用密度泛函理论和非谐振子模型计算了晶体HgGa2S4和Hg0.5Cd0.5Ga2S4的能带结构、态密度、化学成键及线性、非线性光学性质。结果表明:HgGa2S4的价带顶部主要是Ga-S成键态的贡献,导带底部主要是Ga-S反键态的贡献; Hg0.5Cd0.5Ga2S4的价带顶部主要由S-3p轨道组成,导带底部主要是Ga-S反键态的贡献。布居分析表明Ga-S键主要是共价成分,而Hg-S和Cd-S键主要是离子成分。HgGa2S4的折射率计算值与实验值在低能量区很好吻合。另外,HgGa2S4的能隙计算值比Hg0.5Cd0.5Ga2S4小,而二阶非线性极化率比Hg0.5Cd0.5Ga2S4大。  相似文献

基于密度泛函理论的广义梯度近似方法研究了中性单点缺陷γ-Si3N4的能量、电子结构和光学性质. N缺陷的结合能和形成能比Si(8)和Si(4)位的都低,显示γ-Si3N4中N缺陷更易形成. 分析了各种缺陷情况下相应的态密度. Si缺陷能形成p型半导体,N缺陷使材料形成间接带隙的n型半导体. Si缺陷情况下,物质有相对大的静态介电常数,在可见光区和红外区,吸收和反射得到显著改善,但是N缺陷却没什么影响.  相似文献

采用基于密度泛函的平面赝势方法(PWP)和广义梯度近似(GGA),计算了未掺杂和掺杂稀土(Y,La)的γ-Si3N4中N-Y(La)键的布居值和它们的键长、掺杂后能带结构和态密度.发现掺杂后的带隙要减小,并且可能形成新的半导体,这将为找到新的半导体提供一个方向.还进一步研究了掺杂稀土(Y,La)后的光学性质,掺杂后有更高的静态介电常数,可以作为新的介电材料和好的折射材料,这对于一定的光学元件有潜在的应用前景.  相似文献

稀土正铁氧体YFeO3呈正交钙钛矿结构,其晶体和纳米晶材料在电极材料、 传感器和光催化领域具有重要的应用价值.用平面波赝势方法,采用广义梯度近似、改进的Perdew-Burke-Emzerhof交换-关联势、 实空间超软赝势计算方案,研究了YFeO3晶体的几何结构、电子结构和光学性质. 计算得到的晶格参量与报道的实验结果一致.通过对能带结构、态密度、介电函数、吸收系数和光电导率的计算和分析, 确定YFeO3是直接能隙半导体,能隙Eg约为2.22 eV,阐明了YFeO3晶体和纳米晶具有较好的可见光催化性能.  相似文献

采用局域自旋密度近似 (LSDA)和有效库仑相关能 (U) 方法研究了UO2的晶格参数、能带结构和光学常数. 计算得到的UO2晶体的晶格常数为5.40 ?,带隙宽度为1.82 eV,正确预测了UO2的反铁磁性半导体基态性质. 能带结构和介电函数的分析结果表明,铀的6d电子在晶体场中发生劈裂形成两个能级,与实验结果较为符合.  相似文献

基于第一原理的密度泛函理论, 以量子化学从头计算软件 为平台研究了Sn(O1-xNx)2材料的光电磁性能, 分析了体系的态密度、 能带结构、 磁性、 介电虚部及折射率. 计算结果表明, N替代O后, 随着掺杂浓度的增加, 体系的带隙先减小后增大, 掺杂量为12.50%时带隙最窄. 由于N 2p轨道电子的贡献, 在0.55-1.05 eV范围内产生了浅受主能级, 价带和导带处的能级均出现了劈裂及轨道的重叠现象, Sn-O键的键强大于N-O键的键强. 从磁性来看, N原子决定了磁矩的大小. 从介电虚部可知, 掺杂后体系的光学吸收边增宽, 主跃迁峰发生红移, 反射率和介电谱相对应, 各峰值与电子的跃迁吸收有关.  相似文献

