采用铜模吸铸法制备出直径为2 mm的Cu50.3Zr49.7-xNbx(x=0,2)大块非晶合金,利用示差扫描量热分析(DSC)研究了2at%Nb元素添加对Cu-Zr非晶合金玻璃转变动力学和晶化动力学的影响,发现含Nb合金具有较低的脆性指数,和较高的晶化激活能.这表明微量Nb的添加提高了该二元Cu基非晶合金过冷金属液相的热稳定性,从而有利于其非晶合金的形成. 关键词: Cu-Zr非晶合金 Nb添加 玻璃转变动力学 晶化动力学  相似文献

通过在真空电弧熔炼炉内对合金铸锭进行反复熔炼处理,获得到了凝固组织不同的Zr65Al7.5Cu12.5Ni10Ag5合金铸锭.在相同的制备条件下,由凝固组织不同的合金铸锭通过吸铸法制备得到了薄片非晶合金.利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)对非晶合金的晶化动力学进行了分析.x射线衍射谱表明,在Zr65Al7.5Cu12.5Ni10Ag5非晶合金晶化过程中,二十面体准晶相(I相)作为初生相析出.Kissinger分析结果表明,合金铸锭的凝固组织细化,相对应的非晶合金发生晶化时,I相形成与分解的有效激活能都增大,说明非晶合金及析出的I相的热稳定性都提高.从结构的遗传性角度就合金铸锭凝固组织对相应非晶合金晶化过程中二十面体准晶相的形成动力学的影响进行了讨论. 关键词: 二十面体准晶相 晶化动力学 凝固组织  相似文献

为模拟Nb含量对FeSiBCuNb系铁基纳米晶合金结构和磁学性能的影响,采用Amorphous模块构建了Fe88-xSi9B2CuNbx(x=1,3,5,7)的硬球密剁模型,通过分子动力学方法进行弛豫,淬火以及退火处理,得到了Fe88-xSi9B2CuNbx(x=1,3,5,7)铁基纳米晶合金结构.基于第一性原理的计算方法,分析了不同Nb含量的铁基纳米晶合金的晶体结构和磁学性能.结果表明:随着Nb含量的增加,体系的晶格常数和体积都有所增大,导电性减小,磁矩不断减小,并且Fe的3d轨道是体系磁矩的主要贡献者,Nb元素对体系非晶化的形成有一定的作用.  相似文献

利用透射电镜研究了Zr65Al7.5Ni10Cu12.5Ag5非晶合金的Vickers压痕内微观结构的变化. 结果发现,压痕塑性变形诱导非晶合金发生了晶化,在压头棱角下面的区域内有尺寸大于1 μm的晶体析出. 选区电子衍射分析表明,该析出相是稳定的CuZr2或NiZr2四方晶体,而没有析出该非晶合金在加热过程中的初生相二十面体准晶相,说明非晶合金的机械稳定性与热稳定性是有区别的. 打压痕过程中的温度升高是可以忽略的,本工作进一步证实了塑性变形诱导非晶合金晶化的主要动力是粘性流动而非局部热效应. 关键词: 非晶合金 塑性变形 粘性流动 局部热效应  相似文献

通过等温示差扫描量热法研究了Zr60Al15Ni25大块非 晶合金的晶化动力学.实验结果表明,晶化过程的孕育期很短,即使在743 K这样低的温度下也不过0.52 min,而放热峰宽(反应整个晶化过程进行的时间)却随退火温度的降低明显增大,这说明了结晶过程是一个晶核长大控制的过程.Avrami指数表明在不同的退火温度,该合金的晶化机制发生了变化.晶化机制的变化是由于合金原子在不同温度下的扩散能力相差很大所致. 关键词: 晶化动力学 60Al15Ni25大块非晶合金')" href="#">Zr60Al15Ni25大块非晶合金 示差扫 描量热法(DSC)  相似文献

