给出一种适用于含导电界面的有耗分层介质的传播矩阵方法.利用相位匹配原理给出斜入射时有耗介质波矢量的实部和虚部,二者方向不同使得在介质中传播非均匀平面波.根据边界条件,推导了跨越石墨烯界面的传播矩阵,以及"无限薄"石墨烯层的反透射系数解析式.最终将传播矩阵方法推广应用于含石墨烯界面的有耗分层介质情形,可用于快速解析分析分层介质与导电界面复合结构的反透射和电波传播特性.  相似文献

在实验室坐标系下由Maxwell旋度方程出发构造了横向场的状态矢量和耦合矩阵,讨论了各 向异性介质中的特征波.通过引入横向场的传播矩阵,进而得到分层各向异性介质的反射系数和透射系数的解析表达式.该式可以适用于一般情况,包括分层单轴各向异性材料和回旋介质,以及半空间各向异性介质的反射和透射问题. 关键词: 广义传播矩阵 各向异性介质 反射与透射  相似文献

采用自由能极小的方法研究了铁磁/反铁磁双层膜系统在外应力场下的交换各向异性.本模型中铁磁层具有单轴磁晶各向异性和立方磁晶各向异性,而反铁磁层仅具有单轴磁晶各向异性,但其厚度趋于半无穷.理论上解析地给出了系统的等效交换偏置和钉扎角(它显示了反铁磁层对铁磁层磁化的钉扎作用)与外应力场之间的关系.数值计算表明:系统的等效交换偏置与外磁场的方向有关,而与其大小无关;然而外应力场的大小和方向均对系统的等效交换偏置有影响,其根源在于外应力场的大小和方向都影响着钉扎角. 关键词: 铁磁/反铁磁双层膜 交换偏置 钉扎角 应力场  相似文献

比较了铁磁单层膜与铁磁/反铁磁双层膜结构中的磁畴演化行为, 发现由于反铁磁层膜对铁磁层膜的耦合作用使得系统的磁畴壁厚度、 磁畴壁等效质量、磁畴壁移动速度等发生了改变, 系统的矫顽场增强, 并出现了交换偏置场. 文章具体研究了反铁磁层耦合作用下其磁畴壁厚度、 等效质量以及磁畴壁移动速度等与反铁磁层的净磁化、 磁各向异性、界面耦合强度以及温度等的关系; 并研究了其对铁磁/反铁磁双层膜中的交换偏置场、矫顽场的影响. 进而 从磁畴结构的形成及其演化上揭示了铁磁/反铁磁双 层膜中出现交换偏置以及矫顽场增加的物理机制.  相似文献

采用微磁学理论研究了铁磁/反铁磁双层膜中的铁磁共振现象.本模型将铁磁薄层抽象为一个单晶,具有立方磁晶各向异性和单轴磁晶各向异性,而反铁磁层视为厚度趋近于半无穷,且只有单轴磁晶各向异性.推导出了该系统的铁磁共振频率和频率谱宽度的解析式.数值计算表明,铁磁共振模式分两支,取决于立方磁晶各向异性.而界面的交换耦合,是磁易轴具有单向性的起因.  相似文献

从系统能量出发,采用Smith和Beljers理论方法研究了铁磁/反铁磁双层膜系统在外应力场下的铁磁共振现象.本模型中铁磁薄层具有单轴磁晶各向异性和立方磁晶各向异性,而反铁磁层非常薄因而其能量可忽略.推导出了该系统的铁磁共振频率和频谱宽度的解析式.结果表明:外应力场仅在低磁场下对具有立方磁晶各向异性系统的铁磁共振有影响,且区分弱磁场和强磁场的临界场依赖于外应力场的方向. 关键词: 铁磁/反铁磁双层膜 交换偏置 铁磁共振 应力场  相似文献

根据相位匹配条件,推导了平面电磁波斜入射情形下分层有耗手征介质中本征波复数波矢量的实部和虚部,二者方向不同使得在介质中传播的本征波为非均匀平面波.然后通过波矢量实部确定了介质中本征波的折射角.最后根据边界条件和本征波场方程给出了分层有耗手征介质中斜入射电磁波的传播矩阵,该传播矩阵可用于解析分析任意入射角情形下分层手征介质的反射透射和电波传播特性.  相似文献

