Since 1976 a universal 60Co irradiation unit of the PANORAMA type has been available at the Central Institute of Isotope and Radiation Research, Leipzig. The great geometrical variety of the PANORAMA unit permits very different irradiation conditions. To use this flexibility and for optimum arrangement of the sources an extensive computer-aided evaluation by means of the code DOSKMF2 was developed and has successfully been applied. Some experience of the last 10 years in relation to the use, maintenance, limitations, efficiency and to the computer-aided evaluation of the PANORAMA unit as well as to the design of industrial facilities is summarized.  相似文献

Summary The influence of a presintering treatment on Y-Ba-Cu-O prepared by a modified MPMG process was investigated. The sinterization, reducing the material porosity, was found to enhance the homogeneity of the Y2BaCuO5 (Y-211) particles distribution during the partial melting at 1100°C. As a consequence, the melttextured YBa2Cu3O7−x (Y-123) grows more uniformly producing oriented domain up to 3cm in size. Microstructural and diffractometrical analyses were performed on samples quenched at different stages during the thermal treatment. Paper presented at the ?VII Congresso SATT? Für pflanzenphysiologische Untersuchungen benötigten wir radioaktiv markiertes 2,3-Dichlor-2-ethylhexanal. Es bestand die Möglichkeit, entweder mit Tritium oder mit Kohlenstoff-14 zu markieren, wobei Kohlenstoff-14 im allgemeinen bevorzugt wird. Letztero Möglichkeit erwies sich jedoch als sebr problcmatisch. Für cine Mikrosynthese des 2,3-Dichlor-2-ethylhexanal ist der Weg vom Butanal-(l) über 2-Ethyl-hex-2-enal nicht geeignet, da dio beteiligten Aldehyde während der notwendigen Reinigung äußerst leicht oxidieren und Additionsreaktionen eingchen [2]. Auch 2,3-Dichlor-2-ethylhexanal [3] ist oxidationsempfindlich, wenn auch weniger als andere Aldehyde. Da wegen der Neigung zur HCl-Abspaltung eino Tritium-Markierung nach Wilzbach wenig aussichtsreich war, wurde cine katalytische Austauschmarkierung durchgeführt [4].  相似文献

Für pflnnzcnpbysiologische Untersuchungen benötigten wir 14C-markierte 2-(2,4-Dichlorphenoxy)-isobuttersäure. Die Darstellung ist einerseits durch Umsetzen von α-Brom- [2] bzw. α-Hydroxyisobuttersäure [3] mit 2,4-Dichlorphenolnatrium möglich, andererseits kann die gewünschte Verbindung auch durch Umsetzen von 2,4-Dichlorphenolnatrium mit Acetonchloroform [4, 5] oder Aceton und Chloroform [G] erhalten werden. Die letzte Möglichkeit ist besonders günstig, da die Radioaktivität in Form des leicht erhältlichen Aceton-l,3-14C eingeführt werden kann.  相似文献

The elusive monosubstituted diruthenium complexes [Ru2Cl(DAniF)(O2CMe)3] (1), [Ru2Cl(DPhF)(O2CMe)3] (2), [Ru2Cl(D-p-CNPhF)(O2CMe)3] (3), [Ru2Cl(D-o-TolF)(O2CMe)3] (4), [Ru2Cl(D-m-TolF)(O2CMe)3] (5), [Ru2Cl(D-p-TolF)(O2CMe)3] (6) and [Ru2Cl(p-TolA)(O2CMe)3] (7) have been synthesized using for the first time ultrasound-assisted synthesis to carry out a substitution reaction in metal–metal bonded dinuclear compounds (DAniF = N,N′-bis(4-anisyl)formamidinate; DPhF = N,N′-diphenylformamidinate; D-p-CNPhF = N,N′-bis(4-cyanophenyl)formamidinate; D-o/m/p-TolF = N,N′-bis(2/3/4-tolyl)formamidinate; p-TolA = N-4-tolylamidate). This is a simpler and greener method than the tedious procedures described in the literature, and it has permitted to obtain water-soluble complexes with good yields in a short period of time. A synthetic study has been implemented to find the best experimental conditions to prepare compounds 17. Two different types of ligands, formamidinate and amidate, have been used to check the generality of the method for the preparation of monosubstituted complexes. Five new compounds (26) have been obtained using a formamidinate ligand, the synthesis of the previously described compound 1 has been improved, and an unprecedented monoamidate complex has been achieved (7). The crystal structures of compounds 3 and 7 have been solved by single crystal X-ray diffraction. These compounds show the typical paddlewheel structure with three acetate ligands and one formamidinate (3) or amidate (7) bridging ligand at the equatorial positions. The axial positions are occupied by the chloride ligand giving rise to one-dimensional polymer structures that were previously unknown for monosubstituted compounds.  相似文献

Chromatographic separation of oleic acid-I131 and triolein-I131 from free iodide has been studied in a number of solvents on ordinary chromatographic paper as well as paper impregnated with various heavy metals. The latter help in firmly fixing the iodide at the point of spotting. Copper and lead oleates which can form on the impregnated papers move along with oleic acid. Bismuth, mercuric, palladium, and silver oleates are not formed on the impregnated papers.  相似文献

Es werden die Möglichkeiten der Tritierung von Proteinen wie Albumin und Globulin durch. Austausch mit Tritiumwasser und nach der Gasaustauschmethode untersucht. Die Ergebniss zeigen, daβ die besten Resultate durch Gasaustausch erzielt wurden, beide Methoden aber prinzipiell – ohne wesentliche Denaturierung der Proteine – zur Markierung geeignet sind.  相似文献

Abstract

Neptunium and plutonium monopnictides and monochalcogenides were studied by x-ray diffraction at pressures up to 57 GPa. All of them exhibit structural phase transitions under pressure. The arsenides and tellurides have a CsCl (B2) type high-pressure structure. Sb as an anion favours a tetragonal high-pressure structure. The compressibilities were determined for all of the compounds studied. The results are compared to those obtained for the corresponding thorium and uranium compounds.  相似文献
