分析和测试了偏置电压调整时PZT5/Terfenol-D/PZT8层合换能结构磁电性能. 提出了一种磁致伸缩/压电层合磁电换能结构的一阶谐振频率控制方法. 通过改变压电驱动层的直流电压对磁电层合结构的预应变进行改变, 从而调整谐振频率. 分析偏置电压、 应变、 弹性模量、 谐振频率和谐振磁电电压系数之间关系. 分析表明: 在较小应变情况下, 控制电压几乎可以线性调节谐振频率, 而层合结构谐振磁电电压系数几乎与偏置电压无关. 实验研究验证: 理论与实验结果较好吻合. 在-170 V-+170 V的偏置电压时, 谐振频率可以几乎线性调整. 最大频率调整量达到1 kHz, 偏置电压对一阶纵振频率的控制率达到: 2.94 Hz/V. 在偏置磁场为0-225 Oe时, 谐振频率调整量与偏置磁场无关. 偏置磁场会改变谐振磁电电压系数, 在大于178 Oe静态磁场偏置时, 磁电电压系数最大, 达到1.65 V/Oe. 相似文献

在谐振腔设计过程中, 谐振腔的品质因数以及谐振频率都是需要考虑的关键因素. 传统的方法是通过减小谐振腔的尺寸或者利用高次模来提高谐振腔的谐振频率, 但是由于两种方法都有其局限性, 导致设计结果并不理想. 通过理论计算与模拟仿真相结合的方法, 对影响谐振腔谐振频率的因素进行分析, 得出了填充介质的材料属性与谐振腔谐振频率的关系. 理论计算显示: 当用“左手介质”作为谐振腔的填充物质时, 可以在不改变谐振腔尺寸的基础上提高谐振频率. 高频结构仿真器(high frequency structure simulator)的仿真数据也证明了以上结果, 从而得出谐振腔的谐振频率可以不受谐振腔尺寸的限制. 相较于传统理论而言, 研究结论有进一步的发展, 为探索和设计新颖的谐振腔提供了理论依据. 相似文献

为简化主动频率选择表面(FSS)器件结构,提高其谐振频率的操控性能,提出一种利用光电导薄膜的光照导电特性控制FSS结构尺寸变化的光控主动FSS。从理论角度阐述了FSS结构尺寸与中心谐振频率的关系。以十字带通型光控主动FSS为例,采用CST软件仿真得到光照前后的中心谐振频率,频率由23GHz变为28GHz。采用镀膜、电子束蒸发及光刻等工艺制作出光控主动FSS样件,分析了光电导薄膜中掺杂成分、退火温度、退火时间及光照频率、光照功率等因素对其光电性能的影响。结果显示:调节CdS、CdSe的分子数比(1∶1~5∶1)可改变敏感波长;调节CdCl_2、InCl_3、CuCl_2的比例可改变亮暗方块电阻比,实验中分子数比为(3.6∶2.6∶1.3)时效果最佳;退火温度为750℃、退火时间为30s时光电导薄膜光电特性与欧姆接触达到峰值。测试结果表明:在功率为200mW/cm~2与波长为0.6μm的光照条件下,光控主动FSS的中心谐振频率从光照前的23.8GHz变为28GHz,与仿真结果一致。 相似文献

提出了一种采用光热激励和光拾取的全光谐振技术方法,确定硅微机械薄膜的杨氏弹性模量.该方法基于光热激励的致动机理,使用调制光对硅微机械薄膜结构进行光热激励使之谐振,利用光纤传感技术拾取其谐振频率信号,进而利用谐振理论模型确定其杨氏弹性模量.为准确确定杨氏弹性模量,利用了硅微薄膜结构的前三阶谐振频率进行多次测量,求均值的方法.为简化光激励测试系统,设计了新颖结构的单光源激励测试系统,同时实现了对微机械薄膜结构的激振和信号拾取. 相似文献

