 用Fox-Li迭代法研究了激光谐振腔镜面变形对激光振荡模式的影响, 给出了几种镜面变形条件下的激光谐振腔自再现模,即镜面上光场振幅和位相分布的模拟结果。对平凹稳定腔,为获得严格的基模激光振荡,应将这种镜面变形控制在1/20波长范围内;若镜面变形超过1/10波长,则该谐振腔不存在严格的基模自再现模。同时,高功率激光腔镜的边缘冷却方式将造成较大的镜面形状变化,从而影响激光光束质量。  相似文献

为便于评价两种光场空间分布之间的偏离程度,引入一个数学参数δ进行研究。将该参数应用到谐振腔内分析了抽运光空间分布对基模振荡光光束质量的影响。这种影响主要表现为:若抽运光在激光介质中引起非均匀的增益分布,基模振荡光将偏离高斯分布。利用δ参数对这种影响的程度进行了定量估算。定量研究表明:δ参数可以直观地反映泵浦光分布对激光器光束质量的影响程度,而且在激光器的设计中δ参数的大小可衡量泵浦光分布的优劣。对于端面泵浦二极管泵浦固体激光器(DPL),稳恒运转下最理想的抽运光分布形式是高斯型抽运光,其半径等于谐振腔的基模高斯振荡光半径。  相似文献

利用瑞利衍射积分公式,推导出多色高斯光束被硬边光阑衍射后光谱的解析公式,傍轴近似的光谱公式可作为特例得到.着重研究了束腰宽度与中心波长之比w0/λ0和截断参数δ对光谱移动和光谱开关的影响.结果表明,只有当w0/λ0δ满足一定条件时,傍轴近似结果才与非傍轴结果一致.光场的非傍轴性会引起光谱移动不同和产生光谱开关的临界位置变化. 关键词: 非傍轴光场 高斯光束 光谱移动 光谱开关  相似文献

为了减小激光辐照下反射镜镜面的热变形问题,建立了反射镜热变形的有限元分析模型。对不同制冷功率时的镜面热变形进行分析,然后针对吸收功率为50 W、光斑半径为镜体半径1/3时的TEM00模高斯光束对镜体结构进行优化,对优化后的反射镜在不同参数的TEM00模高斯光束和TEM10、TEM11模厄米特-高斯光束辐照下的热变形进行了分析。仿真结果表明,当施加滞后于激光辐照且与吸收功率近似大小的制冷时,有利于减小镜面热变形,且镜体最终会趋于相对稳定的热平衡状态。此外,当镜体背部切去一厚度为1.4 mm、内径为25 mm的环状区域时,热变形峰谷(PV)值仅为0.005μm;同时,优化后的镜体也可在一定程度上减小其他参数激光辐照下的镜面热变形的PV值。对于TEM00模高斯光束和TEM10、TEM11模厄米特-高斯光束,均满足光学系统对热变形的要求。  相似文献

提出了用平顶多高斯光束作为理想光束和使用离焦望远镜系统合成轴上平顶光束的一种新方法.在近轴近似下,基于柯林斯衍射积分公式推导出轴上光场和入射光场的解析表达式,并做了物理分析.光束阶数N,平顶长度参数L,平顶中心位置zc和纵向中心空间频率Sc对轴上光强分布的影响用数值计算例做了说明.比较表明,该方法优于文献中使用矩形函数模拟理想光束合成轴上平顶光束的方法. 关键词: 轴上平顶光束 平顶多高斯光束 离焦望远镜系统 傅里叶变换  相似文献

研究了Kerr介质中双模场与V型三能级原子的非共振相互作用. 对Cauchy-Schwartz不等式的研究表明,在两模场失谐量相等(δ12)条件下,当初始场强ξ一定而两模场的光子数差q减小时,场的非经典相关程度加强;q一定而ξ增大时,场的非经典相关程度减弱. 当Δδ=|δ21|≠0且q和ξ的取值一定时,随介质常量x的增大,光场两模间的非经典相关程度减弱,且Δδ的大小对这种非经典相关程度的减弱有重要影响. 对场的 关键词: Kerr介质 非共振相互作用 Cauchy-Schwartz不等式 场的二阶关联函数  相似文献