本文系统研究了(Fe1-xMx)84B16系非晶合金(x=0.02—0.20;M=Ti,Zr,V,Nb,Ta,Cr,Mo,W,Mn,Co,Ni)的晶化温度与组成的关系。晶化温度随M=VIIB,VIB,VB,IVB元素的顺序和x值的增大而提高。M=VIII族(CO,Ni)元素时,晶化温度基本相同,并随x值的增大略有降低。对于被研究的95个Fe基非晶合金,晶化温度在700—825K的约占85%,熔点Tm/晶化温度Tcr约为1/2,在0.42—0.62之间,符合Sakka规则。Fe1-x-yBxSiy的Tcr>Fe1-xBx>Fe1-x-yBxPy。对上述规律性,从组份、扩散、相图以及晶化温度与合金元素外层平均电子浓度/α的关系进行了讨论。 关键词:  相似文献

基于金属熔体结构的遗传性, 激光熔池的快速熔凝导致粉末的晶化状态可能会对最终成形件的晶化产生重要影响, 理清其影响规律对于制备大块非晶合金具有重要意义. 本文选取等离子旋转电极法所制粉末和1000 K退火态粉末为沉积材料, 采用激光立体成形技术沉积Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5块体非晶合金, 考察了粉末中已有晶化相对熔池及热影响区晶化行为的影响. 结果发现, 原始粉末组织由非晶相及粗大的Al5Ni3Zr2相组成; 当激光线能量较低时, 相应熔覆层的熔池和热影响区皆含有Al5Ni3Zr2相; 随着线能量的提高, 熔池中Al5Ni3Zr2相消失, 保持了非晶态, 但热影响区晶化加重, 并有大量Al5Ni3Zr2相析出; 当采用退火态粉末时, 即使线能量较小, 相应熔覆层仍主要由非晶构成, 几乎无Al5Ni3Zr2相析出. 这是由于原始粉末在退火时其微观结构发生重排, 与Al5Ni3Zr2相关的原子短程/中程有序结构减少, 导致已沉积层非晶区的热稳定性提高, 不利于Al5Ni3Zr2相析出. 可见, 提高线能量将会加剧非晶沉积体的晶化, 而粉末中的Al5Ni3Zr2团簇相状态对Zr55Cu30Al10Ni5合金沉积层的晶化有重要影响.  相似文献

本文报道利用单辊方法制备的非晶Nd3Fe81B16合金的晶化及其对磁性和M?ssbauer谱的影响。发现在非晶Fe81B19合金中用3at%Nd取代B,使非晶Fe81B19合金的晶化温度提高88℃。在适当的退火条件下晶化后样品在室温下的磁性是:σs=189emu/g,σrs=0.7,iHc=2.15kOe,Br≈12kG,bHc=2kOe,(BH)max≈8MGOe。与目前广泛使用的六角铁氧体相比,bHc相近,但Br和(BH)max远比六角铁氧体高。这种材料仅含有少量的Nd,因此可能开发为一种新的廉价永磁材料。本文对少量Nd的添加对非晶FeB合金的晶化温度,磁性和M?ssbauer谱的影响进行了讨论。初步探讨了高矫顽力的来源,认为它的磁化和反磁化过程可以用畴壁钉扎理论解释。 关键词:  相似文献

运用实空间递归方法研究了添加元素Nb,Ta,Y,La对Zr基非晶合金的非晶形成能力和耐腐蚀性能的影响.用计算机编程构造了Zr基非晶中初始晶化相Zr2Ni的原子结构模型,用Zr2Ni中的二十面体原子团簇模拟非晶中的二十面体团簇.计算了替代二十面体中心或顶角位置原子前后Ni,Zr及合金元素的局域态密度、团簇中心Ni与近邻Zr原子及Ni与替代元素Nb,Ta,Y,La间的键级积分,还计算了合金元素替代前后团簇的费米能级.局域态密度计算结果表明:合金元素Cu占据二十面体团 关键词: 电子结构 Zr基大块非晶 非晶形成能力 耐蚀性  相似文献

