在负载为纯力抗的状况下,利用纵振型变幅杆等效四端网络,对频率方程和放大系数进行了研究.得到了三类常用变幅杆频率方程和放大系数的表达式;并通过MATLAB编程,分别绘制了三类变幅杆共振频率及放大系数随负载变化的曲线图.这将对超声变幅杆的研究和设计提供一定的理论依据.  相似文献

使用Inventor软件建立超声变幅杆三维实体模型,并利用软件中集成的ANSYS有限元分析模块对其进行了模态分析,得到变幅杆各阶振型和纵向振动固有频率。分析结果表明,固有频率的模态分析值与实测值接近。Inventor软件将形状设计与力学分析集为一体,方便了变幅杆的设计。  相似文献

在超声振动拉丝加工过程中,为了实现线材的顺利拉拔,需要应用带有锥形孔的复合变幅杆。为此,本文基于等效四端网络与传输矩阵法,建立了带锥形孔圆锥变幅杆的传输矩阵,推导出带锥形孔圆锥过渡复合变幅杆的频率方程的一般公式。根据推导出的频率方程,应用区间搜索法和牛顿迭代法获取了准确的数值解,实现了该复合变幅杆的纵向振动。之后,应用有限元软件Ansys对设计出的复合变幅杆分别进行模态分析和动力学特性分析,获得了各段不同长度下复合变幅杆谐振频率、放大系数以及最大应力值的变化规律。最后,对制造出的复合变幅杆进行阻抗与振动性能测试,结果表明其频率准确,且振幅比较稳定。  相似文献

基于能量修正法修正了大尺寸变幅杆纵振动共振频率方程,得出了其修正频率表达式,分析了大尺寸指数型变幅杆的共振频率修正值,并利用有限元软件ANSYS对一组大尺寸指数变幅杆进行了模态分析。结果表明,比起一维理论值,修正后的频率值更接近于有限元仿真分析结果,变幅杆的尺寸越大(即径长比越大)这种修正效果越明显。  相似文献

为实现在纵向单激励超声振动输入条件下获得纵扭谐振输出,提出一种基于声波传播理论为基础设计阶梯型变幅杆,并在其小端增加沿中心轴均布6斜槽的圆环传振杆的方案:首先数值计算进行理论设计,然后使用有限元进行分析修正,最后确定变幅杆尺寸。结果表明:理论设计谐振频率20kHz,仿真分析在19457Hz时变幅杆能够实现纵扭谐振;根据仿真结果制作变幅杆,阻抗测试结果谐振频率为19884Hz,与理论值、仿真值误差较小;在输入端加载幅值为5μm的纵向单激励超声振动,测试输出端截面圆周上任意一点,其切向和纵向振幅分别为12.7μm和8.5μm,表明变幅杆实现了纵扭谐振且振幅增强。  相似文献

提出了一种基于压电效应的性能可调纵向振动圆锥形超声变幅杆,并对其振动性能进行了研究。该变幅杆由传统的圆锥形超声变幅杆和压电陶瓷材料组合而成。论文研究了圆锥变幅杆中压电陶瓷材料的厚度、位置以及电阻抗的改变对变幅杆性能参数的影响,并进行了数值模拟仿真及实验验证。结果表明,通过改变压电陶瓷材料的厚度、位置和电阻抗值,可以实现变幅杆共振频率和位移放大系数的改变。理论计算结果与数值模拟值和实验测试值符合得很好。  相似文献

本文分别讨论了两种振子:螺栓连接的振子和张力壳连接的振子。目的是:对螺栓连接的振子,通过改变阶梯形变幅杆的粗棒长度,分别研究细杆长度、位移振幅放大倍数,以及细杆输出位移振幅的变化,从而优选出变幅杆的粗端长度。另一方面对张力壳连接的振子,通过改变粗端直径大小,观察了细杆输出位移振幅的变化,粗、细端直径和谐振频率的关系。同时对细杆长度和谐振频率的关系,分别进行了探索,给出了选择振子尺寸的方法。 关键词:  相似文献

