提出外部光注入多量子阱激光器激光混沌相位控制同步,及其混沌相位相移键控外调制ON/ON全光保密通信系统,数值模拟了在相位控制器控制下的激光混沌同步.通过连续ON/ON键控调制相位控制器调制通过相位控制器的激光相位相移,实现激光混沌相位相移键控连续调制,设置接收系统相位控制器,控制通过接收相位控制器的激光相位相移,以实现激光混沌解调.分别数值模拟了该系统调制速率01和05Gbit/s混沌相位相移ON/ON键控通信,进行了混沌ON/ON键控调制速率分析,以及系统参数失配和系统抗噪声扰动的数值分析. 关键词: 混沌 同步 通信 多量子阱激光器  相似文献

提出混沌通信中继器设想,建立半导体激光器激光混沌全光中继器物理模型,理论证明了激光混沌中继器系统的同步.数值实现了发射系统、中继器系统、接收系统的混沌同步,分析了系统反馈系数和同步误差以及同步时间的关系.模拟了中继器系统在激光混沌保密通信中的应用,分别给出了具有正弦信号调制频率0.2GHz和数字信号0.2Gb/s速率的混沌通信以及同步误差分析,表明混沌中继器系统确能改善和提高激光混沌通信的解码质量.分析了中继器系统的带宽和20Gb/s高速率数字信号混沌通信以及同步误差,给出了具有正弦信号调制频率0.1—2 关键词: 混沌 同步 激光器 中继器  相似文献

把量子阱激光混沌耦合反馈同步系统应用于光纤保密通信中,提出光纤混沌双芯双向保密通信设想.通过耦合外部光注入多量子阱激光混沌全光耦合反馈同步系统和光纤传输信道,建立了光纤混沌双芯双向通信系统物理模型.理论和数值证明了激光混沌同步,理论分析指出光纤中的自相位调制是限制激光混沌在光纤传输中同步的主要原因,并推导出混沌信号双芯双向传输中的非线性相移以及混沌激光功率限制和传输距离公式.数值实现了该系统在长距离二根光纤传输中的同步,详细地分析了系统同步时间随光纤传输长度的关系.模拟了调制频率06 GHz的混沌模拟通 关键词: 混沌 同步 光纤 保密通信  相似文献

In an experimental investigation of the response of a chaotic system to a chaotic driving force, we have observed synchronization of chaos of the response system in the forms of generalized synchronization, phase synchronization, and lag synchronization to the driving signal. In this paper we compare the features of these forms of synchronized chaos and study their relations and physical origins. We found that different forms of chaotic synchronization could be interpreted as different stages of nonlinear interaction between the coupled chaotic systems. In this paper we propose a new scheme to achieve chaos control and synchronization in Bragg acousto-optic bistable systems. In the scheme, we use the output of one system to drive two identical chaotic systems. Using the maximal conditional Lyapunov exponent (MCLE) as the criterion, we analyze the conditions for realizing chaos synchronization. Numerical calculation shows that the two identical systems in chaos with negative MCLEs and driven by a chaotic system can go into chaotic synchronization whether or not they were in chaos initially. The two systems can go into different periodic states from chaos following an inverse period-doubling bifurcation route as well when driven by a periodic system.  相似文献

利用光纤环长外腔光反馈半导体激光器产生了频谱平坦的宽带混沌激光,其对应的激光频谱可有效地隐藏外腔的谐振频率,增加了系统的保密性.通过单向耦合方式,将产生的混沌激光注入到另一个参数相近的半导体激光器中,实现了平坦宽带混沌同步输出,两同步激光器输出的相关系数达到084.同时实验研究了注入强度和主从激光器的频率失谐对同步质量的影响,结果表明在强光注入锁定下,在很大频率失谐范围内均可实现同步,而且注入强度越大,主从激光器输出的相关系数越大,维持混沌同步所允许的频率失谐范围越大. 关键词: 混沌同步 单向光纤环 光反馈 半导体激光器  相似文献

We numerically investigate the effects of parameter mismatches on chaos synchronization in vertical-cavity surfaceemitting lasers (VCSELs). We assume injection-locked chaos synchronization in a unidirectionally coupled and openloop optical feedback system. The accuracy of chaos synchronization is greatly affected by the mismatches of the device parameters and operation conditions between the two lasers. In particular, the oscillation frequency of the laser is one of the important parameters in a system of injection-locked chaos synchronization. However, the variations of the device characteristics of VCSELs are very large compared with those of other types of semiconductor lasers. We study the effects of parameter mismatches related to the oscillation frequency of VCSELs on chaos synchronization. We proved that mismatches in terms of the birefringence and the injection current play crucial roles for the quality of chaos synchronization.  相似文献

A novel chaos communication method is proposed based on synchronization of discrete-time chaotic systems. This method uses a full-order state observer to achieve synchronization and secure communication between the transmitter and the receiver. Further, we present a multiple-access chaotic digital communication method by combining the observer with the on-line least square method. 随机源对于信息理论安全的密钥分发至关重要,本文提出了一种基于单向注入垂直腔面发射激光器系统的密钥分发方案.首先基于单向注入的方式产生无时延特征的激光混沌信号,并通过单向注入驱动两个从激光器产生带宽增强的混沌同步信号.然后经过采样、量化以及异或等后处理,生成密钥流.数值仿真结果表明,在单阈值情况下,合法用户之间的误比特率低至1%左右,合法用户与窃听者之间的误比特率都高于10%;在双阈值情况下,误比特率可以低至10-6.最后,对生成的密钥流进行了NIST随机性测试.该方案有效地增强了密钥分发的安全性.  相似文献

