评价网络中节点的信息传播影响力对于理解网络结构与网络功能具有重要意义.目前,许多基于最短路径的指标,如接近中心性、介数中心性以及半局部(SP)指标等相继用于评价节点传播影响力.最短路径表示节点间信息传播途径始终选择最优方式,然而实际上网络间的信息传播过程更类似于随机游走,信息的传播途径可以是节点间的任一可达路径,在集聚系数高的网络中,节点的局部高聚簇性有利于信息的有效扩散,若只考虑信息按最优传播方式即最短路径传播,则会低估节点信息传播的能力,从而降低节点影响力的排序精度.综合考虑节点与三步内邻居间的有效可达路径以及信息传播率,提出了一种SP指标的改进算法,即ASP算法.在多个经典的实际网络和人工网络上利用SIR模型对传播过程进行仿真,结果表明ASP指标与度指标、核数指标、接近中心性指标、介数中心性指标以及SP指标相比,可以更精确地对节点传播影响力进行排序.  相似文献

Identifying influential nodes in complex networks is one of the most significant and challenging issues, which may contribute to optimizing the network structure, controlling the process of epidemic spreading and accelerating information diffusion. The node importance ranking measures based on global information are not suitable for large-scale networks due to their high computational complexity. Moreover, they do not take into account the impact of network topology evolution over time, resulting in limitations in some applications. Based on local information of networks, a local clustering H-index (LCH) centrality measure is proposed, which considers neighborhood topology, the quantity and quality of neighbor nodes simultaneously. The proposed measure only needs the information of first-order and second-order neighbor nodes of networks, thus it has nearly linear time complexity and can be applicable to large-scale networks. In order to test the proposed measure, we adopt the susceptible-infected-recovered (SIR) and susceptible-infected (SI) models to simulate the spreading process. A series of experimental results on eight real-world networks illustrate that the proposed LCH can identify and rank influential nodes more accurately than several classical and state-of-the-art measures.  相似文献

The identification of influential nodes in complex networks is one of the most exciting topics in network science. The latest work successfully compares each node using local connectivity and weak tie theory from a new perspective. We study the structural properties of networks in depth and extend this successful node evaluation from single-scale to multi-scale. In particular, one novel position parameter based on node transmission efficiency is proposed, which mainly depends on the shortest distances from target nodes to high-degree nodes. In this regard, the novel multi-scale information importance (MSII) method is proposed to better identify the crucial nodes by combining the network's local connectivity and global position information. In simulation comparisons, five state-of-the-art algorithms, i.e. the neighbor nodes degree algorithm (NND), betweenness centrality, closeness centrality, Katz centrality and the k-shell decomposition method, are selected to compare with our MSII. The results demonstrate that our method obtains superior performance in terms of robustness and spreading propagation for both real-world and artificial networks.  相似文献

How to identify influential nodes in complex networks is an essential issue in the study of network characteristics. A number of methods have been proposed to address this problem, but most of them focus on only one aspect. Based on the gravity model, a novel method is proposed for identifying influential nodes in terms of the local topology and the global location. This method comprehensively examines the structural hole characteristics and K-shell centrality of nodes, replaces the shortest distance with a probabilistically motivated effective distance, and fully considers the influence of nodes and their neighbors from the aspect of gravity. On eight real-world networks from different fields, the monotonicity index, susceptible-infected-recovered (SIR) model, and Kendall's tau coefficient are used as evaluation criteria to evaluate the performance of the proposed method compared with several existing methods. The experimental results show that the proposed method is more efficient and accurate in identifying the influence of nodes and can significantly discriminate the influence of different nodes.  相似文献

With the increasing popularity of rail transit and the increasing number of light rail trips, the vulnerability of rail transit has become increasingly prominent. Once the rail transit is maliciously broken or the light rail station is repaired, it may lead to large-scale congestion or even the paralysis of the whole rail transit network. Hence, it is particularly important to identify the influential nodes in the rail transit network. Existing identifying methods considered a single scenario on either betweenness centrality (BC) or closeness centrality. In this paper, we propose a hybrid topology structure (HTS) method to identify the critical nodes based on complex network theory. Our proposed method comprehensively considers the topology of the node itself, the topology of neighbor nodes, and the global influence of the node itself. Finally, the susceptible–infected–recovered (SIR) model, the monotonicity (M), the distinct metric (DM), the Jaccard similarity coefficient (JSC), and the Kendall correlation coefficient (KC) are utilized to evaluate the proposed method over the six real-world networks. Experimental results confirm that the proposed method achieves higher performance than existing methods in identifying networks.  相似文献

