By introducing a more general auxiliary ordinary differential equation (ODE), a modified variable separated ordinary differential equation method is presented for solving the (2+1)-dimensional sine-Poisson equation. As a result, many explicit and exact solutions of the (2+1)-dimensional sine-Poisson equation are derived in a simple manner by this technique.  相似文献

Under the travelling wave transformation, the Camassa--Holm equation with dispersion is reduced to an integrable ordinary differential equation (ODE), whose general solution can be obtained using the trick of one-parameter group. Furthermore, by using a complete discrimination system for polynomial, the classification of all single travelling wave solutions to the Camassa--Holm equation with dispersion is obtained. In particular, an affine subspace structure in the set of the solutions of the reduced ODE is obtained. More generally, an implicit linear structure in the Camassa--Holm equation with dispersion is found. According to the linear structure, we obtain the superposition of multi-solutions to Camassa--Holm equation with dispersion.  相似文献

An analysis is carried out for dual solutions of the boundary layer flow of Maxwell fluid over a permeable shrinking sheet. In the investigation, a constant wall mass transfer is considered. With the help of similarity transformations, the governing partial differential equations(PDEs) are converted into a nonlinear self-similar ordinary differential equation(ODE). For the numerical solution of transformed self-similar ODE, the shooting method is applied. The study reveals that the steady flow of Maxwell fluid is possible with a smaller amount of imposed mass suction compared with the viscous fluid flow. Dual solutions for the velocity distribution are obtained. Also, the increase of Deborah number reduces the boundary layer thickness for both solutions.  相似文献

The conservation laws for the (1+2)-dimensional Zakharov-Kuznetsov modified equal width (ZK-MEW) equation with power law nonlinearity are constructed by using Noether's approach through an interesting method of increasing the order of this equation. With the aid of an obtained conservation law, the generalized double reduction theorem is applied to this equation. It can be shown that the reduced equation is a second order nonlinear ODE. FinaJ1y, some exact solutions for a particular case of this equation are obtained after solving the reduced equation.  相似文献

Based on a transformed Painlev~ property and the variable separated ODE method, a function transfor- mation method is proposed to search for exact solutions of some partial differential equations (PDEs) with hyperbolic or exponential functions. This approach provides a more systematical and convenient handling of the solution process of this kind of nonlinear equations. Its key point is to eradicate the hyperbolic or exponential terms by a transformed Painleve property and reduce the given PDEs to a variable-coefficient the resulting equations by some methods. As an application, are formally derived. ordinary differential equations, then we seek for solutions to exact solutions for the combined sinh-cosh-Gordon equation  相似文献

Exact solutions to conformable time fractional (3+1)-dimensional equations are derived by using the modified form of the Kudryashov method. The compatible wave transformation reduces the equations to an ODE with integer orders. The predicted solution of the finite series of a rational exponential function is substituted into this ODE.The resultant polynomial equation is solved by using algebraic operations. The method works for the Jimbo–Miwa, the Zakharov–Kuznetsov, and the modified Zakharov–Kuznetsov equations in conformable time fractional forms. All the solutions are expressed in explicit forms.  相似文献

The shape equation of lipid membranes is a fourth-order partial differential equation. Under the axisymmetric condition, this equation was transformed into a second-order ordinary differential equation(ODE) by Zheng and Liu(Phys. Rev.E 48 2856(1993)). Here we try to further reduce this second-order ODE to a first-order ODE. First, we invert the usual process of variational calculus, that is, we construct a Lagrangian for which the ODE is the corresponding Euler–Lagrange equation. Then, we seek symmetries of this Lagrangian according to the Noether theorem. Under a certain restriction on Lie groups of the shape equation, we find that the first integral only exists when the shape equation is identical to the Willmore equation, in which case the symmetry leading to the first integral is scale invariance. We also obtain the mechanical interpretation of the first integral by using the membrane stress tensor.  相似文献

In the paper two kinds of solutions are derived for the complex Korteweg-de Vries equation, includ- ing blow-up solutions and non-singular solutions. We derive blow-up solutions from known 1-soliton solution and a double-pole solution. There is a complex Miura transformation between the complex Korteweg-de Vries equation and a modified Kortcweg-de Vries equation. Using the transformation, solitons, breathers and rational solutions to the com- plex Korteweg-de Vries equation are obtained from those of the modified Korteweg-de Vries equation. Dynamics of the obtained solutions are illustrated.  相似文献

A generalized Drinfel'd Sokolov-Wilson (DSW) equation and its Lax pair are proposed. A Daorboux transformation for the generalized DSW equation is constructed with the help of the gauge transformation between spectral problems, from which a Darboux transformation for the DSW equation is obtained through a reduction technique. As an application of the Darboux transformations, we give some explicit solutions of the generalized DSW equation and DEW equation such as rational solutions, soliton solutions, periodic solutions.  相似文献

