本文概述了B型超声诊断仪声场特性的基本测量和计算方法,提出了一系列典型声压波形的瞬时声压平方函数的时间积分解析表达式,可用来近似计算脉冲声强积分和各种脉冲声强参数.对三种典型超声诊断仪的输出声压波形函数,分别进行数值积分和解析计算,两者的计算结果偏离值均小于±7.0%,表明利用这些公式可使测量过程中的数据采集和计算程序大为简化,在实际应用中具有推广价值.  相似文献

变厚度环型径向振动压电超声换能器可以实现阻抗变换、能量集中,具有辐射面积大、全指向性等优点,在功率超声、水声等领域被广泛应用.由于求解复杂变厚度金属圆环径向振动的波动方程比较困难,本文使用传输矩阵法将变厚度金属圆环的径向振动转化为N个等厚度金属圆环径向振动的叠加,得到了任意变厚度金属薄圆环径向振动的等效电路图、共振频率方程和位移放大系数表达式,分析了锥型、幂函数型、指数型、悬链线型金属圆环的位移放大系数与几何尺寸的关系.在此基础上,推导了由任意变厚度金属圆环和等厚度压电圆环复合而成的压电超声换能器径向振动的等效电路和共振频率方程.为了验证理论结果的正确性,使用有限元软件进行仿真,所得一阶、二阶的共振频率和位移放大系数的数值解与理论解符合较好.本研究给出了任意变厚度金属圆环径向振动的普适解,为设计和优化径向压电超声换能器提供了理论指导.  相似文献

可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱技术测量气体浓度时,由于测量氛围温度变化的影响引起解调的二次谐波信号发生变化,最终导致浓度测量的较大误差. 为了修正温度变化对浓度反演结果的影响,适应工业测量、燃烧诊断的需要,采用通过实验所得温度关系的数值拟合修正方法即经验公式修正和根据HITRAN数据库参数的理论关系即理论公式修正两种方法进行分析与讨论. 实验中采用在50 cm长的高温管式炉中通入高温安全的21%浓度的 氧气为目标测定气体,选定760.77 nm的中心吸收波长,测量了温度变化范围为300–900 K,间隔50 K的情况下所得到的谐波信号,并利用一次谐波比值消元法消除光强波动影响后的结果,得出了不同温度下未修正的原始浓度值和通过修正方法后的修正值. 实验结果表明所述的经验公式和理论公式两种修正方法对温度影响都有一定的抑制作用,可以应用到温度变化引起的气体浓度误差修正监测中,为下一步开展燃烧诊断实时在线监测提供了依据. 关键词: 可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱 (TDLAS) 温度修正 经验公式 理论公式  相似文献

矩量法是求解目标电磁散射问题的一种常用数值方法,因其精度较高而被广泛应用.应用矩量法求解目标频空电磁散射特性时,随着入射波的角度和频率的变化,需要间隔很小的角度和频率步长反复求解矩量法生成的矩阵方程,运算量极大.为解决此类问题,本文结合压缩感知理论和渐近波形估计形成一种新的有效计算方法.首先,基于压缩感知理论引入一种富含空间信息的新型入射源,其次,在该入射源照射下应用渐近波形估计技术求解,从而快速实现目标频空电磁散射特性分析.  相似文献

在CT硬化伪影校正、双能CT图像重建以及CT辐射剂量计算等实际应用中,X射线的能谱信息具有重要的作用。然而,由于透射测量方程组系数矩阵的病态性、X光子的统计涨落和噪声的干扰,使得EM等能谱估计方法难以获得较精细的能谱刻画。针对该问题,提出一种基于加权TV正则化的X射线CT系统能谱估计方法。首先采用能谱能量范围内带有不同K-edge的材料作为体模以降低投影测量方程之间的相关性。然后,利用CT成像系统的几何参数来获取投影测量数据所对应的准确透射长度信息来减小投影方程的测量误差。最后,综合利用透射衰减测量数据的保真性、轫致辐射能谱部分的连续性、特征辐射能谱部分的离散性、能谱的非负性和归一性以及平均有效衰减系数等信息,使用加权TV正则化方法建立目标函数,利用正则化理论中的L曲线准则通过黄金分割参数搜索策略求得最优正则化参数及对应的能谱估计结果。分别通过不同统计波动模型下的仿真能谱和实际测量数据对算法性能进行了验证,结果表明该方法与EM等方法相比,不受初始能谱的影响,有效提高了能谱估计结果的稳定性和准确性。  相似文献

