本文分别利用Gauss、Lorentz和Voigt函数对10Pa背景气压下飞秒激光诱导Cu等离子体光谱进行了拟合分析,结果表明,光谱在150ns内与Lorentz线型符合较好,200ns后与Gauss线型符合较好,Voigt线型与实验谱线一直符合较好。本文还对等离子体的电子密度和温度进行了诊断,并给出了它们随时间的演化;由发射光谱强度的时空演化,推知了等离子体的空间分布;利用时间飞行谱(TOF)得出了等离子体初期沿垂直靶面的膨胀速度。  相似文献

探测了脉冲能量0.3 J波长1064 nm的纳秒激光聚焦Al表面诱导的等离子体200-900 nm范围的发射谱.分析了线状谱的基本规律,根据谱线的强度,考虑到光谱仪与电荷耦合器件(charge coupled device, CCD)的探测效率,通过线性拟合给出了等离子体中Al Ⅰ、Al Ⅱ、N Ⅰ、O Ⅰ粒子的激发温度.根据谱线的半高宽计算了等离子体电子密度,进而计算了等离子中Al Ⅰ的电离温度.结果表明,在等离子体状态快速演化过程中,不同粒子的电离、激发与退激存在较大差异,Al Ⅱ、Al Ⅰ相对于N Ⅰ、O Ⅰ有较高的激发温度,并且等离子体中Al Ⅰ的电离温度高于所有粒子的激发温度.  相似文献

分别对低于0.1 MPa的空气和氩气环境气体条件下的飞秒激光镍等离子体光谱进行了实验研究。结果表明,在两种环境气体中,激光镍等离子体光谱均表现为连续谱和原子线状谱的叠加。随着环境气压的降低,由于电子密度的下降,从而使得低压条件下的谱线比高压条件下的谱线具有更好的分辨特性。同时,谱线强度经历了由缓慢增强发展到迅速降低的演化过程。另外,还讨论了环境气体成分对谱线强度的影响。  相似文献

 采用脉冲激光沉积技术制备了钴纳米薄膜,分析和讨论了不同背景气压和脉冲频率对钴纳米薄膜表面形貌的影响及纳米微粒的形成机理。实验结果表明:在低背景气压下,等离子体羽辉自身粒子之间的碰撞占主导作用,容易形成液滴;在较高背景气压下,等离子体羽辉边缘粒子和背景气体粒子之间的碰撞占主导作用,容易形成小岛并凝聚成微颗粒;在4Hz的脉冲重复频率和5Pa背景气压下生长出单分散性良好的钴纳米颗粒。  相似文献

利用Q开关Nd:YAG激光器产生的1.06 μm倍频后532 nm、脉宽10 ns的脉冲激光聚焦在置于真空室中铝靶上,观测激光诱导的铝等离子体发射光谱.采用不同的激光能量,分析了波长范围为350 nm到400 nm的空间、时间分辨发射光谱.在局部热力学平衡(LTE)条件近似下,根据谱线的相对强度,计算得到等离子体电子温度,给出了靶面附近电子温度的空间、时间演化规律;根据谱线半宽,计算等离子体电子密度,并给出了靶面附近电子密度的空间与时间演化规律;在靶面正前方处放置动能探测器,记录粒子飞行时间信号,观测不同激光强度烧蚀铝靶产生等离子体中三种粒子到达探测器的时间,计算得出等离子体中三种观测到的粒子喷射速度.  相似文献

 研究了气压对双射频氩氧混合等离子体电子温度和电子密度的影响。在13.56MHz低频功率和94.92MHz高频功率固定为60W和氩氧气体比为1:9的情况下,利用发射光谱法分析了气压不同时氩氧混合等离子体的放电光谱中的特征谱线的变化规律。使用一维质点网格法(PIC-MC)静电模型计算了电子温度和电子密度。结果表明:电子温度随着气压的增加先降低后升高,与实验结果趋势相吻合;电子密度随着气压的增加先增大后减小。  相似文献

利用Nd:YAG激光器产生的1064 nm、10 ns脉冲激光聚焦在空气中的Ti靶,观测了激光诱导Ti等离子体发射光谱.调节激光能量为45 mJ/pulse,分析了时间范围在0到4000 ns的时间分辨发射光谱和谱线轮廓以及展宽.在局部热力学平衡(LTE)条件下,利用Saha-boltzmann图法拟合电子温度,Saha方程计算电子密度,讨论了等离子体电子温度和电子密度随时间的演化规律.结果表明,在所讨论的时间范围内,谱线的强度在延时250 ns处达到最大,250 ns后随着延迟时间的增加减小,电子密度和电子温度在延时1000 ns内快速衰减,1000 ns后衰减速度变慢.  相似文献

