采用高温固相法,以50Nb_2O_5-40Y2O_3-2Nd2O_3-8Yb_2O_3的量比在1 300℃下制备Nd~(3+)/Yb~(3+)掺杂YNbO_4粉末样品。运用Judd-Ofelt理论研究样品光谱特性。由吸收谱中各吸收峰面积计算得到谱线强度参数Ωλ(λ=2,4,6),进而得出理论振子强度及实验振子强度,二者均方根偏差δ_(rms)=1.618×10-7。计算了Nd~(3+)能级4F3/2→4IJ'(J'=15/2,13/2,11/2,9/2)跃迁几率、跃迁分支比和能级寿命。4F3/2→4I11/2跃迁分支比最高(56.91%),对应波长1 062 nm。且亚稳态4F3/2能级寿命较长,为1.435 2 ms,适合作为上转换中间能级。在980 nm半导体激光器激发下,观测到波长为487,541,662 nm上转换发光,分别对应于Nd~(3+)的2G9/2→4I9/2、4G7/2→4I9/2和4G7/2→4I13/2辐射跃迁。通过样品上转换发射功率与激光器工作电流进行的曲线拟合,得到吸收光子数目依次为2.06,1.99,2.15,确定3个发射峰均对应于双光子吸收。  相似文献

采用高温固相法成功合成了新型BaMoO4:Pr3+黄绿色荧光材料,并对其晶体结构、形貌和发光性质进行了研究。X射线衍射(XRD)测试结果表明在1300℃制备的样品具有白钨矿类结构晶体,样品的形貌在扫描电镜(SEM)显示下呈不规则外形。荧光样品激发光谱由强的电荷迁移跃迁(CT)带和Pr3+离子的特征激发峰组成,主激发峰位于447nm(3 H4→3P2)、472nm(3 H4→3P1)和485nm(3 H4→3P0);其发射谱峰分别位于527nm(3P1→3 H4,5)、542nm和551nm(3P0→3 H5)、596nm(1 D2→3 H4)、614nm(3P0→3 H6)和642nm(3P0→3F2),最强发射峰位于642nm处。获得Pr3+的最佳掺杂摩尔分数为0.2%~0.3%。研究表明:BaMoO4:Pr3+是一种有望应用于蓝光发光二极管(LED)有效激发的黄绿色荧光粉材料。  相似文献

水热法合成了YL iF4∶Er3 ,Tm3 ,Yb3 ,其中Er3 、Yb3 和Tm3 的摩尔分数分别为1%、1.5%和2%。当用355 nm光激发时,其发光为蓝色,峰值位于450 nm,对应于Tm3 的1D2→3F4跃迁。用378 nm激发时,发光为绿色,主要发光峰位于552 nm。980 nm光激发时,发光为白色,发光峰分别位于665(651),552(543),484,450 nm处,并在648 nm处还观察到了一个发光峰,其中最强的发射为红光。YL iF4∶Er3 ,Tm3 ,Yb3 的蓝光来源于Tm3 的激发态1G4到基态3H6的跃迁,绿光来源于Er3 的4S3/2和2H11/2到基态4I15/2的跃迁,红光既来源于Tm3 的1G4→3F4的跃迁,也来源于Er3 的4F9/2→4I15/2的跃迁。在上转换发光中,还探测到了紫外光359 nm的发射。监测665 nm得到的激发光谱不同于监测552 nm的激发光谱,在665 nm的激发光谱中出现了对应Tm3 的1G4能级的峰。在双对数曲线中,蓝光484 nm、绿光552 nm和红光665 nm的斜率分别为2.25、2.28和2.21,紫外光359 nm的斜率为2.85。因此在980 nm激发下,蓝光484 nm、绿光552 nm和红光665 nm都是双光子过程,紫外光359 nm的发射是三光子过程。  相似文献

为研究Yb~(3+)离子浓度变化对Tm~(3+)离子在蓝色波段荧光强度的影响,以NaF和La(NO_3)_3为原料,采用水热法制备了Tm~(3+)和Yb~(3+)共掺的Tm~(3+)/ Yb~(3+)∶LaF_3纳米颗粒.用X射线衍射对LaF_3纳米颗粒进行表征的结果显示,纳米晶体结构呈六方相.透射电镜的观测结果显示,纳米颗粒样品大小均匀、分散性良好.在波长为800 nm的激光激发下,观测到了上转换蓝光发射,其中包括波长为474 nm和479 nm的较强的荧光辐射(相应的跃迁为~1G_4→~3H_6)和波长位于450 nm的强度较弱的荧光发射(相应的跃迁为~1D_2→~3F_4).通过观测不同Yb~(3+)离子浓度条件下共掺Tm~(3+)/Yb~(3+)∶LaF_3样品的荧光光谱,研究了Yb~(3+)离子掺杂浓度对于Tm~(3+)离子的荧光发射的影响,并探讨了产生这种现象的原因.研究结果显示,对于~1G_4→~3H_6跃迁产生的荧光发射(474 nm),当Yb~(3+)离子浓度增大时,反向能量传递速率的增加导致了荧光强度的增大.然而,当Yb~(3+)离子浓度增大到一定程度时,Yb~(3+)离子激发态能级寿命的减少将引发荧光强度的下降.相比较而言,Yb~(3+)离子的浓度的变化对于~1D_2→~3F_4跃迁产生的位于450 nm处荧光强度的影响较弱.  相似文献

