利用ANSYS有限元软件计算了声波测井中使用的偶极子换能器在不同机械边界条件下的振动模态和频率响应。计算结果显示,偶极子换能器在一定的频率范围内有多个振动模态,不同的机械边界条件不仅影响振动模态的个数而且还影响同一振动模态的谐振频率;从频率响应曲线上还可以看出此结构的偶极子换能器在做弯曲振动时的频带较窄,这对在不同地层井眼中进行的偶极子声波测井非常不利。通过多个不同主频的偶极子换能器组合工作可以从根本上拓宽偶极声波换能器的频带宽度。  相似文献

本文研究水声换能器瞬态校准技术。用Prony参数模型来进行采样的瞬态信号的分析,大大扩展了由校准水域有限尺寸限定的可校准的低频限;提出了通过设计最小相位信号来补偿换能器发射特性起伏,而提高换能器校准精度的新方案;并由设计的模拟校准实验和实际校准实验证明了其有效性。  相似文献

本文根据井孔中弯曲等模式声波的速度频散特性,利用压电晶片的弯曲振动模式,提出并设计了一种用于直接横波测井的偶极子和四极子换能器.对设计制作的多极子换能器的振动和电声性能进行了测试。在快地层人工模拟井孔中的一发一收的试验表明,这种换能器能较好地在充液井孔中激发出弯曲等模式的声波,为实现快慢地层井孔中的直接横波测井提供了一种发射和接收换能器。  相似文献

在固体测量中,横波换能器所产生的波列中常伴随有纵波,认识纵波产生的原因可以解释横波测试中出现的现象,以及抑制纵波提供有效的方法,本文利用实验研究的方法,用一对纵波偶极子换能器的对比实验,分析了2-2型压电复合材料厚度切变换能器产生纵波的机理,发现这是一种伴随着晶片厚度切变振动而产生的“偶极子”纵波,并由此解释了这种纵波的伴随性,频率特性及其首波与横波首波位相相反等问题。  相似文献

为提高偶极子横波远探测反射波的信噪比和增加其探测距离,根据偶极子井孔模式波的激发特性及反射波传播特征分析,研制了基于三叠片的低频大功率偶极子的横波远探测换能器,以降低模式波的相对能量和增加反射波的相对能量。为了得到满足要求的低频大功率偶极换能器,采用有限元方法对现有三叠片进行了优化改进,得到一种符合设计要求的换能器结构,最后制作了样机并对其进行了测试。样机测试结果跟仿真吻合得很好,低频性能得到了极大改善:换能器在谐振频率1.2 kHz附近具有极好的偶极子指向性,谐振频率处的响应比X-MAC同频率段大19 dB。该换能器的研发成功将为偶极子远探测测井仪器性能及成像质量的提高奠定了坚实的基础。  相似文献

本文从换能器的互易原理出发,利用平面波自易校准法获得换能器的自由场发送电流响应.根据平面活塞型换能器的衍射规律,推导出发射声功率的表达式.由此计算互易换能器在给定驱动电流(或电压)作用下的辐射超声功率.基于上述原理,使用自易校准装置测量了互易换能器的声功率一频率曲线.估计的测量不确定优于±20%.  相似文献

在声速测定实验中,接收换能器位置对谐振频率测量结果有一定影响。目前,对这种影响的研究较少。研究接收换能器输出电压随接收换能器位置的变化,发现当两个换能器间距较小时,不同频率下的输出电压极大值的位置是聚集的,随着换能器间距的增加该位置逐渐发散。当换能器间距较小且接收换能器处于干涉极小值位置时,谐振频率测量不受共振干涉的影响。  相似文献

一、引言 由于建造一个测试水声换能器的消声水池费用昂贵,而且消声效果很难低于1kHz,因此目前国内外的一般未消声水池几乎都用脉冲法测量。但在水池脉冲法校准水声换能器时,由于要求换能器信号达到稳态后才能进行,所以校准的频率范围受水池尺寸的很大限制。如一个5×7.5×7.5m~3的水池一般在4kHz频率以上进行校准。因此,水声换能器的低频校准,特别是水声换能器的低频发射响应都是在开阔水域中进行校准,如水库、港湾、海上。为此,我们研究了脉冲信号在水声测量中的应用问题。  相似文献

