用胶体法制备了表面分别修饰六偏磷酸钠 (HMP)和 2 ,2’ 联吡啶 (BPy)的Ag2 S纳米微粒。通过背向简并四波混频实验装置对它们在单光子非共振区域的三阶光学非线性进行了实验研究 ,分别测量了两种Ag2 S纳米微粒在它们超滤液中三阶非线性极化率 χ( 3 ) 随浓度的变化 ,并拟合得到了两种纳米微粒的三阶非线性极化率。实验结果表明 ,双光子共振增强是实验中非线性极化的主要过程 ,同时实验结果也表明了局域场效应对单光子非共振三阶非线性极化率的增强作用  相似文献

研究了加合不同取代基团的C60醛类衍生物的光学非线性性质。利用简并四波混频(DFMW)方法获得了C60醛类各衍生物的三阶光学非线性超级化率γ^(3)及相应的三阶光学非线性系数χ^(3)值。同时也研究了它们各自的光限幅特性。结果表明:不同的取代基对C60醛类衍生物三阶光学非线性及光限幅特性的影响不同。  相似文献

应用Z扫描技术,在波长为532nm、脉宽为8ns条件下,对一种新型亚酞菁配合物三-α-(2,4-二甲基-3-戊氧基)溴硼亚酞菁的三阶非线性光学特性进行了研究,结果发现,该新化合物有较强的反饱和吸收(β=3.7×10-10 m/W)效应和非线性自聚焦折射效应(n2=7.2×10-11esu),其三阶非线性极化率χ(3)=1.1×10-11esu.分析了溴硼亚酞菁配合物特殊的锥形分子结构和重原子溴的轴向配位等因素对其三阶非线性光学性质的重要影响. 关键词: 亚酞菁 Z扫描 三阶光学非线性  相似文献

通过时间分辨率为115fs的超快光克尔方法测量了多金属氧酸盐K8[P2Mo4W13M(H2O)O61] (M=Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn)和相应的有机-无机杂多化合物(C19H25N2)7K3[P2Mo4W13MO62]在830nm处的三阶非线性光学性质。多金属氧酸盐阴离子和相应的杂多化合物都表现出很大的三阶非线性,其中M=Cu的取代物的非线性系数要比其他小一个数量级。通过比较有机-无机杂多化合物和生成前者的反应物的值,发现杂多化合物中的电荷转移效应极大的增强了三阶非线性光学性能。  相似文献

通过原位吸附-受限生长聚合法成功制备了聚苯胺/碳纳米管(PANI/MWCNT)复合体.红外光谱和拉曼光谱证实了在碳纳米管(MWCNT)表面的包覆层为聚苯胺(PANI).紫外—可见吸收光谱表明随着MWCNT含量的增加PANI的吸收发生红移且强度提高.扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜观察发现,PANI/MWCNT复合体直径为40—70nm,其中PANI的包覆层厚度约为15—20nm.利用四波混频方法测试它们的三阶非线性光学系数,结果发现PANI/MWCNT复合体的三阶非线性光学系数比纯PANI大,这说明在MWC 关键词: 碳纳米管 聚苯胺 复合体 三阶非线性光学系数  相似文献

采用推广的Su-Schrieffer-Heeger模型和sum-over-state方法计算了掺杂的富勒烯分子C77X(X=B或N原子)的三阶非线性极化率γ.计算结果表明:1)与C78相比,各C77X分子的三阶非线性极化率γ的静态值均有不同程度的提高(3—40倍);2) C77X的非线性动态光学响应不仅与掺杂原子有关,还与异构体种类和掺杂位置有关. 关键词:  相似文献

采用熔融-急冷法制备了(100-x)Ge20Ga5Sb10S65-xAgCl(x=0,5,10,15,20mol%)系列硫卤玻璃,测试了样品的密度、从可见到中远红外的透过性能以及折射率参量,根据Z-扫描测试原理用钛宝石飞秒激光器测试了样品的三阶非线性特性随波长变化的特性.结果表明:非线性折射率n2和非线性吸收系数β随着波长的增加而增加,AgCl含量为20mol%的样品在800nm处的非线性折射率n2=1.581×10-10esu,非线性吸收系数β=4.707cm/GW.与传统硫系玻璃相比,三阶非线性性能明显提高.  相似文献