为了研究反铁磁基体中掺杂的金属离子对交换偏置效应的影响, 本文采用非均相沉淀法制备了纳米复合材料. X射线衍射图(XRD)和场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM) 照片清晰表明CuO纳米复合样品具有统一的颗粒尺寸, 约为80 nm. 通过体系中掺杂磁性金属离子Ni和Fe, 实现了亚铁磁MFe2O4 (M=Cu, Ni)晶粒镶嵌在反铁磁(AFM) CuO 基体中. 在CuO基体中加入少量的Ni能改变两相交界面的磁无序从而生成类自旋玻璃相, 相应提高对铁磁相磁矩的钉扎作用. 同时, 场冷过程中反铁磁相内形成磁畴, 冻结在原始状态或磁场方向上, 畴壁也起到钉扎铁磁自旋的作用, 进而提高交换偏置效应. 随后加入的Ni 会生成各向异性能较大的NiO, 也能够提高交换偏置场. 在带场冷却下, 所有样品均发生垂直交换偏置, 也证明了样品在场冷过程中形成了自旋玻璃相, 正是由于亚铁磁与自旋玻璃相界面上的磁交换耦合, 才导致回线在整个测量范围内发生了向上偏移. 零场冷却和场冷却(ZFC/FC)情况下磁化强度与温度变化曲线(M-T)说明在这些复合材料中的交换偏置效应是由于存在亚铁磁颗粒和类自旋玻璃相界面处的交换耦合作用. 研究发现随着持续掺杂Ni离子, 交换偏置场先缓慢增加后又急剧增加, 生成各向异性能高的反铁磁相NiO 和反铁磁相内的畴态组织是这一结果的原因.  相似文献

研究了交换偏置双层膜中界面存在二次以及双二次交换耦合下反铁磁磁矩转动及其交换各向异性.结果表明,其反铁磁膜中的磁矩转动存在可逆“恢复行为”、不可逆“半转动行为”、不可逆“倒转行为”以及不可逆“半倒转行为”四种情形,四种情形的出现强烈地依赖于界面二次、双二次耦合以及反铁磁膜厚度.其中可逆恢复行为情况下,系统出现交换偏置,而不可逆的半转、半倒转以及倒转情形,系统不出现交换偏置.特别地,在界面处仅存在双二次耦合的情形下,其界面双二次耦合常数J2≤0.1 σ关键词: 反铁磁自旋结构 交换各向异性 界面双二次耦合 交换偏置  相似文献

In this paper, we propose an ultra-wideband reflective linear cross-polarization converter based on anisotropic metasurface. Its unit cell is composed of a square-shaped resonator with intersectant diagonal and metallic ground sheet separated by dielectric substrate. Simulated results show that the converter can generate resonances at four frequencies under normal incident electromagnetic(EM) wave, leading to the bandwidth expansion of cross-polarization reflection. For verification,the designed polarization converter is fabricated and measured. The measured and simulated results agree well with each other, showing that the fabricated converter can convert x- or y-polarized incident wave into its cross polarized wave in a frequency range from 7.57 GHz to 20.46 GHz with a relative bandwidth of 91.2%, and the polarization conversion efficiency is greater than 90%. The proposed polarization converter has a simple geometry but an ultra wideband compared with the published designs, and hence possesses potential applications in novel polarization-control devices.  相似文献

从麦克斯韦方程组出发,结合超常介质的特殊性质,分析了电磁波在一种具有线性色散关系的各向异性超常介质中的传播特性。在线性色散关系的情况下,得到了超常介质的介电张量和磁导率张量各元素之间的条件表达式。根据能量守恒定律和电磁场的边界连续性条件,在横电波(TE)和横磁波(TM)入射时,分析了折射波矢和能流与入射波矢和能流方向之间的关系。发现无论是TE波还是TM波,在这种介质中传输时,都产生了光准直的现象,且TE波和TM波的传输方式是相反的。  相似文献

The propagation of transverse electric (TE) and transverse magnetic (TM) waves in a waveguide of arbitrary cross section with an anisotropic periodically space-and time-modulated insert is considered. Under the assumption that the modulation indices are small, analytical expressions for the TE and TM fields in the domain of weak interaction between the signal wave and modulating wave are derived. The frequency near which strong interaction between these waves occurs is found, and specific features of the fields in this domain are revealed.  相似文献