The corrosion behavior of Cu95−xZrxAl5 (x=40, 42.5 and 45 at.%) in 1 N HCl, 3 mass% NaCl and 1 N H2SO4 solutions was studied. As Zr content increases, the corrosion resistance is slightly enhanced. In order to improve the corrosion resistance of the Cu-Zr-Al glassy alloy, Nb was selected to substitute Cu. Although the supercooled liquid region ΔTx of the Cu-Zr-Al glassy alloys decreases with increasing Nb content, the alloys still retain high glass-forming ability and bulk glassy samples with 1.5 mm diameter can be obtained when up to 5 at.% Nb was added. It is found that the addition of Nb results in improvement of the corrosion resistance of the glassy Cu-Zr-Al alloys.  相似文献

Ti-based bulk metallic glasses (Ti40Zr25Cu9NisBe18 )100-x Nbx with x = 0 to 5 at. % are prepared by copper-mold casting. The glass formation ability is almost unchanged by addition of Nb. The compression plasticity is, however, apparently changed, from 3% at x = 0 to 13% at x = 3, about 330% increases at the strain rate of 1 × 10^-4 8^-1. The increment of the plasticity can be attributed to the segregation of Nb in the area of shear bands during the compression processing. An effective way to increase the plasticity of Ti-based bulk metallic glasses is thus proposed.  相似文献

Three kinds of novel corrosion inhibitors, bis-(1,1′-benzotriazoly)-α,ω-succinyldiamide (BSU), bis-(1,1′-benzotriazoly)-α,ω-adipoyldiamide (BAD), and bis-(1,1′-benzotriazoly)-α,ω-azelayldiamide (BAZ) were synthesized and certified by IR and 1H NMR. Their corrosion inhibition effects for copper in 0.5 M H2SO4 were evaluated by weight-loss method. It shows that among the three compounds, only BSU behaves better compared with BTA. The inhibition efficiency (IE) increased with increasing BSU concentration to 85.2% at the 5 × 10−4 M level. Polarization studies showed that BSU suppressed both anodic and cathodic corrosion reactions. The minimum energy conformation of these compounds was obtained by MM2 force field program. The two benzotriazoly moieties in BSU molecule are more parallel than in other compounds. This is benefit to increase the inhibition effects of BSU.  相似文献

Cu–Nb–O films with a thickness of ca. 150 nm were prepared on borosilicate glass substrates using CuNbO3 ceramic target at substrate temperature of 500 °C by pulsed laser deposition. The X‐ray diffraction patterns showed that the Cu–Nb–O films were amorphous or an aggregation of fine crystals. The post‐annealed film at 300 °C in N2 gas showed 80% transmission in visible light (band gap = 2.6 eV) and high p‐type conductivity of 21 S cm–1. The Cu–Nb–O film with a thickness of 100 nm, fabricated from the target with a composition of Cu/Nb = 0.9, showed the highest p‐type conductivity of 116 S cm–1. (© 2011 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. Microarc oxidation coatings on AM60B magnesium alloy were prepared in silicate and phosphate electrolytes. Structure, composition, mechanical property, tribological, and corrosion resistant characteristics of the coatings was studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and microhardness analyses, and by ball-on-disc friction and potentiodynamic corrosion testing. It is found that the coating produced from the silicate electrolyte is compact and uniform and is mainly composed of MgO and forsterite Mg2SiO4 phases, while the one formed in phosphate electrolyte is relatively porous and is mainly composed of MgO phase. The thick coating produced from a silicate electrolyte possesses a high hardness and provides a low wear rate (3.55 × 10−5 mm3/Nm) but a high friction coefficient against Si3N4 ball. A relatively low hardness and friction coefficient while a high wear rate (8.65 × 10−5 mm3/Nm) is recorded during the testing of the thick coating produced from a phosphate electrolyte. Both of these types of coatings provide effective protection for the corrosion resistance compared with the uncoated magnesium alloy. The coating prepared from the silicate electrolyte demonstrates better corrosion behavior due to the compacter microstructure.  相似文献