为探索新型激光晶体,采用固相法合成了(3 at.%)Nd~(3+):SrY_2O_4多晶,对其结构和发光性质进行了研究.对样品的X射线衍射谱进行Rietveld精修得到了样品的晶胞参数、原子位置等.在353 nm激发下,Nd~(3+):SrY_2O_4在可见波段的最强荧光峰位于419 nm,对应Nd3+的2D15/2→4I9/2跃迁.在824 nm激发下,Nd3+的4F3/2→4I11/2跃迁的荧光谱带宽约为90 nm,最强峰为1083 nm,荧光寿命为281.7μs.宽发射光谱和长的能级寿命表明,Nd~(3+):SrY_2O_4是一种很有希望的新波长激光二极管抽运超短脉冲激光材料.  相似文献

测量并分析了980nm抽运下Er3+∶YVO4晶体的上转换荧光,建立了描述Er3+离子跃迁的速率方程。通过求解速率方程并拟合1550nm,980nm和550nm的荧光衰减实验曲线,得到了4I13/2+4I13/2→4I15/2+4I9/2,4I11/2+4I11/2→4I15/2+4F7/2的频率上转换系数C22=9.221×10-17cm3s-1,C33=7.545×10-17cm3s-1。通过测量980nm抽运下的550nm荧光衰减谱,得到了4S3/2能级的主要上转换机制是以激发态吸收为主。  相似文献

采用高温熔融法制备了掺杂不同比例Yb~(3+)和Tm~(3+)的硅酸盐玻璃。吸收光谱表明,Yb~(3+)和Tm~(3+)在300~1 100 nm的吸收过程彼此不干扰。研究了玻璃样品在980 nm LD泵浦下的上转换发光行为,结果表明:Yb~(3+)/Tm~(3+)在477 nm(1G4→3H6)发射强烈的上转换蓝光,在654 nm(1G4→3F4)发射较弱的红光,在795 nm(3H4→3H6)发射微弱的红外光。提高Yb~(3+)的比例均能够提高477 nm蓝光、654 nm红光和795 nm红外光的发射强度。研究分析了上转换发光强度与激光器泵浦功率之间的关系,结果表明上转换蓝光和红光发射均为三个光子过程,红外光发射为两个光子过程。分析了Yb~(3+)、Tm~(3+)在硅酸盐玻璃中上转换发光的机制。  相似文献

研究了Er3 掺杂重金属氧氟硅酸盐玻璃的吸收光谱、上转换光谱和拉曼光谱 ,分析了重金属氧氟硅酸盐玻璃中Er3 的上转换发光机理 .结果表明 :通过 975nm的激光二极管激发 ,在室温下同时观察到蓝光 (4 1 1nmj)、绿光(5 2 5和 5 4 3nm)和红光 (6 5 5nm) ,分别是由于Er3 离子2 H9 2 →4 I1 5 2 ,2 H1 1 2 →4 I1 5 2 ,4 S3 2 →4 I1 5 2 ,和4 F9 2 →4 I1 5 2 跃迁 .随Er2 O3浓度的增加 ,蓝光、绿光和红光的发光强度都增强 ,上转换发光机理主要涉及能量转移和激发态吸收 ,强烈的绿光和红光激发是由于双光子吸收过程 ,而微弱的蓝光是由于三光子吸收过程 .拉曼光谱发现 ,对Er3 离子在重金属氧氟硅酸盐玻璃中的上转换发光 ,玻璃结构中的PbF2 起到重要作用  相似文献

