双腔法布里-珀罗腔透射特性   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3       下载免费PDF全文
基于单腔和双腔结构的法布里-珀罗(F-P)腔透射光强度公式,研究了单腔F-P结构的镜面反射率与腔长对透射谱线的影响;在总腔长相同时,模拟分析了单腔、对称及非对称双腔的透射光谱特性;分析了镜面反射率对非对称双腔F-P结构透射光谱的影响。结果表明:无论单腔还是双腔的F-P结构,镜面反射率增加导致输出峰的峰值半高宽(FWHM)减小;腔长度增加会导致输出谐振峰间距减小,而通过调节腔长比例系数和选择镜面反射率,总长度相同的双腔能在不减小主谐振峰透射率的同时增加谱线间距。最后,讨论了镜面反射率对输出谱线FWHM以及腔长微小形变对中心谐振峰的位置、FWHM和透射率的影响。  相似文献

基于光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)反射复振幅相移对FBG法布里-珀罗腔透射谱的影响,分析了传统耦合模理论计算均匀FBG反射复振幅相移产生误差的原因.引入折射率分布初始相位参数描述FBG折射率分布纵向的微小偏移,用真实的反透射系数代替简明形式的反透射系数,对传统耦合模理论进行了修正,增加了与折射率分布初始相位参数有关而与波长无关的相位因子.在此基础上进一步对计算非均匀FBG的传输矩阵法的相位进行了修正.修正后的快速计算结果用于FBG法布里-珀罗腔透射谱的计算,可反映折射率分布初始相位参数对透射峰波长位置的影响,与Rouard 算法及实验值均有较好的一致性. 关键词: 光纤Bragg 光栅 法布里-珀罗腔 耦合模理论  相似文献

采用等效法布里珀罗(FP)腔方法对分布布喇格反射镜(DBR)的特性进行了研究,计算并讨论了上下两层DBR结构非对称模型反射率的变化.设计了DBR反射镜的反射谱中心波长为850nm的结构.随着DBR周期数的增加,腔反射率峰值逐渐增加.上下两层DBR反射镜的厚度由反射率和中心波长决定.实验表明,下DBR的周期数为30对左右,上DBR的周期数为20对左右,易实现激光输出.非对称的双层DBR的反射特性表明理论计算与实验结果基本一致.  相似文献

用Si和复折射率介质构成了(AB)N型一维准周期光子晶体,在考虑Si色散关系的基础上,利用传输矩阵法研究了其透射特性.数值计算表明其TE波的透射谱有如下特征:电磁波垂直入射时,在相对频率0~4的范围内存在4个等间距的尖锐的透射主峰,各主峰低频端相距0.148 (ω/ω0)处都有一透射副峰.入射角增加,主峰的透射率下降,副峰的透射率上升.周期数N增加,各主、副峰位置都有蓝移,但主峰透射率逐渐减小,而各副峰的半峰全宽度变小.当两介质厚度为定值时,从第一主峰到第四主峰,其透射率依次减小,两介质厚度增加时,各主峰的透射率下降.复折射率虚部增加时,各透射峰的位置保持不变,主峰的透射率变大,而副峰的透射率变小,反之亦然.  相似文献

针对兰州重离子研究装置所加速的120MeV/u 12C离子束,利用模拟退火优化算法进行了Bragg峰展宽的剂量优化.取相同的展宽区域(30mm),4种不同的步长(2,1,0.5,0.25mm)进行Bragg峰展宽模拟.对所得到的剂量平均值,均方差,入射口剂量,峰坪比等优化结果的参数做了比较.讨论了重离子束治癌临床上最优的Bragg峰展宽模型的选取.  相似文献

<正>A novel method to measure the effective cavity length of distributed Bragg reflector(DBR) fiber laser with fiber Bragg grating(FBG) Fabry-Perot cavity as the resonator is proposed.The effective cavity length of DBR fiber laser is accurately measured by measuring the frequency spacing of two adjacent longitudinal modes in the cavity without the precise physical length of FBGs.The measuring accuracy as high as 10~(-5) mm can be obtained by setting the resolution bandwidth of the spectrum analyzer.  相似文献

