针对投影仪标定方法中存在畸变及倾斜投影引起条纹周期、条纹级数变化的问题,提出一种单周期条纹双四步相移投影仪的标定方法.设计生成横向和纵向各两组单周期条纹图像,经投影仪投影到带有圆形标识的标定板上,相机同步采集标定板图像,叠加由双四步相移获得的两幅相位主值图,对叠加相位主值图相位展开,利用展开的绝对相位值计算投影仪像素坐标值,最终将投影仪标定转换为成熟的相机标定.实验结果表明:仿真投影仪标定实验准确度的最大重投影误差约为0.4pixel,均方根误差为0.132 96pixel;实际投影仪标定实验准确度的最大反投影误差约为0.46pixel,均方根误差为0.143 12pixel;实验结果与仿真结果的最大反投影误差相差15%,均方根误差相差7.6%.与现有的采用三频相位展开进行投影仪标定的方法相比,投影光栅图像数可减少8幅.该方法改善了现有投影仪标定方法的不足,标定准确度和标定效率均得到提高.  相似文献

A stereo PIV (SPIV) acquisition and analysis system was developed to measure three velocity components in planar flow fields. The analysis software is based on a third order mapping function method. The system was calibrated by imaging a square grid in three measurement planes with two Kodak Megaplus cameras oriented at 30 to the bisector between them. The camera images were dewarped into real coordinates by employing a set of transform matrices computed for each calibration plane. Bias and rms errors were determined by comparing displacements measured directly with displacements estimated from the dewarping and recombination algorithm. The bias errors in the directions parallel with the measurement plane were negligible while the bias in thez direction was about 0.6 pixel. The rms errors, 0.2–0.3 pixels, were largest in thez direction. These errors were thought to result from limitations in the calibration method. The SPIV system was tested in a two-dimensional oblique jet with Reynolds number of 1800. The three dimensional results were taken in a vertical (x, y) plane parallel with the jet span. The SPIV results were compared with LDV data and two-dimensional PIV data obtained in a vertical (y, z) plane of the same jet. The SPIV measurements yielded accurate values for the in-plane mean and rms velocity components. The measured out-of-plane mean component was underestimated due to the bias error mentioned above. The rms component was accurate in part of the field but overestimated in another part due to local variations in rms error. It is expected that in the future, the out-of-plane errors can be minimized by improving the calibration and transformation procedures.  相似文献

Phase-based fringe projection metrology systems have been widely used to obtain the shape of 3D objects. One vital step is calibration, which defines the relationship between the phase and depth data. Existing calibration methods are complicated because of the dependence of the relationship on the pixel position. In this Letter, a simple calibration procedure is introduced based on an uneven fringe projection technique, in which the relationship between phase and depth becomes independent of the pixel position and can be represented by a single polynomial function for all pixels. Therefore, given a set of discrete points with a known phase and depth in the measuring volume, the coefficient set of the polynomial function can be determined. A white plate having discrete markers with known separation is used to calibrate the 3D imaging system. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed calibration method is simple to apply and can build up an accurate relationship between phase and depth data.  相似文献

为了避开复杂繁琐的摄像机标定过程,提出了一种基于CCD摄像机的电子白板系统参数标定新方法,实现了开机自动标定系统参数的功能。采用Harris角点检测算法成功提取了参考点的像素坐标,并直接运用射影变换交比不变性,推导出白板边框图像像素距离与实际物理距离的映射关系式,进而获得了摄像机的光心坐标。简要分析影响系统标定精度的因素,并设计出减小标定误差的方案,最后搭建实验平台标定系统参数。实验结果表明:该标定方法实现简单,应用方便,且对于单位长度为1 cm的标定块而言,标定误差小于0.04 cm。  相似文献

This paper introduces a new comprehensive procedure for both geometric and colour calibration of structured light system. In order to perform both geometric and colour calibration procedure, a new calibration artifact is proposed. The intrinsic and extrinsic parameters of projector and camera are estimated by using an extended pinhole camera model with a tangential and radial distortion. Camera image plane coordinates are obtained by extracting features from images of a calibration artifact. Projector image plane coordinates are calculated on the basis of continuous phase maps obtained from a fringe pattern phase reconstruction procedure. In order to stereo calibrate camera-projector system, pairs of corresponding image plane points are calculated with subpixel accuracy. In addition, one of three pattern views is used in colour calibration. RGB values of a colour field pattern detected by camera and their reference values are compared. This comparison leads to derivation of a colour transformation matrix. The performance of the proposed method is tested by measuring plane, sphere and distance reference. Also 360 degrees complex object 3D model from a set of measurements is obtained. Residual mean errors for all tests performed are calculated.  相似文献