高温偶极子发射换能器是200℃高温多极子阵列声波测井仪器研发需要攻克的主要核心关键技术问题之一。针对这一问题,该文从材料选型和工艺改良两个方面开展技术攻关,研发了耐温达200℃偶极子发射换能器,样机耐温性能测试表明其能够在200℃下连续工作12 h而不损坏,声性能测试样机最大发射电压响应为124 dB,具有与现用换能器相当的辐射性能,样机尺寸及工作频率与现用换能器几乎完全一致,可以方便地对现用仪器进行升级。目前搭载该样机的仪器已经通过孤古8实验井测试,并在新疆顺北油田现场近9000 m井下取得高质量数据,达到设计目的。该文为开展更高温换能器研发提供了详细的研究思路。  相似文献

An array of autonomous hydrophones moored in the eastern tropical Pacific was monitored for one year to examine the occurrence of whale calls in this region. Six hydrophones which recorded from 0-40 Hz were placed at 8 degrees N, 0 degree, and 8 degrees S along longitudes 95 degrees W and 110 degrees W. Seven types of sounds believed to be produced by large whales were detected. These sound types were categorized as either moan-type (4) or pulse-type (3) calls. Three of the moan-type calls, and probably the fourth, may be attributed to blue whales. The source(s) of the remaining calls is unknown. All of the call types studied showed seasonal and geographical variation. There appeared to be segregation between northern and southern hemispheres, such that call types were recorded primarily on the northern hydrophones in the northern winter and others recorded primarily on the southern hemisphere hydrophones in the southern winter. More calls and more call types were recorded on the eastern hydrophones than on the western hydrophones.  相似文献

Design considerations, assembly details, and operating procedures of one version of a cost-effective basic fiber-optic probe hydrophone (FOPH) are described in order to convey practical information to groups interested in constructing a similar device. The use of fiber optic hydrophones can overcome some of the limitations associated with traditional polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) hydrophones for calibration of acoustic fields. Compared to standard PVDF hydrophones, FOPH systems generally have larger bandwidths, enhanced spatial resolution, reduced directionality, and greater immunity to electromagnetic interference, though they can be limited by significantly lower sensitivities. The FOPH system presently described employs a 100-microm multimode optical fiber as the sensing element and incorporates a 1-W laser diode module, 2 x 2 optical coupler, and general-purpose 50-MHz silicon p-i-n photodetector. Wave forms generated using the FOPH system and a reference PVDF hydrophone are compared, and intrinsic and substitution methods for calibrating the FOPH system are discussed. The voltage-to-pressure transfer factor is approximately 0.8 mV/MPa (-302 dB re 1 V/microPa), though straightforward modifications to the optical components in the FOPH system are discussed that can significantly increase this value. Recommendations are presented to guide the choice of optical components and to provide practical insight into the routine usage of the FOPH device.  相似文献

光纤水听器和矢量水听器作为当前水声研究领域最具有代表性的两大技术倍受业界关注。光纤水听器的重要贡献在于,从一个全新的角度出发,试图解决传统的水声传感和声纳数据传输一体化设计和实现的一系列问题,这有助于改善声纳系统的可靠性,并且有可能降低其制造、使用和维护的总成本。矢量水听器则由于其特有的指向性和矢量一相位处理方法,在低频和甚低频水声微弱目标探测方面具有潜在的优势.经过不懈的努力,光纤水听器和矢量水听器系统已经从实验室逐渐进入到工程应用阶段.这些对未来声纳系统的发展会产生相当重要的影响.文章尝试从声纳设计的角度对这两者的技术现状进行简要综述,包括它们各自的物理基础、工作原理、关键技术和应用领域.  相似文献

Two Michelson interferometric fiber-optic hydrophones that use panda polarization-maintaining fibers and devices have been constructed and tested. The low-frequency acoustic sensitivities of both hydrophones are -159 dB re 1 rad/microPa. One of the hydrophones tested has a small cylindrical Helmholtz resonator that has a break point near 1200 Hz and a measured roll-off of approximately 50 dB/octave, and it is a hydrostatic-pressure-insensitive design. This hydrophone is a prototype device for a class of sensors that can be used to eliminate aliasing in future sonar systems. To our knowledge, this is the first time that such a fiber-optic hydrophone has been reported.  相似文献