Spatial quantum optics based on the high-order transverse mode is important for the super-resolution measurement and quantum image beyond the shot noise level. Quantum entanglement of the transverse plane Hermite–Gauss TEM_(01) mode has been demonstrated experimentally in this paper. Two squeezed TEM_(01) modes, which are generated by a pair of degenerate optical parametric amplifiers(DOPA) with the nonlinear crystals of periodically poled KTi OPO_4, have been combined to produce TEM_(01) mode entanglement using a beam splitter. The 1.5 dB for the sum of amplitude and 1.2 dB for the difference of phase below shot-noise level is achieved with the measurement system of a Bell state detection.  相似文献

A 140-GHz, 1.5-MW, TE28,16-coaxial cavity gyrotron with a dual RF beam output has been designed, built, and tested. For the first time, the generated RF power has been split into two parts and coupled out through two RF output windows in order to reduce the power loading in the windows. The quasioptical output system is based on a two-step mode conversion scheme. First, the cavity mode TE-28,16 is converted into its degenerate whispering gallery mode TE+76,2 using a rippled-wall mode converter. Then, this mode is transformed into two TEM00 output wave beams. A maximum rf output power of about 950 kW with an output efficiency of 20% has been measured. According to numerical calculations, an rf power above 1.5 MW is expected to be generated in the cavity. Even if all losses are taken into account, a discrepancy between experiment and calculations remains. The power deficit seems to be partly caused by the influence of the stray radiation captured inside the tube. However, the two main reasons are probably an incomplete mode conversion from TE-28,16 to TE+76,2 and a large energy spread of the electron beam due to trapped electrons. An increased amount of captured stray radiation resulted in a reduced stability of operation. 文章报导了基于大基模体积的高能量飞秒钛宝石激光再生放大器的设计与实验研究,在重复频率10 Hz、抽运能量60 mJ的激励下,得到了单脉冲能量17.4 mJ的种子脉冲放大结果,压缩后的脉冲宽度为40.6 fs,能量为13.9 mJ.借助于此大基模体积再生腔,仅增加一级多通放大,实现了峰值功率达1.9 TW飞秒激光脉冲输出.结果表明,大模体积再生放大不仅降低了后续放大对抽运能量的要求,也可以单独压缩实现再生腔直接输出10 mJ量级的飞秒激光脉冲,是大能量高峰值功率飞秒激光系统的优质前端.  相似文献

A high-efficiency and high-power vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL) side-pumped rod Nd:YAG laser with temperature adaptability are demonstrated. The VCSEL side-pumped laser module is designed and optimized. Five VCSEL arrays are symmetrically located around the laser rod and a large size diffused reflection chamber is designed to ensure a uniform pump distribution. Furthermore, the absorbed pump power distribution of the rod is simulated to verify the uniformity of the pump absorption. Finally, a proof-of-principle experiment is performed in short linear cavity laser with single laser module. A continuous-wave output power of 658 W at 1064 nm is obtained, the corresponding optical-to-optical efficiency is 52.6%, and the power variations are ±0.7% over 400 s and ±3.1% over the temperature range from 16 ℃ to 26 ℃. To the best of our knowledge, this is the highest output power and the highest optical-to-optical efficiency ever reported for VCSEL pumped solid-state lasers. By inserting a telescopic module into the cavity and optimizing the TEM00 mode volume, the average beam quality is measured to be M2=1.34 under an output power of 102 W. The experimental results reveal that such a high power rod laser module with temperature stability is appropriate or field applications.  相似文献

