Silver nanoparticles have been produced by laser ablation of silver metal in nanopure water without any chemical additives. It has been observed that laser power has a control over the size of the nanoparticles. Increasing laser power shows a clear blue shift in the absorption peak of fabricated nanoparticles indicating that the average size of the particles decreases with increasing laser power. Ablation for longer period reduces the average size of nanoparticles which is attributed to the re-ablation of fabricated nanoparticles. A good correlation has been observed between the peak of the absorption spectrum measured by UV-VIS spectroscopy and the average particle size measured by scanning electron microscope imaging method. The value of the coefficient of correlation is determined to be 0.965.  相似文献

The rotating hollow cylinder glass laser is one of the approaches for the generation of high average output powers scaling to kilowatt levels from solid-state laser materials. An analytical solution of the heat conduction equation is presented for a thin wall, infinitely long glass medium, with boundary conditions given by Newton's law of cooling. The theoretical result is applied to predict thermal effects of this geometry which ultimately limit the laser performance, and the design of such a laser. A flashlamp pumped rotating Nd-doped phosphate glass hollow cylinder laser has been demonstrated. An average power output of 300 W has been achieved at 3.8% slope efficiency and 2.6% overall efficiency. Our investigation shows that the development of a kilowatt average power rotating cylinder laser is feasible.  相似文献

本文报道了红光激光二极管泵浦的Cr:LiSAF激光器.采用纵向泵浦的平凹腔结构,在脉冲方式泵浦下,当泵浦平均功率为54mW,重复频率为200Hz时得到平均功率为5mW的激光输出,在连续波状态下,测得了输出功率随泵浦功率的变化曲线.激光输出的中心波长为873nm.  相似文献

本文对具有热效应的锁模激光器的动力学特性进行了研究。采用内腔声光振幅调制器对CW Nd:YAG激光器进行锁模,在泵浦功率为3.5千瓦时,获得了平均功率达10W的锁模激光输出,其脉冲幅值稳定度优于4%。  相似文献

 描述了考虑双电子复合过程的平均原子模型,通过与流体力学耦合计算,对双电子复合过程在激光-Au靶耦合物理中的作用进行了总体计算,结果表明,双电子复合对等离子体状态及X光转换等有明显影响,特别表现在晕区电子温度、电离度的降低,激光-X光的转换效率的提高以及X光的发光区域变宽等。  相似文献

报道了一台LD端面抽运Nd:YAG晶体内腔三倍频355 nm激光高效率、高峰值功率准连续输出的全固态紫外激光器.激光腔采用紧凑型平平直腔,腔长仅106 mm.当注入抽运功率为5.73 W、重复频率为9 kHz时,获得163 mW的355 nm激光准连续输出,光光转换效率达到最高2.84%.当注入抽运功率为6.7 W重复频率为5 kHz时,获得最高174 mW的355 nm激光准连续输出,输出功率短期不稳定性为5%,光束质量因子M2为3.79.当注入抽运功率为5.73 W、重复频率为2 kHz时,获得112 mW的355 nm激光准连续输出,峰值功率最高达到9.15 kW.通过采用内腔倍频技术和设计合理的腔结构,实现了中小功率准连续输出的全固态紫外激光器的小型化、便携化,进一步拓宽了紫外激光器的应用领域. 关键词: LD端面抽运 内腔三倍频 Q')" href="#">声光调Q 紫外激光  相似文献

能量回收型直线加速器(ERL)可能提供低发射度、高平均流强的连续电子束团,其电子枪的光阴极需要高重复频率、高平均功率的驱动激光系统。采用先进的光纤激光技术,特别是在激光系统中采用了掺镱光子晶体增益光纤,能实现高重复频率高平均功率激光输出。利用啁啾脉冲放大(CPA)技术,通过优化设计,将重复频率100 MHz和1.3 GHz的两套激光振荡源集成到同一个激光系统,整个激光系统的结构简化,使用方便。两种重复频率激光倍频效率分别达到50%和30%,绿光能达到5 W以上,满足光阴极实验平台的使用要求。  相似文献

A compact tunable high power picosecond green laser pulse source based on frequency doubling of an Yb-doped fiber amplifier seeded by a gain switch laser diode has been developed. The fiber amplifier generates the picosecond infrared pulses with average power of 10.3 W, repetition rate of 1 MHz, pulse duration of 150 ps, and tunable range of 20 nm around 1064 nm. For underwater use, the tunable output infrared pulses are frequency doubled into picosecond green laser pulses, which can be tuned from 527 to 537 nm with average power of more than 1.1 W, corresponding to an overall conversion efficiency of 10.7% by a BBO nonlinear crystal. This kind of laser source will have potential application for underwater optical communication.  相似文献

A short-pulse, two-color Yb:fiber laser system has been developed for mid-infrared generation. To date, 20 microW of average power at a wavelength of approximately 18 microm is generated by difference-frequency mixing 300 mW average power from the two-color Yb:fiber amplifier. The mid-infrared power was not limited by two-photon absorption, allowing it to be scaled by increasing the amplifier power.  相似文献
