针对附加动力吸振器的多自由度系统,利用结构导纳理论,引入附加动力吸振器后振动系统的等价结构导纳矩阵,推导了振源输入系统的总功率流、主振系的净功率流以及吸振器吸收的功率流。并且以功率流为控制量,探讨了通过附加单个或多个动力吸振器对多自由度系统进行单模态或多模态控制的问题,揭示了吸振器的控制机理和效果。  相似文献

为探究地铁车辆阻尼环扩张状态对阻尼环车轮声振特性影响,在半消声室内进行阻尼环车轮自由状态下的声振特性实验研究,结合有限元仿真对实验结果进行分析。研究表明,环-轮组合振动固有频率与原车轮相比变化不大,但阻尼环使车轮的模态阻尼比显著增加,有效抑制了车轮各模态的振动幅值。改变阻尼环扩张状态,阻尼环降噪效果发生非线性变化,幅值在5.6 dB(A)之内。阻尼环扩张状态可通过调节非闭合阻尼环两端扩张装置来改变。阻尼环处于非最大扩张状态W_3时,可获得最佳降噪效果。  相似文献

对高功率超声脉冲作用下金属板中的超谐波、次谐波、准次谐波以及混沌等非线性振动现象进行了实验和理论研究.在实验中,高功率超声换能器产生脉冲调制的高频振动激励金属板产生非线性振动,利用激光测振技术测量不同尺寸和不同固定方式下金属板复杂的非线性振动情况,并对其进行了时序分析、频谱分析以及相空间分析.根据实验条件,提出包含非线性接触阻尼的振动-碰撞动力学模型,用以研究强超声振动-碰撞作用下的板非线性振动机制,并进行了相应的理论计算.计算结果表明,超声换能器的变幅杆与金属板之间的间歇性高频碰撞作用是金属板强非线性振 关键词: 非线性板振动 强超声脉冲激发 振动-碰撞动力学  相似文献

针对附加动力吸振器的连续参数系统,采用两端固支梁模拟连续参数主振系,利用结构导纳理论,引入振动系统的结构导纳修正矩阵和等价结构导纳矩阵,简化了系统的动态特性分析过程。在此基础上,推导系统各环节功率流的矩阵表达式。提出了以注入主阵系的净功率流为控制目标的动力吸阵器优化设计策略,并通过计算数值仿真验证了该方法的有效性。最后,探讨了振源位置对连续参数系统功率流传递特性、吸振器优化参数及其控制效果的影响。  相似文献

为了研究辐板不同阻尼贴片装置对高速列车车轮的减振降噪效果,在半消声室内进行标准车轮与阻尼贴片式车轮自由状态下的振动声辐射试验研究,并基于有限元法对车轮模态进行了仿真计算。研究结果表明:施加辐板阻尼贴片后,两种阻尼贴片车轮的固有频率与标准车轮相比变化不大,但对于频率在1600Hz以上各阶模态阻尼比显著增加。径向与轴向激励下的降噪效果均达到10dB(A)以上,可见两种阻尼贴片装置均具有良好的降噪效果。其中在多了0.3mm铝合金薄板的情况下,W2车轮的降噪效果要略优于W1车轮,轴向激励下更加明显。  相似文献

在Guyomar非线性模型基础上,通过机电等效法将晶堆前向负载作为等效质量和阻尼加入振动方程的质量项和阻尼项,推导了换能器振速、辐射声压级和谐振频率偏移率等表达式,计算分析了压电陶瓷非线性参数和结构参数对换能器声辐射性能的影响,研究了压电陶瓷的非线性对换能器结构参数匹配的影响。结果表明,换能器节面靠前,前盖板厚度越小,前盖板大径越小,都可以减少压电陶瓷非线性引起的换能器频率偏移。当设计频率确定时,压电陶瓷处于非线性工作域的换能器的结构参数有所减小。换能器加入辐射端匹配后,可以改善压电晶堆前向负载匹配,降低换能器的谐振频率偏移率。换能器激励电流也会出现频率偏移现象。在提高换能器激励电压时,换能器的结构参数应适当减小。得到的结论可为换能器设计提供理论依据和帮助。  相似文献

Application of dynamic vibration absorbers in floating raft system   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
To improve the isolation performance of the traditional floating raft system, dynamic vibration absorber (DVA) is introduced into floating raft in this research. The mathematical models of floating raft system consisting of beams are implemented by assembling the mobility matrices of the subsystems. Then the power flow transmission characteristics of the coupled system with/without the DVAs are investigated to evaluate the vibration reduction performance of DVAs. Numerical simulations are performed to explore the influence of several parameters, such as the setting positions, damping and mass of the passive DVAs, on the vibration reduction effects of DVAs. Moreover the vibration reduction performance of the semi-active absorber adjusting its stiffness adaptively is analyzed for the case of time-varying frequency excitation. In addition, the vibration reduction effects of semi-active DVAs under multi-frequency excitation are investigated. The results show that DVAs can significantly improve the isolation performance of floating raft system.  相似文献

The paper proposes an amplitude reduction method for parametric resonance with a new type of dynamic vibration absorber utilizing quadratic nonlinear coupling. A main system with asymmetric nonlinear restoring force and harmonic excitation causes parametric resonance in the system. In contrast with autoparametric vibration absorber, the natural frequency of the vibration absorber is tuned to be in the neighborhood of twice that of the main system. For such a vibration absorber, we investigate the effect on the amplitude reduction for a parametrically excited main system. Analytical results using the method of multiple scales show that the amplitude of parametric resonance is reduced by the effect of the vibration absorber. The experimental results by a simple apparatus indicate that the parametric resonance is stabilized by the effects of both vibration absorber and Coulomb friction of the main system. Moreover, numerical results considering the Coulomb friction of the main system show that the amplitude of parametric resonance becomes close to zero by the proposed vibration absorber.  相似文献