对Ca3Sc2Si3O12:Ce3+共掺杂N3-、Sc3+、Mn2+、Mg2+和Na+进行第一性原理计算,研究不同的电荷补偿对发光中心Ce3+的影响.首先利用密度泛函理论构建超晶胞模型对Ce3+周围的局部结构进行了优化,然后通过CASSCF/CASPT2 RASSI-SO计算得到Ce3+的4f→5d跃迁能量.计算数据与实验光谱相吻合.实验光谱中的一个未知峰值理论分析确认是Sc3+替代Si4+导致的.  相似文献

β-Ga2O3是一种宽带隙半导体材料,能带宽度Eg≈5.0eV,在光学和光电子学领域有广泛的应用。用射频磁控溅射方法在Si衬底和远紫外光学石英玻璃衬底制备了本征β-Ga2O3薄膜及Zn掺杂β-Ga2O3薄膜,用紫外 可见分光光度计、X射线衍射仪、荧光分光光度计对本征β-Ga2O3薄膜及Zn掺杂β-Ga2O3薄膜的光学透过、光学吸收、结构和光致发光进行了测量,研究了Zn掺杂和热退火对薄膜结构和光学性质的影响。退火后的β-Ga2O3薄膜为多晶结构,与本征β-Ga2O3薄膜相比,Zn掺杂β-Ga2O3薄膜的β-Ga2O3(111)衍射峰强度变小,结晶性变差,衍射峰位从35.69°减小至35.66°。退火后的Zn掺杂β-Ga2O3薄膜的光学带隙变窄,光学透过降低,光学吸收增强,出现了近边吸收,薄膜的紫外、蓝光及绿光发射增强。表明退火后Zn掺杂β-Ga2O3薄膜中的Zn原子被激活充当受主。  相似文献

A theoretical study on Sb-doped SnO2 has been carried out by means of periodic density functional theory (DFT) at generalized gradient approximation (GGA) level. Stability and conductivity analyses were performed based on the formation energy and electronic structures. The results show that Sn0.5Sb0.5O2 solid solution is stable because the formation energy of Sn0.5Sb0.5O2 is −0.06 eV. The calculated energy band structure and density of states showed that the band gap of SnO2 narrowed due to the presence of the Sb impurity energy levels in the bottom of the conduction band, namely there is Sb 5s distribution of electronic states from the Fermi level to the bottom of conduction band after the doping of antimony. The studies provide a theoretical basis to the development and application of Sn1−xSbxO2 solid solution electrode.  相似文献

采用基于密度泛函理论(DFT)的第一性原理计算研究了 (Ba0.5Sr0.5)TiO3 (BST) 晶体在高压下的电子结构及能带变化行为. 研究结果发现,随着压强的增加,BST能带间隙先增加,在压强为55 GPa时达到最大值,然后减小,这些有趣的结果将有助于开发与设计新的BST铁电器件. 进一步地,通过电子态密度和密度分布图的研究分析可知:在低压区域(055 GPa),则是出现的离域现象占主导(电子的离域作用超过键态的作用),从而使带隙减小. 关键词: 钛酸锶钡 第一性原理 高压 能带间隙  相似文献

Effects of A-site non-stoichiometry on the structural and electrical properties of 0.96K0.5+xNa0.5+xNbO3- 0.04LiSbO3 lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were examined for 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.02. The piezoelectric coefficients exhibited a maximum, d33 = 187 pC/N at x = 0.0075, coinciding with the maximum of the grain size and the apparent density at x = 0.0075. The apparent density and the piezoelectric coefficients decreased with increasing x at higher x which was likely due to the crystal geometrical distortion of 0.96K0.5+xNa0.5+xNbO3-0.04LiSbO3. In addition, super-large grains were found and this may be due to liquid phase sintering. Excess (K++Na+) attracted a sum of space charges to keep the charge neutral, resulting in charge leakage during the course of ceramic polarization, influencing the piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties. These findings are of importance for guiding the design of K0.5Na0.5NbO3-based lead-free ceramics with enhanced electrical properties.  相似文献