在复杂网络的传播模型研究中, 如何发现最具影响力的传播节点在理论和现实应用中都有重大的意义. 目前的研究一般使用节点的度数、紧密度、介数和K-shell等中心化指标来评价影响力, 这种方法虽然简单, 但是由于它们仅利用了节点自身的内部属性, 因而在评价影响力时精确度并不高, 普遍性适用性较弱.为了解决这个问题, 本文提出了KSC (K-shell and community centrality)指标模型. 此模型不但考虑了节点的内部属性, 而且还综合考虑了节点的外部属性, 例如节点所属的社区等. 然后利用SIR (susceptible-infected-recovered)模型对传播过程进行仿真, 实验证明所提出的方法可以更好地发现最具有影响力的节点, 且可适用于各种复杂网络. 本文为这项具有挑战性研究提供了新的思想和方法. 关键词: 复杂网络 最具影响力的节点 社区划分 中性化测量  相似文献

评估复杂网络系统的节点重要性有助于提升其系统抗毁性和结构稳定性. 目前, 定量节点重要性的排序算法通常基于网络结构的中心性指标如度数、介数、紧密度、特征向量等. 然而, 这些算法需要以知晓网络结构的全局信息为前提, 很难在大规模网络中实际应用. 基于自规避随机游走的思想, 提出一种结合网络结构局域信息和标签扩散的节点排序算法. 该算法综合考虑了节点的直接邻居数量及与其他节点之间的拓扑关系, 能够表征其在复杂网络系统中的结构影响力和重要性. 基于三个典型的实际网络, 通过对极大连通系数、网络谱距离数、节点连边数和脆弱系数等评估指标的实验对比, 结果表明提出的算法显著优于现有的依据局域信息的节点排序算法.  相似文献

The reversible spreading processes with repeated infection widely exist in nature and human society, such as gonorrhea propagation and meme spreading. Identifying influential spreaders is an important issue in the reversible spreading dynamics on complex networks, which has been given much attention. Except for structural centrality, the nodes’ dynamical states play a significant role in their spreading influence in the reversible spreading processes. By integrating the number of outgoing edges and infection risks of node’s neighbors into structural centrality, a new measure for identifying influential spreaders is articulated which considers the relative importance of structure and dynamics on node influence. The number of outgoing edges and infection risks of neighbors represent the positive effect of the local structural characteristic and the negative effect of the dynamical states of nodes in identifying influential spreaders, respectively. We find that an appropriate combination of these two characteristics can greatly improve the accuracy of the proposed measure in identifying the most influential spreaders. Notably, compared with the positive effect of the local structural characteristic, slightly weakening the negative effect of dynamical states of nodes can make the proposed measure play the best performance. Quantitatively understanding the relative importance of structure and dynamics on node influence provides a significant insight into identifying influential nodes in the reversible spreading processes.  相似文献

在线社交网络逐渐成为人们不可或缺的重要工具,识别网络中具有高影响力的节点作为初始传播源,在社会感知与谣言控制等方面具有重要意义.本文基于独立级联模型,给出了一个描述有限步传播范围期望的指标-传播度,并设计了一种高效的递推算法.该指标在局部拓扑结构信息的基础上融合了传播概率对影响力进行刻画,能够较好地反映单个节点的传播影响力.对于多传播源影响力极大化问题,本文提出了一种基于传播度的启发式算法-传播度折扣算法,使得多个传播源的联合影响力最大.最后,将上述方法应用到三个真实网络中,与经典指标和方法相比,该方法不需要知道网络的全局结构信息,而是充分了利用网络的局部结构信息,可以较快地筛选出高传播影响力的传播源.  相似文献

