强流重离子加速器装置(HIAF)将采用电子冷却技术,降低重离子束流的发射度和动量分散,提高核物理及原子物理实验的精度与亮度。电子冷却装置的冷却段磁场均匀度是影响冷却效率的主要参数,HIAF电子冷却装置采用多个独立高精度线圈串联产生纵向磁场的设计,获得极高的冷却段磁场均匀度。本文介绍了一种测量高精度线圈磁轴偏角的装置,采用定位装置测量线圈的几何对称轴,通过旋转霍尔探头测量线圈中心平面上的径向与轴向磁场分布,再根据磁场测量数据计算出线圈磁轴与几何对称轴之间的偏角。实际测量表明该装置的磁轴偏角测量精度达到±0.10 mrad。测量得到的HIAF电子冷却装置冷却段线圈样品的磁轴偏角为(1.28±0.10)mrad,达到设计要求。 相似文献

为了更有效地测量用于上海同步辐射光源波荡器的积分场误差,在已有的伸展线磁测系统的基础上研制了一套翻转线圈磁测系统,该系统的运动控制、数据采集和数据分析处理均可自动完成。在利用这套磁测系统测量3.4×10-6 T·m磁场积分时获得高于1×10-6 T·m的测量精度,初步的实验结果表明这套波荡器积分磁场测量系统具有测量精度好、速度快的特点,与已有的伸展线磁测系统、平移线圈磁测系统和霍尔点测系统相比,它更适合于测量波荡器的一、二次场积分和多极场分量。 相似文献

自行研制成功一台14.5GHz新型高磁场高电荷态电子回旋共振(ECR)离子源.描述了该离子源结构特点、参数优化及其磁场分布,并给出了调试测量结果.该离子源轴向磁镜场在轴线上的最高磁场可达1.5T,六极永磁体在弧腔内表面磁场可达1.0T.经初步调试,可得到07+140eμA,Ar11+185eμA,Xe26+50eμA.所得结果与1998年国际上最好的ECR离子源进行了比较. 相似文献

本文在电磁感应法的基础上,通过与亥姆霍兹线圈串联使电容达到谐振的改进方法,测量了不同电容参数下的亥姆霍兹线圈磁场分布,并利用Origin软件拟合分析了亥姆霍兹线圈磁场与中心轴线位置的关系.实验结果表明,基于电磁感应的改进方法测得的亥姆霍兹线圈磁场精确度在一定程度上均大于传统电磁感应法的测量结果,3种电容选择中,串联电容为0.099×10-6F时,精确度最高,拟合的亥姆霍兹线圈磁场与中心轴线位置的关系式与理论状态下的公式基本吻合.改进方法的实验效果明显,精确度高,科学可行,是一种值得推广的测量亥姆霍兹线圈磁场的改进方法. 相似文献

This paper describes a superconducting magnet system for the China Accelerator Driven System (CADS). The magnetic field is provided by one main, two bucking and four racetrack coils. The main coil produces a central field of up to 7 T and the effective length is more than 140 mm, the two bucking coils can shield most of the fringe field, and the four racetrack superconducting coils produce the steering magnetic field. Its leakage field in the cavity zone is about 5× 10-5 T when the shielding material Niobium and cryogenic permalloy are used as the Meissner shielding and passive shielding respectively. HIRFL-CSR实验环电子冷却装置采用了能够产生空心电子束的电子枪。弯曲螺线管内采用了静电偏转电极,冷却段采用了独立的高精度螺线管串联产生纵向磁场的设计。测量了沿离子束运动方向冷却段磁场分布及磁场平行度、电子枪和收集器性能、300kV高压电源相关参数。结果表明,此装置达到了预期的设计目标。: In CSRe electron cooling device, a special electron gun which can produce variable profile electron beam with different size and density distribution was adopted for decreasing ion losses. Electrostatic bending device was used for reducing electron beam losses and improving vacuum condition. The instability of the electron beam is suppressed because the secondary electrons from collector would come back to the collector in the same orbit finally. Longitudinal magnetic field with parallelism better than 10-4 was achieved by adopting of independent high precise solenoid coils at cooling section. In this case, the r.m.s deviations of the transverse magnetic field at cooling section in horizontal and vertical direction are 3.298×10-5 and 2.458×10-5 respectively. The characters of the gun and collector were investigated. The results were presented and indicate that it achieves the design purpose very well. 相似文献

HI-13串列加速器升级工程中的ISOL高质量分辨谱仪要求20000的质量分辨率, 分析磁铁磁场均匀性要求好于1×10-5。 要达到这样高的磁场均匀性, 必须对磁铁进行垫补。 介绍了二极铁表面线圈垫补均匀场的设计方法和制作工艺, 并且基于现有的一块C型二极铁对表面线圈垫补均匀场的方法进行了实验研究。 实验结果表明, 采用表面线圈垫补后, 场均匀性提高了一个数量级, 积分场的均匀性从5×10-4提高到3×10-5。 The mass resolving power of ISOL’s spectrometer for Beijing Radioactive Ion beam Facilities project is 20000, which requires the field uniformity of the magnet better than 1×10-5. To achieve such a high uniformity field,field optimize is indispensable. This paper presents the design method,manufacture techniques and experiment results of surface coils,which are set on pole face of a dipole to improve the magnetic field homogeneity. The integral field uniformity with surface coil is optimized to 3×10-5 from 5×10-4,which is improved roughly an order of magnitude. 相似文献

It is thought that the design of magnetic field modulation coils is one of the factors limiting enlargement of the sample
size in electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) measurements. In this study, we miniaturized the magnetic field modulation coil
and combined it with a surface-coil-type resonator (SCR). The inductor of the SCR was a circular single-turn one-loop coil
(diameter, 1 mm), and the magnetic field modulation coil was a twin-loop coil consisting of two solenoid coils each made of
15 turns of copper wire on a cylindrical bobbin with an axial length of 3 mm and an elliptical cross section (major axis,
7 mm; minor axis, 3 mm). The former was located on the latter via a spacer (thickness, 3 mm) in such a way that the directions
of their axes coincided. Their combined size was about 10 mm wide, 10 mm deep, and 6 mm high. The transmission lines of the
SCR were set on resonance at about 700 MHz. EPR measurements of a phantom (comprising agar that included a nitroxide radical
and physiological saline solution), made with a miniaturized modulation coil combined with the SCR, exhibited a sensitivity
similar to that for the conventional method.

介绍了EBIT(Electron Beam Ion Trap,电子束离子阱)装置零蒸发低温超导磁体系统的研制过程与超导磁体的性能测试结果。该系统中超导磁体由一对上下布置的分离线圈组成,中心最大磁场强度可达4.5T,在中心轴线上±10mm内磁场均匀度优于2×10-4,磁场衰减系数在8h小于1×10-4;同时其低温杜瓦系统采用双冷屏结构,并通过二级G-M制冷机冷却冷屏来降低液氦的蒸发量。超导磁体的性能测试结果表明满足用户基本要求。 相似文献
