不同剂量重离子辐照玉米自交系的生物学效应比较   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
用12C6+和 36Ar18+离子束分别辐照玉米自交系干种子和浸泡种子, 研究了M1—M3代重离子束辐照的生物学效应。 结果表明: 种子发芽势和发芽率随辐照剂量的增加而下降, 不同生理状态的种子对重离子辐照的敏感性也不同。 一般12C6+ 离子辐照干种子的适宜剂量为20—25 Gy; M1代叶型发生明显的变化, M2代植株在株高、穗位、单株穗数、雄穗花药颜色、粒质、穗行数、粒重和抗性等方面均发生了变化, 并产生了许多有益的变异,包括株高和穗位降低、同位多穗、穗行数和粒重增加、粒质由粉质变为硬粒以及抗锈病和红叶病的植株等, 有益突变的频率达7.0%—17.9%;在M3代出现能够稳定遗传的,并且光合效率增加的有益突变株。由此可见,重离子束辐照是玉米种质改良的一种高效手段。 In order to study biological effects of heavy ion irradiation on maize inbred lines, the agronomic traits and photosynthetic rates were investigated from M1 to M3 of maize seeds irradiated with 12C6+ and 36Ar18+ ions.The results showed that the germination rate and planting percent of maize seeds irradiated were decrease as dosage increasing of heavy ion irradiation. Different physiological status of seeds had disparate sensibility to heavy-ion irradiation and the suitable dosage of 12C6+ ion irradiation was 20—25 Gy for dry maize seeds. The leaf type of the plant happened visible changes in M1 generation. The plant height, spike position, spike number per plant, anther color of staminate,grain texture,spike row,grain weight and resistance had changes in M2 generation. Among them occurred some beneficial mutations that include degrading of plant height and spike position height, multi spike at same position in the plant, increasing of pike row and grain change of grain texture from powder seed to hard seed,resistance to rust disease and red leaf disease and so on. The frequency of beneficial mutation was 7.0%—17.9%. Those beneficial mutations could be stably inherited and mutant plants with high photosynthetic efficiency emerged in M3 generation. The study above showed that heavy ion irradiation is a high performance means for improvement germplasm of maize.  相似文献

介绍了高能电子和正电子在晶体中的沟道辐射,对超相对论电子和正电子在周期弯曲晶体中的相干辐射进行了分析,并提出了初步的实验设想. The channeling radiation of high energy electrons and positrons in crystals was introduced. According to the new idea proposed by A.V.Korol, the coherent radiation of ultra relativistic electrons and positrons channeled in periodically bent crystals was analyzed. The characteristics of the radiation were obtained by using classic electromagnetic theory and a tentative experimental plan for testing was suggested.  相似文献

先前的研究表明, 肿瘤细胞中survivin的高表达与细胞对高传能线密度(LET)射线的辐射抗性相关。 研究了survivin表达在高LET射线诱导的细胞凋亡中的作用, 发现抑制survivin表达对高LET C离子辐射诱导的Bcl-2和Bax表达没有明显的影响。 在高LET射线辐照中, survivin可能通过抑制caspase-3和-9活性的途径, 抑制了细胞凋亡。It has been proven that over expression of survivin in cancerous cell lines is related to the radioresistance of cells to high LET radiation in previous work. In this study, action mechanisms of survivin gene in apoptosis induced by high LET radiation were investigated. We found that inhibiting survivin by siRNA had no notable influence on Bcl-2 and Bax expressions induced by carbon ions. Survivin depressed cell apoptosis through the inhibition of the activities of caspase-3 and -9 possibly in cell apoptosis induced by high LET radiation.  相似文献

In high gain harmonic generation (HGHG) free electron laser (FEL), with the right choice of parameters of the modulator undulator, the dispersive section and the seed laser, one may make the spatial bunching of the electron beam density distribution correspond to one of the harmonic frequencies of the radiator radiation, instead of the fundamental frequency of the radiator radiation in conventional HGHG, thus the radiator undulator is in harmonic operation (HO) mode. In this paper, we investigate HO of HGHG FEL. Theoretical analyses with universal method are derived and numerical simulations in ultraviolet and deep ultraviolet spectral regions are given. It shows that the power of the 3rd harmonic radiation in the HO of HGHG may be as high as 18.5% of the fundamental power level. Thus HO of HGHG FEL may obtain short wavelength by using lower beam energy.  相似文献

