比值-导数法同时测定污水中的苯酚和苯胺   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
根据苯酚和苯胺在紫外区均有吸收的特点 ,建立了用比值 导数法同时测定苯酚和苯胺的紫外分光光度法。该法对波谱重叠严重的苯酚和苯胺类化合物能进行有效测定 ,省去了萃取、蒸馏、显色、酸化等预处理步骤 ,具有能消除背景干扰、提高灵敏度及提高速度的优点。在优化实验条件后进行苯酚和苯胺的测定 ,它们的线性范围分别为 1 0 1~ 2 4 2 4mg·L- 1 和 1 0 1~ 2 4 2 9mg·L- 1 ,其检测限分别为 0 0 97和 0 6 85mg·L- 1 。对合成样进行分析时 ,苯酚和苯胺的相对标准偏差 (RSD)分别为 2 6 0 %和 2 16 % ,标准加入的回收率在 95 %~ 10 4 %之间 ,结果良好。对污染河水水样进行分析测定 ,并进行加标回收试验 ,平均回收率在91%~ 10 8%之间  相似文献

苯酚和苯胺在304不锈钢阳极表面实现了电化学共聚,反应在中性水溶液中进行,电解质为硫酸钠. 比较不同苯酚苯胺浓度下共聚成膜耐点蚀能力,当苯酚为0.09 mol/L和苯胺为0.01 mol/L时最佳.红外光谱分析证实苯胺结构出现在苯酚苯胺的共聚物中,且共聚物膜比聚苯酚膜含有更多支链. 利用苯酚苯胺共聚物膜在四氢呋喃中的部分溶解性,使用扫描电子显微镜分析四氢呋喃清洗前后的成膜,观察到网状聚苯胺结构. 将共聚物膜与聚苯酚膜微观结构进行推测和比较,解释在电聚合反应中适量加入苯胺能提升成膜防腐能力原因.  相似文献

文章用UV-Vis光谱和高效液相色谱(HPLC)研究了苯酚和苯胺溶液在Ti/SnO2-Sb2O5电极上的电氧化降解过程.研究结果表明,对苯二酚、苯醌、马来酸是苯胺和苯酚降解的共同产物,因而苯酚和苯胺可能具有相同的降解途径.由于苯胺发生电聚合反应,导致氧化降解历程的差异.  相似文献

在硫酸介质中,痕量对硝基苯胺对溴酸钾氧化罗丹明B荧光猝灭具有抑制作用,由此建立了抑制动力学荧光法测定痕量对硝基苯胺的分析新方法。考察了酸度、反应温度、反应时间、各种试剂等条件对抑制反应的影响。在最佳实验条件下,此方法线性范围为0.68×10-7—5.44×10-7g/mL,检出限为4.76×10-8g/mL。该方法应用于环境水样的测定,回收率为96%—107%。  相似文献

对苯酚红褪色分光光度法测定小麦粉中痕量溴酸钾进行了研究。实验考察了各种因素如酸度、苯酚红的浓度和用量、反应时间和温度等对测定的影响。结果表明,在最优化的实验条件下(最大吸收波长为504nm,0.5mol/L盐酸,1.00mL 1.00×10-4mol/L苯酚红,85℃水浴条件下加热10min),溴酸钾在0—0.45μg/mL范围内符合比耳定律,线性回归方程为ΔA=0.6094C-0.0013(C:μg/mL,相关系数r=0.9991),摩尔吸光系数ε=3.6×106L.mol-1.cm-1,检出限为0.01μg/g(取样量5g)。将该法用于小麦粉中痕量溴酸钾的测定,样品加标回收率在93%—103%,相对标准偏差RSD<5%,结果满意。  相似文献

本文用系数倍率紫外光谱法同时测定了制药废水中苯酚和水杨酸的含量 ,取得了满意的结果。苯酚测量回收率为 97.33%— 1 0 0 .77%、相对标准偏差 0 .83%。水杨酸测量回收率为 98.1 5 %— 1 0 0 .83%、相对标准偏差 0 .5 2 %。  相似文献