Polycrystalline perovskite cobalt oxide Eu0.5Sr0.5CoO3 was prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction method. X-ray powder patterns indicated the prepared samples are pure, cubic perovskite structure (Pm3?m), and with no evidence of any secondary phases. The dc magnetization and ac susceptibility measurements were carried out to investigate the magnetic properties of the sample, and which indicated that cluster-glasses properties are suppressed with the increasing of the coercive field. We denied the possibility of spin-glasses and the existence of the Hopkinson effect in Eu0.5Sr0.5CoO3 through the temperature-dependent ac susceptibility measurements, and explained the magnetic behavior of Eu0.5Sr0.5CoO3 with the competition between magnetic anisotropy and the external magnetic field.  相似文献

In this paper the crystal structure, electronic structure and hydrogen site occupation of LaNi4.5Al0.5Hy hydride phase (y = 5.0, 6.0) have been investigated by using full-potential linearized augmented plane wave method. The hydrogen atoms were found to prefer the 6m, 12o and 12n sites, while no 4h sites were occupied. A narrowed Ni-d band is found due to the lattice expansion, the total density of states at EF increases with y, which indicates that the compounds become less stable. The interaction between Al and Ni, H plays a dominant role in the stability of LaNi4.5Al0.5 hydride phase. The smaller the shift of EF towards the higher energy region, the more stable the compounds will be. The obtained results are compared with experimental data and discussed in the light of previous works.  相似文献

We present in this paper the experimental results of photoluminescence spectra of Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 ceramics. An emission band centered at about 920 nm has been observed at room temperature. When we change the amount of oxygen vacancies in these samples by thermal treatment, these samples show an enhancement of luminescence. Our experimental results indicate that the origin of the photoluminescence is related to the oxygen vacancies in these samples.  相似文献

Microcosmic investigations of weak red-emitting materials are crucial for their further development and application. In this work, we have focused on the band structures and electronic properties of Pr mono- and (Zn, Pr) co-doped CaTiO3 using density functional theory. Zn substitution for Ca or Ti tends to form clusters energetically with Pr substituting for Ca in CaTiO3. In Pr mono-doped CaTiO3, the O2p→Ti3d transition in CaTiO3 host corresponds to the centered 330 nm excitation spectra. The gap states above the valence band of ∼1.30 eV and ∼2.06 eV are hybridized by Pr4f, O2p and Ti3d orbitals. They are mainly due to Pr4f orbitals in CaTiO3:Pr. The former gap level is related to red emission at 614 nm due to 1D23H4 transition of Pr3+ activator. The latter is related to the excitation spectra centered at 380 nm due to the low-lying Pr-to-mental intervalence charge transfer transitions (Pr3+-O2−-Ti4+?Pr4+-O2−-Ti3+). The band structures of (Zn, Pr) co-doped CaTiO3 keep the similar gap levels to those in Pr mono-doped CaTiO3. The incorporation of Zn brings out the two stronger localized gap states, which are hybridized by Pr4f, O2p and Ti3d orbitals, in comparison with those in Pr mono-doped CaTiO3. Therefore, when Zn impurities are added into Pr doped CaTiO3, the present calculations visualize the two enhanced levels and the distorted structures around Pr.  相似文献

The effects of La doping on the ferroelectric properties of 0.92Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-0.08BaTiO3(NBT-BT) solid solution have been studied both experimentally and theoretically.The experimental results show that an abnormal ferro-toantiferroelectric phase transition is induced by La doping in NBT-BT.The first-principles calculations indicate that La3+ cations selectively substitute for the A site in NBT-BT as donors.Furthermore,the computed binding energy reveals that La cations is most likely to substitute Ba 2+or Na+,not Bi3+,at A site as donors in NBT-BT,as supported by our Raman spectra.The ferro-to-antiferroelectric phase transition of La-doped NBT-BT is believed to originate from the lattice aberrance and redistribution of valence electrons,thus strengthening the bonding of A-O,enhancing the hybridization between the A cation d orbital and O 2p orbital,and resulting in the deflection of the polar direction of NBT-BT lattice.  相似文献