非均匀组织等效水厚度修正是研究质子放射治疗的重要组成部分, 利用蒙特卡罗Fluka2011.2程序模拟了不同能量(50–250 MeV)的质子束入射到不同介质中的输运过程, 总结出了在不同介质中质子束初始能量与质子束Bragg峰深度关系, 并拟合出质子束在介质中的等效水厚度修正公式. 结果表明, 对不同能量的质子束入射到非均匀组织中, 通过拟合公式计算出Bragg峰深度值与Fluka模拟的质子束Bragg峰的位置相差在1 mm 之内. 如果建立起介质和水的Bragg峰比与电子密度比关系的数据库, 该公式有可能用于临床上的质子放射治疗的剂量计算中. 关键词: 蒙特卡罗 质子治疗 等效水厚度 Bragg 峰  相似文献

The resistance characteristics of a continuously-graded distributed Bragg reflector(DBR) in a 980-nm verticalcavity surface-emitting laser(VCSEL) are modeled in detail.The junction resistances between the layers of both the p-and n-DBR mirrors are analysed by combining the thermionic emission model and the finite difference method.In the meantime,the intrinsic resistance of the DBR material system is calculated to make a comparison with the junction resistance.The minimal values of series resistances of the graded p-and n-type DBR mirrors and the lateral temperature-dependent resistance variation are calculated and discussed.The result indicates the potential to optimize the design of the DBR reflectors of the 980-nm VCSELs.  相似文献

In this paper, a numerical simulation of the traditional graded distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) and a design of the novel DBR with short period superlattices (SPSs DBR) used by vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) are reported. First, the optical characteristic matrix of the graded DBRs is derived using the theories of thin film optics. Second, its reflective spectrum is numerical simulated and it is found that the simulative results are similar with the experimental data. The difference of the cavity mode position between the experimental and simulative data is discussed. Finally, based on the simulative results of graded DBR, a novel DBR with 4.5-pair GaAs/AlAs SPSs is designed, and its reflective spectrum is numerical simulated and analyzed.  相似文献

基于一维光子晶体超晶格理论及耦合腔理论,提出了一种具有多个平顶透射峰的超晶格结构.把传统单一材料的耦合腔换成有限周期的光子晶体结构,形成一种超晶格结构.通过使插入的光子晶体的光场有效耦合,能够产生多个平顶透射峰.运用传输矩阵法,研究了该结构的光谱特性以及结构和材料参量对透射峰的位置和半峰全宽的影响.计算结果表明,该结构具有较宽的带隙,并且多个平顶透射峰对称分布,透射率高,误差容忍度好.详细讨论了透射峰确切位置的计算方法,并给出了严格的解析表达式.  相似文献

A method for fabrication of long-wavelength narrow line-width InGaAs resonant cavity enhanced (RCE) photodetectors in a silicon substrate operating at the wavelength range of 1.3-1.6 μm has been developed. A full width at half maximum (FWHM) of 0.7 nm and a peak responsivity of 0.16 A/W at the resonance wavelength of 1.55 μm have been accomplished by using a thick InP layer as part of the resonant cavity. The effects of roughness and tilt of the InP layer surface, and its free carrier absorption, as well as the thickness deviation of the mirror pair on the resonance wavelength shift and the peak quantum efficiency of the RCE photodetectors are analyzed in detail, and approaches for minimizing them toward superior performance are suggested.  相似文献

An optically pumped long-wavelength vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL) with resonant optical pumping has been proposed. The proposed structure enables the dual-resonance of pump light (1300 nm band) and output light (1550 nm band) at the same time. It is shown that high pumping efficiency of ∼99% can be obtained by adjusting the top mirror reflectivity and the cavity length. This dual-resonance VCSEL (DR-VCSEL) may have great advantages of high efficiency pumping, low power consumption and can be fabricated by using conventional VCSEL fabrication techniques with reasonable fabrication tolerances.  相似文献