By means of the generalized direct method, a relationship is constructed between the new solutions and the old ones of the (3+1)-dimensional breaking soliton equation. Based on the relationship, a new solution is obtained by using a given solution of the equation. The symmetry is also obtained for the (3+1)-dimensional breaking soliton equation. By using the equivalent vector of the symmetry, we construct a seven-dimensional symmetry algebra and get the optimal system of group-invariant solutions. To every case of the optimal system, the (3+1)-dimensional breaking soliton equation is reduced and some solutions to the reduced equations are obtained. Furthermore, some new explicit solutions are found for the (3+ 1)-dimensional breaking soliton equation.  相似文献

The generalized projective Riccati equation method is proposed to establish exact solutions for generalized form of the reaction Duffing model in fractional sense namely, Khalil’s derivative. The compatible traveling wave transform converts the governing equation to a non linear ODE. The predicted solution is a series of two new variables that solve a particular ODE system. Coefficients of terms in the series are calculated by solving an algebraic system that comes into existence by substitution of the predicted solution into the ODE which is the result of the wave transformation of the governing equation. Returning original variables give exact solutions to the governing equation in various forms.  相似文献

For the Ginzburg-Landau equation (GL), we establish the existence and local uniqueness of two classes of multi-bump, self-similar, blow-up solutions for all dimensions 2<d<4 (under certain conditions on the coefficients in the equation). In numerical simulation and via asymptotic analysis, one class of solutions was already found; the second class of multi-bump solutions is new.In the analysis, we treat the GL as a small perturbation of the cubic nonlinear Schrödinger equation (NLS). The existence result given here is a major extension of results established previously for the NLS, since for the NLS the construction only holds for d close to the critical dimension d=2.The behaviour of the self-similar solutions is described by a nonlinear, non-autonomous ordinary differential equation (ODE). After linearisation, this ODE exhibits hyperbolic behaviour near the origin and elliptic behaviour asymptotically. We call the region where the type of behaviour changes the mid-range. All of the bumps of the solutions that we construct lie in the mid-range.For the construction, we track a manifold of solutions of the ODE that satisfy the condition at the origin forward, and a manifold of solutions that satisfy the asymptotic conditions backward, to a common point in the mid-range. Then, we show that these manifolds intersect transversely. We study the dynamics in the mid-range by using geometric singular perturbation theory, adiabatic Melnikov theory, and the Exchange Lemma.  相似文献

We use the tanh method and a variable separated ODE method for solving the double sine-Gordon equation and a generalized form of this equation. Several exact travelling wave solutions are formally derived. The two methods provide distinct solutions of different physical structures.  相似文献

With the aid of symbolic computation, a generalized auxiliary equation method is proposed to construct more general exact solutions to two types of NLPDEs. First, we present new family of solutions to a nonlinear Klein-Gordon equation, by using this auxiliary equation method including a new first-order nonlinear ODE with six-degree nonlinear term proposed by Sirendaoreji. Then, we apply an indirect F-function method very close to the F-expansion method to solve the generalized Camassa-Holm equation with fully nonlinear dispersion and fully nonlinear convection C(l,n,p). Taking advantage of the new first-order nonlinear ODE with six degree nonlinear term, this indirect F-function method is used to map the solutions of C(l,n,p) equations to those of that nonlinear ODE. As a result, we can successfully obtain in a unified way, many exact solutions.  相似文献

A nonlinear conformable time-fractional parabolic equation with exponential nonlinearity is explored, in this article. First, under the specific transformations, the time-fractional parabolic equation is changed into a nonlinear ODE of integer order, and then, the reduced equation is solved using two lately established techniques called the \({ \exp }\left( { - \varphi \left( \varepsilon \right)} \right)\)-expansion and modified Kudryashov methods. Several exact solutions in various wave forms for the nonlinear conformable time-fractional parabolic equation with exponential nonlinearity are formally constructed.  相似文献

In this Letter, we investigate explicitly exact solutions of the higher-dimensional generalized Boussinesq equation. We firstly reduce this equation to one nonlinear ODE and a set of two nonlinear homogeneous PDEs via semi-traveling wave similarity transformation. And then we study solutions of the obtained nonlinear ODE and the set of two nonlinear homogeneous PDEs, respectively. Finally, we can obtain many types of exact solutions of higher-dimensional generalized Boussinesq equation via the semi-traveling wave similarity transformations. These solutions contain an arbitrary function which leads to abundant structures.  相似文献

The travelling wave solutions to the nonlinear partial differential equation of 6th order are obtained for a solid having two different spatial scales introduced in the microstructure. The slaving principle method is applied, and the exact explicit solution is found in terms of the doubly periodic Weierstrass elliptic function for the corresponding ODE. Several particular cases are discussed for various parameter values, e.g., the solitary “mexican hat” pulse is found with polarity, depending on microstructure parameters.  相似文献

Under the travelling wave transformation, Calogero-Degasperis-Focas equation is reduced to an ordinary differential equation. Using a symmetry group of one parameter, this ODE is reduced to a second-order linear inhomogeneous ODE. Furthermore, we apply the change of the variable and complete discrimination system for polynomial to solve the corresponding integrals and obtained the classification of all single travelling wave solutions to Calogero- Degasperis-Focas equation.  相似文献