针对应用传统解析法设计复合变幅杆过于繁琐的问题,提出采用简便、有效的微积法对圆锥复合变幅杆进行设计,之后通过Ansys软件对其结构进行有限元分析。此外,基于Ansys优化设计功能对变幅杆进行优化修整,对优化前后变幅杆进行阻抗分析和振动性能测试,测试结果表明优化后变幅杆振动效果更佳。最后,应用Ansys软件对变幅杆进行动力学特性分析,得到了不同直径、不同面积系数下变幅杆放大系数、最大应力值,并对仿真结果进行分析后得出了其动力学参数与大端直径及面积系数之间的关系。  相似文献

为兼顾阶梯型变幅杆的高放大系数以及曲线过渡变幅杆突变截面处的高疲劳强度,本文提出了一种最速曲线过渡段的超声刀换能器。首先,基于等效电路法,设计了夹心式压电换能器的基本结构。在此基础上,结合超声刀的工作条件和材料特性,对换能器基本结构进行精确设计;然后,利用FEM法和实验法获取了换能器纵振频率以及频率响应曲线,进一步证明了本文所设计换能器的有效性;最后,对所设计的换能器进行了一系列测试,结果表明:测定了无负载换能器谐振频率与输出端振幅,与设计目标、仿真结果相吻合;连接负载后凝血,切割效果良好。  相似文献

Dry-Type Cast Resin Distribution Transformers (CRT) is the secondgeneration of air-cooled distribution transformers where oil is replaced by resin for electrical insulation. CRT transformers may installed indoor adjacent to or near residential areas since they are clean and safe comparing to the conventional transformers. But, as it is obvious, noise discrepancy is intrinsically accompanied with all types of transformers and is inevitable for CRT transformers too. Minimization of noise level caused by such these transformers has biological and ergonomic importance. As it is known the core of transformers is the main source of the noise generation. In this paper, experimental and numerical investigation is implemented for a large number of fabricated CRT transformers in IT Co (Iran Transfo Company) to evaluate the effective geometrical parameters of the core on the overall sound level of transformers. Noise Level of each sample is measured according to criteria of IEC60651 and is reported in units of Decibel (dB). Numerical simulation is done using noncommercial version of ANSYS Workbench software to extract first six natural frequencies and mode shapes of CRT cores which is reported in units of Hz. Three novel non-dimensional variables for geometry of the transformer core are introduced. Both experimental and numerical results show approximately similar response to these variables. Correlation between natural frequencies and noise level is evaluated statistically. Pearson factor shows that there is a robust conjunction between first two natural frequencies and noise level of CRTs. Results show that noise level decreases as the two first natural frequencies increases and vice versa, noise level increases as the two natural frequencies of the core decreases. 针对长片型磁电层状复合材料,提出了一种适用于准静态和动态磁场激励的引入界面耦合系数的等效电路模型,旨在为基于长片型磁电层状复合材料的传感器、换能器等器件的设计、制作和应用提供理论指导.考虑到磁电层状复合材料实际工作过程中磁致伸缩层和压电层的应变并不相同,首先利用运动方程分别对磁致伸缩层和压电层进行建模,提出了一个从物理上反映相间应变传递的界面耦合系数表达式,然后利用一个变比恰为界面耦合系数的理想变压器将两层材料的等效电路耦合,构成改进的磁电层状复合材料的等效电路模型,得到包含界面耦合系数的磁电电压系数和最佳层合比的表达式.对12个具有不同尺寸和负载条件的样品进行实验,制作过程中承受500g砝码负载的样品的界面耦合系数为0.15,最佳层合比为0.57;承受100g砝码负载的样品的界面耦合系数为0.10,最佳层合比为0.50.磁电电压系数和最佳层合比的实验值与各自包含界面耦合系数的理论值基本符合,证明了改进的等效电路模型的合理性和正确性.  相似文献

Based on the structure of polarizer–Faraday modulator–analyzer, a method of measuring the optical rotation is proposed by using Fast Fourier Transform to analyze the output signal of optical material. The output signal detected by a photodetector comprises two AC components, which angular frequencies are ω and 2ω, respectively. So, the amplitude ratio of different frequency signals can be obtained by using the Fast Fourier Transform. According to the relationship between the amplitude ratio and optical rotation, the optical rotation of material can be detected. Furthermore, the experiment results show that the correlation coefficient between the measured optical rotation and the sugar solution concentration is found to be 0.99979.  相似文献