时序网络可以更加准确地描述节点之间的交互顺序和交互关系.结合多层耦合网络分析法,本文提出了基于节点层间相似性的超邻接矩阵时序网络节点重要性识别方法,与经典的认为所有层间关系为常数不同,层间关系用节点的邻居拓扑重叠系数进行度量.Workspace和Enrons数据集上的结果显示:相比经典的方法,使用该方法得到的Kendall’sτ值在各时间层上的平均提高,最高为17.72%和12.44%,结果表明层间相似性的度量对于时序网络的节点重要性度量具有十分重要的意义.  相似文献

本文构造了一个基于在线社交网络的信息传播模型.该模型考虑了节点度和传播机理的影响,结合复杂网络和传染病动力学理论,进一步建立了动力学演化方程组.该方程组刻画了不同类型节点随着时间的演化关系,反映了传播动力学过程受到网络拓扑结构和传播机理的影响.本文模拟了在线社交网络中的信息传播过程,并分析了不同类型节点在网络中的行为规律.仿真结果表明:由于在线社交网络的高度连通性,信息在网络中传播的门槛几乎为零;初始传播节点的度越大,信息越容易在网络中迅速传播;中心节点具有较大的社会影响力;具有不同度数的节点在网络中的变 关键词: 在线社交网络 信息传播 微分方程 传染病动力学  相似文献

识别复杂网络中的关键节点对网络结构优化和鲁棒性增强具有十分重要的意义. 经典的关键节点测量方法在一定程度上能够辨识网络中影响力节点, 但存在一定局限性: 局部中心性测量方法仅考虑节点邻居的数目, 忽略了邻居间的拓扑关系, 不能在计算中反映邻居节点间的相互作用; 全局测量方法则由于算法本身的复杂性而不能应用于大规模社会网络的分析, 另外, 经典的关键节点测量方法也没有考虑社会网络特有的社区特征. 为高效、准确地辨识具有社区结构的社会网络中最具影响力节点, 提出了一种基于节点及其邻域结构洞的局部中心性测量方法, 该方法综合考虑了节点的邻居数量及其与邻居间的拓扑结构, 在节点约束系数的计算中同时体现了节点的度属性和“桥接”属性. 利用SIR(易感-感染-免疫)模型在真实社会网络数据上对节点传播能力进行评价后发现, 所提方法可以准确地评价节点的传播能力且具有强的鲁棒性.  相似文献

How to identify influential nodes in complex networks is still an open hot issue. In the existing evidential centrality (EVC), node degree distribution in complex networks is not taken into consideration. In addition, the global structure information has also been neglected. In this paper, a new Evidential Semi-local Centrality (ESC) is proposed by modifying EVC in two aspects. Firstly, the Basic Probability Assignment (BPA) of degree generated by EVC is modified according to the actual degree distribution, rather than just following uniform distribution. BPA is the generation of probability in order to model uncertainty. Secondly, semi-local centrality combined with modified EVC is extended to be applied in weighted networks. Numerical examples are used to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed method.  相似文献

为了研究信息传播过程对复杂网络结构演化的影响,提出了一种信息传播促进网络增长的网络演化模型,模型包括信息传播促进网内增边、新节点通过局域世界建立第一条边和信息传播促进新节点连边三个阶段,通过多次自回避随机游走模拟信息传播过程,节点根据路径节点的节点度和距离与其选择性建立连接。理论分析和仿真实验表明,模型不仅具有小世界和无标度特性,而且不同参数下具有漂移幂律分布、广延指数分布等分布特性,呈现小变量饱和、指数截断等非幂律现象,同时,模型可在不改变度分布的情况下调节集聚系数,并能够产生从同配到异配具有不同匹配模式的网络.  相似文献

A community in a complex network refers to a group of nodes that are densely connected internally but with only sparse connections to the outside. Overlapping community structures are ubiquitous in real-world networks, where each node belongs to at least one community. Therefore, overlapping community detection is an important topic in complex network research. This paper proposes an overlapping community detection algorithm based on membership degree propagation that is driven by both global and local information of the node community. In the method, we introduce a concept of membership degree, which not only stores the label information, but also the degrees of the node belonging to the labels. Then the conventional label propagation process could be extended to membership degree propagation, with the results mapped directly to the overlapping community division. Therefore, it obtains the partition result and overlapping node identification simultaneously and greatly reduces the computational time. The proposed algorithm was applied to a synthetic Lancichinetti–Fortunato–Radicchi (LFR) dataset and nine real-world datasets and compared with other up-to-date algorithms. The experimental results show that our proposed algorithm is effective and outperforms the comparison methods on most datasets. Our proposed method significantly improved the accuracy and speed of the overlapping node prediction. It can also substantially alleviate the computational complexity of community structure detection in general.  相似文献

