Application of dynamic vibration absorbers in structural vibration control under multi-frequency harmonic excitations 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
In this research, the response properties of a single-degree-of-freedom system under dual harmonic excitation are analyzed to provide some principles for the choice of time span and step in the simulations. The performances of dynamic vibration absorber (DVA) and state-switched absorber (SSA) are compared. The results indicate that dual DVAs almost have the same performance as the SSA. Moreover, dual DVAs compared with the SSA have some advantages such as lower ratio of tuning frequencies, more rapid optimization process and lower requirement for the anti-fatigue property of the material. Furthermore, the performances of different frequency-tuning methods are investigated. It is shown that the one-one method almost has the same performance as the optimization method and it does not need time-consuming optimization process. 相似文献

Influence of the elasticity of the base on vibration isolation performances of single layer, double layer and floating raft vibration isolation systems is investigated systematically.Characteristics of vibration coupling between different vibration isolation systems and different elastic bases are analyzed. Moreover the characteristics of vibration acceleration level difference and force transmissibility of different vibration isolation systems are discussed and their simplified expressions are given. In addition the required control forces of active vibration isolation under different installations of actuators for different vibration isolation systems are compared. The results show that for all vibration isolation systems, the addition of the stiffness and damping of the base can enhance their vibration acceleration level difference and force transmissibility. Moreover for floating raft vibration isolation system, the addition of the stiffness and damping of the raft can enhance its vibration isolation performance and reduce the control force required by active vibration isolation. 相似文献

Using periodic structure theory, the suppression of vibration and noise radiation from an underwater vehicle due to excitation from propeller forces is investigated. The underwater vehicle is modelled in two parts (the hull and the propeller/shafting system). A model of the propeller/shafting system is constructed using a modular approach and considers the propeller, shaft, thrust bearing, isolation structure and foundation. Different forms of isolator are considered – a simple spring-damper system, a continuous rod and a periodically layered structure. The dynamic properties of the underwater vehicle and the isolation performances of various isolators are compared and analysed. The stop band properties of the periodic isolator are used to enhance the passive control performance. Furthermore, an integrated isolation device is proposed that consists of the periodic isolator and a dynamic absorber, and its isolation performance is investigated. The effects of the absorber parameters on the performance of the integrated device are also analysed. Finally, the radiated sound pressure is calculated to verify the attenuation. The numerical results show that the vibration and noise radiation are greatly attenuated in the stop bands. By optimising the design of the periodic isolators and its integrated structures, the suppression of the vibration and noise radiation can be improved effectively. 相似文献

A passive dynamic vibration absorber (DVA) moving along a pendulum can cause the nonlinear Coriolis damping to reduce the pendulum swing. This paper proposes a simple semi-active on–off damping controller to improve the passive Coriolis DVA. The aim of the on–off damping control is to amplify the DVA resonance motion to increase the energy dissipated. Moreover, the paper finds the analytical solution of the harmonic vibration of semi-active controlled system. The accuracy of the analytical formulas and the superior performance of the semi-active DVA are verified by numerical simulations. 相似文献

This paper presents a systematic study on the stability of a two-dimensional vibration isolation floating raft system with a time-delayed feedback control. Based on the generalized Sturm criterion, the critical control gain for the delay-independent stability region and critical time delays for the stability switches are derived. The critical conditions can provide a theoretical guidance of chaotification design for line spectra reduction. Numerical simulations verify the correctness of the approach. Bifurcation analyses reveal that chaotification is more likely to occur in unstable region defined by these critical conditions, and the stiffness of the floating raft and mass ratio are the sensitive parameters to reduce critical control gain. 相似文献

A higher-order sandwich theory is implemented in conjunction with an equivalent mobility-based power flow progressive method to determine power flow for a sandwich configured floating raft vibration isolation system. The power spectrum changes in whole frequency range effectively when core materials’ properties change. It is also shown that the loss factors of the sandwich configured floating raft influence the power flow transmitted to the foundation effectively in the medium- to high-frequency range and that the resonant peak cannot be avoided by increasing damping only in high-frequency ranges which is not found in floating raft isolation systems with isotropic beams. 相似文献

This paper investigates the vibration isolation performance of floating floor and floating box structures to control rail vibration transmission. Simple theoretical and experimental methods are developed to analyze the effects of stiffener beam, mass and arrangement of isolator on the fundamental natural frequency of the flexural vibration of floating floor and box structure. The vibration reduction performances of floating floor and box structure are found to be degraded by flexural vibration of the floor or supporting stiffener beam. From the results of vibration measurements; stiffener beams increase the fundamental natural frequency of flexural vibration of floating floor and enhance vibration isolation. Also they can further alleviate the effect of flexural vibration using optimum isolator arrangement effectively. The proposed floating box design achieved a vibration reduction of 15-30 dB in frequency region of critical rail vibration (30-200 Hz). 相似文献

The paper proposes an amplitude reduction method for parametric resonance with a new type of dynamic vibration absorber utilizing quadratic nonlinear coupling. A main system with asymmetric nonlinear restoring force and harmonic excitation causes parametric resonance in the system. In contrast with autoparametric vibration absorber, the natural frequency of the vibration absorber is tuned to be in the neighborhood of twice that of the main system. For such a vibration absorber, we investigate the effect on the amplitude reduction for a parametrically excited main system. Analytical results using the method of multiple scales show that the amplitude of parametric resonance is reduced by the effect of the vibration absorber. The experimental results by a simple apparatus indicate that the parametric resonance is stabilized by the effects of both vibration absorber and Coulomb friction of the main system. Moreover, numerical results considering the Coulomb friction of the main system show that the amplitude of parametric resonance becomes close to zero by the proposed vibration absorber. 相似文献

An active, standalone vibration absorber utilizing the state feedback taken from the absorber mass is proposed. Expressions of the optimum absorber parameters are obtained both by optimizing the Η∞ norm of the frequency response function. For improved transient response featuring low peak response and fast attenuation, the design procedure utilizes the mode equalization followed by the maximization of the damping. An interesting feature of the proposed absorber is that the performance of the absorber does not require having its natural frequency close to the natural frequency of the primary system as is generally the case for tuned passive absorbers or other active and semi-active tuned vibration absorbers. In fact, the performance of the proposed system can be progressively enhanced by increasing the absorber frequency. Compared to the optimum passive absorber, the optimal active absorber can yield wider bandwidth of operation around the natural frequency of the primary system and lower frequency response within the suppression band. The active absorber also offers better transient response compared to the passive absorber both optimized for the best transient responses. The efficacy of the absorber is analyzed both for a single-degree-of-freedom and beam like primary structure. 相似文献