将条纹投影轮廓测量术和体视显微镜相结合,搭建了一套能够对微小器件的表面三维形貌进行测量的系统。该系统由一台Greenough型的体视显微镜,一台DMD投影仪,一个CCD相机和一个机械平移台组成。在利用相移算法和降级去包裹算法得到被表面形貌调制过的无歧义相位后,通过相位和高度的映射关系,得到高度值,从而能够对微小器件的表面形貌进行重建。在标定时,通过精密的机械平移台将陶瓷标定板置于不同的高度,对其进行相位测量,得到多组相对应的相位和高度值,再对每个像素点进行多项式拟合来确定相位和高度的映射关系。实验测量了标定的最后一个平面以及微型的球栅阵列,平面测量结果显示测量误差在10 μm以内,从微型球栅阵列的三维重建结果可以清晰地看到排列的球形结构。实验结果证明了该系统对于平面和复杂的三维结构都能够进行精确的测量。  相似文献

This study extends the use of holographic interferometry to measure the nanoscale out-of-plane displacement with high surface resolution. It is noted that if the deformation is less than half of the optical wavelength, it is hard to find an obvious fringe pattern. Under such a situation, in general, the phase shift method is used. However, it needs to take more than 3 images for phase shifting and phase reconstruction In this paper, a more simple hybrid method of gray-level and holographic interferometry is used to extract fringe skeletons, in which it just needs to take one or two images for the normal deformation measurement directly, even if there exists no obvious fringe pattern. The displacement field with high surface resolution can also be obtained. The proposed method yielded a theoretical precision of 0.15 nm for out-of-plane displacement with a monochromatic CCD camera of 10-bit gray scale (1024 gray scales) sensitivity and microscale surface resolution for millimeter scale object with 640×480 pixels image resolution by an He–Ne LASER (632.8 nm wavelength) light source. The gray-level method is proposed to calculate the non-obvious interferometry fringe by traditional holographic interferometry hologram, and the result showed that this method works for this purpose.  相似文献

目标跟踪与定位中的一个重要步骤就是摄像机标定,其目的是估计摄像机的外部和内部参数。在严格的几何约束关系之上建立准确的数学模型,提出一种快速得到摄像机中心的方法,然后通过合理的求解次序获得其他摄像机参数,保证了标定参数的精度。利用计算出来的标定参数校正失真图像中的各个像素位置以重新得到像素间原来的空间关系,从而产生精确的不失真图像,并且利用摄像机标定参数对标定模板上的点进行位置计算后,再和实际位置比较进行检验。图像的校正效果实验以及精度验算的结果表明:提出的算法得到了准确可靠的标定参数,和其他算法相比有效提高了精度,能够满足运动跟踪时目标特征位置估计的精度要求。  相似文献

基于三维位移测量手段在工程技术领域的必要性和重要性,开展了基于单摄像机和数字图像相关的三维位移测试方法研究.基于图像位移场矢量中心和斜率与面内和离面位移的分别对应关系,采用Savitzky-Golay(SG)微分滤波器分离图像位移子区内的常数项与一次项,可实现物体三维位移分量的有效分离.以针孔摄像机成像模型为基础,开展了相应的数值模拟实验及悬臂梁端部受载的实验,发展了与三维线性变形对应的散斑图模拟方法,验证了基于二阶位移模式的牛顿-拉夫森迭代法的精度和适用性.数值模拟与实验结果均验证了三维位移测试方法用于实现物体三维位移重构的可行性和优越性.  相似文献

系统参数标定是结构光三维测量系统的关键问题之一,标定板特征圆圆心检测精度与投影仪、相机镜头gamma效应引起的相位误差是系统参数标定的主要误差来源。采用Sobel算子粗定位标定板特征圆的边缘点,以正交傅里叶-马林矩(OFMM)算子对边缘点进行亚像素定位,用椭圆拟合法确定特征圆圆心的方法提高标定板特征圆检测精度。同时,推导结构光三维测量系统gamma非线性数学模型,将计算得到的系统gamma值的倒数作为投影正弦光栅的指数以降低gamma效应引起的相位误差。实验结果证明了该方法的准确性,与不采用亚像素边缘检测与gamma校正相比,X、Y方向的标定精度分别提高约3.5倍与5倍。  相似文献

详细介绍了投影机模型,并提出一种简单、高精度的投影仪参数标定算法,该算法将投影仪当作一个逆向的相机,使用一块带有圆形标志点的平面标定板对投影仪进行标定.标定过程中,使用两组不同方向的光栅图像建立投影仪图像和相机图像的对应关系,从而得到投影仪标定所需的图像数据,将投影仪标定转化为成熟的相机标定,然后使用相机标定算法对投影仪进行高精度标定.实验结果表明,所提议的投影仪标定算法操作过程简单,标定精度可达0.312 pixel.  相似文献

