In general relativity, the equation of motion of the spin is given by the equation of parallel transport, which is a result of the space-time geometry. Any result of the space-time geometry cannot be directly applied to gauge theory of gravity. In gauge theory of gravity, based on the viewpoint of the coupling between the spin and gravitational field,an equation of motion of the spin is deduced. In the post Newtonian approximation, it is proved that this equation gives the same result as that of the equation of parallel transport. So, in the post Newtonian approximation, gauge theory of gravity gives out the same prediction on the precession of orbiting gyroscope as that of general relativity. 相似文献

A systematic method is developed to study the classical motion of a mass point in gravitational gauge field.First,by using Mathematica,a spherical symmetric solution of the field equation of gravitational gauge field is obtained,which is just the traditional Schwarzschild solution.Combining the principle of gauge covariance and Newton's second law of motion,the equation of motion of a mass point in gravitational field is deduced.Based on the spherical symmetric solution of the field equation and the equation of motion of a mass point in gravitational field,we can discuss classical tests of gauge theory of gravity,including the deflection of light by the sun,the precession of the perihelia of the orbits of the inner planets and the time delay of radar echoes passing the sun.It is found that the theoretical predictions of these classical tests given by gauge theory of gravity are completely the same as those given by general relativity. 相似文献

氮肥的施用量和形态对植物的影响很大。实验借助于一种新型光谱仪SPAD-502叶绿素仪,研究了不同氮肥水平和氮肥形态对苗期玉米叶片叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,每公顷施用0,100和200 kgN时,SPAD值在43.3~43.7之间,差异不显著;每公顷施用400 kgN时最后一片展开叶的叶绿素含量显著高于对照和每公顷施用100和200 kgN的处理,估计可能与肥料中其他成分有关,但原因尚需进一步研究。通过不同形态氮肥试验,表明氨态氮处理的叶片叶绿素含量显著高于硝态氮处理,可能的原因是: (1)氨态氮易于吸收,施用初期效果快;(2)氨态氮中微量元素比较高。 相似文献

In this work, we make an investigation on the preferences of
orientations between amino acids using the orientation defined based
on the local geometry of the amino acids concerned. It is found that
there are common preferences of orientations
(70°, 30°}, 140°) and
(110°, 340^{\circ}, 100°) for various pairs of
amino acids. Different side chains may strengthen or weaken the
common preferences, which is related to the effect of packing. Some
amino acids having specific local flexibility may possess some
preferences of orientations besides the common ones, such as
(10°, 280°, 210°). Another analysis on the
pairs of the amino acids with different secondary-structure
preferences shows that the directional interaction may affect the
distribution of orientation more effectively than the packing or
local flexibility. All these results provide us some insight of the
organization of amino acids in protein, and their relation with some

简述了近20多年以来我们在稀土发光和光谱理论方面所做的主要工作、取得的进展和成果。包括:(1)关于(4f)N组态内单光子跃迁强度:推广Judd-Ofelt三参量公式,在其中计入"J混合"(偶宇称晶场成分造成的)导致的修正;澄清了国际上关于Judd-Ofelt全参量公式中"静力学项"和"动力学项"相对正负号的争论(仍为负号)。(2)关于(4f)N组态内双光子过程强度:提出直接计算强度方法(放弃缔合近似,利用Ce3+的5d和左邻RE3+的(4f)N能级-波函资料,近似模拟出最重要的虚中间组态(4f)N-15d的能级-波函结构)来讨论和改进Judd-Ofelt缔合近似。(3)固体中声子辅助的稀土离子间能量传输理论:发现HLO理论关于单声子过程中的"干涉相消"实际只适合于对角过程,而非对角过程则是"干涉相加",因而,后者首要的是单声子而非双声子过程;同时,用"晶体格波模"取代"Debye模"描述能量传输中的声子,给出了新模型下计算对角和非对角过程速率等物理量的整套公式。并由之看出:波矢q=0和对应色散曲线扁平段的光学声子对单声子非对角过程速率有完全不能忽略的贡献,这些都不同于或超出于HLO理论。(4)提出和发展了分析指认4f-5d跃迁光谱的简单理论模型,用能量和跃迁强度同时进行近似拟合,成功地分析指认了从(4f)3到(4f)13离子在几种基质中的4f→5d吸收(激发)谱,也成功用于若干5d→4f辐射谱。(5)对跃迁的初末晶场态同时引用有效自旋哈密顿描述稀土离子间超交换作用,成功地解释了低温10 K时立方结构的纯稀土冰晶石晶体Cs2NaLnCl6(Ln=Er,Yb)等的吸收谱中0声子线(量级为几个cm-1)的精细分裂。 相似文献

