2-(2-喹啉偶氮)-4-甲基-1,3-二羟基苯分光光度法测定钒   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在 p H为 3.5的柠檬酸 -氢氧化钠缓冲介质中 ,溴化十六烷基三甲基铵 (CTMAB)存在下 ,新试剂 2 -(2 -喹啉偶氮 ) - 4-甲基 - 1,3-二羟基苯 (QAMDHB)与钒发生显色反应 ,生成 2∶ 1稳定络合物 ,最大吸收波长为 5 5 2 nm,摩尔吸光系数 ε=8.0 5× 10 4L· mol-1· cm-1,钒含量在 0— 0 .6 μg/ m L内符合比耳定律。用于几种合金样品中钒的分析 ,结果令人满意。  相似文献

在pH 5.5的Na2HPO4柠檬酸缓冲溶液中,吖啶橙(A0)与PAR-钒(V)络合物之间发生有效的能量转移,使吖啶橙526 nm处的荧光猝灭,据此建立了能量转移荧光测定痕量钒的新方法.实验表明,在pH5.5的3.0×10-5mol·L-2AO-4.0 mg·L-1PAR体系中,钒的含量c在0.12~0.5μg穖l-1范围内与荧光猝灭强度△F呈良好线性关系,线性回归方程为△F=165.4c+2.5,方法检出限为0.004 5.μg穖L-1,相对标准偏差为0.6%.该荧光猝灭反应15 min内完全,其相对荧光强度在2.5 h内基本保持不变.用该方法测定生物样品中钒的含量,相对误差小于5%,结果满足痕量分析要求.  相似文献

在单光束照明3PIE(Ptychographic Iterative Engine)方法中,照明光垂直照射在待测样品表面,没有考虑照明光倾斜对重构结果的影响。在单光束照明3PIE方法的基础上提出了双光束照明3PIE方法,同时模拟分析了初始猜测照明光中相位倾斜因子对成像质量的影响。双光束照明3PIE方法在迭代恢复样品的过程中,两束照明光均用于更新同一样品的复振幅分布,理论分析和实验结果均表明,双光束照明3PIE方法能够提高算法的收敛速度,有效减弱恢复样品不同层次之间的串扰,适用于三维层析成像。  相似文献

采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)对土样中的钒和钴进行测定,其测量不确定度主要来源于样品称量、样品消解、标准溶液配制、曲线拟合、重复测量.并依据《不确定度评定与表示》对各个不确定度分量进行了分析和计算,得出标准不确定度和扩展不确定度.当土壤中钒的含量为1.66mg·kg-1时,其扩展不确定度为0.12mg·kg-1(P=95%,k=2);当土壤中钴的含量为1.12mg·kg-1时,其扩展不确定度为0.07mg·kg-1(P=95%,k=2),并给出了测试结果的数学表达式.  相似文献

采用 L2 5(5 6)正交设计方案对 DAo EM测定钒 ( )的条件进行了优化 ,建立了一个测定钒 ( )的新体系。体系测定钒 ( )的灵敏度ε=1.7× 10 6L· mol-1· cm-1,线性范围为 4 .0— 4 8μg· L-1,灵敏度比文献报道的体系提高 1.2倍 ,抗 Fe3 + 、Cu2 + 、Ce( )的干扰能力提高 2倍 ,选择性有了较好改善。研究还明确了H3 PO4、Mn( )、Tween2 0、DAo EM、加热温度和时间等因素对体系的影响显著。该方法用于标钢样品中钒的测定 ,结果令人满意。  相似文献

对非局域非线性介质中, (1+1)维表面亮孤子进行了研究, 主要考虑了边界对孤子的影响. 首先, 在归一化系统中, 对于给定的边界条件, 求出了表面孤子的解析解, 得到了表面孤子的临界功率和平衡位置. 其次, 在数值模拟中, 发现当样品宽度太小时, 受到边界影响而很难形成表面孤子, 只有当样品宽度足够大时, 边界对孤子的影响可以忽略, 从而形成稳定传输的孤子, 并与解析的结果相似. 此外, 还考虑了在光束偏离平衡位置入射的情况下, 边界对孤子的影响, 发现此时光束在边界附近做周期性震荡, 相当于体介质中双光束相互作用的结果, 两者运动轨迹与震荡周期完全符合. 关键词: 非局域非线性 边界 样品宽度 周期震荡  相似文献

同一样品不同厚度(b1b2)的红外单光束谱0e-Kb1与0e-Kb2经线性组合得到杂化单光束谱φh=α0e-Kb1+(1-α)0e-Kb2,α为杂化因子。随α(0≤α≤1)取值不同,可以得到期望的φh的h对应样品的厚度b=b2-αb2+αb1。即不需要制备厚度为b的样品,就可以得到其单光束谱φb并且b的数值随杂化因子α而改变。只要选择合适的α,就可得到期望厚度b的光谱。通过提出新概念实现了红外样品厚度连续可调和精确控制的目标。  相似文献