将Yb~(3+)作为协助发光的敏化剂,Tb~(3+)和Tm~(3+)作为发光中心的激活剂分别加入到基质氟化钇钠中,通过水热合成法分别制成不同掺杂浓度的NaYF_4:Yb~(3+)/Tb~(3+)和NaYF_4:Yb~(3+)/Tm~(3+)双掺杂氟化物纳米发光材料,并通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射以及荧光光谱等手段分别对NaYF_4:Yb~(3+)/Tb~(3+)和NaYF_4:Yb~(3+)/Tm~(3+)双掺杂氟化物材料纳米颗粒的形貌及其发光特性进行了研究.实验结果表明:系列样品的X射线衍射图谱衍射峰与标准卡片吻合得很好,实验浓度范围内Yb~(3+)/Tb~(3+)和Yb~(3+)/Tm~(3+)共掺没有改变NaYF_4的晶体结构.实验得到了该材料在980 nm激光激发下的上转换发光光谱并分析了该材料的上转换发光机理,NaYF_4:Yb~(3+)/Tb~(3+)在980 nm激光激发的情况下出现的蓝光,绿光以及红光,分别对应于~5D_4→~7F_6、~5D_4→~7F_5、~5D_4→~7F_1的辐射跃迁;NaYF_4:Yb~(3+)/Tm~(3+)在980 nm光源激发下出现强的480 nm的蓝光,对应的是~1G_4→~3H_6的电子跃迁能级带,在660 nm强的红光发射谱带,对应的是~1G_4→~3F_4能级跃迁辐射光.  相似文献

采用燃烧法制备了Gd2O3∶Sm3 和Li 离子掺杂的Gd2O3∶Sm3 纳米晶,根据X射线衍射图谱确定所得纳米样品为纯立方相.在室温下,用275 nm和980 nm激发光激发各样品时,可分别观测到Sm3 离子的强荧光发射和上转换特征发射,其主发射峰分别位于560,602,650 nm处,分别对应着Sm3 离子的4G5/2→6H5/2,4G5/2→6H7/2和4G5/2→6H9/2的电子跃迁,其中以4G5/2→6H7/2跃迁的光谱强度最大.实验表明Li 离子的掺人使得Sm3 离子的荧光发射强度显著增加.通过对样品的XRD、TEM和激发光谱、发射光谱的研究,分析了引起样品荧光强度变化的原因.  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output.  相似文献

The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)booster ring,a full energy injector for the storage ring,is deigned to accelerate the electron beam energy from 150MeV to 3.5GeV that demands high extraction efficiency at the extraction energy with low beam loss rate when electrons are ramping.Closed orbit distortion(COD)caused by bending magnet field uniformity errors which affects the machine performance harmfully could be effectively reduced by bending magnet location sorting.Considering the affections of random errors in measurement,both ideal sorting and realistic sorting are studied based on measured bending magnet field uniformity errors and one reasonable combination of bending magnets which can reduce the horizontal COD by a factor of 5is given as the final installation sequence of the booster bending magnets in this paper.  相似文献

A review of schemes for multiple access in fiber optic networks shows that a hybrid of wavelength and code division multiple access (WCDMA) combines the best features of both. In particular, the hybrid scheme retains the large information carrying capacity of wavelength division multiple access (WDMA) and flexibility of code division multiple access (CDMA). In this paper WDMA, optical CDMA (OCDMA), and WCDMA networks are discussed. In OCDMA networks, concept of incoherent and coherent coding including inverse decoding and matched filter is introduced. The delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks, under the simple suboptimum access protocols based on cyclic search, is computed. It has been shown quantitatively that tuning delay significantly affects the delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks. Futhermore, delay performance of WCDMA networks is always better than the WDMA networks for the same tuning delay, load, and number of users.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). A transient suppression method for piezoelectric ceramic transducer is presented. We experimentally demonstrate amplitude squeezed soliton utilizing intensity-dependent self-phase modulation in an asymmetric Sagnac interferometer.The system.whose components are connected via ferrule connector/physical connection(FC/PC)fiber connectors,constitutes all-fiber configuration to generate squeezed soliton.Soliton amplitude reduction measured by homodyne detection is near 4.0 dB below the shot-noise level.Optimal squeezing fields in both simple and compact all-fiber configuration are obtained.  相似文献

The(2 1)-dimensional nonlinear Schr(o)dinger(NLS)equation with spatially inhomogeneous nonlinearities is investigated,which describes propagation of light in(2 1)-dimensional nonlinear optical media with inhomogeneous nonlinearities.New types of optical modes and nonlinear effects in optical media are presented numerically.The results reveal that the regular split of beam can be obtained in (2 1)-dimensional nonlinear optical media with inhomogeneous nonlinearities,by adjusting the guiding parameter.Furthermore,the stability of beam regular split is discussed numerically,and the results reveal that the beam regular split is stable to the finite initial perturbations.  相似文献

In the real-world application of face recognition system, owing to the difficulties of collecting samples or storage space of systems, only one sample image per person is stored in the system, which is so-called one sample per person problem. Moreover, pose and illumination have impact on recognition performance. We propose a novel pose and illumination robust algorithm for face recognition with a single training image per person to solve the above limitations. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is an efficient and practical approach for face recognition.  相似文献
