报道了,用高功率LD泵浦的全固化单频稳频Nd:YVO4激光器作为泵浦源的外腔谐振倍频绿光激光器,倍频腔采用半整块腔型,倍频晶体为MgO:LiNbO3,当倍频腔前的基频光功率为1W时,得到最高绿光输出为500mW,倍频转换效率为50%,在锁定情况下,倍频腔的功率波动小于2%,频率稳定性优于500KHz。  相似文献

用全固化单频Nd:YAG激光器输出的红外激光泵浦由分离元件组成的MgO:LiNbO3倍频腔。通过优化倍频腔的结构,在倍频腔的红外激光输入为440mW时,获得330mW单纵模绿光输出,倍频效率达75%。  相似文献

利用LD端面抽运声光调QNd:YVO4激光器作为抽运源,采用线性腔实现了KTP腔内倍频高效绿光激光的输出.在调Q脉冲重复频率为40kHz、1064nm输入光的功率为1608mW的条件下,获得了999mW单横模(TEM00模)的绿光输出,相应的光-光转换效率为62.1%.绿光激光器输出光谱的半峰宽小于0.11nm,其输出功率的不稳定度为±1.2%.  相似文献

考虑倍频晶体相位匹配接收角(Angular acceptance)对倍频转换效率的影响,设计了正支(p支)共焦非稳腔Nd:YAP锁模激光器。平行光通过晶体实现完全相位匹配。以BBO和KTP作为腔内倍频元件,分别获得80.6%和60.2%的高效倍频转换,及几十mJ的绿光输出。同时实验测定其它有关参数。  相似文献

 报道了高功率全固态腔内和腔外倍频两种绿光激光器研究进展。腔内倍频绿光激光器采用L型腔双棒串接结构,在重复频率10 kHz时,用三硼酸锂晶体倍频获得绿光功率186 W,光-光效率达15.8%。腔外倍频绿光激光器采用主振荡和功率放大器,在重复频率400 Hz时,获得基频激光单脉冲能量1.2 J,采用Ⅱ类相位匹配KTP晶体腔外倍频,获得525 mJ的绿光输出,倍频效率为43.7%。采用偏振合成技术获得了单脉冲能量大于1 J的绿光输出。在该激光放大器实验装置上,进行了双模块热效应补偿技术和受激布里渊散射相位共轭技术实验研究,改善了激光光束质量。  相似文献

研制了双沟型脊波导结构的1 060 nm分布反馈激光器.和普通脊波导激光器相比,该器件能提高在连续条件下的侧模稳定性.单模最大输出功率达到300 mW边模抑制比大于45 dB.采用该激光器进行泵浦周期性极化铌酸锂晶体倍频实验,得到的绿光功率为3 mW,该方案将成为低成本绿光光源实现方案.  相似文献

潜艇是现代军事力量的重要组成部分 ,对潜通信及潜艇探测是世界各军事强国正在研究的一个重要的 ,但又未完全解决的问题。在光源方面 ,美国的该项研究经历了倍频Nd∶YAG激光器、XeCL和HgBr喇曼频移激光器阶段 ,目前正在进行LD泵浦LiSAF类激光器的研究 ,中国的此项研究还停留在闪光灯泵浦的倍频Nd∶YAG激光器阶段。 90年代出现的Cr3 +∶LiSAF激光器及其倍频“海军蓝”激光极有希望成为新一代水下应用激光器 ,其 45 7 5nm波长是水下应用的最佳波长。经过改进的Cr3 +∶LiSGaF晶体更是保持了Cr3 +∶LiSAF的优点 ,克服了其热特性差的缺点。Cr3 +∶LiS GaF的另一个优点是可以用红光LD泵浦 ,可制成全固态高效紧凑的激光系统 ,易于达到军用要求  相似文献

We demonstrate and characterize the generation of single-tone frequency-modulated and frequency-doubled radiation at 400 MHz and 430 nm. We obtained the radiation at 430 nm by frequency doubling light from a current-modulated 860-nm diode laser, using noncritical type I phase matching in a KNbO(3) crystal. The optical spectrum of the doubled light was found to be in keeping with our expectations based on the measured frequency- and amplitude-modulation indices of the fundamental radiation. The experimentally measured diode laser and crystal parameters were used to simulate the in-phase and quadrature signals that would be observed in a single-tone frequency-modulation spectroscopy experiment.  相似文献

Experimental results are presented on transmission and pulse-delays of the output from a frequency- doubled ruby laser through Cl2 and Cl2-inert-gas mixtures. The experimental findings are consistent with the idea that the observed results are determined by competition between a not-understood quantum-mechanical coherence effect and dephasing collisions. On this assumption, we deduce reasonable estimates for applicable cross sections in collisions of Cl2 with Cl2, He or Ar. Since the upper state of the absorbing molecule is unstable in times of the order of 10-12 sec, the McCall-Hahn theory for self-induced transparency is not applicable to our system.  相似文献

Bias-, frequency- and temperature-dependent capacitance characteristics of p-GaAs homojunction interfacial work-function internal photoemission (HIWIP) far-infrared detectors are reported. A strong negative capacitance phenomenon has been observed. The origin of this effect is believed to be due to the carrier capture and emission at interface states, and has been confirmed by a comparison study of capacitance characteristics on p-GaAs HIWIP detectors with different interface state densities. A fitting data based on charging–discharging current and the inertial conducting current model show good agreement with the experimental observations. A yellow–green solid-state laser source based on frequency- doubling of a room temperature LiF:F–2 laser in KTP is reported. Second harmonic generation of free-running and prism-tuned pulsed lasers has been characterized. Tunable operation between 555 and 595nm was obtained, with a conversion efficiency of 7.5% for the free-running laser, and up to 4% for the prism-tuned configuration. The angular bandwidth of 60milliradians exceeded the theoretical value by a factor of 3.5. A flattened tuning curve in the visible region was obtained through enhanced conversion efficiency in the wings of the LiF:F–2 laser tuning range.  相似文献

A method for increasing the output power of a phase conjugated oscillator (PCO) by using two stimulated-Brillouin-scattering (SBS) cells is described.