The cycle of black hole (BH) spin proposed by Li and Paczynski (henceforth CYCLP) is compared with a more naturad model (henceforth CYC03), in which energy and angular momentum are transferred from a rotating BH to a region of some widths by the closed magnetic field fines. It turns out that the efficiency of converting theaccreted mass into the radiation energy in the CYC03 is less than that estimated in the CYCLP, while the BH mass and entropy in the CYC03 are greater than those in the CYCLP. It is shown that the features of the CYC03 are insensitive to the power-law index indicating the variation of the magnetic field in the disc.  相似文献

Parabolic trough collectors generate thermal energy from solar energy. Especially, they are very convenient for applications in high temperature solar power systems. To determine the design parameters, parabolic trough collectors must be analysed with optical analysis. In addition, thermodynamics (energy and exergy) analysis in the development of an energy efficient system must be achieved. Solar radiation passes through Earth's atmosphere until it reaches on Earth's surface and is focused from the parabolic trough collector to the tube receiver with a transparent insulated envelope. A11 of them constitute a complex mechanism. We investigate the geometry of parabolic trough reflector and characteristics of solar radiation to the reflecting surface through Earth's atmosphere, and calculate the collecting totM energy in the receiver. The parabolic trough collector, of which design parameters are given, is analysed in regard to the energy and exergy analysis considering the meteorological specification in May, June, July and August in 1sparta/TUrkey, and the results are presented.  相似文献

The amino acid L-α-alanine has been investigated for use as a radiation detector in low and high LET radiation fields[1]. The radiatioa detector is cheap and easy to handle. The radiation inducing free radicals are stable at normal laboratory conditions for doses below 10^4 Gy over a long period of time, which makes the detector useful for intercomparison and documentation purposes. The dosimetric features of alanine-based electron spin resonance (ESR) detectors in high energy electron beams used in radiotherapy were considered[2]. The 5 mm long alanine detectors were found to be the most suitable for carrying out in vivo dosimetry on patients undergoing electron beam radiotherapy. However, data concerning dosimetry of the alanine dosemeter to heavy charged particles are lacking, especially in China.  相似文献

A new method to monitor the energy variation of a multi-energy electron linac by combining a Cerenkov detector and a CsI(Tl) detector is reported. The signals in the Cerenkov detector show an appreciable but different dependence on the energy of the electron linac from the traditional CsI(Tl) detector due to the particular response of the former to charged electrons with high velocity above threshold. The method is more convenient than the HVL (half-value layer) method which is commonly employed to calibrate the energy of an electron linac for real time monitoring. The preliminary validity of the method is verified in a dual-energy electron linac with 6 MeV and 3 MeV gears. Moreover, the method combining the Cerenkov detector and the CsI(Tl) detector is applicable to probe the X-ray spectrum hardened by the inspected material and may serve as a novel tool for material discrimination with effective atomic number in radiation imaging.  相似文献

利用兰州重离子研究装置(HIRFL)提供的12C6+离子束辐照紫苏干种子(辐照剂量为40,80和120Gy,剂量率4Gy/min),探讨了重离子束辐照对紫苏M1代的生物学效应。结果发现,经不同剂量的12C6+离子束辐照后,紫苏种子的发芽率、发芽势、存活率、株高、分枝数、单株产量和千粒重等生物学性状均发生了变化,其中发芽势、单株产量和千粒重随辐照剂量的提高而降低,且有明显的剂量效应关系,但发芽率、大田成活率、株高和分枝数却随辐照剂量的增大,呈现出明显的"抛物线"趋势;紫苏幼苗根尖细胞的微核率和染色体畸变率随辐照剂量增加呈线性增加关系。这表明:12C6+重离子束辐照紫苏种子,具有明显的当代损伤效应,在本试验剂量范围内,低剂量辐照对发芽率和成活率有促进作用。  相似文献