利用毕奥-萨伐尔定律求解载流导线所产生的磁场分布是电磁学中一个非常重要的问题。由于载流圆线圈上的所取的电流元■在轴线上某点处所产生的磁感应强度■方向的取向是三维空间的取向,导致学生对此普遍认为比较抽象,对计算结果难以理解。本文以载流圆线圈轴线上磁场分布为例,通过电磁感应法测量磁场的实验方法测量载流圆线圈轴线上的磁场,实验测量所得的数据图表能够将载流圆线圈轴线上磁分布特点形象的描绘出来,并且实验结果很好的验证了由毕奥-萨伐尔定律求解得到的载流圆线圈轴线上磁感应强度公式,此应用在实践教学中将新的实验技术与电磁学理论相结合的教学模式,使抽象的物理概念和公式变得更加具体化、形象化,也收到了良好的教学效果。  相似文献

提出了一种噪声环境下复杂网络拓扑估计方法, 仅利用含噪时间序列估计未知结构混沌系统的动力学方程和参数, 以及由混沌系统组成的复杂网络的拓扑结构、节点动力学方程、所有参数、 节点间耦合方向和耦合强度.通过采用动力学方程的统一形式, 将动力系统方程结构和参数估计看成线性回归问题的系数估计, 该估计问题利用贝叶斯压缩传感的信号重建算法求解, 含噪信号的模型重建使用相关向量机方法,即通过稀疏贝叶斯学习求解稀疏欠定线性方程得到上面提到的可估计对象.以单个Lorenz系统及由200个 Lorenz系统组成的无标度网络为例说明方法的有效性. 仿真结果表明,提出的方法对噪声有很强的鲁棒性,收敛速度快,稳态误差极小, 克服了最小二乘估计方法收敛速度慢、 稳态误差大以及压缩传感估计方法对噪声鲁棒性不强的缺点.  相似文献

Kernel density estimators (KDE) used for many medical image applications only consider the intensity information of each pixel or its neighbors without the ability of expressing the structure and shape of tissues and organs, and they suffer from boundary bias problem. In this paper, we propose a new first-order kernel density estimation (FOKDE) method for 1D intensity information and 2D spatial information of medical image in two steps. First, the FOKDE of intensity information is estimated and applied to medical image segmentation with the multi-thresholding algorithm. Second, we estimate the FOKDE of spatial information on the initial segmentation, which can express the structure and shape of organs and tissues. In order to evaluate the FOKDE and KDE of the 2D spatial information, we apply them to medical image segmentation with the hill-climbing strategy. Density estimation experiments and segmentation application results on the simulated dataset and real abdomen CT images show us that the FOKDE has smaller boundary bias than the KDE, and that it can estimate the structure and shape of tissues and organs with spatial information effectively.  相似文献

When an ultrasonic examination is performed, a segmentation tool would often be very useful, either for the detection of pathologies, the early diagnosis of cancer or the follow-up of the lesions. Such a tool must be both reliable and accurate. However, because of the relatively reduced quality of ultrasound images due to the speckled texture, the segmentation of ultrasound data is a difficult task. We have previously proposed to tackle the problem using a multiresolution Bayesian region-based algorithm. For computation time purposes, a multiresolution version has been implemented. In order to improve the quality of the segmentation, we propose to perform the segmentation not only from the envelope image but to combine more information about the properties of the tissues in the segmentation process. Several acoustical parameters have thus been computed, either directly from the images or from the radio-frequency (RF) signal.

