以人肝癌细胞系和正常肝细胞系为材料,报道了不同传能线密度射线辐射引发细胞染色体原初断裂及24 h内的修复情况。 计算了相对生物学效应的值。 以L02染色体总断裂数量得出的RBE值96.05 keV/μm的12C6+ 为3.6, 512 keV/μm 36Ar18+ 为2.9。 而以7721染色体总断裂数量得出的RBE值: 96.05 keV/μm的12C6+ 为3.5,512keV/μm 36Ar18+也为2.9。用产生等点染色单体断裂计算,则RBE更高。对比得出,高LET对增加等点染色单体断裂量的作用要远远大于对增加染色单体断裂量的作用。等点染色单体的断裂修复难度要远远大于染色单体断裂的修复难度, 这也是高LET高致死率的一个重要原因。 Human hepatoma SMMC 7721 and normal liver L02 cells were irradiated with γ rays,12C6+ and 36Ar18+ ion beams at the Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou(HIRFL). We reported the kinetic repair of chromosome breaks of L02 and SMMC 7721 cells in 24 h of post irradiation time. The relative biological effectiveness(RBE) for inducing chromatid breaks were 3.6 for L02 and 3.5 for SMMC 7721 cell lines at the linear energy transfer(LET) peak of 96.55 keV/μm 12C6+ ions, and 2.9 (both of the two cell lines) at 512 keV/μm 36Ar18+ ions.It suggested that the RBE of isochromatid type breaks induced by 36Ar18+ was higher than those by 12C6+. We concluded that the high production of isochromatid type breaks, induced by the densely ionizing track structure, could be regarded as a signature of high LET radiation exposure.  相似文献

以粘红酵母菌Rhodotorula glutinis AY 91015为材料, 研究了不同传能线密度(LET)的C离子对粘红酵母菌的失活截面和突变截面, 评估了不同LET的C离子对微生物的失活效应和突变效应。 结果表明, C离子LET为120.0 keV/μm时, 单个粒子对粘红酵母菌的失活截面最大, 为4.37 μm2, 接近酵母菌细胞核的平均核截面; LET为96.0 keV/μm时, 单个粒子对粘红酵母菌的突变截面最大。 通过对C离子束致突变能力的分析发现, C离子在LET为58.2 keV/μm时突变能力最强, 这一结果显示在经C离子辐照后存活下来的粘红酵母菌中, 可以引起有效突变的最佳LET为58.2 keV/μm左右, 此时所对应的碳离子能量约为35 MeV/u。 这些结果表明, C离子对粘红酵母菌的最佳致死效应和最佳致突变效应存在于不同的能量区域。 To evaluate inactive and mutagenic effects of carbon beam at different LET, the inactivation cross section and mutation cross section induced by carbon beams of different LET values were investigated in a red yeast strain Rhodotorula glutinis AY 91015. It was found that the maximum inactivation cross section of 4.37μm2 , which was very close to the average nucleus cross section, was at LET of 120.0 keV/μm. The maximum mutation cross section was at LET of 96.0 keV/μm. Meanwhile, the highest mutagenicity of carbon ion was found around 58.2 keV/μm. It implied that the most efficient LET to induce mutation in survival yeasts was 58.2 keV/μm, which corresponded to energy of 35 MeV/u carbon beam. The most effective carbon beam to induce inactivation and mutation located at different energy region.  相似文献

研究了用传能线密度125.5keV/μm的12C6+辐照小鼠黑色素瘤、中国仓鼠肺、人的宫颈癌、人的肝癌细胞的敏感性以及DNA双链断裂和DNA双链断裂片段分布,结果表明细胞敏感性与DNA双链断裂之间没有一致的关系,提出了细胞辐射敏感性的一种可能的分子机理,即DNA序列敏感性位点协同DNA双链断裂互补性机理.由此解释了4种细胞系的不同敏感性问题. Four types of cells, melanoma B16, cervical squamous carcinima HeLa, Chinese hamster V79 and hepatoma SMMC 7721, were irradiated by 125.5 keV/μm carbon ions. Celullar sensitivities to irradiation indicated by D50 , DNA double strand break (DSB) and distribution of DSB fragments expressed by molecular weight are studied. 选取高低两个LET点(40和60keV/m),剂量点分别为50,100,200,400,600Gy进行辐照处理,研究了生防菌的存活率与突变率的关系,抑菌谱以及活性等。结果表明,在高LET条件下,低剂量辐照就可以得到较多的突变体,并且BJ1有较高的存活率和突变谱,有利于筛选优良的正突变体。因此高LET较低LET有更为明显的辐射诱变效应。  相似文献

