A CO2 collective scattering system has been developed to measure medium and high-k density fluctuation on HT-7 tokamak. Energy confinement and high-k density fluctuation are studied in ohmic discharges. The saturation of confinement was observed at approximately . For kθ=23 cm−1 turbulence, it is found that fluctuation levels have great increase for , and simultaneously a high frequency turbulence feature appear in the frequency spectra. For kθ=14 cm−1 turbulence, it is observed that fluctuation levels have no changes in uncertainties and the spectra are similar at all discharges in this experiment.  相似文献

OH-doped KBr polycrystals were colored electrolytically by using a pointed cathode and a flat anode. Characteristic O, OH, U, Cu+ and absorption peaks were observed in resolved absorption spectrum of uncolored polycrystals. Herein the position of the absorption peak at room temperature was determined by using a Mollwo-Ivey plot. Characteristic V2, V3, Cu+, , I2 and F spectral bands were observed in Kubelka-Munk functions of colored polycrystals. Current-time curve for electrolytic coloration of an OH-doped KBr polycrystal and its relationship with electrolytic coloration process were given. Formation and conversion of color centers were explained.  相似文献

We report a room-temperature scanning tunneling microscopy and spectroscopy study of bilayer graphene prepared by mechanical exfoliation on a SiO2/Si surface and electrically contacted with gold pads using a mechanical mask. The bulk conductivity shows contributions from regions of varying electron density, indicating significant charge inhomogeneity. Large-scale topographic images show ripple-like structures with a roughness of ∼1 nm, while the small-scale atomic resolution images show graphite-like triangular lattices. The local () tunnel spectra have an asymmetric V-shape with the minima location showing significant spatial variation, indicating inhomogeneity in electron density of order 1011 cm−2. The minimum in spectrum at a fixed location also shifts linearly with the gate voltage with a slope consistent with the field-induced carrier density.  相似文献

Mass selected C2S ions have been co-deposited with neon to grow a matrix at 6 K. The and electronic absorption spectra of the linear CCS anion have been identified with origin band at 10 606 and 22 273 cm−1, respectively. After exposure to UV radiation a new electronic transition of CCS is observed (origin band at 30 563 cm−1) in addition to its known band system. Ab initio calculations provide support for the symmetry assignment of the upper electronic states of CCS, CCS and of the vibrational structure in the spectra.  相似文献

Using multireference configuration-interaction methods and double to triple-zeta basis sets with semidiffuse and polarization functions, potential energies and spectroscopic constants for low-lying doublet, and quartet states of AlN were calculated. has Re=3.280 bohr and . lies 0.17 eV above the ground state. Using an estimated electron affinity of 2.1 eV for AlN, four states of AlN are found to be stable, namely , , , and . Comparisons with the isovalent anions BN (three stable states) and AlP (seven stable states) are made. Photo-detachment of an electron from the state of AlN can lead to an accurate determination of the energy difference between the two close-lying lowest states of AlN, and , predicted here to be 0.09 eV apart.  相似文献

Infrared spectrum of the cobalt carbonyl radical CoCO produced by the 193 nm excimer laser photolysis of cobalt tricarbonyl nitrosyl Co(CO)3NO was observed by time-resolved diode laser spectroscopy. More than 600 lines were identified as belonging to the ν1 (C-O stretch) fundamental band, consisting of the Ω=5/2 and 3/2 subbands, and the associated hot bands , , , and . The 2Δi electronic ground state of CoCO was experimentally confirmed. The ν1 band origins are 1974.172582(93) cm−1 and 1973.53178(14) cm−1 for the Ω=5/2 and 3/2 subbands, respectively. The rotational constant in the ground state was determined as B0=4427.146(50) MHz. The centrifugal distortion constant D0=1.1243(68) kHz was obtained for the Ω=5/2 substate of the ground state. The equilibrium rotational constant Be=4435.44(14) MHz was derived, together with the vibration-rotation interaction constants.  相似文献