Refracted arrival waves which propagate in the zone of silence of a finite thickness mixing layer are analyzed using geometrical acoustics in two dimensions. Here, two simplifying assumptions are made: (i) the mean flow field is transversely sheared, and (ii) the mean velocity and temperature profiles approach the free-stream conditions exponentially. Under these assumptions, ray trajectories are analytically solved, and a formula for acoustic pressure amplitude in the far field is derived in the high-frequency limit. This formula is compared with the existing theory based on a vortex sheet corresponding to the low-frequency limit. The analysis covers the dependence on the Mach number as well as on the temperature ratio. The results show that both limits have some qualitative similarities, but the amplitude in the zone of silence at high frequencies is proportional to omega(-1/2), while that at low frequencies is proportional to omega(-3/2), omega being the angular frequency of the source.  相似文献

Distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAEs) are used widely in humans to assess cochlear function. It is well known that 2f1-f2 DPOAE amplitude increases as the f2/f1 ratio increases from 1.0 to about 1.20, and then decreases as the f2/f1 ratio increases above 1.20, showing an amplitude ratio function, which is thought to be related to cochlear filtering properties. Different lower sideband DPOAEs are believed to show the same amplitude ratio functions as the 2f1-f2 DPOAE, with a magnitude peak situated at a constant DPOAE frequency relative to f2. More recently, several studies have suggested the involvement of a DPOAE component coming from its own distortion product place as well as the DPOAE component coming from the f2 place. To investigate DPOAE generation sites and the importance of the DPOAE frequency place, amplitude ratio functions of 2f1-f2, 3f1-2f2, 4f1-3f2 and 2f2-f1, 3f2-2f1, 4f2-3f1 DPOAE components have been systematically studied in 18 normally hearing subjects, using an f2 fixed, f1 sweep method, and an f1 fixed, f2 sweep method, at ten different f2 frequencies. Results show a dependency of the distortion magnitude peak on f2 frequency for each lower sideband DPOAE, and a small frequency shift of the distortion peak for the high order lower sideband DPOAE components. Strong correlation between the different lower sideband DPOAE amplitude were obtained, whether they were recorded with the same f1 (and a different f2) or with the same f2 (and a different f1), suggesting that lower side-band DPOAE amplitude does not depend on small variations in the f2 frequency. Moreover, correlations between DPOAE amplitude and tone-burst evoked otoacoustic emissions (TBOAEs) are highly significant for TBOAEs centered at the f2 frequency and at 1/2 octave below the f2 frequency, suggesting some degree of importance of the cochlear status at frequencies below f2 in DPOAE amplitude. Subjects presenting spontaneous otoacoustic emissions showed a greater lower sideband DPOAE amplitude recorded for low f2/f1 ratios, and a distortion magnitude peak shifted towards higher frequencies. The best correlation between upper sideband DPOAE amplitude and lower sideband DPOAE amplitude occurred for lower sideband DPOAEs generated by an f2 frequency 1/2 octave to 1 octave below the primaries used to generate upper sideband DPOAEs, suggesting a site of generation basal to f2 for the upper sideband DPOAEs. Correlations between TBOAE amplitude and upper sideband DPOAE amplitude agreed with a site of upper sideband DPOAE generation basal to f2, and which would move with the DPOAE frequency itself.  相似文献

Nanosecond pulsed laser irradiation through transparent epoxy bonded to aluminum substrate excites wide-band ultrasonic waves at the bonded interface. The normal displacements on the rear surface of aluminum produced by the direct and multi-reflected longitudinal waves in the coating layer are detected by a laser interferometer. The amplitude of the reflected signal depends on the properties of the coating/substrate interface, which is described by terms of the interfacial stiffness using a spring boundary model. The waveforms at the epicenter versus interfacial stiffness are simulated and found to be in good agreement with experimental results. The relation between the interfacial stiffness and the amplitude ratio of the reflected and direct waves is thus established. An image of amplitude ratio of a specimen (null 10 mm) is obtained from the epicenter waveforms recorded by a laser ultrasonic scanning system, which shows the distribution of bond quality on the bonding interface.  相似文献