纳剂量学量正在成为新的表征辐射品质的量,也是用于精确计算相对生物学效应(RBE)的基础数据。具有相同剂量平均传能线密度(LET)离子束混合辐射场导致的生物学效应也未必相同。为研究关键纳剂量学指标[电离簇尺寸NICS$\geqslant 1 $的条件概率密度分布的一阶矩($M_1^{{C_1}}$)、NICS$\geqslant 2$的条件概率密度分布的一阶矩($M_1^{{C_2}}$)、NICS$\geqslant 2 $的累计概率($F_2^{{C_1}}$)和NICS$\geqslant 3 $的累计概率($F_3^{{C_2}}$)]以及RBE在相同剂量平均LET混合辐射场中的分布,在蒙特卡罗(Monte Carlo,MC)模拟的基础上,结合单能离子束关键纳剂量学指标数据集,计算得到了不同能量碳离子束在不同贯穿深度处相同剂量平均LET混合辐射场中的$M_1^{{C_1}}$$M_1^{{C_2}}$$F_2^{{C_1}}$$F_3^{{C_2}}$及RBE值。计算结果显示:在相同剂量平均LET混合辐射场中,不同能量碳离子束的$F_3^{{C_2}}$没有发生显著变化,而$M_1^{{C_1}}$$M_1^{{C_2}}$$F_2^{{C_1}}$变化显著,且随能量的增大而减小,并且随剂量平均LET的增加,$M_1^{{C_1}}$$M_1^{{C_2}}$$F_2^{{C_1}}$变化差异逐渐变大。正是由于$M_1^{{C_1}}$$M_1^{{C_2}}$$F_2^{{C_1}}$$F_3^{{C_2}}$的不同,在相同剂量平均LET混合辐射场中基于纳剂量学模型计算得到的RBE值也显著不同。这些结果表明,剂量平均LET并不能很好地用于描述离子束混合辐射场的品质,而关键纳剂量学指标则有望成为表征离子束混合辐射场品质的量。  相似文献

本研究旨在初步探讨灵芝酸A(GAA)对人肝癌细胞系HepG2在高LET中子和低LET的γ射线条件下的辐射敏感性的影响及差异。研究中,我们用CCK-8方法检测不同浓度GAA对HepG2增殖抑制作用。选取低浓度(5μmol/L)GAA预处理细胞24 h,分别给予不同剂量的中子辐照或γ射线辐照,分别检测克隆存活率、细胞凋亡和γH2AX蛋白的foci的形成。结果表明:在不加GAA的情况下,高LET中子辐射比低LET的γ射线对细胞产生的凋亡比例高;在添加了GAA后,与未加GAA对照组相比,诱导细胞凋亡的比例明显增加;另外,加GAA处理后,细胞增殖抑制率也随着辐照剂量的增加而增高。即GAA能增加HepG2细胞的辐射敏感性,而在同样GAA剂量下,HepG2细胞对高LET中子辐射比低LET的γ射线更敏感。由此,这项研究说明灵芝酸或可开发成为一种天然辐射增敏剂,从而为癌症特别是肝癌的放疗提供新的辅助治疗方法。  相似文献