针对双信道偏振复用保密通信系统,利用线性电光效应,提出了一种新的完全混沌同步的控制方案.在该方案中,每一个线性偏振模的完全混沌同步质量随外加电场成准周期性变化.其变化规律:完全混沌同步?剧烈振荡;固定一定的外加电场,电光调制促使其完全混沌同步质量对偏置电流和反馈强度的稳健性获得极大的加强.在较大的偏置电流和反馈强度范围内,每一个线性偏振模能够实现完全混沌同步,并且调制到每一个线性偏振模的加密信号基本上能够恢复.  相似文献

理论上利用两个混沌半导体激光器的耦合反馈,构建了两种基本的光电及全光门.基本方法是,让外部光注入到两个激光器中而导致激光混沌,通过两激光器激光的相互耦合及反馈实现同步;在这基础上,一是让两激光器分别在电流调制下,控制混沌同步或者非同步,实现光电逻辑门的功能与计算;二是利用光的外部调制方法让两相互耦合激光分别在相位调制下,控制混沌同步或者非同步,并最终实现全光逻辑门的功能与计算.数值结果证明了两方法的可行性. 关键词: 混沌 逻辑门 激光器 同步  相似文献

A scheme of synchronized injection multi-quantum-well (MQW) laser system using optical coupling-feedback is presented for performing chaotic dual-directional secure communication. The performance characterization of chaos masking is investigated theoretically, the equation of synchronization demodulation is deduced and its root is also given. Chaos masking encoding with a rate of 5\,Gbit/s and a modulation frequency of 1\,GHz, chaos modulation with a rate of 0.2\,Gbit/s and a modulation frequency of 0.2\,GHz and chaos shifting key with a rate of 0.2\,Gbit/s are numerically simulated, separately. The ratio of the signal to the absolute synchronous error and the time for achieving synchronous demodulation are analysed in detail. The results illustrate that the system has stronger privacy and good performances so that it can be applied in chaotic dual-directional high rate secure communications.  相似文献

We examine the mutual synchronization of a one-dimensional chain of chaotic identical objects in the presence of a stimulus applied to the first site. We first describe the characteristics of the local elements, and then the process whereby a global nontrivial behavior emerges. A propensity criterion for networking is introduced, consisting in the coexistence within the attractor of a localized chaotic region, which displays high sensitivity to external stimuli, and an island of stability, which provides a reliable coupling signal to the neighbors in the chain. Based on this criterion, we compare homoclinic chaos, recently explored in lasers and conjectured to be typical of a single neuron, with Lorenz chaos.  相似文献

Two different kinds of synchronization have been applied to cryptography: synchronization of chaotic maps by one common external signal and synchronization of neural networks by mutual learning. By combining these two mechanisms, where the external signal to the chaotic maps is synchronized by the nets, we construct a hybrid network which allows a secure generation of secret encryption keys over a public channel. The security with respect to attacks, recently proposed by Shamir et al., is increased by chaotic synchronization.  相似文献

This paper proposes an adaptive parameter identification method for breaking chaotic shift key communication from the transmitted signal in public channel. The sensitive dependence property of chaos on parameter mismatch is used for chaos adaptive synchronization and parameter identification. An index function about the synchronization error is defined and conjugate gradient method is used to minimize the index function and to search the transmitter's parameter (key). By using proposed method, secure key is recovered from transmitted signal generated by low dimensional chaos and hyper chaos switching communication. Multi-parameters can also be identified from the transmitted signal with noise.  相似文献

We investigate the transition route to phase synchronization in a chaotic laser with external modulation. Such a transition is characterized by the presence of a regime of periodic phase synchronization, in which phase slips occur with maximal coherence in the phase difference between output signal and external modulation. We provide the first experimental evidence of such a regime and demonstrate that it occurs at the crossover point between two different scaling laws of the intermittent-type behavior of phase slips.  相似文献

We experimentally demonstrate a chaotic on-off keying method for secure communications by using chaos synchronization in two microchip lasers. The output of the microchip laser in the transmitter is externally modulated with an acousto-optic modulator at ~4 MHz . One encodes a digital message in the chaotic carrier by turning the modulation on and off at 100 kHz. Because the accuracy of synchronization for the slave laser in the receiver tends to be degraded in the presence of external modulation in the injection laser signal, one can distinguish two binary states. The digital message can be recovered as an envelope of the chaotic oscillation when the difference between the two laser outputs of the transmitter and the receiver is calculated.  相似文献

基于自旋反向模型(SFM),数值研究了基于光反馈的单向耦合注入垂直腔表面发射激光器的矢量混沌同步特性,研究结果表明:当外部光反馈时间等于光从发射系统到接收系统传输时间时, x偏振模和y偏振模都能接收最好的完全混沌同步质量.若外部光反馈时间不等于传输时间且注入电流接近阈值电流时,占主导的y偏振模能暂时实现较好的完全混沌同步质量.相比较而言,占主导地位的x偏振模至始至终获得很差的同步质量,另外,当系统输出为混合偏振模时,混合偏振模中的每一个线性偏振模获得很差完全同步质量.然而,当注入电流远大于阈值电流时,系统输出仅为y偏振模,这时y偏振模能稳定地实现最好的完全混沌同步质量.最后,当接收激光器受到线性偏振模的强注入时,每一个注入线性偏振模能与接收激光器输出的对应的线性偏振模实现很好的注入锁定同步.然而,每一个占主导的线性偏振模比另一被抑制的线性偏振模获得更差注入锁定同步质量、如果有相等的能量的两个线性偏振模同时存在,这两个线性偏振模获得差不多一致的注入锁定混同步质量, 换句话说,能量较少的线性偏振能获得较高的注入锁定同步质量. 关键词: 线性偏振态 垂直腔表面发射激光器 完全矢量混沌同步 强注入锁定矢量混沌同步  相似文献