设计了4种不同介质镜结构的全介质镜λ微腔,并模拟研究了腔内有机发光层的发光特性。结果表明,DBR结构的不同会导致腔镜反射相移的变化,从而最终改变了器件的透射光谱、腔内驻波电场分布、PL光谱峰值位置和强度等参数。只有合理的器件结构设计才能使腔内的发光得到有效的增强。对称偶数层DBR构成的λ腔可以使谐振峰位置的PL光谱峰值强度增加59倍。  相似文献

从Fox-Li迭代法出发,用光学仿真软件GLAD实现了对平面环形腔的建模。利用此光学模型进行了腔镜倾斜对其本征模式影响的研究,给出了腔镜在两个方向不同倾斜角度下的谐振腔模式光强分布、光强峰值点位置及谐振腔损耗的变化。研究结果表明:腔镜倾斜使平面环形腔模式发生畸变,随着腔面倾斜加大,腔损耗增大,光强峰值点向镜边沿偏移,且腔镜在垂直于腔面方向上的倾斜对振荡模式的影响比腔镜在腔面内的倾斜对振荡模式的影响大。  相似文献

The optical feedback characteristics in a Zeeman-birefringence HeNe laser have been studied systematically when the external cavity varies in a large range. The intensity variations of the two orthogonally polarized lights are observed during the laser cavity tuning in the dual frequency laser. When the external cavity length is an integral multiple of the laser cavity length, either polarized light's intensity modulation depth varies not obviously when the laser works in dual modes conditions or single mode condition. But when the external cavity length is far away from an integral multiple of the laser cavity length and the laser works in different dual modes conditions, polarized light's intensity modulation depth varies obviously. This characteristic can guide us to tune the laser to work in single mode condition to improve the sensitivity of the optical system when the system is used for a large displacement measurement. It can also be used for measuring the position of the target mirror. The theoretical analysis is in good agreement with experimental results.  相似文献

 滤光片是瞬态光学高温计系统中的一个重要器件,滤光片的技术参数对高温计的性能有重要影响。对窄带滤光片的通带半高宽、背景透过率和峰值透过率给通道线性带来的影响进行了分析和计算。结果表明,滤光片的通带半高宽、背景透过率和峰值透过率对通道的线性均有较大的影响。研究结果为研制高性能的瞬态光学高温计时选取合适的滤光片提供了依据。  相似文献

We investigate the effects of a movable mirror (cantilever) of an optical cavity on the superradiant light scattering from a Bose-Einstein condensate (BEC) in an optical lattice. We show that the mirror motion has a dynamic dispersive effect on the cavity-pump detuning. Varying the intensity of the pump beam, one can switch between the pure superradiant regime and the Bragg scattering regime. The mechanical frequency of the mirror strongly influences the time interval between two Bragg peaks. We find that when the system is in the resolved side band regime for mirror cooling, the superradiant scattering is enhanced due to coherent energy transfer from the mechanical mirror mode to the cavity field mode.  相似文献

提出了利用Fabry-Perot干涉仪的反射场实现高光谱分辨率激光雷达精细探测大气光学参量的新方法和思路.设计了高光谱分辨率的分光系统,并分析了干涉仪反射场的光谱透过特征曲线.结合高光谱激光雷达探测信号特征,讨论分析了谱分离比和瑞利信号透过率随反射率和腔长的变化曲线,同时结合误差传递公式,建立了仿真分析模型,讨论了回波光束发散角和入射角变化对激光雷达探测结果的影响.结果表明,所提出的Fabry-Perot干涉仪反射场可以实现高光谱分辨率激光雷达探测系统的精细分光,同时探测结果误差随回波光束发散角变化不敏感,控制发散角在10 mrad以内,入射角在1.5 mrad以内时,可以实现气溶胶光学参数廓线的高精度探测.  相似文献