本研究以拟南芥(Columbia野生型)干种子为材料,利用兰州重离子研究装置(HIRFL)产生的碳离子束对材料进行辐射处理,统计其存活率、根长、下胚轴长及每果荚种子数,以探讨不同传能线密度(Linear Energy Transfer,LET)的碳离子束辐照对拟南芥当代损伤效应的影响。结果表明,在相同LET辐射条件下,随着辐射剂量的增大,拟南芥的存活率、根长、下胚轴长度、每果荚种子数都呈现下降趋势。在相同剂量不同LET辐射处理情况下,随着LET的增大,存活率、根长、下胚轴长、每果荚种子数都显著下降,可见高LET辐射严重抑制了拟南芥的生长和发育。研究表明,当LET为50 keV/μm时,碳离子束辐射拟南芥干种子对应的最佳诱变剂量为200 Gy,为后续开展碳离子束辐射的诱变效率研究奠定了前期基础。Aimed to study the biological effects of carbon ion beams with different linear energy transfer (LET) values provided by Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou (HIRFL), dry seeds of Arabidopsis thaliana (Columbia-WT) were irradiated and a series of biological effects of postembryonic development, such as survival rate, primary root length, hypocotyls length and number of seeds per silique, were investigated. The results showed that, under the radiation condition of the same LET value, the survival rate, root length, hypocotyls length and number of seeds per silique were decreased with the increasing dose. In addition, under the radiation conditions with different LET values, but same dose, the extent of the decline of the survival rate, root length, hypocotyls length and number of seeds per silique were reinforced with the increasing LET. It was also found that high LET radiations inhibited the subsequent growth and development of Arabidopsis thaliana severely. In brief, it was suggested that the optimum dose of carbon ion beam with 50 keV/μm value on Arabidopsis thaliana dry seeds was 200 Gy. This research complemented the preliminary theoretical foundation for the comparative study of the highest mutation efficiency of carbon ion beam irradiations at IMP, CAS(Institute of Modern Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences).  相似文献

系统阐述了与金纳米粒子(GNPs) 放射增敏效应相关实验的方法与结果、影响GNPs 放射增敏的因素、GNPs 放射增敏的细胞和动物实验表现及其相关机制。同时结合相关实验,分析和比较了15 nm 柠檬酸钠包被的GNPs 的放射增敏效应,发现GNPs 在高LET 的碳离子束和低LET 的X射线辐照下对Hela细胞的杀伤力随其浓度的增加而增大;在50% 的细胞存活率下,当GNPs 的质量浓度为7.5 g/mL时,其X射线的剂量减少率和碳离子的相对生物学效应值(RBE) 的增加率达到了最大,分别为65.3% 和43.6%,同时GNPs 共培养细胞24 和48 h 后,未出现细胞周期同步化的现象。This paper describes the methods and results of the previous experiments, the experimental phenomena of the cell and animal tests and the relative mechanisms on the radiosensitizing effect of GNPs. Together with our experiments, the radiosensitizing effects of 15 nm citrate-capped GNPs and related mechanisms are analyzed and compared, finding that Hela cell killing of GNPs increase along with their concentration after exposure to high- and low-LET radiation such as carbon ions and X-rays. In addition, the percentages of dose reduction of the X-rays and RBE increment of the carbon ions reached their maximums 65.3% and 43.6%, respectively,at 50% survival level when Hela cells were pre-treated with 7.5 g/mL GNPs. Moreover, Hela cells showed no cell-cycle synchronization after 24 and 48 h exposure to GNPs.  相似文献

为了探讨用光镊技术进行细胞折射率的测量方法,用几何光线理论对可作为米氏粒子模型的生物细胞(半径a=10μm,折射率n=1.35~1.70),在单光束梯度力光阱[激光波长λ=780 nm,功率P=6 mW,焦斑半径w(0)=0.6μm、0.8μm和1.0μm]中的轴向光阱刚度与细胞折射率关系进行了数值计算。结果表明,光阱刚度随折射率的变化关系与三次多项式曲线拟合得较好;用测量光阱刚度计算细胞的折射率时,需要用折射率已知的四种标准粒子对三次多项式曲线进行标定。  相似文献

Cyclic competition game models, particularly the “rock–paper–scissors” model, play important roles in exploring the problem of multi-species coexistence in spatially ecological systems. We propose an extended “rock–paper–scissors” game to model cyclic interactions among five species, and find that two of the five can coexistent when biodiversity disappears, which is different from the “rock–paper–scissors” game. As the number of fingers is five, we named the new model the “fingers” game, where the thumb, forefinger, middle finger, ring finger, and little finger cyclically dominate their subsequent species and are dominated by their former species. We investigate the “fingers” model in two ways: direct simulations and nonlinear partial differential equations. An important finding is that the number of species in a cyclic competition game has an influence on the emergence of biodiversity. To be specific, the “rock–paper–scissors” model is in favor of maintaining biodiversity in comparison with the “fingers” model when the variables (population size, reproduction rate, selection rate, and migration rate) are the same. It is also shown that the mobility and reproduction rate can promote or jeopardize biodiversity.  相似文献