We theoretically and experimentally investigate the wave front distortion in critically phase-matched continuous-wave (CW) second harmonic generation (SHG). Due to the walk-off effect in the nonlinear crystal, the generated second harmonic is extremely elliptical and quite non-Gaussian, which causes a very low matching and coupling efficiency in experiment. Cylindrical lenses and walk-off compensating crystals are adopted to correct distorted wave fronts, and obtain a good TEM00 mode efficiently. Theoretically, we simulate the correction effect of 266-nm laser generated with SHG. The experiment results accord well with the theoretical simulation and an above 80% TEM00 component is obtained for 266-nm continuous-wave laser with a 4.8°-walk-off angle in beta barium borate (BBO) crystal.  相似文献

A mode-locked Nd-glass laser with a ring cavity configuration has been made. With this laser, using a resonator made with prisms instead of mirrors, a stable TEM00 mode is obtained. Two photon measurements performed on the whole pulse train consistently yield a pulsewidth of 3.5 ps, with the proper contrast ratio 3:1.  相似文献

本文给出了长余辉材料一个新的用途,研制了一台以长余辉材料为屏幕的激光书写显示装置,可以人为控制激光笔在余辉材料上随意书写文字、画图并显示.该装置利用单片机和步进电机控制两组轴镜在不同方向的转动,从自己建立的开源矢量图库中调用相关图片,使激光光束在长余辉材料上进行二维矢量的扫描,完成文字书写和绘图显示.用VASP(Vienna abinitio simulation package)软件计算出长余辉材料Mn(H_2PO_4)_2的能级结构,测试了SrAl_2O_4:Eu~(2+),Dy~(3+)和Mn(H_2PO_4)_2的余辉强度衰减曲线,便于调整样机电机的书写速度,测试了Mn(H_2PO_4)_2的反射谱和拉曼谱,其拉曼峰值在625,769和1049 nm及远红外.通过理论和实验研究,掌握了与相应长余辉材料匹配的激发最佳激光波段.制作样机后得到英文、中文、图像的实时书写和显示结果.本装置犹如一只无形的"笔"在纸上挥舞,流畅书写绘画,书写过程配上音乐颇具观赏性,该装置可应用于商业广告显示、动态标语书写、教学投影辅助设备、舞台效果、新型艺术表现形式等领域.  相似文献

Based on space-dependent rate equation, the lowest threshold input power for diode end-pumped solid state lasers is obtained for pump spot size wp → 0. However, when the pump beam waist is decreased, the far-field half-angle increases due to the same beam quality, which will influence the match between the pump volume and mode volume. Most importantly, when the pump beam waist is decreased, the temperature and temperature gradient in the laser rod would be very high due to the resulting heat, which would cause material distortion, variation of refractive index, instability of laser resonator etc. We analyze the temperature distributions with different pump beam sizes and conclude that the condition wpw0 (the radius of the laser beam at the laser rod) is often taken as a rough guide to the optimum case.  相似文献

本文提出了一种基于微纳金属膜结构激发的表面等离激元场的分子反射镜新方案,利用中性分子与金属表面垂直方向上蓝失谐消逝波光场之间的偶极力相互作用,实现入射分子束的表面反射.理论计算了表面等离激元场的空间分布,用蒙特卡洛方法模拟了分子在该场中运动的动力学过程,得到了分子反射镜的反射率与相互作用时间和入射光强之间的关系.结果表明:当入射激光脉宽为10 ns,光强为I=1.0×109W/cm2时,纵向温度为10 mK,横向温度为1 mK的碘分子束反射效率达到55.89%,而且反射率随着入射光强的增大而增大.  相似文献

A high power cw CO2 laser beam is generated from a resonator configuration having an axicon mirror as its end reflector. The properties of this beam are evaluated in terms of its polarization, focusing capability and temporal stability and the resulting effects on processing materials are presented. A comparison is made between a folded and a straight resonator having a spherical focusing mirror as its end reflector.  相似文献