Heavy metal oxide thin films of the ternary system Nb2O5–GeO2–PbO have been prepared by pulsed laser deposition in an O2 environment from either glassy or crystalline bulk samples. The range of ([Pb]+[Nb]) content in which the films are optically homogeneous and transparent is much broader (0.5–1.0) than that of the bulk samples considered in the present work (0.55–0.62). The imaginary part of the refractive index is very low in all cases (k<10-3), whereas the real part increases linearly with the ([Pb]+[Nb]) content up to values as high as 2.35. The optical energy gap has been found to be strongly dependent on [Pb], whereas it is almost independent of [Nb]. This dependence is discussed in terms of the role of Pb and Nb as network modifiers or formers. Abstract

To investigate the amorphous-crystalline microstructure on the tribocorrosion of bulk metallic glasses (BMGs), 6 mm diameter rods of Cu46-xZr47Al7Agx (x = 0, 2, 4) amorphous-forming alloys with in situ crystalline and amorphous phases were fabricated by arc-melting and Cu-mould casting. Using a pin-on-disc tribometer, the tribo-pair composed by CuZr-based amorphous-forming alloys and AISI 52100 steel were studied in 3.5% NaCl solution. With the increase of Ag content from 0 to 4 at.%, the compressive fracture strength and the average hardness decrease firstly and then increase. Moreover, 4 at.% Ag addition increases the amount of amorphous phase obviously and inhibits the formation of brittle crystalline phase, resulting in the improvement of corrosion resistance and the corrosive wear resistance. The primary wear mechanism of the BMG composites is abrasive wear accompanying with corrosive wear. The tribocorrosion mass loss of Cu42Zr47Al7Ag4 composite is 1.5 mg after 816.8 m sliding distance at 0.75 m s?1 sliding velocity under 10 N load in NaCl solution. And the volume loss evaluated from the mass loss is about 20 times lower than that of AISI 304 SS. Thus, Cu42Zr47Al7Ag4 composite may be a good candidate in the tribology application under marine environment.  相似文献

The refractive index of SiO2-P2O5 glass prepared by a modified chemical vapor deposition method is measured using an interference microscope. It is found that the refractive index in bulk form increases linearly at 9.5×10-4 (mol.%)-1 as the P2O5 concentration increases. It is also found that quenching at extremely high speed reduces the refractive index over 2 mol.% P2O5. The wavelength dispersion of the refractive index dn/dλ is constant up to 5 mol.% P2O5 producing a refractive index difference of 5×10-3 compared with fused silica. Consequently, this glass materials is thought to be suitable for wide band-width optical fiber applications.  相似文献

The effects of nitrogen addition on the microstructures and soft magnetic properties of nanocrystalline Fe86Zr7B6Cu1 ribbons were studied. It is found that the grain size of BCC α-Fe decreases from 13.2 to 9.8 nm with the increase of nitrogen content from 0 to 1.24%. The initial permeability increases from 1.2×104 to 4.4×104 with the increase of nitrogen content from 0 to 0.78%, and then decreases with its further increase. The relaxation frequency increases from 2.5×105 to 7.6×105 Hz with increasing nitrogen content from 0 to 1.24%. The mechanisms for the effects of nitrogen addition on the grain size, the initial permeability, and the relaxation frequency were discussed.  相似文献

本文用阻抗谱方法研究了Li3+xV1-xTxO4(T=Si,Ge)多晶的离子导电性,发现一些工艺条件如成型压强、烧结时间和烧结程序对电导率有很大影响。注意分析了这些影响的物理起因。最佳工艺条件是:在大约8t/cm2压强下成型样品。在1000℃连续烧结5至6天,烧结过程中,应尽量避免温度波动。在此条件下制备的Li3.5V0.5Ge0.5关键词:  相似文献
