本文理论研究了近红外波段硅基三角晶格光子晶体环形微腔的光场局域特性,通过将微腔在空间周期性排列组成耦合腔光波导,研究了多个导带区域内光束传输时的群速度,最大和最小值分别为0.0028c和0.00028c.将环形微腔在垂直于光传输方向上进行交错排列,通过改变相邻微腔之间的耦合区域,可以大幅降低多频段范围内光束在耦合腔波导中传输时群速度之间的差异,并提高部分频段的透过率数值.在不改变介质柱半径条件下,通过去掉三角晶格光子晶体中距中心介质柱距离分别为2a和√3a的六个介质柱构成了两种微腔,研究了两种微腔所支持的谐振波长之间的差异,在此基础上构造了两种耦合腔波导,进而将这两种耦合腔光波导与W1型输入/输出波导相连,最终实现了在多个不同频率范围内降低群速度的同时实现频段选择和频段分束功能,其导模群速度可降低到0.00047c. 相似文献

在单线缺陷结构中引入两个附加的相邻介质柱,构成一种新型的光子晶体耦合腔波导结构.通过平面波展开法对波导结构的的慢光特性进行了仿真分析,研究了平移线缺陷上下两侧介质柱,以及改变腔体的长度对器件色散特性和群速度的影响.结果表明:与平移缺陷上下两侧介质柱相比,通过改变腔体的长度,不仅可将光群速度低到0.03c(c为真空下的光速),而且器件的有效波长范围接近20nm.利用时域有限差分法得到波导结构的传输场分布图,研究波长的选取对入射激励光在光子晶体耦合腔波导中传输场的影响,发现结构参量优化后的光子晶体耦合腔波导仍然具有良好的传输特性. 相似文献

在对中国工程物理研究院高功率太赫兹(THz)自由电子激光(FEL)装置理论分析和设计的基础上,针对目前THz FEL光腔设计面临的主要难点,提出了椭圆型耦合输出光腔的设计方案,并对椭圆型耦合输出光腔代替传统FEL光腔的优势、光腔品质、耦合效率等进行了分析研究。研究表明,椭圆型耦合光腔的设计更适合目前THz FEL波导光腔的光斑特点,可使光腔输出功率提高33%以上,输出耦合效率即光腔品质可提高30%~70%;随着辐射频率的提高,椭圆孔耦合输出光腔的优势提高更为明显。 相似文献

提出了一种基于几何特征的正六边形检测方法。在简述Hough变换原理和正六边形特点的基础上,把正六边形的检测分解成直线和圆的检测,以及线段长度和直线夹角的计算。利用检测到的直线,在图像平面内建立直线方程,依据直线方程,计算相邻两条直线的夹角和交点,求出每条边的长度,同时检测6个交点是否均匀分布在同一圆周上。在螺栓头部正六边形检测实验中,角度测量误差为0.38%,边长测量误差为0.85%。结果表明,该方法是有效的,能准确地检测出图像中的正六边形。 相似文献

采用特殊设计的双水电极介质阻挡放电装置,利用光学方法原位、无干扰地测量了大气压空气介质阻挡放电中微放电的单脉冲特性和周期特性,实验上首次发现在介质阻挡放电斑图模式中,微放电在驱动电压的正负半周的放电时刻并不是固定的,相邻两次放电的时间间隔是长短交替的。根据壁电荷对微放电通道相邻两次放电的不同作用,分析了相邻两次放电时刻的联系,很好地解释了相应的实验现象。 相似文献

We propose a new nonoverlapping synthetic aperture digital holography without additional instruments. The relative distance between adjacent subholograms is estimated from the cross-correlation of reconstruction images from each subhologram. From the cross-correlation, the shift amount of the reconstruction object is estimated. Then, the relationship between the position of the subhologram and the reconstruction object from it enables the relative distance between adjacent subholograms to be calculated. The nonoverlapping synthetic aperture experiments with two subholograms are presented in two ways by changing the object. In the experiments, we show that the resolution of the reconstruction object increased twofold, thanks to the nonoverlapping. 相似文献

Theoretical analysis of hot-image effect in a high-power laser system with cascaded nonlinear medium
We present a universally applicable and quick method to forecast the intensity and location of the hot-image effects in a high-power laser system structured by cascaded Kerr medium plates. The analytical expressions for the locations and the peak intensity of the hot-images are deduced by using propagation matrix method. The results are useful for laser designers to estimate and minimize the threat of optical damage. Theoretical analysis demonstrates that a maximum of N hot-images may appear in a laser system structured by N cascaded Kerr medium plates and the distance between two adjacent hot-images is two times the interval between two adjacent Kerr medium plates. The number and locations of the hot-images are related with the number of the Kerr medium plates, the distance from the scatterer to the front of the first Kerr medium plate, and the interval between two adjacent Kerr medium plates. The peak intensity of the hot-images depends on the number of the Kerr medium plates, the B-integral of each Kerr medium plate, the amplitude and phase modulation coefficients of the scatterer and the peak intensity of the input beam. The hot-image effects in a laser system with cascaded Kerr medium plates from two to eight are discussed in detail and numerically analyzed. Numerical simulation results are in agreement with the theoretical results. 相似文献

When the moving vehicle is communicating with LED streetlights by visible light, the multiple LED streetlights signals will be selected or signal may be interrupted between adjacent streetlights. The method of receiving signal power (RSP) handover between the moving vehicle and multiple LED streetlights transmitters will be studied. Considering two cases, no power coverage and power overlap between adjacent streetlights. Hard RSP handover used in no power coverage model and soft RSP handover used in power overlap model. Simulation results show both RSP handover methods can protect the communication between the vehicle and LED streetlights and improve the stability of communication. 相似文献

This paper discusses the entanglement dynamics of a coupled cavity quantum electrodynamics (CQED) setup, which comprises three two-level atoms resonantly interacting with three cavities that are coupled by two optical fibers. The influences of atom-cavity coupling constant on the entanglement between atoms and that between cavities are discussed. The results obtained from the numerical method show that the entanglement between non-adjacent atoms or that between adjacent cavities has a nonlinear relation with increasing of the atom-cavity coupling coefficient. On the other hand, the entanglement between non-adjacent cavities is strengthened and the entanglement between adjacent atoms is weakened with increasing of atom-cavity coupling constant. 相似文献

基于等效原理和互易性定理研究了两个相邻目标的电磁散射问题,给出了这一复合电磁散射模型的二阶散射结果. 通常平面入射波的一阶散射结果容易求解,但由于耦合效应的复杂性,很难给出二阶散射结果的解析形式. 应用互易性定理给出了求解任意相邻导体/介质目标二阶电磁散射场的公式,并利用等效原理将求解散射场公式中的体积分简化为面积分的形式,从而降低了求解难度. 同时还推导了两个目标的二次散射场之间的关系. 最后应用给出的公式,求解了两相邻球形目标的复合散射场,对双站散射结果进行了讨论,同时与应用时域积分方程法求得的结果进行了比较.