由于钛的TiL_β线(77.30°)位于钒的VKα_(1·2)线(76.91°)附近,而土壤中钛的含量比钒又往往高出几十至几百倍,因此在测定钒时常常需要对钛的干扰进行校正。本文研究了这一干扰,并从实验中求得其经验校正系数。对八种水系沉积物标准样品(GSD)校正表明,效果良好。  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

A review of schemes for multiple access in fiber optic networks shows that a hybrid of wavelength and code division multiple access (WCDMA) combines the best features of both. In particular, the hybrid scheme retains the large information carrying capacity of wavelength division multiple access (WDMA) and flexibility of code division multiple access (CDMA). In this paper WDMA, optical CDMA (OCDMA), and WCDMA networks are discussed. In OCDMA networks, concept of incoherent and coherent coding including inverse decoding and matched filter is introduced. The delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks, under the simple suboptimum access protocols based on cyclic search, is computed. It has been shown quantitatively that tuning delay significantly affects the delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks. Futhermore, delay performance of WCDMA networks is always better than the WDMA networks for the same tuning delay, load, and number of users.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). A multi-conjugate adaptive optics (MCAO) can offer a possibility of widening field of view (FOV) characterized by the isoplanatic angle, and the choose of conjugate height becomes a basic problem for MCAO, which influences the size of iosplanatic angle. Considering the application of lidar, the isoplanatic angle's expressions of two deformable mirrors (DMs) MCAO for uplink and downlink are deduced. The effects of conjugate heights for dual-conjugate AO are thoughtfully discussed, and the isoplanatic angles are further analyzed. The results show that the isopanatic angle varies with the conjugate height and reaches the maximum as the conjugate height is at the optimal altitude. Moreover, the optimal conjugate height changes with the propagation distance.  相似文献

Due to the limit of response speed of the present single-photon detector, the code rate is still too low to come into practical use for the present quantum key distribution (QKD) system.A new idea is put up to design a quick single-photon detector.This quick single-photon detector is composed of a multi-port optic-fiber splitter and many avalanche photo diodes (APDs).Au of the ports with APDs work on the time division and cooperate with a logic discriminating and deciding unit driven by the clock signal.The operation frequency lies on the number N of ports, and can reach N times of the conventional single-photon detector.The single-photon prompt detection can come true for high repetition-rate pulses.The applying of this detector will largely raise the code rate of the QKD, and boost the commercial use.  相似文献

The performance of port/starboard discrimination of dual-line array will be seriously degraded when the space between the two line arrays of the dual-line array is mismatched. The directivity function of the delay-sum and delay-subtract beamforming is deduced and the port/starboard discrimination of the delay-sum and delay-subtract beamforming is also studied both under the ideal status and the status under which the space between the two line arrays of the dual-line array is mismatched. Analysis results show the delay-subtract beamforming has better performance of port/starboard discrimination. At last, the sea trial results demonstrate the theoretical results.  相似文献

With a novel light-weight and absolutely calibrated ultraviolet (UV) spectrometer, UV skylight radiances and O3 slant column densities are measured by balloon-borne limb measurements in Xinjiang area, China. UV skylight radiances measured at the height of 31 km are compared with the results from Modtran in the wavelength range from 290 to 420 nm. O3 slant column densities are derived from radiance spectra in the Huggins bands (320 - 335 nm) using differential optical absorption spectroscopy method. And the parameter exhibits a good correlation with the same value simulated by radiative transfer model (Tracy). The O3 profile simultaneously measured by an O3 sonde is used as input in Tracy calculations. The O3 sonde is launched on the same balloon.  相似文献

For breaking through the sensitivity limitation of conventional surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensors, novel highly sensitive SPR biosensors with Au nanoparticles and nanogratings enhancement have been proposed recently.But in practice, these structures have obvious disadvantages.In this study, a nanohole based sensitivity enhancement SPR biosensor is proposed and the influence of different structural parameters on the performance is investigated by using rigorous coupled wave analysis (RCWA).Electromagnetic field distributions around the nanohole are also given out to directly explain the performance difference for various structural parameters.The results indicate that significant sensitivity increase is associated with localized surface plasmons (LSPs) excitation mediated by nanoholes.Except to outcome the weakness of other LSP based biosensors, larger resonance angle shift, reflectance amplitude, and sharper SPR curves' width are obtained simultaneously under optimized structural parameters.  相似文献

Novel polymer distributed feedback(DFB)gratings are fabricated based on photopolymerization to reduce lasing threshold of polymer lasers.A photopolymer formulation sensitive to 355-nm ultraviolet(UV)light is proposed for the fabrication of polymer gratings and it can be used to form polymer films by spin-coating process.A very low surface-relief depth ranging from 12.5 to about 1.0 nm has been demonstrated with a refractive-index modulation of about 0.012.The experimental results indicate that such polymer gratings have promising potentials for the fabrication of low-order DFB organic semiconductor lasers.  相似文献
