The X-ray diffraction measurement for superionic conducting glass 5Agl–3Ag2O–2V2O5 was carried out at 12, 100, 200 and 290 K. The temperature dependence of structure factor S(Q) of 5Agl–3Ag2O–2V2O5 has been discussed based on the theoretical treatment that includes thermal vibration of atoms in noncrystalline materials. The effective overall Debye–Waller temperature parameter B increases with the increase of temperature.  相似文献

Polycrystalline perovskite La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 was synthesized by a sol–gel method. Its adiabatic temperature change ΔTad induced by a magnetic field change was measured directly. At 268 K, near its Curie temperature TC, ΔTad of La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 induced by a magnetic field change of 2.02 T reaches 2.4 K. The latent heat Q and magnetic entropy change −ΔSM induced by a magnetic field change were calculated from the temperature dependence of ΔTad and zero-field heat capacity Cp. The maximum values of Q and −ΔSM in La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 induced by a magnetic field change of 2.02 T are 1.85 J g−1 and 6.9 J kg−1 K−1, respectively. The former is larger than the phase transition latent heat of heating or cooling, which is about 1.70 J g−1.  相似文献

Concentrated aqueous solutions of copper nitrate of different concentrations (0.66 mol dm−3 up to 4.84 mol dm−3) have been investigated by X-ray diffraction at room temperature. In these solutions a maximum of intensity (prepeak) is observed at low values of Q (approx. 0.6 to 1 Å−1) suggesting the existence of an intermediate range order in their structure, in agreement with previous investigations on different electrolytes. In order to get information on the solvation shell of the copper cation, Raman spectroscopy experiments have been performed for the more concentrated solution. Polarization observations, isotopic substitution of the solvent and the comparison with a Raman spectrum of a concentrated aqueous solution of aluminum nitrate were performed in order to improve the interpretation of the obtained results with these convergent observations.  相似文献

研究了具有时滞反馈的非对称双稳系统中的振动共振现象. 在绝热近似条件下, 应用快慢变量分离法得到系统响应振幅的解析表达式Q, 分析了时滞参数α和不对称参数r对振动共振现象的影响. 结果表明: 在Q-α平台上, α可以诱导响应幅值的极大值以输入高频信号和低频信号的周期出现. 不对称参数并不影响共振发生的位置, 但是能够增强响应幅值. 在Q-B (B为高频信号振幅)平台上, 共振发生的位置BVR随着α呈现两种不同的周期关系, 且周期分别为输入高频信号和低频信号的周期. 在Q-Ω (Ω高频信号频率)平台上, 随着时滞参数的增大, 当B较小时, 在Ω的小值区间内, Q呈现出多重共振现象, 在Ω的大值区间, Q趋于定值.  相似文献

We applied an ex-situ casting procedure to prepare a nanocomposite (NCP) from Makrofol polycarbonate (PC) and CdSe nanoparticles. The CdSe nanoparticles were prepared by a thermolysis procedure in the presence of N2 gas flow. Rietveld refinement of x-ray data illustrated that the CdSe adopts a cubic zinc blend structure of 6.057 Å lattice parameter and 2 nm typical grain size. Samples from the prepared NCP were exposed to γ dosages (20 kGy-250 kGy). The modifications induced in the NCP films owing to γ dosages have been studied. The γ irradiation (50 kGy-250 kGy) causes crosslinks that reduce the optical bandgap from 4.15 eV to 3.81 eV, associated with an increase in dielectric parameters and refractive index. This is attributed to an increase in the mass fraction of the disordered regions as specified by x-ray diffraction. The PC-CdSe NCP was found to have a reaction to color modification which makes it suitable for saleable reproduction on a printing press.  相似文献

Structures of 10AgI-3Ag2O-2V2O5, 3AgI-3Ag2O---2V2O5 and 2AgI---2Ag2O-V2O5 glasses have been investigated by neutron diffraction experiments. The characteristic features of observed structure factors S(Q) in 10AgI-3Ag2O-2V2O5 glass is similar to those of other superionic conducting glasses and molten AgI. From the standpoint of the pair distribution functions, it is clarified that the Ag-I and I-I correlation strength and Ag---Ag correlation length increase with increasing AgI concentration. Observed results suggest that the local AgI structure accompanied by the re-arrangement of silver ions is formed with highly doped iodide ions.  相似文献