用YAG皮秒激光器 ,利用“Z scan”方法测量了三种金属钛菁配合物苯硫基钛菁锌 (C56H3 2 N8S4Zn) ,苯硫基铝钛菁 (C56H3 2 AlClN8S4) ,烷氧基铝钛菁 (C56H3 2 AlClN8O4)二甲基甲酰胺 (DMF)溶液的非线性折射率 ,并计算了三阶非线性光学极化率Χ(3 ) 。比较发现 ,不同中心离子 ,不同取代基的金属钛菁配合物的三阶非线性系数不同。文章对引起三阶非线性光学效应的机制做了初步的探讨和分析 ,并简单分析了光动力治疗过程中能量传递的分子机制  相似文献

甲酚紫(Cresyl Violet)是一种常用的有机染料。H.Telle和W.Huller测量出甲酚紫在乙醇溶液中(浓度为2.0×10~(-3)mol/1)的吸收峰值波长为613nm,半宽度为68nm。我们利用简并四波混频技术(DFWM)测量了甲酚紫的三阶非线性极化率X_(?)。实验结果表明,甲酚紫具有大的三阶光学非线性。  相似文献

By using the perturbation method,effective nonlinear direct current(DC) and alternating current(AC) responses of nonlinear composites with spherical coated inclusions randomly embedded in a host medium are studied under the action of an external electric field E a = E 0 + E 1 sin ωt + E 3 sin 3ωt with different amplitudes and frequencies.The local potentials of composites at all harmonics are given in the inclusion particles and the host regions.All effective nonlinear responses to composites and the relationship between the effective nonlinear responses at all harmonics are also deduced for the spherical coated inclusions in a dilute limit.  相似文献

The xPb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3–(1−x)PbTiO3 (PMNT) (with x=0.7) thin film is prepared on quartz substrates prepared using a sol–gel process. The PMNT thin film has a well-crystallized pyrochlore phase structure. The sign and magnitude of both real and imaginary parts of third-order nonlinear susceptibility χ(3) of the thin film have been determined by the Z-scan technique performed at 800 nm with a femtosecond laser. The nonlinear refraction index coefficient γ, the nonlinear absorption coefficient β of the thin film are 1.37×10−12 cm2/W and −6.73×10−8 m/W, respectively. The real and imaginary part of the third-order nonlinear susceptibility of the film are 1.06×10−17 and −1.65×10−19 m2/V2, respectively. The results suggested that the nonlinearity is dominated by the refractive for the film.  相似文献

An effective nonlinear response of a nonlinear composite with spherical coated inclusions randomly embedded in a host medium under the action of an external AC electric field, ${{\bm E}}_a = {{\bm E}}_1 \sin (\omega t) + {{\bm E}}_3 \sin (3\omega t)$, is investigated using a perturbation method. The local potentials of the composite at higher harmonics are given both in the region of local inclusion particles and in the local host region under the external AC electric field. All effective nonlinear responses of the composite and the relationship between the effective nonlinear responses at the fundamental frequency and third harmonics are also studied for spherical coated inclusion in a dilute limit.  相似文献

Searching for special solitary wave solutions with compact support is of important significance in soliton theory. In this paper, to understand the role of nonlinear dispersion in pattern formation, a family of the regularized longwave Boussincsq equations with fully nonlinear dispersion (simply called R(m, n) equations), utt + a( un )xx + b(um )xxtt = 0(a, b const.), is studied. New solitary wave solutions with compact support of R(m, n) equations are found. In addition we find another compacton solutions of the two special cases, R(2, 2) equation and R(3, 3) equation. It is found that the nonlinear dispersion term in a nonlinear evolution equation is not a necessary condition of that it possesses compacton solutions.  相似文献

Optical solitons in media with quadratic nonlinearity and frequency dispersion are theoretically analyzed. Internal soliton modes and the rate of their radiative damping as a function of detuning from the phase-matching condition and the nonlinear shift of phase velocity for different soliton dimensions (d=1, 2, 3) are found. Solid-state dye-doped polymers are attractive alternatives to the conventional liquid-dye solutions. In this paper, the spectral characteristics and nonlinear properties of the dye Methyl violet 2B has been studied. The third-order nonlinear optical properties of Methyl violet 2B dye in ethanol and a dye-doped polymer film were measured by the Z-scan technique. This material exhibits a negative optical nonlinearity. The dye exhibited a nonlinear refractive coefficient (n 2 = ?4.14 × 10?7 and ?4.291 × 10?7 cm2/W in liquid and solid media, respectively), nonlinear absorption coefficient (β = ?4.634 × 10?3 and ?4.66 × 10?3 cm/W in liquid and solid media, respectively), and susceptibility (χ(3) = 1.88 × 10?5 and 1.963 × 10?5 esu in liquid and solid media, respectively). These results show that Methyl violet 2B dye has potential applications in nonlinear optics.  相似文献