7Li离子属于高LET辐射,是辐射生物学基础研究中常用的重离子射线之一,它是硼中子俘获治疗癌症中起关键作用的离子,在辐射诱变育种等领域也有较好的应用前景。实验在北京HI-13串列加速器R20支线生物用新终端上进行,对43 MeV 7Li离子束斑大小、均匀性和监测注量的准确性进行测量和评估,结果表明:均匀性好于90%的最大束斑面积为5.0cm×5.0cm;4.2×104 ~1.5×105 particles/cm2/s注量率范围内,两种不同探测器测得的注量率变化呈线性关系,闪烁体探测器监测的注量与CR39探测器测得的绝对注量的误差小于10%。这些束流特性能够满足辐射生物学实验要求,有利于进一步开展与硼中子俘获治疗癌症或辐射诱变育种中7Li离子的辐射生物学相关研究。7Li ion with high linear energy transfer (LET) radiation has been used in radiobiological research, takes main effect in Boron Neutron Capture Therapy and is applied in radiation mutagenic breeding. This experiment was carried on the new terminal established for radiobiological application, located at the end of R20 branch beam line of HI-13 tandem accelerator. The beam qualities of 7Li ions of 43MeV generated by HI-13 tandem accelerator, including spot size and uniformity and particle fluence accuracy were measured using different detection methods. The results showed that beam uniformity was over 90% at 5cm×5cm area, the flux of S1 and M3 had a good linear relationship as particle flux ranged from 4.2×104 particles/cm2/s to 1.5×105 particles/cm2/s, and particle fluence accuracy was better than 90%. All the results showed that the beam qualities of 7Li ions finely met the basic requirements for radiation biological experiment. It provides important method to study biological effects for fundamental research and tumor therapy or radiation mutagenic breeding application associated with 7Li ions.  相似文献

利用30,90,180Gy3种剂量的12C6+重离子束辐照大葱种子,研究其在细胞水平和农艺性状的诱变效应并进行RAPD分析。通过与M1代的研究结果比较后表明:经过不同剂量12C6+重离子照射后能有效地诱导大葱细胞形成微核和染色体畸变,这种诱变效应,在M2代仍然有所表现。M1代大葱结果期的株高、白长、花序直径和种子产量随辐照剂量增加产生明显差别,其中30Gy辐照组增幅最大。大葱总水溶性蛋白质和维生素C的含量在30Gy组中积累最多,在90Gy组有明显下降。与M1代一致,M2代中大葱染色体微核率及RAPD分析所得的DNA多态性比率仍然与辐照剂量呈正相关,但比率整体下降;说明高能量重离子辐照造成的DNA变异在M2代被修复和淘汰。  相似文献

利用不同能量的质子在大气环境中辐照拟南芥的含水种子,能量从1.1MeV到6.5MeV.根据模拟计算结果,相应能量的离子对种子的损伤区域分别为胚的浅层、胚的一半和整个胚.本实验中,具有较高能量的质子可以完全均匀地作用于拟南芥生长、发育及遗传密切相关的胚茎端分生组织,而能量较低的质子则不能直接作用于茎端分生组织.实验所用质子注量范围为4×109ions/cm2—1×1014ions/cm2.实验结果显示,虽然拟南芥种子的发芽率和幼苗存活率随离子注量增加都呈现下降的趋势,但对应于不同的胚损伤区域,即在不同的入射质子能量条件下,注量曲线具有各自的特征.实验结果显示,拟南芥种子中除了胚茎端分生组织作为对离子辐照敏感的辐射主靶外,茎端分生组织之外的胚区域可能作为离子辐射次靶,影响到最终的辐射生物学效应. 关键词: 离子辐照 拟南芥 胚区域 生物效应  相似文献

低能离子注入育种作为一种有效的育种方法在实践中进行了大量的尝试并取得了一系列重要成果,但其作用机理一直都存在着巨大的争议,特别是射程很短的低能重离子如何穿透到种子内部触发生物效应。本研究利用SRIM、CASINO、Geant4模拟程序对低能离子注入生物样品的离子注入深度进行模拟和定量分析,并对次级粒子可能产生的影响进行了定量模拟研究。结果显示,低能重离子本身射程一般都小于1 μm,选用轻离子、提高注入能量、采用干种子进行注入,都有利于增加穿透深度。次级过程中,反冲质子的最大射程比初级入射离子的稍大,不能显著提升穿透能力。次级过程产生的粒子中只有X射线可以明显提高穿透种子的深度,只要剂量足够大,总会有少量X射线穿透到很深的地方。The breeding method by low-energy ion implantation has been proved to be a valuable breeding method by a large number of practical attempts, but the mechanism of the method has always been in a large dispute. The most difficult thing to be understood is how the low energy heavy ion with such a short range (normally shorter than 1 μm) can penetrate into the inner part of seeds to trigger the biological effects. In this paper, simulations with quantitative analysis were performed for the low energy ion implantating into biological samples and the effects caused by the secondary particles using SRIM, CASINO and Geant4 simulation programs. The results showed that the ranges of low energy heavy ions are normally less than 1 μm. The ranges can become longer if dry seeds and light ions are used with a higher energy. The ranges of recoil protons are only a little longer than that of the primary ions. Among the secondary particles produced in the ion implanting process, only the X-ray can obviously increase the penetration depth in seeds. There always will be a small amount of X-rays which can penetrate into the deeper place in the seed if the ion dose is high enough.  相似文献

