本文介绍了用熔融法制备Bi2.2Sr1.8Ca1.05Cu2.15-xNaxO8+y(x=0,0.4~0.8)样品,发现诸样品零电阻温度都在90K左右,其小x=0.7.Tc0达到92,5K.在81K较高温区,该类样品仍然表现出良好的超导电性,其临界电流密度还达到103A/cm2量级.  相似文献

本文中,发现在In_xGa_(1-x)As缓冲层上非故意掺杂的InyGa_(1-y)As/(Al)GaAs超晶格样品中存在着两个互相反向的自建电场区,一个位于样品表面,另一个位于In_xGa_(1-x)As缓冲层和超晶格界面.据此,合理地解释了样品的光伏测试结果,并对此类样品的MOCVD生长工艺给予指导.  相似文献

本文利用X射线衍射、电子衍射和拉曼散射对Bi2Sr1.8La0.2CU1-xMxOy(M=Ni,Zn)体系的微结构进行了研究.实验表明,随着掺杂量的增加,掺Zn体系的结构畸变明显大于掺Ni体系的结构畸变.由此看来,非磁性杂质Zn之所以比磁性杂质Ni对Tc具有更大的抑制作用,应该归因于Zn掺杂造成材料中严重的结构畸变.  相似文献

本文以BaFClxBr-1-x:Sm2+D2→7F0的跃迁几率随x变化为中心对BaFClxBr-1-x:Sm2+体系4f5d带的激发光谱、5D2→7F0跃迁的荧光衰减随温度的变化特性、5D2→7F0的跃迁几率等进行了研究.从而得出结论:在BaFClxBr1-x:Sm2+中,随Br含量的增大,4f5d带与5D2能级更加接近,使7F0→D2的吸收截面增大,从而可能提高在5D2:能级烧孔的效率.  相似文献

The structures of (ΩΩ)0 and ([1]Ω)1 are studied in the extended chiral SU(3) quark model in which vector meson exchanges are included. The effect from the vector meson fields is very similar to that from the one-gluon exchange (OGE) interaction. Both in the chiral SU(3) quark model and in the extended chiral SU(3) quark model,di-omega (ΩΩ)0 is always deeply bound, with over one hundred MeV binding energy, and ([1]Ω)1 ‘s binding energy is around 20 MeV. An analysis shows that the quark exchange effect plays a very important role for making di-omega (ΩΩ)0 deeply bound.  相似文献

本文通过X射线衍射、差热分析和超导电性测量等手段对Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2Ca2-x(Nd0.75Ce0.25)xCu3Oy体系的相结构和超导电性进行了研究.该体系中,在810—840℃空气中烧结40小时样品的Te随着x增加而降低.研究了在750-820℃烧结样品的超导电性与组成的关系.x=1.6—2.0,在750—820℃空气中烧结40小时样品的超导转变温度为19—21K.这种超导电性可能是由于部分被稳定的Bi-2222相所致.  相似文献

Explicit exact solution of supersymmetric Toda fields associated with the Lie superalgebra s/(2| 1) is constructed. The approach used is a super extension of Leznov-Saveliev algebraic analysis, which is based on a pair of chiral and antichiral Drienfeld-Sokolov systems. Though such approach is well understood for Toda field theories associated with ordinary Lie algebras, its super analogue was only successful in the super Liouville case with the underlying Lie superalgebra osp(1|2). The problem lies in that a key step in the construction makes use of the tensor product decom- position of the highest weight representations of the underlying Lie superalgebra, which is not clear until recently. So our construction made in this paper presents a first explicit example of Leznov-Saveliev analysis for super Toda systems associated with underlying Lie superalgebras of the rank higher than 1.  相似文献
