多针电极结构是实现大体积水下放电的基础性电极结构,研究其放电基本特性对其他大体积水下放电电极结构的设计具有重要参考意义.本文构建了一个可安装21根针的多针电极,利用四分幅超高速相机研究了单个脉冲放电过程中可能放电的针电极数目以及电极阵列边缘和内侧针电极放电形态的差异;采用COMSOL软件模拟计算了多针电极结构的电场分布,讨论了电场分布对多针电极放电的影响,研究了多针电极结构的放电能量效率.结果发现:在单个脉冲放电过程中, 21根针电极不是同时发生放电的,最大放电针电极数目随电压和针针间距的增大而增加.在同一个脉冲放电过程中,位于电极阵列边缘的针电极相比于位于阵列内侧的针电极产生的流光丝较长且偏离针电极轴线的偏角相对较大,这主要是针电极之间电场相互叠加干扰引起的.针针间距越小,针电极之间电场的相互叠加干扰越大,阵列边缘与内侧电极放电形态的差异越大,放电能量效率越低. 相似文献

为了使有广泛应用的CuBr激光器能稳定和高效运行,针对实验中出现的激光输出功率随放电频率起伏的情况,给出CuBr激光放电管内声波振动的数学模型。该模型选取圆柱形放电管轴为柱坐标轴对波动方程求解,通过数值计算,获得了放电管内声压分布的解析表达式。通过分析放电频率与激光管固有声振动频率的关系,明确了声共振会导致激光介质重新分布,它对激光输出功率有影响,理论计算结果和实验结果完全符合。 相似文献

本文提出了一种全金属结构的铜空心阴极激光器,它具有耐高温烘烤、结构稳固的优点,大大改进了放电稳定性.该激光器已获得了Cu II740.4和780.8nm两条激光振荡线.通过研究铜空心阴极激光器阈值特性、气体混合比和放电温度对激光输出功率的影响,给出了一些新的结果. 相似文献

针对3kW大功率射频板条CO_2激光器的多组电极放电均匀性与阻抗匹配性问题,采用麦克斯韦时域差分法构建了多组电极下的放电模型,获得了最佳放电均压效果的均压电感值。以放电区等效阻抗值为基础结合均压电感值得到极板放电的总负载阻抗值。利用总负载阻抗值并通过Smith圆图获得与之对应的匹配网络阻抗参数,使总负载阻抗与匹配网络阻抗之和为纯电阻50Ω,实现射频输入功率的完全馈入。实际测得当放电均匀与阻抗匹配时驻波比为1.18。研究结果表明,在时域差分法模型中增加匹配的均压电感后,极板整体放电均匀性波动从之前的15%降低到2.8%,且每组电极的放电均匀性差异控制在0.3%以内。放电实验表明,在放电均匀且阻抗匹配情况下,对应激光器输出功率为3.1kW,且在2h内波动可稳定在±1%以内。 相似文献

Two new methods for phase-locking are used in the axisymmetrical-fold combination CO2 laser. We demonstrate the feasibility of two methods by theoretical deduction, and give the light intensity distribution of far field by numerical simulation. When phase is locked, the axisymmetrical-fold combination CO2 laser can provide a high output power with good beam quality. Furthermore, the peak light intensity of output beam with phase-locking is obviously higher than that without phase-locking. 相似文献

A genetic algorithm is used to optimize a CO2 laser resonator. Three optimal parameters of a CO2 laser resonator (the diameter of the laser discharge tube, the curvature radius of the concave reflector and the transmissivity of the output-mirror) are obtained with the maximum output of the laser power as the objective function in the genetic algorithm. After the optimization, the calculated laser power with the fundamental mode increases by 62% and the measured value increases by 35% in an experiment as compared to a non-optimized case. 相似文献

The aim of this work is to report the achievement of a light weight, compact, high power CO2 laser which can be used in industry. The construction and operation of a CO2 gas transport laser with cylindrical geometry and two parallel electrical discharges are presented. Using a 600 mm diameter, 1400 mm length, 250 kg laser head, we have obtained more than 1.6 kW laser power with 2% stability and 2 mrad full angle divergence. A study of a pulsed transversely excited (TE) CO2 laser using an unstable resonator configuration is reported. It is shown that a large aperture (4.75 cm) wire-triggered device can successfully operate at pressures of up to 650 torr with undoped gas mixtures whose molecular gas concentration exceeds 35%. These results are utilised for a comparative study of the influence of an organic additive on the performance of the system. It is observed that the addition of traces of tri-n-propylamine leads to significant improvements of the laser output characteristics even under conditions where a glow discharge could be obtained without the additive. With the doped TE CO2 laser employed using a relatively low magnification unstable resonator (M = 1.45) near diffraction-limited performance has been achieved and a peak radiance of 4.5 × 1013 W cm−2 sr−1 has been obtained with a peak power of 65 MW. 相似文献

简要介绍了EAST 装置远红外激光干涉仪光源--DCN 激光器的工作原理、结构和相关改进。DCN 激光器采用He、CD4、D2 和N2 4 种工作气体。实验过程中,通过调节气体压强和阴极电流、改变各种工作气体配比等手段优化DCN 激光器输出功率。实验结果显示:输出功率随电流的增大会达到饱和,在电流为1.0A 输出功率达到最大;输出功率随压强先增大后减小,在压强为32Pa 时达到最大值;工作气体的最佳配比为He: CD4: D2: N2=2: 3: 5: 3。 相似文献

A high average power, high-repetition-rate TEA CO2 laser employing printed-circuit-board preionizer is described. The power scaling of this preionization configuration has been demonstrated. The average output power reaches 3.6 kW at pulse repetition rate of 180 pps. An in situ mass-spectrometric sampling technique has been developed for lifetime studies of TEA CO2 lasers. Using the new technique, an analysis of the gas components of a TEA CO2 laser during its lifetime has been performed.