We investigate analytically the effect of the forces that act both in the plane of a scattering surface and normally to it
on the polarized fluorescence of reflected molecules in forward scattering. We show that as the velocity of the beam of incident
molecules increases, the polarization degree of the fluorescence of reflected molecules becomes substantially different from
that of free and/or desorbed molecules. Therefore, the detection of the scattering of molecular beams by a surface using the
polarization degree of fluorescence can serve as a rather reliable means of diagnosing surfaces and determining the modes
of scattering.

The dynamic properties of the lipid layer of intraplastid membranes have been studied by analyzing the stationary and kinetic spectral polarization characteristics of the fluorescence of lipophilic probes of pyrene and diphenylhexatriene (DPH). Based on the data of the decay of the fluorescence anisotropy of pyrene, the value of the microviscosity of lipids in the membranes of prolamellar bodies (PLB) and protilakoids of etioplasts has been calculated. The pyrene molecules built into the membranes of etioplasts have a relatively high rotational mobility (stationary anisotropy r
s < 0.1). The DPH molecules rotate with difficulty in etioplast membranes (r
s > 0.3). After photoreduction of protochlorophyllide (Pd) in vivo, the rotation of the pyrene and DPH molecules in the membranes of prolamellar bodies becomes easier and this leads to a decrease in r
s. Illumination raised the degree of excimerization of the pyrene immersed into lipids (exc = 337 nm), and the microsurrounding of the molecules of the probe in lipids became more hydropholic (the relationship between the vibronic maxima at 373 and 387 nm decrease). The set of data obtained points to a decrease in the microviscosity of the lipid layer of the membranes of prolamellar bodies as a result of illumination of sproutings. 相似文献

Circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) is a powerful technique to study the macroorganization of photosynthetic light-harvesting apparatus in vivo and in vitro. It is particularly useful for monitoring environmental stress induced molecular re-organization of thylakoid membranes in green leaves. The current study focuses on two questions which are important to perform and interpret such experiments: how does CPL depend on the excitation wavelength and how on the orientation of the granal thylakoids. CPL and circular dichroism (CD) of pea chloroplasts were complementarily applied when chloroplasts were either in suspension or trapped in a polyacrylamide gel (PAAG) after alignment in a magnetic field. In contrast to the CD spectrum, the CPL signal was found to be independent of the excitation wavelength in both the Soret and the Qy absorption region for chloroplasts in both suspension and PAAG. The improved resolution of luminescence measurements revealed a relatively small negative CPL band in addition to the previously described large positive band. No effect of photoselection upon excitation on the CPL spectra was detected. The CPL intensity at 690 nm at the edge of the granal thylakoids was found to be higher than at the face of the grana suggesting the CPL anisotropy. 相似文献

本文基于孔径分割、视场分割与通道光谱技术, 提出一种成像光谱偏振技术的新方案. 本方案在单一面阵探测器上同时获取经过不同强度调制的两对正反相干涉图, 四幅干涉图相加获取强度加倍的目标图像, 正反相干涉图相减获取纯干涉条纹, 纯干涉条纹相加减获取强度加倍的单通道干涉条纹, 对单通道干涉条纹进行傅里叶变换获取目标的光谱与偏振信息. 文中描述了方案的原理结构, 推导出了干涉强度的表达式, 并利用计算机仿真验证了方案的可行性. 为新型成像光谱偏振仪的设计和工程化应用提供了一种新思路. 相似文献