In a previous study, two parametric images were involved in the segmentation process. The parameter represented the integrated backscatter (IBS) and the mean central frequency (MCF), which is a measurement related to the attenuation of ultrasound waves in the media. In this study, parameters representative of the scattering conditions in the tissue are evaluated in the multiparametric segmentation process. They are extracted from the K-distribution (,b) and the Nakagami distribution (m,Ω) and are related to the local density of scatterers (,m), the size of the scatterers (b) and the backscattering properties of the medium (Ω).

The acoustical features are calculated locally on a sliding window. This procedure allows to built parametric mapping representing the particular characteristics of the medium. To test the influence of the acoustical parameters in the segmentation process, a set of numerical phantoms has been computed using the Field software developed by J.A. Jensen. Each phantom consists in two regions with two different acoustical properties: the density of scatterers and the scattering amplitude. From both the simulated RF signals and envelope images, the parameters have been computed; their relevance to represent a particular characteristic of the medium is evaluated. The segmentation has been processed for each phantom. The ability of each parameter to improve the segmentation results is validated. A agar–gel phantom has also been created, in order to test the accuracy of the parameters in conditions closer to the in vivo ultrasound imaging. This phantom contains four inclusions with different concentrations of silica. A B&K ultrasound device provides the RF data. The quantification of the segmentation quality is based on the rate of correctly classified pixels and it has been computed for all the parameters either from the field images or the phantom images. The large improvement in the segmentation results obtained reveals that the multiparametric segmentation scheme proposed in this study can be a reliable tool for the processing of noisy ultrasound data.  相似文献

As a non-invasive method, the Doppler ultrasound technique is used to detect the vessel stenosis. To search for characteristics of Doppler ultrasound signals sensitive to the stenosis, a computer simulation approach is proposed in this paper to generate Doppler ultrasound signals from vessels with various stenosis degrees. The blood flow velocity distribution in a stenosed vessel is firstly calculated using the transient finite element method (FEM). Then the power spectral density of Doppler signals is estimated using the overall-distribution nonparametric estimation method. Finally Doppler signals are generated using the cosine-superposed method. The proposed approach is proved to be useful for simulating Doppler ultrasound signals from vessels with various stenosis degrees. It is also shown that characteristics of Doppler ultrasound signals may be used to estimate the vessel's stenosis degree.  相似文献

Elasticity imaging is an emerging medical imaging modality. Methods involving acoustic radiation force excitation and pulse-echo ultrasound motion detection have been investigated to assess the mechanical response of tissue. In this work new methods for dynamic radiation force excitation and motion detection are presented. The theory and model for harmonic motion detection of a vibrating reflective target are presented. The model incorporates processing of radio frequency data acquired using pulse-echo ultrasound to measure harmonic motion with amplitudes ranging from 100 to 10,000 nm. A numerical study was performed to assess the effects of different parameters on the accuracy and precision of displacement amplitude and phase estimation and showed how estimation errors could be minimized. Harmonic pulsed excitation is introduced as a multifrequency radiation force excitation method that utilizes ultrasound tonebursts repeated at a rate f(r). The radiation force, consisting of frequency components at multiples of f(r), is generated using 3.0 MHz ultrasound, and motion detection is performed simultaneously with 9.0 MHz pulse-echo ultrasound. A parameterized experimental analysis showed that displacement can be measured with small errors for motion with amplitudes as low as 100 nm. The parameterized numerical and experimental analyses provide insight into how to optimize acquisition parameters to minimize measurement errors.  相似文献

为了利用单换能器的声强级估计垂直发射阵的声强级,研究了Pekeris波导中快速估计发射阵增益的方法。首先,基于等效深度简正波理论,计算了Pekeris波导中垂直发射阵的平均声强,进而得到用模态阶数求和表示的发射阵增益的表达式。然后对模态阶数用积分代替求和,并对引入的误差进行修,得到3/2次方衰减场区发射阵增益的快速估计表达式;有效声影区声场由于只剩1阶简正模态,可直接简化得到发射阵增益的快速估计表达式,在海底参数未知时可用海深近似代替等效深度来估计有效声影区的发射阵增益。计算机仿真和海上实验得到的阵增益快速估计误差均小于1 dB,验证了快速估计方法的有效性,这一发射阵增益快速估计方法可以为工程应用提供参考。   相似文献

