A new high-performance laser scanning system is designed. In this system, a scanning arm consisting of a pentagonal prism and a scanning object lens is used to replace the traditional Fθ lens, and a circular imaging plate transmission mechanism is specially designed in order to meet the requirement of the scanning arm. At the same time, the stimulation fluorescence can be obtained by the scanning arm. Some main factors that influence the spatial resolution and the performance of the laser scanner system are analyzed, and the analysis results are presented, which is helpful for further optimization design of the system. Experimental results indicate that the images obtained by the system have good visual effects and can meet the requirements of industrial inspection.  相似文献

 为实现微型光谱仪在工程领域的广泛应用,研究了其核心器件——扭转式微机械扫描光栅的结构与制作方法。利用SOI工艺,设计一种无需启动电极的静电梳齿驱动结构,可以使扭转式微机械扫描光栅具有低频驱动、制作工艺简单、扫描范围广等优点。通过设计的制作工艺方法,研制出了能够初步满足性能要求的扭转式微机械扫描光栅样件。测试结果表明:该微扫描光栅在驱动电压为25 V时最大转角可达到±4.8°,对应的光学扫描角为19.2°。  相似文献

在微光机电系统(MOEMS)技术的基础上,采用绝缘体上硅(SOI)的体硅加工工艺,设计并加工制作了一种新型的静电驱动的谐振式微机电系统(MEMS)扫描镜。介绍了其基本工作原理及结构设计特点;理论计算了圆形和方形两种结构的尺寸扫描镜的谐振频率,并利用ANSYS有限元软件进行仿真;设计并搭建了一个简单易操作的光学测试系统,对研制出的MEMS扫描镜(7.1mm×5.2mm)进行扫描角度测试。利用该器件参数激励的迟滞频率特性,对其谐振频率进行实际测量。同时,为验证其所测谐振频率的准确性,利用激光多普勒测振(LDV)系统对其进行测试。在工作电压10V,方形和圆形扫描镜的驱动频率分别为556Hz和596Hz时,机械扫描角度分别可达到约6°和5°,谐振频率分别约为300Hz和277Hz。并分析误差产生的原因及其结果。  相似文献

The rotary-laser scanning technique is an important method in scale measurements due to its high accuracy and large measurement range. This paper first introduces a newly designed measurement station which is able to provide two-dimensional measurement information including the azimuth and elevation by using the rotary-laser scanning technique, then presents the architectural stability analysis of this technique by detailed theoretical derivations. Based on the designed station, a validation using both experiment and simulation is presented in order to verify the analytic conclusion. The results show that the architectural stability of the rotary-laser scanning technique is only affected by the two scanning angles׳ difference. And the difference which brings the best architectural stability can be calculated by using pre-calibrated parameters of the two laser planes. This research gives us an insight into the rotary-laser scanning technique. Moreover, the measurement accuracy of the rotary-laser scanning technique can be further improved based on the results of the study.  相似文献

In the field of lidar system design, there is a need for laser scanners that offer fast linear scanning, are small size and have small a rotational inertia moment. Currently, laser scanners do not meet the above needs. A new laser scanner based on two amplified piezoelectric actuators is designed in this paper. The laser scanner has small size, high mechanical resonance frequencies and a small rotational inertia moment. The size of the mirror is 20 mm×15 mm. To achieve fast linear scanning performance, an open-loop controller is designed to compensate the hysteresis behavior and to restrain oscillations that are caused by the mechanical resonances of the scanner's mechanical structure. By comparing measured scanning waveforms, nonlinearities and scan line images between the uncontrolled and controlled scanner, it was found that the scanning linearity of linear scanning was improved The open-loop controlled laser scanner realizes linear scanning at 250 Hz with optical scan angle of ±12 mrad.  相似文献

利用机械调节波导宽边尺寸可变化波导波长,从而实现变频波束扫描相同的效果,针对窄边辐射波导行波阵的波束扫描特性进行了分析,以实现宽角波束扫描为目标,着重分析了不同辐射缝隙间距下变化宽边所能得到的最大波束扫描范围。设计了通过变化宽边尺寸实现宽角扫描的X波段窄边辐射波导缝隙阵,设计波束扫描范围指向波导馈入端,避开阵列法向辐射(此方向辐射效率较低),实现了29°的连续波束扫描范围,在波束扫描范畴内增益下降小于3 dB,辐射效率大于62%;设计缝隙宽度3 mm, 波导长度约1 m(缝隙数40),单根波导缝隙天线可实现高功率微波功率容量70 MW。  相似文献

设计了一种可实现收发一体连续扫描的微透镜阵列,该三片式微透镜阵列以加入场镜的开普勒望远结构为原型,通过微透镜阵列之间的微小横向位移进行接收视场的选择与发射光线的同步偏转,完成扫描光学系统对大视场区域的光束收发。设计约束望远镜的视觉放大率为1,即入射和出射端口的微单元通光孔径相等,从而实现收发共用且不会造成能量损失和串扰。利用ZEMAX光学设计软件,采用发射、接收端口单独设计然后拼接的方法搭建模型。微透镜阵列工作中心波长为1 064 nm,凝视视场为±1.06°,扫描视场为±10°,单元规格为1 mm×1 mm,且只需移动一片即可实现双向扫描,具有体积小、扫描角度大、灵敏度高等优点。  相似文献

动镜扫描系统是傅里叶变换红外光谱仪中唯一不断运动的部件,其扫描的精度与行程直接影响仪器的信噪比、重复性与分辨率等指标。在利用立体角镜的光学特性和柔性簧片枢轴的机械特性的基础之上,设计了一种结构紧凑,体积小巧的干涉仪动镜扫描系统,设计了基于模糊控制算法的控制器,对动镜的扫描速度进行精密的控制。实验表明,动镜机构的扫描稳定性优于99.8%,所测得的红外光谱具有较高的信噪比能够满足高精度定量分析的要求。  相似文献
