为了解决因车身网络的数据协议差异造成的车载智能终端不能在多个车型上通用的问题,提出了一种车载智能终端中间件架构。在该架构中,采用多层结构隔离应用与网络直接访问。采用组件结构实现了应用的抽象与复用,降低应用开发难度。采用消息总线,负责管理组件之间的数据通信,为应用层提供一个统一接口的虚拟车身网络环境;通过消息的数据通信实现车载终端应用间的数据交互,底层采用通信服务层屏蔽了各种车身网络的差异性,解决了车载终端在不同网络协议车型上使用的通用性问题。最后,通过搭建实际的测试平台验证了该设计的可行性和有效性。 相似文献

传统的车载支撑平台晃动量较大,难以满足车载光电经纬仪高精度不落地测量要求。为了兼顾轻量化、高刚度和便于制造的要求,采用离散体桁架拓扑优化方法设计了一种具有桁架蒙皮式结构的高比刚度车载支撑平台;建立了平台系统的有限元仿真模型,根据平台安装光电经纬仪的稳定性要求,分析了不同工况和载荷条件下平台系统的静力学和模态特性,搭建了支撑平台稳定性实验装置。结果表明,在经纬仪工作角加速度0.5(°)/s2~20(°)/s2范围的激励下,经纬仪基座的响应加速度为0.008~0.55 m/s2,无明显影响经纬仪跟踪性能的共振响应发生。同时,采用倾角传感器测量了平台晃动幅值,最大晃动量为7.2″。该支撑平台具有较高的支撑稳定性,适用于车载光电经纬仪高精度不落地测量。 相似文献

为使车载稳定平台在动态载荷状态下满足系统精度要求,对车载光电稳定平台外框架进行了优化设计。介绍了外框架材料的选择原则与外框架的结构形式;运用UG软件对外框架进行三维建模;采用理论分析与有限元计算相结合的手段,对外框架结构进行了分析与设计;并基于MSC软件进行了仿真校核。结果表明:本文设计的外框架能在满足刚度强度的前提下实现较小的转动惯量,静力状态下的最大变形量为2.6μm,满足使用要求。 相似文献

High-voltage vacuum insulators often set the limits on energy transfer in pulsed power systems. The ideal vacuum interface has a uniform electric field distribution on the insulator well below breakdown levels and an impedance matched to the pulse generator. This paper describes a procedure to design correction electrodes for the dielectric region of a cylindrical interface using a numerical field solution code. The approach has application to both pulsed and steady-state systems. The method is illustrated with a design for a 10 TW, 6.5 MV pulsed power generator using six correction electrodes. A design for a 3-dB single-mode Y-junction has been developed and investigated by the beam propagation method with a purpose of decreasing radiation loss in the case of power dividers. The design has two aspects. The first introduces a general design of the boundaries of the 3-dB Y-junction. The second aspect is the replacement of a strip of the guiding material with a lower refractive index near the branching vertex. 光通信中波分复用技术是解决通信网络瓶颈的有效手段,近年来得到很大发展。以平面波导波分复用器件为核心的密集波分复用技术已经得到成功商用。蚀刻衍射光栅是平面波导密集波分复用器件中很有发展潜力的一种。原有蚀刻衍射光栅采用罗兰圆设计,输入输出在圆弧曲线上由条形波导引出;而平场输入/输出的蚀刻衍射光栅在很多应用中可以省去制作输入输出波导,大大简化制作工艺,同时能够保持良好的线性色散和聚集效果。给出了平场输入和输出蚀刻衍射光栅的设计方法,并利用标量衍射理论对设计的结果进行模拟,验证了平场输出蚀刻衍射光栅具有很好的分波效果。 相似文献

光学薄膜中已使用的优化方法郜是单目标寻优的,通过分析光学薄膜优化设计的原理,将薄膜设计的物理问题归结为混合离散变量的多目标优化设计的数学模型,并认为这是薄膜设计的一般性模型,现行的单目标优化算法只是这个模型的简化.基于这一新思路,并结合多目标优化算法的研究现状,采用了一种基于免疫应答原理的智能型多目标优化算法.该算法隐含并行处理能力,原理上是具备全局搜索能力的自适应随机性算法.将此算法运用到光学薄膜设计中,给出了一些优化的设计实例.结果表明,将多目标优化算法引入薄膜设计的新思路是可行的,将来会有较好的发展前景. 相似文献

In the development of full‐field transmission X‐ray microscopy for basic study in science and technology, a condenser capable of providing intense illumination with high uniformity and stability on tested specimens in order to achieve high‐quality images is essential. The latest design of a square‐shaped condenser based on diffractive gratings has demonstrated promising uniformity in illumination. This paper describes in more detail the development of such a beam shaper for hard X‐rays at 10 keV with regard to its design, manufacture and optical characterization. The effect of the grating profile on the diffracted intensity has been theoretically predicted by numerical simulation using the finite‐difference time‐domain method. 针对ITER中国氦冷固态增殖剂试验包层模块(HCCB TBM)的概念设计方案进行了初步中子学设计和优化。在铍球床填充率从80%降为62%的情况下,通过调整TBM内部结构的材料和布置,提出了一种中子学性能更好且满足安全要求的设计方案。计算结果表明,优化后HCCB TBM的产氚率比概念设计值提高的满功率运行一天后的产氚量为0.42mg,但总核热和最大功率密度有了一定降低。 相似文献

A simple design of a magnetic separator based on a membrane made of a laser-perforated ferromagnetic foil has been proposed. The separator is primarily intended for analytical and research purposes. The developed magnetic separator of the proposed design has been tested in the separation of a composite aqueous suspension of magnetite nanoparticles adsorbed on hydroxyapatite microparticles. Separation efficiency has been determined via measuring the magnetic moment by the ferromagnetic resonance method; the suspension particle size has been found by dynamic light scattering before and after the separation process. It has been shown that all the particles with a diameter of more than 500 nm are retained during separation; the magnetization of the fraction decreases twofold after passing through the membrane. 相似文献

提出利用变焦系统设计思想来快速实现复杂航空相机光学系统消热差设计的新方法,基于光学式补偿基础,建立了变焦设计与消热差设计的对应关系模型。设计常温下满足成像质量要求的消色差的良好光学系统;建立多个变焦位置,分别对应于不同的工作温度状态;通过优化设计快速发现材料组合,满足宽工作温度范围内像质均良好的要求。利用该方法设计了一工作于0.45~0.70 m波段,焦距650 mm,F数为5.6,视场为5.5的航空CCD相机光学系统,结果表明系统在-40~60 ℃之间成像均保持良好,调制传递函数下降5%。 相似文献