以Nd·YAG激光器的二倍频输出作为激发源,获得了激光诱导Ni等离子体的发射光谱,基于发射光谱,对等离子体电子激发温度和电子密度进行了测量,其典型值分别为3 714 K,4.67×1016 cm-3。测量了等离子体电子激发温度和电子密度的空间分布,发现沿垂直于激光传播方向的径向,随到中心点距离的增加,等离子体辐射的强度减小,但线型和线宽不变,表明等离子体电子激发温度和电子密度沿径向均匀分布。沿激光传播方向,随到样品表面距离的增加,等离子体辐射强度、电子激发温度和电子密度先增加后降低,在距样品表面1.5 mm处,达到最大值。采用激光诱导击穿光谱技术进行相关探测时,收集距离样品表面1.5 mm处的发射谱,有利于提高探测灵敏度。  相似文献

The plasma generated by 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser irradiation of aluminum alloy in air at atmospheric pressure was studied spectroscopically. The electron density inferred by measuring the Stark-broadened line profile of Si(I) 288.16 nm decreases with increasing distance from the target surface. The electron temperature was determined using the Boltzmann plot method with nine strong neutral aluminum lines. Due to the thermal conduction towards the solid target and radiative cooling of the plasma as well as conversion of thermal energy into kinetic energy, the electron temperature decreases both at the plasma edge and close to the target surface. Electron density and electron temperature were also studied as functions of laser power density. At the same time, the validity of the assumption of local thermodynamic equilibrium and the effect of selfabsorption were discussed in light of the results obtained.  相似文献

We present the optical emission characteristics of the barium plasma produced at the surface of barium hydroxide Ba(OH)2, also known as baryta, generated by the first harmonic (1,064 nm) of a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser. The laser beam was focused on target material by placing it in air at atmospheric pressure. The experimentally observed line profiles of neutral barium have been used to extract the electron temperature using the Boltzmann plot method, whereas the electron number density has been determined from the Stark broadening. The electron temperature is calculated by varying distance from the target surface along the line of propagation of plasma plume and also by varying the laser energy. Besides, we have studied the variation of number density as a function of laser energy as well as its variation with distance from the target surface. It is observed that electron temperature and electron number density increase as laser energy increases.  相似文献

光抽运亚稳态稀有气体激光器利用放电等离子体作为激光的增益介质.为掌握容性射频放电的放电参数对等离子体各项参数的影响的基本规律,利用等离子体发射光谱法研究了氦氩混合气体在不同装置、不同Ar组分、不同气压和不同射频注入功率下的等离子体参数.利用残留水蒸气产生的OH自由基A~2Σ~+→X~2Π的转动光谱分析获得气体温度;利用电子态光谱的玻尔兹曼做图法获得电子激发温度,利用Ar原子696.5 nm谱线的斯塔克展宽获得电子密度.结果表明:气体温度随气压增加略微上升,在一个大气压下改变组分和放电功率,气体温度变化不大;电子激发温度随总气压的下降而上升,且随着Ar组分的增加而略微下降;目前放电条件下的电子密度均在10~(15)cm~(-3)量级;长时间放电监测表明,残留的水蒸气会导致电子温度的下降,从而降低Ar亚稳态的产率.  相似文献

Some closed expressions for the flight ranges of the spherical particle ejected from a laser-produced plasma target in buffer gas are given as a function of its initial velocity, diameter, and some parameters of the properties for gas and particle material. It is shown that when estimating the ranges of the particulates generated from the laser target, the decline of viscosity with the decrease of the gas pressure has to be considered. 分析了脉冲激光烧蚀材料等离子体等温膨胀阶段的物理特性,建立了脉冲激光烧蚀材料等离子体压力三维方程与动力学模型.应用所建模型,数值分析了单脉冲激光烧蚀青铜金刚石砂轮等离子体相关特性,得到等离子体的反冲压力最大值870 Pa出现在约25 ns后,距离砂轮表面距离约0.05 mm处.相关条件下开展脉冲激光烧蚀青铜金刚石砂轮试验,采用高速相机观测烧蚀砂轮过程中的飞溅现象;采用光栅光谱仪测量等离子体空间发射光谱,计算了等离子体电子温度、电子密度以及反冲压力.实验表明脉冲激光烧蚀青铜金刚石砂轮等离子体反冲压力可以不计,同时也验证了气体方程与动力学模型的正确性和可行性,对脉冲光纤激光烧蚀工艺优化具有启示意义.  相似文献

 利用能量约450 keV、焦斑直径1~4 mm的低能X光对神龙一号直线感应加速器束靶作用后钽靶的破坏进行诊断,利用增强型电荷耦合器件(ICCD)对诊断过程记录,得到束靶作用后数μs时间内钽靶材料密度的变化。结果表明:在束靶作用后约1 μs内靶材料密度基本没有变化,且该时间段内ICCD相机没有观察到有靶前钽靶材料的微粒喷射。  相似文献