We show that the HERA data for the inclusive structure function F2(x,Q2) for x10−2 and 0.045Q245 GeV2 can be well described within the color dipole picture, with a simple analytic expression for the dipole–proton scattering amplitude, which is an approximate solution to the non-linear evolution equations in QCD. For dipole sizes less than the inverse saturation momentum 1/Qs(x), the scattering amplitude is the solution to the BFKL equation in the vicinity of the saturation line. It exhibits geometric scaling and scaling violations by the diffusion term. For dipole sizes larger than 1/Qs(x), the scattering amplitude saturates to one. The fit involves three parameters: the proton radius R, the value x0 of x at which the saturation scale Qs equals 1 GeV, and the logarithmic derivative of the saturation momentum λ. The value of λ extracted from the fit turns out to be consistent with a recent calculation using the next-to-leading order BFKL formalism.  相似文献

Effects of titanium carbide (TiC) addition on structural and magnetic properties of isotropic (Pr,Nd)–Fe-B nanocrystalline magnetic materials have been investigated. In this work, we investigate the effect of TiC addition on a (Pr,Nd)-poor and B-rich composition, as well as on a B-poor and (Nd,Pr)-rich composition. Rapidly solidified (Pr,Nd)–Fe–B alloys were prepared by melt-spinning. The compositions studied were (Pr1−xNdx)4Fe78B18 (x=0, 0.5, and 1) with addition of 3 at% TiC. Unlike the (PrxNd1−x)9.5Fe84.5B6 materials that present excellent values for coercive field and energy product, the (Pr,Nd)-poor and B-rich composition alloys with TiC addition present lower values. Rietveld analysis of X-ray data and Mössbauer spectroscopy revealed that samples are predominantly composed of Fe3B and -Fe. For the RE-rich compositions (PrxNd1−x)9.5Fe84.5B6 (x=0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, and 1) with the addition of 3 at% TiC, the highest coercive field and energy product (8.4 kOe and 14.4 MGOe, respectively) were obtained for the composition Pr9.5Fe84.5B6.  相似文献

Thin films of titanium dioxide have been deposited on strained Si0.82Ge0.18 epitaxial layers using titanium tetrakis-isopropoxide [TTIP, Ti(O-i-C3H7)4] and oxygen by microwave plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD). The films have been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Dielectric constant, equivalent oxide thickness (EOT), interface state density (Dit), fixed oxide charge density (Qf/q) and flat-band voltage (VFB) of as-deposited films were found to be 13.2, 40.6 Å, 6×1011 eV−1 cm−2, 3.1×1011 cm−2 and −1.4 V, respectively. The capacitance–voltage (CV), current–voltage (IV) characteristics and charge trapping behavior of the films under constant current stressing exhibit an excellent interface quality and high dielectric reliability making the films suitable for microelectronic applications.  相似文献

We investigate the stochastic resonance(SR) phenomenon induced by the periodic signal in a metapopulation system with colored noises. The analytical expression of signal-to-noise is derived in the adiabatic limit. By numerical calculation, the effects of the addictive noise intensity, the multiplicative noise intensity and two noise self-correlation times on SNR are respectively discussed. It shows that:(i) in the case that the addictive noise intensity M takes a small value, a SR phenomenon for the curve of SNR appears; however, when M takes a large value, SNR turns into a monotonic function on the multiplicative noise intensity Q.(ii) The resonance peaks in the plots of the multiplicative noise intensity Q versus its self-correlation time τ1 and the addictive noise intensity M versus its self-correlation time τ2 translate in parallel. Meanwhile, a parallel translation also appears in the plots of τ1 versus Q and τ2 versus M.(iii) The interactive effects between self-correlation times τ1 and τ2 are opposite.  相似文献
