在氧燃烧方式和空气燃烧方式下对Se的氧化物及其与CaO的混合物进行了热重红外实验,通过TG、DTG、DSC以及X射线衍射分析考察了升温速率、气氛和矿物质对重金属Se在燃烧过程中挥发行为的影响。实验结果显示:氧燃烧气氛下se02的挥发率以及释放总量较之空气气氛发生了较大变化,氧燃烧气氛下,Se化合物的释放总量比空气气氛下低;在同一气氛下,钙硒比越大,钙的固硒效果越明显;升温速率对SeO2挥发的影响较小,主要在于加速或推迟其挥发;氧燃烧方式有助于抑制重金属Se的释放。  相似文献

燃煤易挥发微量重金属元素行为的试验研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
为了解煤燃烧过程中易挥发微量重金属元素的行为及其控制因素,对黔西南烟煤和无烟煤进行了层燃实验和流化床燃烧实验。结果表明,层燃实验,煤中Hg在150℃挥发率达50.25%。到815℃几乎全部释放,Se的挥发率平均在98%以上。950℃下煤中As、Sb的挥发率平均为36.77%和34.47%。流化床燃烧,煤中绝大部分Hg以气态排放到大气中,部分Se以气态排放;微细颗粒吸附Hg、Se、As和少量的Sb以吸附态排放。赋存状态、燃烧方式以及燃烧工况等对微量重金属的挥发性有明显的控制作用。  相似文献

煤焦比热容的模型与DSC实验研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
本文选取三个煤样,在滴管炉(DTF)上制取了五种焦样,应用差示扫描量热(DSC)法对其在70~500℃的比热容进行了测定,并与根据经典煤焦比热模型计算得到的数值进行了比较。实验煤焦比热容的实验值与计算值都随温度升高单调增加,从70℃的0.9 kJ/(kg·K)左右增大到500℃时的1.4~1.7 kJ/(kg·K)左右,一般实验值要略大于理论值。1100℃下的焦样,比热容均比1300℃下的焦样要大,且原煤中挥发分含量V_(daf)越高,对应的两个热解温度水平下的焦样的比热值相差越大。  相似文献

针对神府、北宿煤,在箱式高温电阻炉和快速热解设备上进行了慢速、快速高温热解实验,采用ICP-MS法对实验样品进行了微量元素含量测定,计算了Se,As,Cd,Ga,Pb,Zn,Ba,Cr,Be,Ni,Sr,Hf等元素的挥发率.研究了高温制焦过程中有害微量元素的挥发性规律.在950~1400℃温度范围内,部分微量元素的挥发率随热解终温的升高而增大;神府煤慢速、快速热解过程中,元素的挥发性规律较相似;慢速升温热解时微量元素的挥发率较大.北宿煤变质程度高于神府煤,热解过程中微量元素的挥发性降低.  相似文献

在水平管式炉上进行徐州烟煤在Ar和CO_2气氛下的热解试验,研究CO_2气氛对燃料N析出特性的影响。结果发现,两种气氛下,NH_3的收率随温度的升高均先升高后减小,在800℃时达到一个最大值,Ar气氛下此最大值比CO_2气氛下大很多;两种气氛下,HCN的收率均随温度的升高而升高。两种气氛下随着温度的升高,HCN与NH_3的收率比均升高,但在CO_2气氛下收率比更大,说明CO_2的氧化作用和气化作用促进了燃料N向HCN的转化。  相似文献

一、序 言 人们早就知道铁氧体在低温(600-1000℃)和高温(1000℃以上)热处理性能常常是不一样的[1].由于Mn3 Fe2 在定量分析方面的困难,影响了锰锌铁氧体在这方面工作的进展.近年来R.Morinead等人[2-4]在多晶锰锌铁氧体气氛热处理方面做了大量工作并指出,在高温(>900℃)该铁氧体还原倾向是主要的.我们认为用单晶样品进行试验可能要比多晶更好一些.本文给出了锰锌铁氧体单晶在600-1200℃范围内经高氮(99.99%)处理后一些性能——起始磁导率、比饱和磁化强度、电阻率的变化和Mn2 ,Fe3 变价.并且用Mn2 的氧化、Fe3 的还原对结果进行了讨论,…  相似文献

退火对TiO2薄膜形貌、结构及光学特性影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用射频磁控溅射技术在熔融石英基片上制备TiO<,2>薄膜,采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、拉曼光谱以及透过谱研究了退火温度和退火气氛对TiO<,2>薄膜的结构、形貌和光学特性的影响.实验结果表明:在大气环境下退火,退火温度越.高,薄膜晶化越好,晶粒明显长大,温度高于700℃退火的薄膜,金红石相已明显形成.实验还发现,退火气氛对金红石相的形成是非常重要的,拉曼光谱反应出Ar气氛退火,抑制了金红石晶相的发育,薄膜仍以锐钛矿相为主.Ar气氛退火的薄膜在可见光范围内的透过率比大气退火的要低,并且由透过率曲线推知:金红石的光学带隙约为2.8 eV,比锐钛矿的光学带隙小0.2 eV.  相似文献

