to avoid long computational run times, physically pertinent trial functions are utilized. The frequency parameters obtained are presented and compared with published results for plate shapes that match the current cases.  相似文献

The paper describes the results of experimental measurements of point mobility carried out on circular plates containing tapered holes of quadratic power-law profile with attached damping layers. The obtained results are compared to the developed numerical model, as a means of validation. The profiles of the tapered hole in the plates are designed to replicate near zero reflection of quasi-plane waves from a tapered hole in geometrical acoustics approximation, also known as acoustic black hole effect. The driving point mobility measurements are provided, showing a comparison of the results for a constant thickness circular plate, a constant thickness plate with a layer of damping film applied and a plate with a quadratic power-law profile machined into the center, which is tested with a thin layer of elastic damping material attached. The results indicate a substantial suppression of resonant peaks, agreeing with a numerical model, which is based on the analytical solution available for the vibration of a plate with a central quadratic power-law profile. The paper contains results for the case of free boundary conditions on all edges of the plates, with emphasis placed on the predictions of resonant frequencies and the amplitudes of vibration and loss factor.  相似文献

The non-linear (i.e., large deflection) free vibrations of thick, orthotropic annular plates with varying thickness are calculated. The formulation is based on the more general Reissner plate equations as well as the von Kármán plate equations for variable thickness annular plates. Numerical results for the ratio of the non-linear period to the linear period of natural vibration are compared with those existing in the literature. The well known transfer matrix scheme of Ehrich for calculating the vibration characteristics of uniform and varying thickness discs is extended to include polar orthotropic material behaviour. The exact deflection equations for an annular element of material are used in the solution. Comparisons with alternative solutions in the literature show excellent agreement for both annular and complete discs of uniform and varying thickness profile.  相似文献

Utilizing the superposition method, an analytical type solution is obtained for the free vibration eigenvalues and mode shapes of a cantilever plate with step discontinuities in plate properties. Property discontinuity lines run parallel to the clamped edge of the plate. Verification tests are performed for limiting cases by comparing computed eigenvalues with known eigenvalues for plates with uniform properties. Very good agreement is also obtained when computed results are compared with those obtained experimentally utilizing a test plate with discontinuities in thickness. Computed eigenvalues and mode shapes are presented for the benefit of other researchers. Besides the general interest, the problem has an application in the modelling of certain multi-story buildings during seismic studies.  相似文献