The differences of the pitch and duration of Chinese syllables between Putonghua (PTH) and Taiwan Mandarin (TM) were studied. The speech materials to be used are not only isolated syllables, but also sentences. The results reveal that: For the isolated syllables, T1 and T2 in TM are influenced by Minnan dialect, therefore their pitch are lower than those in PTH. T3 is fall-rise in PTH, while it is fall in TM. Moreover, the syllable duration sequence for different tone is T3〉T2〉T1〉T4 in PTH, while it is T1〉T2〉T3〉T4 in TM. For the syllables in sentences, T2 is mid-rise in PTH, while it is mid-level in TM. And the T3 is longer than T4 but shorter than T1 or T2 in PTH, while it is the shortest in TM. Furthermore the effects of prosodic phrase boundary on duration for different tones are almost the same in PTH, but the lengthening part of T1 or T2 is longer than that of T3 or T4 in TM.  相似文献

Downstep in pitch contour of Chinese Putonghua is examined using subtly designed sentences by controlling tone combinations. The results show both automatic and nonautomatic downstep phenomena exist in Chinese. In non-automatic downstep, low tones compress downwards the pitch range of the following syllables. and the main influence of downstep is on topline. Low tone not only lower the topline behind it, but also raise the high tones before it, the effects are compatible with each other. In automatic downstep, the topline of pitch contour in intonational phrase is presented as a linear downtrend, but it differs among speakers due to the effect of personal stress practice. In comparison with downstep phenomenon in other tone or non-tone languages, the downstep ratio in Chinese is not constant, and the domain of downstep is not limited within the adjacent tones.  相似文献

It is shown that SU(2) QCD admits an dual Abelian-Higgs phase, with a Higgs vacuum of a type-Ⅱ superconductor. This is done by using a connection decomposition for the gluon field and the random-direction approximation. Transmission spectra of coupled cavity structures (CCSs) in two-dimensional (2D) photonic crystals (PCs) are investigated using a coupled mode theory, and an optical filter based on CCS is proposed. The performance of the filter is investigated using finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method, and the results show that within a very short coupling distance of about 3λ, where λ is the wavelength of signal in vacuum, the incident signals with different frequencies are separated into different channels with a contrast ratio of 20 dB. The advantages of this kind of filter are small size and easily tunable operation frequencies.  相似文献

The key to the restoration of rotational motion blurred image is how to restore the image under a low cost and to correct the irreversibility of the degradation function matrix.Based on the special qualities of degradation function matrix and precise deduction in space-domain, we present a new approach using gradient-loading for restoration of rotational blurred image.By easily adding a gradient operator, the irreversibility of the original matrix is corrected and can be applied for inverse filtering then.Gradientloading is the optimized approach which combines the advantages of both the approaches using constrained least square filtering and traditional diagonal-loading.Compared with the approach using least square filtering, its peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) is improved from 3.18 to 6.46dB, while the computing time is reduced to 1/2-1/3.Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness, noise-resistibility, robustness, and low complexity of this approach, which make it more suitable for real-time environment.  相似文献

Based on the research in Ref. [5][Materials Science and Engineering, 1989; A122: 57 63], an improved model of heat source is set up, the different modes of Lamb wave in an isotropic sample generated by a chopped electron beam at frequency f are obtained with integral transform and normal function expansion method, and the output signal of PZT coupled at the back surface of the sample is found out. The generation mechanism of SEAM (Scanning Electron Acoustic Microscopy) signal is discussed. It shows that the SEAM is a near field imaging technique with high spatial resolution and its best lateral spatial resolution is about 2√2α (α is the radius of the focused electron beam). Some of experimental results of SEAM images are presented in the paper and it shows that the spatial resolution of SEAM is better than 0.5 μm and smaller than the thermal diffusion length of the sample. Therefore the character of near field imaging in SEAM is also proved experimentally.  相似文献

We propose an all-optical logic device made of a bent tapered Y-junction waveguide with a Kerr-type nonlinear interface. It could provide an AND gate, OR gate, and exclusive-OR (XOR) gate. We could obtain different transmission results by adjusting the bending angle. The numerical simulation results show that the device functions as AND, OR, and XOR gates.  相似文献

Real-time, continuous-wave terahertz (THz) imaging is demonstrated. A 1.89-THz optically-pumped farinfrared laser is used as the illumination source, and a 124 × 124 element room-temperature pyroelectric camera is adopted as the detector. With this setup, THz images through various wrapping materials are shown. The results show that this imaging system has the potential applications in real-time mail and security inspection.  相似文献
