采用氧化和析出的方法在氧化硅中凝聚生成锗纳米晶体量子点结构. 其形成的锗晶体团簇没有突出的棱角和支晶结构,锗晶体团簇的轮廓较圆混,故可以用球形量子点模型来模拟实际的锗晶体团簇. 对比了在长时间退火氧化条件下和在短时间退火用激光照射氧化条件下所生成的锗纳米晶体结构的PL光谱和对应的锗纳米晶体团簇的尺寸分布. 短时间退火氧化条件下生成的锗纳米晶体较小(3.28—3.96nm),长时间退火用激光照射氧化条件下所生成的锗纳米晶体较大(3.72—4.98nm);其分布结构显示某些尺寸的锗纳米晶体团簇较稳定,适当的氧化条件可以得到尺寸分布范围较窄的锗纳米晶体团簇. 用量子点受限模型计算了锗纳米晶体团簇的能隙结构,用Monte Carlo方法模拟了PL光谱和对应的锗纳米晶体团簇的尺寸分布,分别与实验结果符合较好.

偏振带通滤波器在光通讯波分复用技术中有着特殊的应用.利用薄膜一维光子晶体超晶格概 念,提出了两种新的偏振带通滤波器的设计方法.第一种是基于两个一维光子晶体叠加的偏 振带通滤波器;第二种是在第一个光子晶体的中间插进第二个光子晶体,形成三个一维光子 晶体叠加的偏振带通滤波器.设计了性能优良的p偏振分量透射而s偏振分量反射的新型带通 滤波器.讨论了这种滤波器的通带特性和截止宽度.

本研究了退火α-Ge/Cu(α-Ge是非晶体态Ge)叠层中输运性质,获得以下新的结果:(1)α-Ge/Cu室温电阻R300K与退火温度Tα之间关系出现反常;(2)α-Ge/Cu在退火过程中既出现互扩散,又存在固相反应和多相晶化;(3)实验首次发现在α-Ge/Cu膜中的分形现象,相应于分形结构,电阻率出现极小。 相似文献

为了消除光子晶体环形腔滤波器的多模特性,通过在环形腔的输出负载通道中引入点缺陷,提出了一种复合缺陷光子晶体滤波器结构。将线缺陷作为主波导,将环形腔和点缺陷相结合作为负载波导来实现对特定波长的滤波。分析了光子晶体整体介质柱折射率、点缺陷的折射率以及点缺陷的尺寸对滤波器滤波特性的影响。令m=r-point/r,由数值模拟分析得出,当m取0~0.6时,B端口输出的滤波波长值没有发生改变,而在m∈[0.6,1.8]的合理区间范围内,若改变点缺陷介质柱半径,则可实现滤波器的单纵模滤波和滤波特性的可调谐,这将对多通道滤波器结构的设计提供有效的理论参考。 相似文献

本文提出一种采用自适应抵消的管道噪声有源降噪系统,自适应滤波器为有限冲激响应的横向结构,系统中采用了辅助滤波器和补偿滤波器,它们保证了最小均方算法的正确收敛,消除了声反馈效应,计算机模拟证实了该系统的可行性,通过对具有不同物理参数的管道的计算机模拟,得到了这些参数的变化对总降噪量的影响,这些参数包括温度、气流速度、管内的吸声情形、次级声源的Q值及次级声源到检测传声器的距离,模拟的结果有助于实际管道有源降噪的系统的设计。 相似文献

传统的蚁群算法具有收敛性好、鲁棒性强等优点,但在解决旅行商(TSP)问题方面存在收敛时间长,容易出现停滞等问题。为了提高传统蚁群算法的解的质量,本文提出了基于遗传-模拟退火的蚁群算法(G-SAACO),将遗传算法和模拟退火算法引入蚁群算法中。其方法是在传统蚁群算法中引入遗传算法的变异与交叉策略来得到候选解,增加解的多样性。同时引进模拟退火算法机制,使得在高温时以较高概率选择候选集中比较差的解加入最新集,温度控制上加入了回火机制,进一步提高解的质量。为了检验改进的蚁群算法,随机选用了TSPLIB中的部分城市进行仿真,结果与传统蚁群算法、模拟退火蚁群算法、遗传蚁群算法相比,算法具有较强的发现较好解的能力,同时增强了平均值的稳定性。 相似文献

A blind deconvolution method using the concept of subband filter banks has been proposed. This method makes possible the speedy
convergence of solution, due to estimation of supports of the reconstructed images by a deconvolution in the lower layer.
We apply the method to blind deconvolution by a simulated annealing algorithm and confirm its usefulness.

Although emission spectral tomography (EST) combines emission spectral measurement with optical computed tomography (OCT), it is difficult to gain transient emission data from a large number of views,therefore, high precision OCT algorithms with few views ought to be studied for EST application. To improve the reconstruction precision in the case of few views, a new computed tomography reconstruction algorithm based on multipurpose optimal criterion and simulated annealing theory (multi-criterion simulated annealing reconstruction technique, MCSART) is proposed. This algorithm can suffice criterion of least squares, criterion of most uniformity, and criterion of most smoothness synchronously. We can get global optimal solution by MCSART algorithm with simulated annealing theory. The simulating experiment result shows that this algorithm is superior to the traditional algorithms under various noises. 相似文献

One-dimensional photonic crystal structures for multiple channeled filtering and polarization selective filtering in the terahertz (THz) range are studied theoretically.The design of aperiodic photonic quantum-well (APQW) structures for multiple channeled filtering and different polarization filtering at arbitrary preassigned frequencies are achieved by using the simulated annealing algorithm with a special merit function.The parameters of these filters can be expediently controlled and the transmission characters are polarization dependent.Numerical simulations show that the designed APQWs can meet the desired specification well. 相似文献

Tracking an active sound source involves the modeling of non-linear non-Gaussian systems. To address this problem, this paper proposed scaled unscented particle filter (SUPF) algorithm for tracking moving sound source. The particle filter part of the SUPF provides the general probabilistic framework to handle non-linear non-Gaussian systems, and the scaled unscented Kalman filter (SUKF) part of the SUPF generates better proposal distributions by taking into account the most recent observation. Meanwhile, models used in SUPF algorithm were also explored for the sound source motion, observation and the likelihood of the sound source location in the light of the Langevin process. Compared with the conventional PF approach, the simulated results demonstrated that the SUPF algorithm had superior tracking performance. 相似文献

Photonic microwave filters are important parts of fiberoptic microwave/millimeter wave processing systems. In this paper, the synthesis problem of fiberoptic FIR microwave filters is addressed and a novel method for designing photonic microwave filter employing a simulated annealing (SA) algorithm is proposed. The design problem of photonic microwave filter can be reduced to be a multivariable function optimization problem, which can be solved by a simulated annealingbased algorithm. As an illustration of the application of SA to photonic microwave filter design, the synthesis of an optimizedFBGbased photonic microwave filter is discussed. Numerical results show that the global minimum finding capability of SA makes it be an efficient way to design the photonic microwave filter. Numerical results also demonstrate that the proposed method can be applied to design different filtering systems with different constraints. 相似文献