在As_4束流等效压强为1.2×10~(-3)Pa、退火60 min条件下改变退火温度,对Al_(0.17)Ga_(0.83)As/GaAs薄膜表面平坦化的条件进行了探讨.定量分析了薄膜表面坑、岛与平台的覆盖率和台阶-平台间薄膜粗糙度随退火温度变化的规律,得到最合适的退火温度为545℃(±1℃);根据退火模型发现退火温度的改变会影响参与熟化的原子的数量,熟化原子比θ正比于退火温度,即θ∝Τ.退火温度540℃条件下退火约60 min,薄膜表面达到基本平坦,推测此时0.20θ0.25;退火温度为545℃时,推测退火时间约为55-60 min.本实验得到的结论可以为生长平坦的Al_(0.17)Ga_(0.83)As/GaAs薄膜提供理论与实验指导.  相似文献

非晶态As2S8半导体薄膜的光致结构变化效应研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
实验研究了非晶态As2S8半导体薄膜在光照、退火-光照和退火-光照-退火-光照关连作用下的光折变效应及淀积态与退火态两种膜系光致体积变化现象.采用棱镜耦合技术、Raman光谱和X线衍射测试技术,确认了As2S8薄膜经紫外光辐照后薄膜密度增高、折射率增大的现象.实验表明,淀积态As2S8薄膜经紫外光照后,折射率变化的最大增量可达到0.06,而退火态As2S8薄膜经紫外光照射后,其折射率最大变化比前者要小一个数量级,约为0.005 7.淀积态和退火态两种膜系紫外光照后,体积缩小,这与As2S3非晶态薄膜的情况不同,体积变化率分别为-3.5%和-2.1%.实验还显示,退火态的As2S8薄膜存在折射率完全可逆现象.  相似文献

本文用气相法生长ZnSxSe1-x(x=0.03)单晶,解理得到(110)面晶片。在组分分压(Zn或S/Se或Se)下300-800℃范围内进行热处理,在4.2K激子发射光谱中观察到与VZn(Zn空位)有关的I1deep谱线强度的变化。当热处理温度低于300℃时,未观察到I1deep谱线强度的变化。在300℃以上热处理样品中均观察到I1deep谱线强度的变化。由此研究了VZn浓度随热处理条件的变化。提供了分别控制本征VZn缺陷和掺杂的实验依据。  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output.  相似文献

The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)booster ring,a full energy injector for the storage ring,is deigned to accelerate the electron beam energy from 150MeV to 3.5GeV that demands high extraction efficiency at the extraction energy with low beam loss rate when electrons are ramping.Closed orbit distortion(COD)caused by bending magnet field uniformity errors which affects the machine performance harmfully could be effectively reduced by bending magnet location sorting.Considering the affections of random errors in measurement,both ideal sorting and realistic sorting are studied based on measured bending magnet field uniformity errors and one reasonable combination of bending magnets which can reduce the horizontal COD by a factor of 5is given as the final installation sequence of the booster bending magnets in this paper.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). A review of schemes for multiple access in fiber optic networks shows that a hybrid of wavelength and code division multiple access (WCDMA) combines the best features of both. In particular, the hybrid scheme retains the large information carrying capacity of wavelength division multiple access (WDMA) and flexibility of code division multiple access (CDMA). In this paper WDMA, optical CDMA (OCDMA), and WCDMA networks are discussed. In OCDMA networks, concept of incoherent and coherent coding including inverse decoding and matched filter is introduced. The delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks, under the simple suboptimum access protocols based on cyclic search, is computed. It has been shown quantitatively that tuning delay significantly affects the delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks. Futhermore, delay performance of WCDMA networks is always better than the WDMA networks for the same tuning delay, load, and number of users.  相似文献

A transient suppression method for piezoelectric ceramic transducer is presented. We experimentally demonstrate amplitude squeezed soliton utilizing intensity-dependent self-phase modulation in an asymmetric Sagnac interferometer.The system.whose components are connected via ferrule connector/physical connection(FC/PC)fiber connectors,constitutes all-fiber configuration to generate squeezed soliton.Soliton amplitude reduction measured by homodyne detection is near 4.0 dB below the shot-noise level.Optimal squeezing fields in both simple and compact all-fiber configuration are obtained.  相似文献

The(2 1)-dimensional nonlinear Schr(o)dinger(NLS)equation with spatially inhomogeneous nonlinearities is investigated,which describes propagation of light in(2 1)-dimensional nonlinear optical media with inhomogeneous nonlinearities.New types of optical modes and nonlinear effects in optical media are presented numerically.The results reveal that the regular split of beam can be obtained in (2 1)-dimensional nonlinear optical media with inhomogeneous nonlinearities,by adjusting the guiding parameter.Furthermore,the stability of beam regular split is discussed numerically,and the results reveal that the beam regular split is stable to the finite initial perturbations.  相似文献

In the real-world application of face recognition system, owing to the difficulties of collecting samples or storage space of systems, only one sample image per person is stored in the system, which is so-called one sample per person problem. Moreover, pose and illumination have impact on recognition performance. We propose a novel pose and illumination robust algorithm for face recognition with a single training image per person to solve the above limitations. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is an efficient and practical approach for face recognition.  相似文献