A method is presented that allows real-time three-dimensional displacement maps to be obtained for deformable objects using a single color camera and a color fringe projector. The acquired images have speckle and fringe information embedded in them, which are separated using the R, G, and B color signals from a color CCD camera to permit the independent use of a two-dimensional digital image correlation to obtain the x- and y-direction displacements and fringe projection to obtain the displacement in the z direction.  相似文献

为了克服相机检校对二维/三维检校场的依赖,提出一种基于激光点云多条件约束的相机检校方法。该方法通过对相机获取的多视影像进行光束法平差获得初始相机参数;利用影像点云与其最邻近的激光点云之间的位置关系,以共线方程为基础模型,建立多条件约束的相机检校数学模型;使用不等式约束的最小二乘方法平差迭代解算相机参数。将本文方法与基于三维控制场的检校精度进行了实验对比分析,结果表明本文方法与基于三维控制场的检校精度相当,两者反投影平均误差相差小于0.1 pixel,验证了本文方法在没有传统检校场的情况下进行相机检校的可行性。  相似文献

We introduced a novel crossed fringe pattern as the model plane for camera calibration. It can provide abundant control points, in extreme case each pixel on the CCD sensor can be taken as control points. Fourier Fringe Analysis is used to extract the phase distributions from the image of this pattern. Each control point consists of the locations of a pixel and the world coordinates, which can be calculated from the phase distributions. It avoids the complex extracting procedure of those classical control points and could produce abundant control points. Both computer simulation and real data have confirmed the proposed technique is easy to use, reliable and high accurate.  相似文献

This paper proposes a flexible calibration method for the defocusing structured light three-dimensional (3D) imaging system. Neither a high accuracy translation stage nor the parameters of the projector is required. Therefore the method is more flexible in many practical applications. World coordinates for calibration are obtained based on the method of coordinates from known plane. The monotonic nonlinear relationships between the absolute phase and each world coordinate have been investigated. Different from other methods, in our method, the 3D shape is directly recovered by the absolute phase to world coordinates method. Experimental results show that, when polynomial curve fitting methods are used, the root-mean-squared (RMS) error for the flat plate reconstruction is less than 0.12 mm, and the measurement error of 3D points is less than −0.34%. Furthermore, when comparing the measurement results of our method with the method of coordinates from known plane based on camera calibration, the relative error is less than −0.05%. Therefore, camera calibration is considered as the major error source.  相似文献

针对传统线结构光光刀平面标定方法测量精度不高,应用范围小的问题,提出基于平面标靶的线结构光系统光刀平面标定,对无激光的标靶图片进行迭代摄像机标定,有激光的标靶图片进行光刀平面标定.提出光强符合均匀分布的平顶激光检测中心算法,将平顶激光建模为矩形的台阶函数,估计背景亮度和前景亮度,确定亮条纹宽度,再将窗口内的有效像素参与重心计算,得到光条纹中心.用该算法对不同噪声及不同量块的图片进行处理,结果表明,处理后图像的均方根误差分别在0.149pixel和0.176pixel内,表明该算法抗噪声能力强、精度高.用该算法提取光条中心,计算光条在标靶上的位置,根据至少两个姿态下的光条中心三维点,基于最小二乘法拟合光刀平面.通过迭代摄像机标定和光刀平面标定,利用三角测量法,在立体视觉模型下获取物体的三维点云数据.实验测量两个距离为100.5mm的标准球,相机与标准球距离为500mm,比较两球心距离与标准距离,测得平均误差为0.236mm.表明平顶激光检测中心算法切实可行,光刀平面标定方法基本满足要求.  相似文献

Stereoscopic digital speckle photography offers a technique to measure object shapes and 3-D displacement fields in experimental mechanics. The system measures the displacement of a random white light speckle pattern, which somehow is present on the object surface, using digital correlation. This paper describes a general physical model for stereo imaging systems. A camera calibration algorithm, which takes the distortion in the lenses into account, is also presented and evaluated by real experiments. Standard deviations of small deformations as low as 1% of the pixel size for in-plane deformations and 6% of the pixel size for the out-of-plane component are reported. Using the calibration algorithm described, the main source of errors is random errors originating from the correlation algorithm.  相似文献

提出一种适用于不同类型中心折反射全方位摄像头的标定方法。该方法不需标定模板的运动信息或限定全方位摄像头的类型,而只用通过摄像头观测分布在不同位置的标定模板,对所采集的标定模板图像提取角点,将包含内外部参数的非线性图像投影函数用泰勒级数展开表示,应用Levenberg-Marquardt算法计算摄像头外部参数,而通过对超定方程组的伪逆求解计算内部参数。整个标定过程简单,快速而且自动完成。利用某一中心折反射全方位摄像头对提出的方法进行了实验,实验结果表明,该方法可获得很好的标定效果。  相似文献