报道了捕捉GBCUV软件的屏幕图形的驻留程序设计原理。用GBCUV软件获得苯酚、苯胺、模拟炼油废水的吸收光谱数据,然后用自编TXTSIR.COM,TXZH.EXE程序将其转变为文本数据,最后用卡尔曼滤波法处理文本数据,获得模拟炼油废水中苯酚测量回收率为99.0%~103.8%;苯胺为97.8%~100.6%,使用该程序扩大了GBC-918的使用范围,可满足现代光谱分析的需要。  相似文献

以 4 -叔丁基 - 2 (α-甲苄基 )苯酚 (t- BAMBP)萃取分离基体铯 ,磷钼杂多酸与结晶紫染料生成离子缔合物 ,在聚乙烯醇存在下 ,在水溶液中显色。在波长 5 45 nm处 ,其摩尔吸光系数可达 2 .0 1× 10 5L· mol-1·cm-1。方法的回收率为 97%— 10 1% ,相对标准偏差为 0 .8%— 2 .7%。  相似文献

采用毛细管气相色谱法对碳酸二苯酯(DPC)与1,4-丁二醇(BD)酯交换反应生成的馏分进行了分析。Equity~(TM)-1非极性柱为分析柱,FID为检测器。结果表明,本法具有良好的线性关系;DPC、BD和苯酚的检出限分别为4.08×10~(-4)、4.30×10~(-3)、2.31×10~(-4)g/L;回收率范围在95.0%—103.3%之间;相对标准偏差均小于5.0%。  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output.  相似文献

A review of schemes for multiple access in fiber optic networks shows that a hybrid of wavelength and code division multiple access (WCDMA) combines the best features of both. In particular, the hybrid scheme retains the large information carrying capacity of wavelength division multiple access (WDMA) and flexibility of code division multiple access (CDMA). In this paper WDMA, optical CDMA (OCDMA), and WCDMA networks are discussed. In OCDMA networks, concept of incoherent and coherent coding including inverse decoding and matched filter is introduced. The delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks, under the simple suboptimum access protocols based on cyclic search, is computed. It has been shown quantitatively that tuning delay significantly affects the delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks. Futhermore, delay performance of WCDMA networks is always better than the WDMA networks for the same tuning delay, load, and number of users.  相似文献

The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)booster ring,a full energy injector for the storage ring,is deigned to accelerate the electron beam energy from 150MeV to 3.5GeV that demands high extraction efficiency at the extraction energy with low beam loss rate when electrons are ramping.Closed orbit distortion(COD)caused by bending magnet field uniformity errors which affects the machine performance harmfully could be effectively reduced by bending magnet location sorting.Considering the affections of random errors in measurement,both ideal sorting and realistic sorting are studied based on measured bending magnet field uniformity errors and one reasonable combination of bending magnets which can reduce the horizontal COD by a factor of 5is given as the final installation sequence of the booster bending magnets in this paper.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). A transient suppression method for piezoelectric ceramic transducer is presented. We experimentally demonstrate amplitude squeezed soliton utilizing intensity-dependent self-phase modulation in an asymmetric Sagnac interferometer.The system.whose components are connected via ferrule connector/physical connection(FC/PC)fiber connectors,constitutes all-fiber configuration to generate squeezed soliton.Soliton amplitude reduction measured by homodyne detection is near 4.0 dB below the shot-noise level.Optimal squeezing fields in both simple and compact all-fiber configuration are obtained.  相似文献

The(2 1)-dimensional nonlinear Schr(o)dinger(NLS)equation with spatially inhomogeneous nonlinearities is investigated,which describes propagation of light in(2 1)-dimensional nonlinear optical media with inhomogeneous nonlinearities.New types of optical modes and nonlinear effects in optical media are presented numerically.The results reveal that the regular split of beam can be obtained in (2 1)-dimensional nonlinear optical media with inhomogeneous nonlinearities,by adjusting the guiding parameter.Furthermore,the stability of beam regular split is discussed numerically,and the results reveal that the beam regular split is stable to the finite initial perturbations.  相似文献

In the real-world application of face recognition system, owing to the difficulties of collecting samples or storage space of systems, only one sample image per person is stored in the system, which is so-called one sample per person problem. Moreover, pose and illumination have impact on recognition performance. We propose a novel pose and illumination robust algorithm for face recognition with a single training image per person to solve the above limitations. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is an efficient and practical approach for face recognition.  相似文献