为了获得大负载平行砂轮复合变幅器的设计方法,将复合变幅器简化为复合变幅杆与多阶环盘组成。利用Mindlin中厚板理论,求解了各振动环盘的位移、转角、弯矩和剪力解析表达式,并通过复合变幅杆各振动单元间的力、位移的边界条件和连续条件,以及复合变幅杆和环盘两者结构间力与位移的耦合条件,建立了复合变幅器的数学模型和频率方程。针对频率方程进行编程求解 ,设计了平行砂轮复合变幅器。通过有限元仿真分析、实物阻抗特性试验、谐振试验验证。试验结果表明:平行砂轮复合变幅器的试际谐振频率、节圆位置与理论设计的误差小于5%,验证了其理论设计方法的正确性。为研制大负载平行砂轮复合变幅器提供了一种有效的设计方法。  相似文献

In many experimental situations it is an equation of the forced relaxator and not of the forced oscillator that describes a variation in the acoustic field of the interface width (i.e. of a characteristic distance between the surfaces composing the interface). The developed theory predicts that some types of the nonlinear relaxators (depending on the structure of the nonlinear interaction force between the surfaces) exhibit hysteresis in their response to continuous acoustic loading of first increasing and then decreasing amplitude. Nonlinear (unharmonic) variation of the interface width starts at threshold amplitude of the incident sinusoidal acoustic wave, which is higher than threshold amplitude for returning to sinusoidal motion. This dynamic hysteresis (and accompanying it bistability) are possible, in particular, if the dependence of the effective interaction force on the interface width admits two quasi-equilibrium positions of the interface (bistable interface) or if the force itself is hysteretic (hysteretic interface). These theoretical predictions are relevant to some recent experimental observations on the interaction of powerful ultrasonic fields with cracks.  相似文献

Background  

Auditory evoked responses can be modulated by both the sequencing and the signal-to-noise ratio of auditory stimuli. Constant sequencing as well as intense masking sounds basically lead to N1m response amplitude reduction. However, the interaction between these two factors has not been investigated so far. Here, we presented subjects tone stimuli of different frequencies, which were either concatenated in blocks of constant frequency or in blocks of randomly changing frequencies. Distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAEs) are used widely in humans to assess cochlear function. The standard procedure consists of recording the 2f1-f2 DPOAE amplitude as a function of the f2 frequency, using a fixed f2/f1 ratio (DPOAE-gram), close to 1.20. DPOAE amplitude, as recorded in the DPOAE-gram, shows a wide range of values in normal-hearing subjects, which can impair the predictive value of the DPOAE-gram for hearing thresholds. This study is aimed at comparing intersubject variability in 2f1-f2 DPOAE amplitude according to three paradigms: a fixed f2/f1 ratio, such as the DPOAE-gram, a variable ratio DPOAE-gram (f2/f1 adapted to frequency) and an "optimum" DPOAE-gram, where the f2/f1 is adapted both to subject and frequency. The 2f1-f2 DPOAE amplitude has been investigated on 18 normally hearing subjects at ten different f2 frequencies (from 0.75 to 6 kHz), using an f2 fixed, f1 sweep paradigm, and allowed to define, for each frequency, the f2/f1 ratio giving the greatest 2f1-f2 DPOAE amplitude (or optimum ratio). Results showed a large intersubject variability of the optimum ratio, especially at frequencies below 1.5 kHz, and a significant decrease of the optimum ratio with frequency. The optimum DPOAE-gram was underestimated by up to 5.8 dB on average (up to 14.9 dB for an individual subject) by the fixed ratio DPOAE-gram, and by up to 3 dB on average (up to 10.6 dB for an individual subject) by the variable ratio DPOAE-gram. Intersubject variability was slightly but significantly reduced in the optimum DPOAE-gram versus the fixed-ratio DPOAE-gram. Lastly, correlations between tone-burst evoked otoacoustic emission (TBOAE) amplitudes and maximum DPOAE amplitudes were significantly greater than correlations between TBOAE amplitudes and fixed-ratio DPOAE amplitudes.  相似文献