The temperature increase measured in vitro in human fetal femurs exposed to 1 MHz, continuous wave ultrasound at 37 degrees C is reported. The temperature is measured with a thermocouple probe and is given for several gestational ages. The initial rate of the temperature increase in the specimens is evaluated and compared to known values of absorption in soft tissue. For example, the initial rate of temperature increase in the 108-day gestational age specimen resulting from exposure to ultrasound is 30 times greater in the fetal bone than that of soft tissue with an absorption coefficient of 0.05 cm-1.  相似文献

We present a novel and efficient method to integrate chemical reactions into molecular dynamics to simulate chemical reaction systems. We have dubbed this method RTAMD, an acronym for reaction time accelerating molecular dynamics. The methodology we propose here requires no more than the knowledge of the empirical intermolecular potentials for the species at play as well as the elementary reaction path among them. Bond formation during the simulation is performed by changing the inter-atomic potentials from those of the non-bonded species to those of the bonded ones, and a reaction is deemed to occur by the distance separating the bond forming atoms. In this way the energy barrier for a reaction is no longer considered; the estimation of the reaction rate, however, is possible by introducing the principles of the transition state theory. The simplicity of the present scheme to simulate chemical reactions enables it to be used in large-scale MD simulations involving a large number of simultaneous chemical reactions and to evaluate kinetic parameters. In this paper, the basic theory of the method is presented and application to simple equiatomic reaction system where the reaction rates were estimated was illustrated.  相似文献

信号降噪与特征提取是超声检测数据处理的关键技术.基于超声信号有特定结构而噪声和超声信号的结构无关,本文提出一种旨在解决强噪声背景下超声回波的参数估计和降噪问题的方法.该方法将超声回波的参数估计和降噪问题转换为函数优化问题,首先根据工程经验建立超声信号的双高斯衰减数学模型,然后根据观测回波和建立的超声信号模型确定目标函数,接着选择人工蜂群算法对目标函数进行优化从而得到参数的最优估计值,最后由估计出的参数根据建立的超声信号数学模型重构出无噪的超声估计信号.通过仿真和实验表明本文方法可以准确估计出信噪比大于-10 dB的含噪超声回波中的无噪信号,且效果优于基于自适应阈值的小波降噪方法和经验模态分解方法;此外相比常用的指数模型和高斯模型,本文提出的双高斯衰减超声信号模型与实测超声信号更接近,其均方误差为9.4×10~(-5),波形相似系数为0.98.  相似文献

The derivation of statistically optimal similarity measures for intensity-based registration is possible by modeling the underlying image noise distribution. The parameters of these distributions are, however, commonly set heuristically across all images. In this article, we show that the estimation of the parameters on the present images largely improves the registration, which is a consequence of the more accurate characterization of the image noise. More precisely, instead of having constant parameters over the entire image domain, we estimate them on patches, leading to a local adaptation of the similarity measure. While this basic idea of creating locally adaptive metrics is interesting for various fields of application, we present the derivation for ultrasound imaging. The domain of ultrasound is particularly appealing for this approach, due to the inherent contamination with speckle noise. Furthermore, there exist detailed analyses of suitable noise distributions in the literature. We present experiments for applying a bivariate Nakagami distribution that facilitates modeling of several scattering scenarios prominent in medical ultrasound. Depending on the number of scatterers per resolution cell and the presence of coherent structures, different Nakagami parameters are required to obtain a valid approximation of the intensity statistics and to account for distributional locality. Our registration results on radio-frequency ultrasound data confirm the theoretical necessity for a spatial adaptation of similarity metrics.  相似文献