The present study describes the development and testing of a tool for dolphin research. This tool was able to visualize the dolphin echolocation signals as well as function as an acoustically operated "touch screen." The system consisted of a matrix of hydrophones attached to a semitransparent screen, which was lowered in front of an underwater acrylic panel in a dolphin pool. When a dolphin aimed its sonar beam at the screen, the hydrophones measured the received sound pressure levels. These hydrophone signals were then transferred to a computer where they were translated into a video image that corresponds to the dynamic sound pressure variations in the sonar beam and the location of the beam axis. There was a continuous projection of the image back onto the hydrophone matrix screen, giving the dolphin an immediate visual feedback to its sonar output. The system offers a whole new experimental methodology in dolphin research and since it is software-based, many different kinds of scientific questions can be addressed. The results were promising and motivate further development of the system and studies of sonar and cognitive abilities of dolphins.  相似文献

The possibility of selecting modes that propagate between two spaced observation points without the use of vertical arrays and low-frequency emitters is considered. Modes are selected from the cross-correlation function of noise received by single hydrophones. It is shown that modes at frequencies near the minima of the dispersion dependences of their group velocities, where stationary phase regions are observed, make the main contribution to the noise cross-correlation function. This makes it possible to identify modes of different numbers and estimate their propagation times between hydrophones, which can be the basis for shallow-water passive mode tomography using data from single bottom hydrophones. The modes were selected based on data from a experiment carried out in the Barents Sea.  相似文献

Knowing the low-frequency response of hydrophones, down to 100 kHz at least, is important for accurate biomedical ultrasound measurements. However, current international standards do not extend below 500 kHz. Furthermore, commercial hydrophone sources typically do not supply sensitivity data below 1-2 MHz. Therefore, to help identify and validate practical calibration methods below 2 MHz, the authors have extended their previous individual efforts in an interlaboratory evaluation of sensitivity calibration using the swept-frequency technique, time delay spectrometry (TDS). Calibrations were performed for needle and membrane PVDF hydrophones using each laboratory's TDS system. Each site employed the same purpose-built broadband source transducers, comprising both plano-concave and biconcave 1-3 piezocomposite elements 4 cm in diameter, with maximum and minimum thicknesses of approximately 1.5 and 0.1 cm. Agreement between laboratories was within the estimated measurement precision of +/-0.6 dB. The results demonstrated that a TDS system employing such transducers constitutes a viable method for hydrophone calibrations in this frequency range.  相似文献

拖线阵声呐流噪声大小与水听器形状密切相关,为了揭示矢量拖线阵流噪声响应特性,研究了不同形状矢量水听器滤波特性及其噪声抑制特点。基于波数-频率谱分析方法,导出了圆柱形、球形、胶囊形矢量水听器的波数响应函数以及噪声功率谱解析表达式;并根据湍流边界层压力起伏Carpenter模型数值计算了矢量水听器波数响应函数、流噪声响应特性与水听器形状和几何尺寸之间的变化规律,得到了不同形状矢量水听器抑制流噪声特点。研究结果表明,细长胶囊形矢量水听器具有较好的流噪声抑制性能。   相似文献

对四阶声低通滤波光纤水听器的声压灵敏度频响特性进行了详细的理论和实验研究.在已有的低频集中参量模型中引入了一个机械声阻,用于描述系统的机械损耗,从而得到了改进的声学等效电路.相位频响特性对于光纤水听器的阵列应用非常重要,关系到阵列的波束形成效果,进而影响系统定位、识别与跟踪目标的能力,因此在分析幅度频响特性的同时研究了相位频响特性.仿真分析了各主要参量对声压传递函数的影响,得到了一些对声低通滤波光纤水听器设计具有重要指导意义的结论.实测声压灵敏度频响曲线与仿真结果基本一致,较好地验证了理论分析的正确性.四 关键词: 光纤传感器 光纤水听器 声压灵敏度 低通滤波器  相似文献