为了研究一维各向异性光子晶体的全反射隧穿偏振特性,利用传输矩阵法计算了TE波和TM波以大于全反射角入射一维各向异性光子晶体时的透射率,在透射波中发现了TE波和TM波的一、二级全反射隧穿带.得出了与一维各向同性光子晶体的全反射隧穿效应的不同点,即TE波和TM波的一、二级全反射隧穿带的频率中心和频率宽度存在着较大的差异,利用这个特性可以将两种偏振光进行频率分离,为设计优质偏振滤波器提供理论依据.  相似文献

The electromagnetic scattering from an anisotropic cylindrical dielectric shell is formulated by using the wave functions for anisotropic media and the boundary-value method. The cylindrical shell is assumed to be infinite in length, and it is illuminated by a plane wave or a cylindrical wave from a line source. The problem is two-dimensional and the solutions to both types of polarization (TE and TM) are presented. Numerical results for the effects of various geometrical and electrical parameters on the bistatic radar cross section are presented.  相似文献

We systematically investigate the reflection and refraction of an electromagnetic wave between two semi-infinite anisotropic magnetoelectric materials. Using the integral formulation of Hertz vectors and the principle of superposition, we generalize the extinction theorem and derive the propagation characteristics of wave. Applying the results obtained, we find a general origin of Brewster effect. We also show that, through choosing appropriate material parameters, oblique or omnidirectional total transmission can occur to TE and TM waves. Compared to the traditional method, the method used here discloses the underlying mechanism of wave propagation between two arbitrary anisotropic materials and can be applied to other problems of propagation.  相似文献

A theory of the optical surface two-photon small-amplitude breather in a multilayer system of the isotropic and anisotropic left-hand metamaterials, when there are a graphene monolayer (graphene-like twodimensional material) and a transition layer with impurity optical atoms (semiconductor quantum dots), is constructed. It is shown that the system of constitutive equations for two-photon transitions and wave equation for a surface plasmon–polariton TM mode are reduced to the nonlinear Schrödinger equation with damping. Explicit analytical expressions for a surface two-photon small-amplitude self-induced transparency breather (0π-pulse) are obtained. It is shown that the optical conductivity of graphene leads to the exponential damping of intensity of a surface two-photon nonlinear wave during the propagation. One- and two-photon small-amplitude breathers in graphene are compared, and it is shown that differences between their parameters are substantial.  相似文献

采用移位算子方法把时域有限差分法推广应用于二维磁各向异性色散介质—磁化铁氧体中.证明了电磁波横向入射二维轴向磁化铁氧体目标情形下,电磁波可按目标的轴向分解为横电波(TE波)和横磁波(TM波),且TE波的散射特性与铁氧体介质无关,而TM波的散射特性与介质电磁参量密切相关,同时对其物理原因进行了分析.通过采用移位算子方法处理磁化铁氧体频域本构关系,得到该情形下目标电磁散射的移位算子时域有限差的迭代计算公式,同时解决了电磁波在各向异性和频率色散介质中传播的问题.计算了轴向磁化铁氧体涂敷VonKarman型导体柱的TM波双站雷达散射截面,分析了铁氧体参量对目标双站雷达散射截面的影响.结果表明:恰当地选择铁氧体参量能有效地减少目标的雷达散射截面,本文时谐因子取exp〔jωt〕.  相似文献

A method based on the approximate wave functions for anisotropic media and the mode-matching approach is developed to solve the problem of the electromagnetic scattering from an anisotropic cylindrical dielectric shell. The cylindrical shell is assumed to be infinite in length, and it is illuminated by a plane wave or a cylindrical wave from a line source. The problem is two-dimensional and the solutions to both types of polarization (TE and TM) are presented. The validity of this solution is verified by comparing the numerical results with those in literatures and the previous calculations based on the exact wave functions for anisotropic media. Numerical results show the higher computational efficiency of the present method for bounded anisotropic media.  相似文献

The emphasis of this paper is on investigation of the TM/TE depolarization along a magnetized surface. In this regard, initially, the wave equation with appropriate boundary conditions is solved for the propagation constant of the wave along the interface. Next, in order to investigate the electromagnetic field TM/TE depolarization along a linear magnetoplasmon–dielectric interface, coupled partial differential equations are derived for the amplitudes of the TE and TM polarized fields along the surface. These equations are then solved using the Fourier transform and 4th order Runge–Kutta methods and the envelopes of the electric field are obtained. The dependency of the propagation constants of the slow and fast modes on the frequency and magnitude of DC magnetic bias field is investigated. A discussion of TE mode deflection is also provided.  相似文献
