 简要叙述了自悬浮定向流方法制备铜纳米粉末的原理和包覆层薄膜的生长机理,采用空心阴极辉光放电对铜纳米粉末进行有机包覆,实验中CH4和H2的流量分别为6 ml/min和12 ml/min,工作电压为450 V,衬底与空心阴极的底端距离为2 cm,背景真空和工作气压分别为6 Pa和100 Pa,沉积速率为7.5 nm/min。用透射电镜(TEM)对铜纳米粉末进行了观察和分析,结果表明:铜纳米粉末呈球状,其粒径分布在10~100 nm之间, 平均粒径大小为50 nm;其包覆层的厚度大约为15 nm,而且该厚度可以通过调节空心阴极辉光放电的参数来控制。  相似文献

合成了4种新的糖胺 金属配合物,分别为[Ni(HL) (H2 O) 2 ]2 Cl2 ·CH3OH·2H2 O ,[Cu(HL) ]2 Cl2 ·CH3CH2 OH·3H2 O ,[Zn(HL) ]2 Cl2 ·H2 O ,[Co(HL) (H2 O) (OH) ]2 Cl2 ·CH3OH·2H2 O (HLN ,N′ 二βD 葡萄糖基乙二胺) ,并用元素分析、红外、紫外、核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征。结果表明,Ni(Ⅱ) ,Co(Ⅲ)配合物为八面体构型,而Cu(Ⅱ) ,Zn(Ⅱ)配合物为四面体构型。最后研究了其对对硝基苯吡啶甲酸酯(PNPP)催化水解的催化速率常数。  相似文献

Two new isomeric aminomethyl corrole derivatives of [5,10,15-tris(pentafluorophenyl)corrolato]gallium(III) were synthesized with pyridine (py) molecules as axial ligands. When investigated by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, in the positive and the negative ion modes, these compounds showed an unusual gas-phase behavior that could be used for their differentiation. In the positive ion mode, the differentiation was achieved through the formation of diagnostic fragment ions formed from [M-py?+?H](+) precursors, by (CH(3) )(2) NH and HF losses. An unusual addition of water to the main fragment ions provides an alternative route for isomer identification. Semi-empirical calculations were performed to elucidate the structures and stabilities of the main ionic species formed in the positive ion mode. In the negative ion mode isomer discrimination is accomplished via the fragmentation of the methoxide adduct ions [M-py?+?CH(3) O](-) through (CH(3) )(2) N(.) and HF losses.  相似文献

采用Needle法,对全内腔绿光He-Ne激光器膜系进行设计,并给出了所设计膜系的光谱性能。利用离子溅射镀膜技术镀制了所设计的膜片并且给出了测量结果。制备了多种规格的全内腔绿光He-Ne激光器并且讨论了相关工艺。其中腔长420mm的全内腔绿光He-Ne激光器的典型输出光功率为3mW(单模),腔长360mm的典型输出光功率为2mW(单模),腔长240mm的典型输出光功率为1mW(单模),腔长100mm的小短管子也能有0.1mw的出光功率。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to attach a model drug (naproxen) onto superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPION). First, SPION were coated with thin layer of silica that contained micropores. We demonstrated that such surface functionalization could be optimized by the use of citric acid which prevented SPION agglomeration during the procedure. HRTEM investigation showed a uniform 1-2-nm-thick silica coating around SPION. This coating did not affect significantly the magnetic properties of the SPION. Into the coated SPION we successfully incorporated about 30 wt% of naproxen. The latter was readily released after immersion into a testing solution. The composites could be interesting for potential use in diagnostics.  相似文献

The complete general harmonic force field of methyl chloride has been recalculated using the most recent literature frequency, Coriolis zeta, and centrifugal distortion data for (12)CH(3)(35)Cl, (13)CH(3)(35)Cl, (12)CD(3)(35)Cl, (12)CHD(2)(35)Cl, (12)CH(2)D(35)Cl, (12)CH(3)(37)Cl, (12)CD(3)(37)Cl, (12)CHD(2)(37)Cl, (12)CH(2)D(37)Cl, and (13)CH(3)(37)Cl. The anharmonic corrections applied to the observed frequency data are considered to be more realistic than those used hitherto. There is excellent agreement between the fitted force constants and literature high-quality ab initio force fields. The results of the least-squares refinement of the full-harmonic force field is compared with least-squares refinement of only the scale factors for an SCF calculated force field since the latter approach may be useful for larger molecules where more sophisticated calculations are impractical. The results of a refinement of only the scale factors for an MP4 calculated force field are also reported. Copyright 2001 Academic Press.  相似文献

An electroless deposition technique is used to synthesize nanocrystalline Ni-B coating in strengthening the surface of pure copper. The microstructure and some properties of Ni-B coating are studied. It is practicable to coat a uniform and continuous nanocrystalline Ni-B hardening layer on copper surface by this technique, Ni2B and Ni3B are formed in the Ni-B coated layer during heat treatment, and the average grain size of nanocrystalline Ni-B coating is about 42-65 nm and properties of the prepared copper alloys are also improved.  相似文献

Aluminum nanoparticles are of significant interest in enhancing the rate of energy release from propellants. One of the major impediments to their use is that bare aluminum is highly reactive, while oxide coated aluminum significantly decreases overall performance. We investigate creating aluminum nanoparticles with a thin carbon coating using either a laser induced plasma or a DC plasma-arc. The carbon coating was created by injecting ethylene (C2H4) directly downstream of the plasma. The elemental composition of the coated aluminum nanoparticles was measured in real time with a recently developed quantitative single particle mass spectrometer (SPMS). We found that the aluminum nanoparticles were coated with a carbon layer of thickness around 1–3 nm.The thermal and oxidative stability of these particles was determined by passing the aerosols through a heated flow reactor in a carrier flow of either air or argon, and measuring the aluminum, carbon and oxygen content in the particles with the single particle mass spectrometer. We found that below 700°C the coating was stable, but that the coating oxidized above ∼ ∼800°C. In contrast the carbon coating was thermally stable above ∼ ∼900°C. These results indicate that a carbon coating may be a suitable passivating agent.  相似文献

Evolution of tribological properties of electroless Ni-P and Ni-P-Al2O3 coating on an Al-10Si-0.3Mg casting alloy during heat treatment is investigated in this work. The pre-treated substrate was plated using a bath containing nickel hypophosphite, nickel lactate and lactic acid. For preparation of fiber-reinforced coating Al2O3 Saffil fibers pre-treated in demineralised water were used. The coated samples were heat treated at 400-550 °C/1-8 h. Tribological properties were studied using the pin-on-disc method. It is found that the best coating performance is obtained using optimal heat treatment regime (400 °C/1 h). Annealing at higher temperatures (450 °C and above) leads to the formation of intermetallic compounds that reduce the coating wear resistance. The reason is that the intermetallic phases adversely affect the coating adherence to the substrate. The analysis of wear tracks proves that abrasion is major wear mechanism, however due to the formed intermetallic sub-layers, partial coating delamination may occur during the pin-on-disc test on the samples annealed at 450 °C and above. It was found that fiber reinforcement reduces this scaling and increases wear resistance of coatings as compared to the non-reinforced Ni-P coatings.  相似文献