在大田条件下通过采用人工UV-B灯管模拟来增加太阳光辐射量5%和10%对燕麦品种-巴燕4号的有关性状的影响进行了研究.结果表明,UV-B辐射增加能显著降低燕麦种子产量,产量下降的主要原因是每穗粒数和单位面积穗数下降.粒重的变化未达到显著水平.比较燕麦同一花位的粒苇,UV-B辐射增加导致燕麦粒重显著下降,同时导致粒重较低的高花位籽粒数减少.青藏高原上来自太阳紫外辐射量的增加可能会影响燕麦的繁殖能力.  相似文献

应用近红外光谱技术无损分析小麦种子短期自然老化过程中主要化学成分的变化趋势,并结合支持向量机建立快速判别小麦种子自然老化程度的分析模型。本实验应用VERTEX 70傅里叶变换红外光谱仪,以大样品杯旋转采样方式跟踪采集了45份小麦种子在自然老化初期、4个月、7个月、9个月的近红外光谱。标准差可以用来表征数据离散程度,因此本实验通过计算每份样本在4个自然老化阶段的光谱标准差来筛选与自然老化时间显著相关的谱区。为避免单个样本由于偶然因素导致的离散度值异常,实验统计了45份样本的光谱标准差均值,根据均值光谱得到如下谱峰:8 362,6 950,7 563,5 319,4 998和4 478 cm-1处。解析谱峰所在区域对应的化学基团归属可得:6 950 cm-1处对应的是液态水中O-H伸缩振动的一级倍频且该处离散度值较大,因此小麦种子在短期自然老化阶段中水分变化较为显著;5 319,4 998和4 478 cm-1处离散度值较6 950 cm-1处小,对应的是蛋白质仲酰胺、伯酰胺和酰胺的合频和倍频信息,因此蛋白质变化较水分而言相对平缓;8 362和7 563 cm-1处反映的主要是C-H振动的二级倍频信息且离散度值较大,而种子中蛋白质、淀粉等均具有C-H官能团,因此蛋白和淀粉等成分综合变化较为显著。在上述分析基础上,本文采用多分类支持向量机结合近红外光谱建立快速识别小麦种子四种自然老化程度的定性模型。将180份样本光谱按照3∶1随机抽取135个样本作为训练集,其余样本作为测试集。选择核函数为径向基函数,通过网格搜索法进行参数寻优得到惩罚参数为8,核参数为0.008 974 2时,训练集和测试集的识别正确率可达99.26%和99.78%。实验结果表明:近红外光谱技术结合支持向量机可快速判别小麦种子短期自然老化程度,为种子贮藏过程中生理特性变化的无损监测及开发利用提供便捷的检测手段。  相似文献

Active spot-scanning test with heavy ions at HIRFL-CSR   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
An active spot beam delivery system for heavy ion therapy has been developed based on the Cooling Storage Ring at HIRFL-CSR, where the pencil carbon-ion beams were scanned within a target volume transversely by a pair of orthogonal (horizontal and vertical) dipole magnets to paint the slices of the target volume and longitudinally by active energy variation of the synchrotron slice by slice. The unique techniques such as dose shaping via active energy variation and magnetic deflection constitute a promising three-dimensional conformal even intensity-modulated radiotherapy with heavy ions at HIRFL-CSR. In this paper, the verification of active energy variation and the calibration of steerable beam deflection are shown, as the basic functionality components of the active spot-scanning system. Additionally, based on the capability of creating homogeneous irradiation fields with steerable pencil beams, a radiobiological experiment like cell survival measurement has been performed aiming at comparison of the radiobiological effects under active and passive beam deliveries.  相似文献