Nanoscale crystallites of Ag-rich (Ag1−xCuxI, x=0.05, 0.10, 0.15 and 0.25), Cu-rich (Cu1-yAgyI, y=0.05, 0.10, 0.15 and 0.25) and intermediate Ag1-xCuxI (x=0.50) solid solutions and end members AgI, CuI with sizes in the range of 46-13 nm were synthesized by attrition at ambient temperature in a soft mechanochemical reaction (MCR) of Ag, Cu and I. Monophasic γ-AgI (zincblende, ) with disordered Ag+ sublattice and the crystallite size of about ∼31 nm was realized in the case of Ag0.75Cu0.25I (x=0.25) composition. Lattice parameter decreases linearly from 649 to 604 pm with increasing Cu concentration in the AgI-CuI system validating Vegard's law. Smallest size (∼13 nm) agglomerated nanocrystals were realized in the Cu-rich composition Cu0.75Ag0.25I (), while unagglomerated uniform-sized (∼17 nm) and spherical shape nanocrystallites of Ag0.50Cu0.50I () with maximum strain were synthesized for sensor applications using MCR. Differential scanning calorimetry study shows the systematic changes in the phase transition temperature with Cu substitution. Ag-rich composition posses less enthalpy (ΔH (x or Cu=0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.25)=6.0, 6.11, 6.6, 6.3 in kJ/mol) and entropy (ΔS (y or Ag=0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.25)=14.15, 14.1, 15.03, 13.6 in J/mol K) when compared to undoped AgI () implying greater thermal stability of γ-phase due to Cu-strengthened Ag-I bond. Enhanced entropy () in Cu0.75Ag0.25I (Cu-rich) solid solutions relative to CuI () indicates Ag-induced cation disorder. Fifteen percent Ag-doped CuI (Cu0.85Ag0.15I) nanocrystals apparently behave like microscopic p-n junctions with currents in the range of 10−6-10−8 A characterized by a non-linear I-V curve.  相似文献

We show that blue-CL can be induced in SrTiO3 single crystal at room temperature by irradiating it with 60 KeV carbon ion (C) beam. An infrared CL-emission is induced simultaneously. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) measurement exhibits an 200 nm thick surface layer formed by the C irradiation. We show that the emitting region can be patterned into any desired shape by fabricating the STO surface using Pt-based micro-lithography technique.  相似文献

Metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) capacitors incorporating hafnium dioxide (HfO2) dielectrics were fabricated and investigated. In this work, the electrical and interfacial properties were characterized based on capacitance-voltage (C-V) and current-voltage (I-V) measurements. Thereafter the current conduction mechanism, electron effective mass (m*), mean density of interface traps per unit area and energy (), energy distribution of interface traps density and near-interface oxide traps density (NNIOT) were studied in details. The characterization reveals that the dominant conduction mechanism in the region of high temperature and high field is Schottky emission. The mean density of interface traps per unit area and energy is about 6.3 × 1012 cm−2 eV−1 by using high-low frequency capacitance method. The maximum Dit is about 7.76 × 1012 cm−2 eV−1 located at 0.27 eV above the valence band.  相似文献

BiMnO3 thin films were deposited by means of rf-sputtering onto [1 0 0] oriented SrTiO3 substrates. X-ray diffraction measurements revealed epitaxial growth with [0 0 l]m orientation in the monoclinic structure representation, equivalent to the direction of the pseudocubic cationic lattice. This [0 0 l]m orientation was obtained in a wide deposition parameters range. Preliminary magnetization measurements suggest that these films do not present ferromagnetism below the bulk Curie temperature, TC=105 K.  相似文献

Rotational structure in the fundamental band of isobutylene has been examined at room temperature using a combination of FTIR and Pb-salt diode laser instruments. The highest spectral resolution for the FTIR measurements was 0.125 cm−1. Even at this resolution however, rotational structure for the band could be observed and appeared to possess a very regular pattern. A preliminary spectral assignment was obtained using the Watson/Gora asymptotic approximation for a rigid oblate asymmetric rotor. Within this approximation, the band origin was determined to be 890.937 (4) cm−1. Excited state rotational constants, without the inclusion of centrifugal distortions terms, are A = 0.3033(16), B = 0.2801(12) and C = 0.15362 (8) cm−1 respectively. Finally, a full set of spectroscopic constants, including quartic centrifugal distortion constants, were obtained for the band by including the high resolution Pb-salt spectra.  相似文献