Detecting local communities in real-world graphs such as large social networks, web graphs, and biological networks has received a great deal of attention because obtaining complete information from a large network is still difficult and unrealistic nowadays. In this paper, we define the term local degree central node whose degree is greater than or equal to the degree of its neighbor nodes. A new method based on the local degree central node to detect the local community is proposed. In our method, the local community is not discovered from the given starting node, but from the local degree central node that is associated with the given starting node. Experiments show that the local central nodes are key nodes of communities in complex networks and the local communities detected by our method have high accuracy. Our algorithm can discover local communities accurately for more nodes and is an effective method to explore community structures of large networks.  相似文献

根据新浪微博的实际数据, 建立了两个基于双向“关注”的用户关系网络, 通过分析网络拓扑统计特征, 发现二者均具有小世界、无标度特征. 通过对节点度、紧密度、介数和k-core 四个网络中心性指标进行实证分析, 发现节点度服从分段幂率分布; 介数相比其他中心性指标差异性最为显著; 两个网络均具有明显的层次性, 但不是所有度值大的节点核数也大; 全局范围内各中心性指标之间存在着较强的相关性, 但在度值较大的节点群这种相关性明显减弱. 此外, 借助基于传染病动力学的SIR信息传播模型来分析四种指标在刻画节点传播能力方面的差异性, 仿真结果表明, 选择具有不同中心性指标的初始传播节点, 对信息传播速度和范围均具有不同影响; 紧密度和k-core较其他指标可以更加准确地描述节点在信息传播中所处的网络核心位置, 这有助于识别信息传播拓扑网络中的关键节点.  相似文献

复杂网络多影响力节点的识别可以帮助理解网络的结构和功能,具有重要的理论意义和应用价值.本文提出一种基于网络区域密度曲线的多影响力节点的识别方法.应用两种不同的传播模型,在不同网络上与其他中心性指标进行了比较.结果表明,基于区域密度曲线的识别方法能够更好地识别网络中的多影响力节点,选中的影响力节点之间的分布较为分散,自身也比较重要.本文所提方法是基于网络的局部信息,计算的时间复杂度较低.  相似文献

We study a generalization of the voter model on complex networks, focusing on the scaling of mean exit time. Previous work has defined the voter model in terms of an initially chosen node and a randomly chosen neighbor, which makes it difficult to disentangle the effects of the stochastic process itself relative to the network structure. We introduce a process with two steps, one that selects a pair of interacting nodes and one that determines the direction of interaction as a function of the degrees of the two nodes and a parameter α which sets the likelihood of the higher degree node giving its state to the other node. Traditional voter model behaviors can be recovered within the model, as well as the invasion process. We find that on a complete bipartite network, the voter model is the fastest process. On a random network with power law degree distribution, we observe two regimes. For modest values of α, exit time is dominated by diffusive drift of the system state, but as the high-degree nodes become more influential, the exit time becomes dominated by frustration effects dependent on the exact topology of the network.  相似文献

The identification of key nodes plays an important role in improving the robustness of the transportation network. For different types of transportation networks, the effect of the same identification method may be different. It is of practical significance to study the key nodes identification methods corresponding to various types of transportation networks. Based on the knowledge of complex networks, the metro networks and the bus networks are selected as the objects, and the key nodes are identified by the node degree identification method, the neighbor node degree identification method, the weighted k-shell degree neighborhood identification method (KSD), the degree k-shell identification method (DKS), and the degree k-shell neighborhood identification method (DKSN). Take the network efficiency and the largest connected subgraph as the effective indicators. The results show that the KSD identification method that comprehensively considers the elements has the best recognition effect and has certain practical significance.  相似文献