A new kind of coupling-type silicone rubber shock absorber was prepared. Vibration and static stiffness tests were carried out to investigate the characteristics of vibration control. A mechanical model of the shock absorber was established, and the working principle of the shock absorber was studied by comparing the vibration test with simulation results. The dynamic results show the shock absorber has excellent vibration control performance. The coupling characteristics originate from the contact of inner and outer silicone rubber. It is shown that the stiffness and damping coefficients in the coupling process are critical for vibration control of the shock absorber.  相似文献

Dynamic vibration absorbers for vibration control within a frequency band   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The use of dynamic vibration absorbers to control the vibration of a structure in both narrow and broadbands is discussed in this paper. As a benchmark problem, a plate incorporating multiple vibration absorbers is formulated, leading to an analytical solution when the number of absorbers yields one. Using this analytical solution, control mechanisms of the vibration absorber in different frequency bandwidths are studied; the coupling properties due to the introduction of the absorber into the host structure are analyzed; and the control performance of the absorber in different control bandwidths is examined with respect to its damping and location. It is found that the interaction between the plate and the absorber by means of the reaction force from the absorber plays a dominant role in a narrow band control, while in a relatively broadband control the dissipation by the absorber damping governs the control performance. When control bandwidth further enlarges, the optimal locations of the absorbers are not only affected by the targeted mode, but also by the other plate modes. These locations need to be determined after establishing a trade-off between the targeted mode and other modes involved in the coupling. Finally, numerical findings are assessed based on a simply-supported plate and a fair agreement between the predicted and measured results is obtained.  相似文献

This paper presents experimental as well as analytic results on a rotational-pendulum vibration absorber. The characteristic frequencies of the absorber can be tuned dynamically by adjusting the rotational speed. The device is coupled to the primary structure through a mechanical spring, thus possessing two natural modes of vibrations in the vertical plane. When the primary structure is excited by a harmonic disturbance of which the frequency matches one of the two natural frequencies, the oscillations will be minimized. Whether the pendulum absorber is operating in a resonant mode can be detected by measuring the phase difference between the motions of the primary structure and the absorber, which provides an efficient way to tune the rotational speed for optimal performance. Experimental results confirm the theoretical developments and also demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

This paper presents the implementation of autoparametric phenomena to reduce the symmetrical vibration of a curved beam/panel under external harmonic excitation. The internal energy transfer of a first symmetric mode into first anti-symmetric mode in a curved panel is one example of autoparametric vibration absorber effect. This is similar to the vibration energy transfer from the resonance of a primary structure to the resonance of a secondary spring–mass (tuned mass damper). The nonlinear response of a curved beam is analyzed using an equation with two modes, and a shaker test. The effect of different configurations of the curve beam/panel, including damping ratios and excitation levels, on the energy transfer of the first symmetric mode to the first anti-symmetric mode was studied.The conventional tuned mass damper (TMD) can reduce the resonance response by energy transfer using damping dissipation, whereas an autoparametric vibration absorber (AVA) can reduce the resonance response by energy transfer using parametric interaction. The results indicate that there is a non-absorption region in which vibration is amplified. For the AVA, the non-absorption region can be minimized by tuning the resonance frequency of the first anti-symmetric mode to half of the first symmetric mode resonance frequency using additional mass. No additional damping material is required for achieving sufficient vibration reduction. The AVA can maintain reliable performance in hot and corrosive environments where damping material cannot perform effectively. This paper presents the first successful experimental results of an autoparametric vibration absorption mechanism in a curved beam.  相似文献

A promising means to increase the decay rate of vibration along the rail is using a rail absorber for noise reduction. Compound track models with the tuned rail absorber are developed for investigation of the performance of the absorber on vibration reduction. Through analysis of the track dynamics with the rail absorber some guidelines are given on selection of the types and parameters for the rail absorber. It is found that a large active mass used in the absorber is beneficial to increase the decay rate of rail vibration. The effectiveness of the piecewise continuous absorber is moderate compared with the discrete absorber installed in the middle of sleeper span or at a sleeper. The most effective installation position for the discrete absorber is in the middle of sleeper span. Over high or over low loss factor of the damping material used in the absorber may degrade the performance on vibration reduction.  相似文献

This paper presents a new design of nonlinear dynamic absorber (NDA) using the phenomenon of modal energy transfer between the symmetric mode and the anti-symmetric mode of a curved beam. It can reduce the resonance vibration of a primary structure with a controllable operational frequency range. The energy transfer is initiated by an autoparametric vibration and the excitation force required is lowest when the ratio of the resonance frequencies of the first symmetric mode (ω1) and first anti-symmetric mode (ω2) is close to 2.The resonance frequency of the first anti-symmetric mode (ω2) can be altered to control the operational frequency range. The autoparametric vibration response can be used to create an energy-dissipative region with a controllable bandwidth. It is also possible to create a non-dissipative region in between two dissipative regions. This is useful for providing damping for a conventional dynamic absorber without adding high damping material. The damping is due to the dissipation of energy to anti-symmetric mode. Numerical calculations indicate that the resonance vibration of a primary structure can be successfully reduced using this approach. The results are verified with experimental data.  相似文献

本文对大口径相机结构次镜相对主镜的振动进行了分析,并提出了次镜动力减振的减振方式,且对动力减振系统进行了分析。最后对某相机的动力减振结构进行了优化设计,并计算了一定冲击激励下原结构与带动力减振结构的响应时间历程。结果表明动力减振具有一定的减振效果,对相机高成象质量的保证具有一定的应用意义.  相似文献