通过理论计算与模拟,研究分析了P元素替代掺杂单晶硅纳米梁的谐振频率.计算模拟了两端固支单晶硅纳米梁的谐振频率随尺寸、掺杂浓度与温度的变化.通过对计算结果与模拟结果的分析得到:单晶硅纳米梁的谐振频率随着硅纳米梁长度尺寸的增大而减小;硅纳米梁的谐振频率随着掺杂浓度的增大而增大,但变化趋势并不明显;最后考虑了温度效应,发现掺杂硅纳米梁的谐振频率随着温度的增大而减小,但从谐振频率的数值来看,硅梁的谐振频率随温度的变化趋势并不明显,即温度对硅梁谐振频率基本无影响.由此得出结论:掺杂浓度与温度对硅纳米梁谐振频率的影响很小,影响单晶硅纳米梁谐振频率的主要因素是尺寸大小,掺杂单晶硅纳米梁的谐振频率具有尺寸效应. 相似文献

模拟仿真了谐振式光纤环腔的透射谱线以及鉴频曲线,得透射谱线最低谷值对应为调制谐振点,鉴频曲线的线性区为陀螺的工作范围区,线性区中点对应谐振点,可作为标度因数最大值.为了实现谐振点的高精度锁频和稳频,设计了谐振式光纤陀螺角速率测定方案,使用比例积分反馈电路实施锁频,利用正弦波扫描窄线宽激光器(线宽小于1kHz)的压电转化模块,使激光器谐振腔长发生变化,从而改变其输出频率,对谐振光纤环腔随外界环境变化同时进行跟踪和锁定.利用线宽法测试并计算出光纤环形谐振腔的品质因数值为107,对比分析了光纤环腔在谐振点和非谐振点锁定情况下的光电探测实时输出,并通过转动测试,得到两种情况下锁定后陀螺的连续转动效果.计算了光纤陀螺系统理论检测灵敏度,结果表明:谐振点锁定后转动效果对应的陀螺输出电平值为锁定非谐振点转速电平值的3倍,验证了谐振式光学陀螺谐振点锁频的重要性. 相似文献

<正>Considering a damped linear oscillator model subjected to a white noise with an inherent angular frequency and a periodic external driving force,we derive the analytic expression of the first moment of output response,and study the stochastic resonance phenomenon in a system.The results show that the output response of this system behaves as a simple harmonic vibration,of which the frequency is the same as the external driving frequency,and the variations of amplitude with the driving frequency and the inherent frequency present a bona fide stochastic resonance. 相似文献

In the field of lidar system design, there is a need for laser scanners that offer fast linear scanning, are small size and have small a rotational inertia moment. Currently, laser scanners do not meet the above needs. A new laser scanner based on two amplified piezoelectric actuators is designed in this paper. The laser scanner has small size, high mechanical resonance frequencies and a small rotational inertia moment. The size of the mirror is 20 mm×15 mm. To achieve fast linear scanning performance, an open-loop controller is designed to compensate the hysteresis behavior and to restrain oscillations that are caused by the mechanical resonances of the scanner's mechanical structure. By comparing measured scanning waveforms, nonlinearities and scan line images between the uncontrolled and controlled scanner, it was found that the scanning linearity of linear scanning was improved The open-loop controlled laser scanner realizes linear scanning at 250 Hz with optical scan angle of ±12 mrad. 相似文献

Summary The internal friction (loss tangent) of solids is normally measured, as a function of temperature, with a torsion pendulum
operating in free decay. Curves of the internal friction and the oscillation frequency, against temperature, are obtained
at various moments of inertia, to extract the parameters characteristic of the relaxation process (relaxation time and strength).
In all these experiments only the temperature is considered as an independent variable and the moment of inertia of the pendulum
is mainly used to shift the internal friction peaks in the temperature scale. It is pointed out in the paper that the moment
of inertia is also an independent variable which can be used to determine, with high accuracy, if the measured peak is of
the Debye type or not. A new torsion pendulum, with continuously variable moment of inertia is presented, which allows measurements
of the partial derivative of the internal friction and the oscillation frequency with respect to the moment of inertia, at
constant temperature. Finally, some measurements of the Snoek relaxation in Nb-O alloys are presented, to show the applicability
of the concepts developed in the paper.

An opto-electronic system that allows a stable accurate frequency shift, variable from 10 kHz to 50 MHz, to be introduced in a laser Doppler velocimeter (LDV) has been developed. The system combines a fixed optical-frequency shift obtained using a Bragg cell with an electronic shift which results from mixing the detector signal with a variable local oscillator frequency phase locked to the Bragg cell driver.
