建立氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定铅-锑合金中硒的分析方法。试样经33%硝酸和酒石酸溶解,硫酸沉淀分离基体铅元素,在40%盐酸介质中直接测定样品中的硒。考察了测定的最佳条件、铅及共存元素对测定的影响。两个标样的方法相对标准偏差为分别为6.52%—9.34%。准确度和精密度均能满足分析需要,具有较强的实用性。  相似文献

建立了测定孕马结合雌激素(CE)原料药中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜残留量的方法。采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(AAS)测定铅、镉、铜含量;原子荧光光谱法(AFS)测定砷、汞含量。铅、镉、砷、汞、铜的回收率(n=6)分别为93.4%,98.2%,102.8%,95.0%,96.4%。该方法操作简便,快速,可用于原料药中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜重金属残留量的测定。  相似文献

硒是化妆品中的限用物质.应用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定化妆品中痕量的硒,样品用硝酸和高氯酸消解,盐酸可以使硒(Ⅵ)还原成硒(Ⅳ),硒(Ⅳ)与硼氢化钾反应产生硒化氢,硒化氢被带到原子化器,在最佳的条件下用原子荧光检测.这种方法测定化妆品中的硒,样品处理简单快速,方法的线性范围宽(0-20 μg/L),基体干扰少,检出限低(0.081 μg/L),加标回收率在96.05%-101.96%之间,相对标准偏差2.74%-2.99%.  相似文献

提出了以碱性铁氰化钾为氧化剂的铅氢化物体系。采用硝酸作为介质,对原子荧光光谱法测定海水中的铅的条件进行了系统研究。在最佳的测试条件下,测得铅的检出限为0.48μg/L,相对标准偏差为2.4%(n=11)。对海水样品进行了分析,回收率为96.5%—107%。该方法应用于海水样品的分析,取得了令人满意的结果。  相似文献

采用微波消化技术溶解水产品,以氢化物-原子荧光法测定铅,讨论并确定了最佳测定条件,结果表明,铅的测定线性范围为0-100ng/mL,方法的相对标准偏差为1.2%-5.3%,回收率为94.8%-103.5%。该方法简便、快速,用于水产品中铅的测定,获得令人满意的结果。  相似文献

氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定海水中铅,优化了酸度、硼氢化钾和基体改进剂浓度、载气流量、灯电流以及原子化器高度等分析条件,在0—80ng/mL内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999,测量精确度为3%,准确度为101%,回收率达到了95.0%—97.5%。此法具有操作简单、快速、基体干扰少、灵敏度高、重现性好、线性范围宽、结果可靠等优点,适用于海水中铅元素的测定。  相似文献

建立了超声波辅助浸提-冷原子吸收光谱法测定化妆品中汞的方法,对样品前处理方法、样品取样量、盐酸羟胺、正辛醇及其他共存金属离子等影响因素进行了研究。该方法汞的检出限为0.012μg,加标回收率为87.5%—98.3%,该方法与国标方法对照,缩短了样品前处理时间且结果无显著性差异,为化妆品中汞的检测与质量控制提供了一种快速、准确的分析方法。  相似文献

Comparing with the situation of Ramsey separated oscillating fields used in Cesium atomic beam frequency standard, the transition probability spectrum of two-level atoms in the Ramsey separated oscillating fields with three interaction regions has been derived under the condition of near resonance. The new characteristic of atomic spectrum with excessive microwave power was analyzed in detail. The frequency distribution of the fluorescent light induced by monochromatic dye laser radiation was investigated. To exclude the influence of the Doppler width a strongly collimated atomic beam was used. The spectrum was measured by means of a piezoelectrically tunable spherical Fabry Perot. The interaction region between the laser light and the atomic beam was placed into the center of the interferometer. Thus the observed fluorescence spectrum was considerably more intense than in the case where the interferometer is used separately from the beam. The fluorescence spectrum was observed for different directions of polarization of the incident laser beam. In the case of weak excitation the spectrum consists of a sharp component essentially due to elastically scattered light. At high intensities a structure of three components is observed which is in agreement with theoretical predictions when circularly polarized light is used for excitation.  相似文献

The thermal atomic vibration spectrum of lead nanostructured in porous glass with an average pore size of 7 nm and the thermal vibration spectrum of conventional bulk lead (taken for comparison) are measured using inelastic neutron scattering. The density of states in the phonon spectrum of lead nanoparticles is found to exceed the density of states in the spectrum of bulk lead at both low (E < 2.5 meV) and high (E > 9.5 meV) energies. These data are used to propose a model for the structure of a porous glass-lead nano-composite.  相似文献
